We go to Tandoori Village bar and restaurant for a few office get togethers. It has a very calm and good ambience. Good food, nice service and good location.

Excellent service with a highly trained and polite staff. Good value for money backed by a nice diversity of cuisine. What I personally liked about this restraint was that their intelligence when it comes to handling customers. I often tend to have the food customised to my preference without any issues. Peaceful ambience with mellow music makes it a good place for everyone.

This is my first time at Noida outlet. I have visited Defence Colony and honestly didn't find any difference in quality of food or service. Only difference was lesser space, still the management has done wonderful job in seating arrangement. If you are old school, who loves to have chilled beer served with a bowl of salty peanut then this is a place for you. I forgot to click snap of food but I must recommend you to try delicious Reshmi Kabab. Sorry for quality of its pic I uploaded, this is chicken malai tikka wrapped inside fluffy omelette.

Located in sector-18 of Noida, Swagath resturant is a fine dining experience that offers amazing food, family setting ambience, and average service time. For me, personally, it is a one-time visiting resturant. The ambience lacks glitter and luster that one might usually find in other high-end fine dining restaurants. I ordered a veg platter, tandoori prawns, Gasi style cooked fish, and steamed rice. The food was paired with mojitos. The quantity was sufficient for a party of 4 people. The food was nicely cooked, hot, and fresh. What the resturant lacked in service and wait time, they made up for the same with the food and the ample quantity. Overall, I would recommend it anyone who wants to eat quality sea food. Happy Dining!

The present review is of the Sawagth Restaurant in the Mall of India. This place is a go to if you like to enjoy good dinner with some hard drinks. The place provides for Happy Hours on the alcoholic drinks from 11 am to 9 pm. And the food is good and served well. Staff: Swagath actually provides good "swagath" which means to welcome in Hindi. The staff greets very politely and makes you sit comfortably. The basic etiquettes, which are said to be lost in the regular restaurants, are found here. The staff sticks around and serves food. Constantly makes an effort to know if you are enjoying the same. The staff also helped us to make a good choice in drinks. Ambience: Swagath has maintained it's good taste in interiors and also has high chairs. It's a neat and clean place with a soothing environment. Drinks: As mentioned above the restaurant provides for Happy Hours from 11am to 9pm which is a good deal. The alcohol menu is provided separately with the food menu. Also a small table top drinks stand menu is there for your quick understanding and ordering, if like us you don't like turning pages. The staff helped us in reaching a beneficial deal in case of ordering drinks. The drink was served by the staff. Food: I have tried quite a lot of dishes but my recent was to try Chinese cusine. We ordered Veg Hakka Noodles with Garlic Sauce Veg which costed for 375 and 425 respectively without tax. It was well served by the staff present. And both of them tasted good. Veggies were in good quality in noodles and the Garlic Sauce was tasty as well. Food and drinks for two costed around 1500 rupees. If to split, the food costed for around 900 and the two beers for around 600 rupees. Verdict: PROS: ✓Good peaceful ambience ✓Excellent staff ✓Good food ✓Happy Hours CONS: ✓Some may find it costly I recommend this restaurant for visiting to enjoy a drink or the food, since both are amazingly good in this restaurant. Hosted my daughter's first year birthday. They decorated the reserved area, had the birthday music and as usual had great service. Some of us had food without onion and garlic. they had excellent options in without onion garlic items.

While morning g around the DLF place we decided to catch lunch at Swagath Restaurant. The ambiance is pretty cozy & low lighting. Staff and service was quite responsive and suggestive. Worst experience of dinning at Swagath.<br/>Mr Abbas Sheikh (Restaurant Manager) was not cooperative at all despite of being from the hospitality sector.<br/>One should be courteous enough towards the customer in order to gain positive feedbacks.<br/>Kindly have your staff trained properly in terms of hospitality.<br/>Hope to have a better experience next time!<br/>

This review is for veg menu. Costly for the quantity served. The veg platter lacks quality, lot of onion and capsicum , and it was also served cold. Even the paneer bhurji was not up to the mark. Butter naan was not edible. So I would not suggest this restaurant for veg menu.

Visited this restaurant on  9th March , service was pathatics esp the fact that there are waiter kept standing next to our table through out duration .. no sense of privacy  .. also taste is not worth spending .. one can find easily better option in that place.

One of the best fine dining places in Noida! The ambience is just perfect...not too lit not too dim...apart from dinner dates, you can schedule professional meetings too.<br/>The service is also on point! We ordered curry patta prawns medium size and got a horrible and tasteless concoction . There was no taste no salt and the pungency of spices was missing.Top it with six prawns at 1200/- for a plate. This chain has lost it and Best avoided.

Went there for team lunch from office. They offered a wonderful deal. The food taste was soo amazing. The service was really great. They were really accommodating in making alteration at runtime to the package deal they offered. Would definitely recommend this place for amazing taste of the food and their service

We have been loyal and regular patrons of this branch at sector 18 since years -Since the time it opened here in place of 'Lavanya'. Usually we come for dining here. At times order at home too. Today was one of the days whn we ordered for home delivery.<br/><br/>We ordered dal makhani called dal e swagath here, butter chicken boneless , chicken sweet corn soup , appams , neer dosas, missi roti n malabari parantha.<br/><br/>Had a horrible experience with their team. The food got delivered in arnd an hour of placing the order. I had specifically requested for sending card machine for payment. Reminded them twice for it in the phn call. Still was not sent whn i rcvd the order. Anyways, without saying a word to the delivery boy, paid in cash.<br/><br/>As soon as the food was served , saw missi roti n malabari parantha was missing. The food was already in plates by now without any bread for one person. I immediately rung them up. Their reply 'phn order mai aisa ho jata hai' . However they agreed to their mistake n said will send the two breads left.<br/>Then started wait for it which took another hour. In the meantime, rest of the family had finished dinner too . To my shock , the delivery boy with the bread now presented another bill to me .<br/><br/>Whn spoken abt this to Mr Jitesh Poojary , he spoke in most rude and uncourteous manner and said now card machine is there. We can pay for the roti with this. I wonder is this how people in hospitality industry are trained to speak to others. Deserved a sorry from their team and got their unapologetic attitude<br/><br/>It has happened in past too with home orders with something or the other missing but i hvnt paid much attention for it ever. But now i guess they are no more bothered about customer service.<br/><br/>

Ambience is lovely....... <br/>All Staff was warm smile & friendly gesture to keep the guests happy..........<br/> <br/>We had ordered for drinks Fruit Punch and virgin mojito both were refreshing........<br/>For the main course we had murgh Malai Tikka which was soft & succulent ,<br/>Dal e Swagath and Rara Gosht Punjabi which was mutton chunks and minced in spicy Keema gravy with crispy fried malabari parantha.Its a must try for Indian cuisine if you are at Noida.<br/>Each dining experience at Swagath Noida has been a memorable. I know it’s a seafood restaurant. And there are quite a few authentic seafood dishes served here. I’d praise something different though. My take - chicken ghee roast and mutton Hyderabadi. Have always ordered these two in my 10+ visits and never disappointed. Next time, try these ahead of fish, which BTW is great too.

Have ordered a couple of times in the recent past from swagath. This is quite an old restaurant in Noida where i have been a few times and ordered in the past many times. There used to be a restaurant called lavanya which was probably taken over by new owners and named swagath. They definitely maintain a certain quality in their food preparations and i wont be exaggerating if i say that they are one of the best restaurants in Noida.<br/>Whether its their north Indian or the south Indian dishes, its pretty well done. Not sure about the chinese - havent tried that.<br/>Their dal makhni is awesome - it has a unique taste. Their cheese naan is actually made with cheese.<br/>The mutton burrah is pretty good as are the paneer dishes. I remember from the past that their pindi chole and bhindi masala are also well done.<br/>Have tried some south Indian non veg (mutton) dishes - not exactly my kind of food, but cant say that they werent prepared well - just that i prefer less sour.<br/>I also enjoy their malabari paratha.<br/>Recently, as in 2018, didnt like their paneer dishes though.<br/>Overall, its a quality restaurant, definitely among my favourites.<br/> <br/>The real outdated thing about them ( because of which i order very rarely from them ) is that they do not have a presence in either zomato or swiggy - so home delivery is a pain as you have to pay by cash mostly - i avoid that.

this place give the family wife and its an awesome place to go with your family especially sit in the basement area it's really spacious<br/>coming to the food we ordered butter chicken and it had full 8 portions along with that we had Butter Paneer with that we had garlic Naan butter naan and Tandoori Roti to compliment all of this we had miss world shake.<br/>the portions you are really enough like they have 8 portions for every meal you by and the size of the shake was real big so it's ok it's good for the price you pay here

Been here for the first time with my family.<br/><br/>The ambience of this place is nice and very pleasant atmosphere. They serve various cuisines like North Indian, Chinese and Seafood.<br/><br/>I ordered<br/><br/>• chicken manchow soup- quantity and quality of chicken was good. A perfect blend of all spices and vegetables.<br/><br/>• veg sweet corn soup- It was light and delicious.<br/><br/>• Mutton galouti kebab- Probably one of the best galoti kababs I ever had. It was soo soft and juicy. The kababs just melt into your mouth and it was a perfect mixture of exotic spices.<br/><br/>• golden fried prawns with hot garlic sauce- they were served separately with hot garlic sauce.<br/><br/>• Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani- quantity and quality of biryani was just superb. It was served with curd. The biryani was not very spicy but perfect. This is definitely not a place to visit if you are looking for a good swagath delicacy and food. They serve worst food with no where closeness to being authentic dishes. I have tried their food at other outlet and this one is serious waste of money and time. DONT EVER GO.

Looking for some place near sector 18 noida for office treats then Swagath is the place, a nice decent ambience, quick service and delicious food. Trust me you would not regret bringing your office colleagues to this place.<br/>The star dish was mutton rara with garlic naan, it was so well cooked that we wanted to lick the bowl too

Well i would like to start with the good things first<br/>A) They are welcoming and the host was polite and humble.<br/>B) Ambience is good not that good but overall okay.<br/><br/>Now the reason for my rating.<br/>I would expect my order to be served within 15 to 20 minutes if iam coming to a restaurant to have the food there only. If i have to wait for 35 minutes to get the food on table i prefer home delivery then.<br/><br/>Food was good no doubt about it.<br/>We ordered paneer lababdar, mixed raita, Stuffed tandoori alloo was the best thing on table and all these things were served with Plain Nan ( Please try to improve the quality of plain naan it was verh thick and tastless )<br/><br/>Rest i would definetly go again and try more dishes as we have just tried 2 so lets hope for the best.

So we ask the man standing at the gate how much is the waiting, he says 5 mins we ask him meanwhile can we have the menu to look for and he obliged. And suddenly when we ask him if the seats are available now and he absolutely goes nuts, say no there is no place i ask him you said 5 mins and then he says i said it then, now there is no place and we ask him how much time it will take and he absolutely refused saying there will be no place. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Appalling.

If you like Sagar Ratna this is its non veg avatar. It's a little pricy but good on the spices. You could order Chinese or Indian they do a decent job with both. I had a chettinad mutton which was pretty decent I could taste the pepper.<br/>The staff is courteous and helpful. If you want fish try it in the season that trawlers go out into the sea to fish. I don't eat Prawns but the people with me liked the prawns.<br/><br/>This isn't exactly the best or most authentic South indian food you can get in the north although it can give the best a run for their money. I for one didn't try their idli or dosa I ate that at sagar ratna and liked it so shouldn't be too different here.<br/><br/>Finally Desserts were nothing much to write home about. You can skip them for Desserts.

Swagath is generally considered to be the go-to place for Non vegetarian South Indian cuisine, but as a vegetarian, I can vouche for their amazing vegetarian as well as North Indian food menu. I tried their Strawberry shake, and it was one of the best I've had. Their chilly baby corn and crispy vegetables are also worth trying. My personal favourites have been their Mix veg in Kadi Patta gravy and malabari paratha. The veg seekh kebab however, is not that great. The ambience and staff are both very comfortable and welcoming. The prices are on the higher side like any other fine dining restaurant. But, overall this is a foodie's paradise!

So Swagath has been a family favourite for over 8 years. Visited the place after a long time and was very disappointed. Their fluffy malabari parathas were dry and undercooked - reminded me of the frozen ones. The chicken was undercooked and was left in the plate- the gravy lacked any flavour. The mutton ghee roast was a slight saving grace but that also didn't taste like good quality mutton. When we complained to the waiter - he told us this is how dishes were supposed to be. Another place that seems to have gone down the drain.

Visited this restaurant on my birthday evening for Dinner. The restaurant has a great ambience with a cordial staff. I had heard a lot about their South Indian cuisine and I wasn't disappointed.<br/><br/>We ordered the Chettinad Pepper Chicken, Mutton Kadipatta, Appams to go with it, Rice and Raita (with cucumber and tomatoes). Both the dishes were outright delicious. Where Chettinad chicken was spicy and creamy, the mutton kadipatta was a tomato based dry gravy and moderate on the spice level. Appams are a must order as these dishes go outstandingly well with the appam, as if they were made to be had together.<br/><br/>Finally, the restaurant was kind enough to bring a brownie with icecream for me to celebrate my birthday with.<br/><br/>Mutton Kadipatta and Chettinad Pepper Chicken

Went here for team lunch, the place is located right along the entrance of csm mall,noida which makes it kinda easy to reach.<br/> You're greeted with salute from gatekeeper 'darbaan' and it is ethnically decorated with those chandeliers, paintings making it quite good place to be in.<br/><br/> Staff is considerate and make sure that every requirement is met. Helping, easy to talk to, patient staff members is the way to go which they've done. Leatherette menus, comfortable sofas, clean environment all makes up for a healthy seating option. <br/> There are around ten medium sized round tables for 4-5 people and two long tables for groups..and yes... there's a bar too.<br/><br/>Ordered orange smoothie, chocolate shake,virgin mojito and a special 'Rinkie Chinkie' 😂 ,that's one hell of a name I've seen for a beverage other than Cinderella, missuniverse. For dinner I suggested them Swagath restaurant.. we all visited there at 7 pm in the evening.. found the ambience of the restaurant very pleasing.. since the visitors were chinese we focused much on non veg food.. we order prawns in the starter.. it was awesome in taste. also the main course bhindi masala, mutton curry, naan also had the great taste..<br/>Even the non indians appreciated the same.<br/>the restaurant is also pocket friendly.

Didnt liked the food at all total waste of time and money.<br/>Ordered fried rice got steamed rice .<br/>Rating of 3.6 is not justified at all<br/>Wont recommend anyone to visit this place.<br/>

Went there for lunch and ordered paneer dishes and tandoori roti. Kahadi Panner was good and roti were OK. Place is good but bit expensive and doesn't justify the price. I had very tasty veg biriyani from here. My friend who had Chicken biriyani also said it is delicious. Spacious place and friendly staff. Good to have a multi Cuisine Restaurant like this.

I really like this restaurant. From starters to main course everything they do is by the book. So for someone who already loves most of ur preparations what do u do...!!! U suggest them malabar menu... I tried chicken malabar with steamed rice and after having that whenever i think about fine dining this restaurant comes to my mind..keep up the good taste <br/><br/>

Everything seems overpriced in this place because of lack of taste in food along with lack of ambience. The entire setup seems very old. Ordered Kerala style Thalserry biryani... which tasted nothing like that. The taste of chicken was very sad. The restaurant needs to improve on lot of fronts including the food and service

Bad in taste, no difference in taste of two different dishes. Served pieces of tomatoes and a egg in a plate of handi chicken in a take away order. Try tandoori village/ desi vibes instead.

Went here a while back with a friend. Had visited their outlet in Greater Noida so was expecting the same. Was not to pleasantly surprised. Their air conditioning wasn't working and that made the while place feel congested and smelly. <br/><br/>The food was good as it seems is the case for Swagath anywhere. We ordered Seekh Kebab, drinks and boiled chana masala. All of them tasted good. <br/><br/>Not really value for money but a decent experience for sure.

Veg Noodles (3.5/5)- Taste was good but could have been less oily.<br/>2. Chilly Paneer Gravy- (3.5/5)- Could hardly find the "gravy" in the dish and paneer was quite coarse too. Definitely needs an improvement. <br/>3. Dal Makhani (4.5/5)- After a long time, had an amazing Dal makhani with perfect spices. Totally recommend to try. <br/>4. Veg Jalfrezi (4.5/5)- It was quiet yum and unique in flavour. <br/>5. Aloo Kulcha (4.5/5)- This is my all time favourite. And fortunately I was pleased with this preparation also :) <br/><br/>Overall, we had a nice dinner. Would appreciate if they can improve on Noodles and Paneer gravy.

Swagath's food is a burst of flavors.... great quantity and value for money...hopefully that is not changed haven't been in a while....had ordered mutton (I believe it was chetinand mutton). The Food is good.

This place is good for family style dinning...love the 90 style Bollywood classical they play..they have good service staff... loved the Mumbai style chakna they serve with beer.. which they don't charger you for... rates are good not over priced...I like to eat spicy so I ordered their ghee roast mutton which was considered to be spicy but it was tasteless and not at all spicy..

Getting along with vegetarian friends and too edacious on a weekend afternoon, we hogged on to Swagath ! Wide variety for drinks and food both ! Fine dining , noisy , family restaurant ! <br/>We ordered a Panner Tikka Masala , Pindi Chana, Dal Gharwali, Green Salad and variety of Indian breads. Although the service was slow but the food was appetising ! Pindi Chana wasn't a good selection though ! The visit wasn't completely satisfactory, they can do better on service and taste of food.

Poor service. Old shitty place. Waiters don't know any service. Inspite of having the discount options they didn't give any discounts coz they themselves printed a bill without discounts and hence they were not ready to acknowledge their mistake. Ignore this place!!!

I visited this outlet with some business associates sometime back and was very happy with the decision. The location is in the hustling bustling sector 18. Ambience good, service great, food tasty, quantity amazing, prices reasonable. Phew ! Did I miss something ? Yeah, they gave us a corporate discount of 10%. Really appreciate the fact that they do not levy any service charge. But such an experience ought to be rewarded and I was self compelled to leave a decent tip. Keep it up guys !!! Loved the South Indian food and the experience.

As usual it is awesome like any other Swagath branch...i ordered the flagship 'bombay duck' and Surmai boneless as starters, just amazing, mouth watering, delicious. And then appam, neer dosa and chettinad chicken - the amazing combination from their specialities, superb, jaut cant unexpressable. Keep it up guys.<br/>Just only thing the basement sitting has a bot smell of damp...so please make it like the upstairs sitting.

We had a party here @ 600 per person unlimited dinner. It was nice and we enjoyed and this price is very reasonable. But this is applicable only when you have 10 or more persons. Starter and everything was nice.

We always visit this place to have some authentic south Indian food. You can get all kinds of food but this place is mainly famous for seafood. We always try to have Egg-Appam, Neer Appam, Prawn and Fish curry (gassi preparation). Biriyani is also nice of this place. <br/><br/>We have visited other branches of this restaurant. They always meet the expectation. The taste of the food is always great. <br/><br/>Price is little high. Very very polite waiters. Even though the place is always full over the weekends and one has to definitely wait for minimum of 5 minutes outside but they take special care and if you are waiting with an elderly, they give you a priority. A must go place.

Really like the Swagath brand. I had always felt that they should stick to the south indian non veg delicacies, but the north Indian food has become quite popular as well. They do a mean butter chicken. I prefer the South Indian gems though !! Prawns butter pepper garlic and Chettinad curries hit the spot most of the times. The biryanis are decent as well. It was such a good place. I and my friend have been to here and had a wonderful time along with some Chilled beer. I simply love their spring roll and kala chana salad. It  is awesome.  yes, we are not disappointed. The food was great and ambiance is excellent with nice music.  Much recommended

I was a regular visitor many years back at Defcol branch..It's become highly over priced for a standalone non Michelin star restaurant...Prices are unbelievable...and same as 2 star Michelin..A bottle of Kingfisher Ultra beer costs Rs.745/- plus taxes..A plate of small size prawns..with 6 to 8 pieces, the ones which costs say around max 300 a Kg , so value of it would be hardly 50bucks is priced at approx 700, I guess..Plate of meat curry with 6 pieces at same price..I still do not know why Veer Sanghvi rates him as his best restaurants on multi cuisine...maybe he doesn't know the cost being a food reviewer ..Taste wise it's still okay..but go there if someone's treating you or want to be ripped .<br/>And to add insult .if you go during happy hours...the waiter insists on keeping all hhe free booze in table instead of serving later Imagine the number of bottles of beer in front of you if a group is going. ..He says he does it so there is no extra claims or disputes..And it's supposed to be fine dining ..though prices are already reached that...Even if you go for food, stay away from sea food and alcohol...

Very good every item was perfect ordered 10 to 15 items.What a quality none of them failed to amaze me.You should order butter chicken atleast once than whenever you go after again you cannot stop yourself to order that again.

Food in Swagath is always good but the quality might differ store to store. Been here few times. Chicken 65 is nice. Chicken Gassi is good, cooked in Mangalorean style Coconut gravy. It compliments with steam rice, appam and the delicious malabar paratha.

Oh my god. I literally have no words for the amazing food I've devoured here. To be honest, I entered this place without having too many expectations. Yeah, the boring old multi cuisine food that is served in every other restaurant. But I'm so glad, and believe me, so glad, that Swagath proved me wrong. <br/>My inherent non vegetarian gene pushed me to order tandoori chicken. And holy mother of god was I surprised. It was probably the best I've ever had. Juicy, well cooked and perfectly spiced, especially for mirch lovers like me, the tandoori chicken was bang on. Ten points for this itself. <br/>The other dishes me and my mother ordered were chicken biryani and chicken fried rice. (Welcome back, non veg genes) That tandoori chicken had increased my expectations about the rest of the food and boy, I wasn't disappointed at all. The biryani wasn't too oily, yet it had the amazing aroma and flavour of our favourite rice dish. And the fried rice too was delicious, and enjoyable even without any manchurian. Ah, my foodie soul was pleased. Very pleased. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. <br/>Swagath, you guys deserve a 5/5 rating. I was there for dinner, service is great and ambience is just okay. If I talk about food, quality is poor and quantity wise it's appropriate! And I found this place to be very expensive according to the service and food they offer. I would recommend them to make certain improvements to call themselves a fine dining place.

Swagath has been serving its customer from years now and has many outlets in all over Delhi.<br/>Once, i was shopping with my family in the Dlf mall,Noida. So after the shopping was done we wanted to have dinner, we decided to go to Swagath. Ambience was great and interior was old and classic.<br/>Coming to the food, in the Staters we ordered: Veg seekh kebab, Paneer tikka, Soya chaap andTomato soup. Kebab was melting in th mouth (the way it should). Paneer tikka could have been better. Soya chaap was very soft and had the perfect texture and taste.Tomato soup was tasty.<br/>In the main course we ordered, Dal makhani, Shahi paneer, Pindi chane and Egg curry. I was not impressed by the main course at all. The taste of all the curries except Dal makhani was not good .<br/>They can improve the taste of their main course a lot..!!
