The highlight of my visit was the exceptional care provided by Akash, a genuine and attentive staff member. Upon learning about my pregnancy, Akash went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making the experience truly special. The staff's dedication to personalized service stood out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout my time at the lounge, I felt genuinely cared for, a sentiment that made my visit memorable. Akash's attention to detail and kindness reflected the establishment's commitment to exceptional customer service. Beyond the stellar staff, the culinary offerings were a delight. The menu boasted a variety of delectable options, and the quality of the food was impressive. The lounge's ambiance complemented the overall experience, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Really pleasant place to be at while you wait for your flight. The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Select cards were accepted so there wasn't a crowd and the food was hot. The lounge area was nicely lit with charging points beside every seat. 10/10, would recommend the lounge to every one.

Check in was pretty smooth. Food was delicious and there’re multiple options to try out. A variety of dishes available for breakfast. Easily approachable from terminal building. The overall experience was nice and wonderful... It was better then expected. I would love to visit again, Sanitation and cleaning was well and perfect, Overall it was great experience for us over there.

Couldn’t have found a better place to have breakfast before catching flight. Idli sambhar & chutney were phenomenal!! The taste was so perfect as much as the service and cleanliness and the variety of dishes.

Limited menus ,No Juice dispensers ,Live counters are ok ,Cushions springs are damaged,Charging points evenly placed at right location 👍 if not known we have to walk too long Due to Renovation works going on ,Lounge is located left after security checks....T3 cards not accepted

I had a great experience at the airport lounge before my flight. The lounge was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and attentive specially Ms Shivani. The food and drinks were delicious and varied. I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone who wants to enjoy a premium airport experience.

Delicious lunch, with fresh food/salad as starters. Complete four/five course meal. There is a chef's corner as well

The hospitality was great and the food was good. The selection was not that many like the other lounge I've been to, but it was great.

After a long time a good lounge which has a lot of space and not cramped. Considering most of the credit cards now offer lounge access it was a bit crowded but ample of sitting space. Food options were look with a live counter and chaat corner. Food quality was good but food was not hot. Barista section was nice with good coffee options. Bar had good choices of liquor. Dessert and salad station was also good. Overall a good experience

Encalm Lounge the place where you can relax 😌 have food Breakfast/Lunch/ snacks/ Dinner 🍽. Brilliant food. Live kitchen is a must 😋 visit as you get elaichee Chai and during Breakfast enjoy a lovely Omlette 🥚 . Nice sofa 🛋 👌 to realx and charge your LIFELINE 📱 without which you are lifeless. Good place, food was delicious. And staff were also nice. Amruta is really nice receptionist. She is kind and helpful towards customer.

It was a very good experience with Encalm Lounge at IGI Airport T1,the staff was courteous and the food was very yummy. Amrutha was a good host and took car for a great time till the flight departure. Thanks you Encalm

There weren't many options for breakfast. But the food was tasty. At the beginning, the one who manages said we were eligible for a discount which allowed a free entrance for one person. But once we were about to finish our breakfast, she came and Informed, it's chargeable and had to pay 1000 Bar has limited options

It has very good food . Specially live counters lead by Chef Vikram and Cook Jitendra raj are very polite and cook as per your needs. I would definitely recommend.
