Review Pizza Hut - Noida

I love pizza and usually my first go to is Pizza Hut! The menu is ever evolving and the staff is decent and warm. I happen to visit the place on my Birthday and the warmness shared by the staff made my Birthday even more special. Apart from treating me and my friends well they made sure they gave me an ice cream bowl as complimentary gift and they made sure to make me feel extra special by wishing me with a special birthday song. It was so warm and wonderful that I guess I have fallen again in love with Pizza Hut and have become a Pizza Hut loyalist forever. Way to go Pizza Hut!!!

Good at Service And Staff also very helpful and for were given suggestions . Food was good and tasty. We order Veg Suprme and Chicken tikka Sausage . Ambitious was good

A sudden visit Pizza Hut in GIP .. we had the treat for 2 along with cheese garlic bread which is always my favourite.. when it comes to pizza .. Pizza Hut is the best .. but the hospitality is bit slow here .. food of Pizza Hut is always good !

This pizza hut outlet is very different as it has very luxurious than the other outlet and the service is really too good but it us most of the time is full with crowd and on the weekend anyone rarely get the table..... And tge wualuty is pizza is also too good

A place where quality is focused over quantity. If you are particular about the taste, then it is the place which served you with the best taste of pizza. Little expensive compared to other brands serving pizza. Drinks are also worth trying in this outlet.

Had to Wait 30 mins outside. Then 1 hour for the food. Didnt get food. Walked out. Manager didnt even care and ignored us. Atleast the waitress said sorry. Please fire the manager or no one will be eating at pizza hut ever again. I pity the brand now.

Visited after so long to the Pizza Hut and it was nice , but the thing which bothers me a lot that the staff is not aware about the zomato gold offer .

I always used to visit there because I love their pizzas,their crust is so soft otherwise I’ve found the crust not properly cooked in some other cafes.<br/> I never try any other place because the taste is delicious here..!!<br/>But the only drawback is that we have to wait in a queue to enter inside.

Worst experience with Pizza hut... I prefer you instead of dominos but not met expectation at all.. Received open package so I am not going to consume this... Waste of time and waste of money... Bye bye Pizza hut

The only thing i used to love about this place was chilli cheese garlic bread which they have removed from their menu. The pizza tastes bland. I don't know what is the problem with their cheese. Service is extremely slow. You keep reminding them that your order is pending and this is the case when the outlet is not even crowded, only 2-3 tables occupied.

We ordered veg exotica, triple chicken feast and country feast (cheese burst). All pizzas were of medium size. Veg exotica and triple chicken feast were okay type. Chicken was a bit dry. But the country feast was utter disappointment so was their cheese burst. Extra cheese was at the edges whereas it should be all over the pizza and the amount of veggies is also very less.

The pizza here was one of the worst pizza I ever had. It was dry and the toppings were very less as well. It was first time to this outlet and certainly the last as well.

No doubt the food is amazing as it is pizza hut, but had to wait more than 25 minutes to place the order, and later got to listen that there is less number of staff so it will take even more time. This is first time ever felt this in pizza hut.

Was serving great pizzas for 3-4 years until this last Saturday when the pizza was pathetic, dry, without topping, no cheese in cheese max. Very disappointed last time.  It looked like they did not want to cut the topping or buy the cheese to put in pizzas.  Dry pizza on top of that, not even soft.  Quality is never the same for any restaurant, nothing different for Pizza Hut also this time..  Wasted my time and money, my daughter was disappointed  too for whom i went there.  Service was also quite bad, very late.  No enthusiasm also, boring type this time.  Hope I go again in future and nothing happens like this.

This is the best place if you wanna hang up with your buddies with no a peaceful ambience. They have some beautifully crafted dishes in their menu. Everything is just perfect - The sitting, ambience, food, drinks, service - all were fantastic!

Pizza hut has always been my favourite pizzaria outlet. The staff is decent. The ambience is also nice. The extra cheese totally melts in your mouth and you can't wait to have another bite. For me, their cheese pizza is the best!!

Amazing place in the food court, here I had their paneer soya supreme. Every vegetarians dream paneer and soya in one base that's so awesome.<br/>Size is a bit small if we compare it with other joints and a little expensive too, a guy with a good appetite will need two of those...lol.<br/>Overall my experience was good<br/><br/>Service - 3/5.<br/>Taste-4/5.

We have ordered white sauce pasta , garlic bread, classic cold coffee and hazelnut cold coffee. Food wasn't good, bad, average, it was the worst pasta of my life. As you can see in the picture, it wasn't creamy, it wasn't hot, it wasn't properly cooked. Cold coffees were bad as well. Not bad, very bad. My bill was 1300-1400 around. It wasn't a single penny worth. Don't go there, or you will regret your time, your money, and those added calories.<br/><br/>Please note that we have returned the pasta and the better version has the picture attached with it. Just imagine what it was before.

Place for small and large group friends and family gathering, staff is attentive and polite. They are successful in maintaining the brand values and name of Pizza Hut. This outlet is placed right in the heart of the Great India Place mall on the ground floor. Usually a crowded place but I was always able to find a place to sit and eat.

Pizza - all time favourite ! I went there with my colleague to have pizza. We ordered one chicken pizza and one peppy paneer pizza. Both were amazing. Mouthwatering. It was one on one offer going on. It was too large for a single person. Staff was patient and cooperative. They even packed the leftover pizza for us. Overall, an excellent experience!

Went on a day when there was huge rush, took sometime to find a table. Once seated the experience was good. Quick service and great food. <br/>Tried their Lebanese chicken pizza, classic Alfredo pasta and Quesadillas. Food no doubt was of good standard. Just what we had expected. Would recommend.

The taste of pizza here is amazing. I was not a pizza lover but now that I am, I prefer pizza hut over any other pizza. The taste of garlic bread is also great. The service here was though slow even when not crowded.

What a excellent place to have pizza.I haven't seen such a big outlet of pizza hut.In this outlet you can enjoy freshly baked pizza at your table,you don't have to preorder everything on counter but you can directly ask the waiter to bring your dish one by one on your table.I ordered veggie feast and cheese garlic bread.Pizza was very fresh and presented on hot plate just like a platter.Garlic bread was also very good.

They always make fab pizzas. Generally I get pizzas home delivered. What I can't get more delivery is starters and mocktails so each time I dine in its mostly for them. More than their pizzas nowadays I like their starters be it creamy garlic bread stix, spicy baked chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, potato cruncher. So I had a craving today as I was at the mall so visited Pizza Hut. Not doubt all the starters was warm and tasty. The 3 new mocktails are as well good- Jamuntini, Tangy Mary and Malt Brew and as I'm a fan of pastas so I didn't keep behind in tasting the Classic Alfredo Pasta. Had a nice time eating at Pizza Hut after long. But the service is very very slow. Made me feel sleepy in between 2 dishes.

When your heart calls for pizza i say pizza hut! I personally am not a fan of thick crusts but when crusts are as light and fluffy as pizza hut, I can never say a No. I also loved the new pizza, chicken supreme, love the topping thoroughly! The garlic breadsticks were amazing well😊

Pretty decent establishment, and could get better with adding more staff, I felt the this outlet is understaffed, the food they serve are all fine, could get better. For hygiene I would definitely suggest to beef up the effort, nobody likes to sit on uncleaned tables. Altogether I remember this joint to be quite good in its earlier days but didn't found the same profound rich experience this time. There are places and gaps in service, food, and staff which needs to be worked on.

I personally like pizza hut a lot and this time i am sorry to say but i am not convinced with it as the service is extreme slow, i have to wait to give order for long and when it come it was not that hot. Also we ask for water but we not get it. <br/>Food quality is also okay okay basically not that good. <br/>I personally like it but not this time!!!!

I have loved Pizza hut since forever. The best thing about Pizza hut is their crust which is better than most of the pizza outlets and brands.<br/>So, I happen to order pizza everytime from this place, and I love it's garlic bread as it's different from others and you don't get to eat it from every other place.<br/><br/>I love the Ambience and Service of this outlet too.<br/>Definitely worth the money.<br/>Recommended. 💯

I thought, i'd never review a place like Pizza hut but well here I am, trying to get things to the management.<br/>The reason I never wanted to write a review is obvious: The place is not the best even for the price range, the food is not exceptional, the service is barely courteous.<br/><br/>Still, i considered it to be better than Dominos. That counts for something, right? Maybe not.<br/>So, when the restaurant was fairly empty yesterday afternoon, the staff was unbelievably understaffed.<br/>I'll try and explain this better. There was one person taking orders from atleast 25 people. It's the recipe for disaster and I'm not taking about the food yet.<br/><br/>Wasn't able to get my hands on the menu for good 10 minutes and wasn't able to give the order for another 10.<br/>Don't even blame the guy there, he was working well. I'd blame the management.<br/><br/>The food took more than 40 minutes by my watch, sadly we were served after the people who got to the restaurant way after us.<br/>The reason they got their food early was because they created fuss about it and pretty much started a scene, multiple tables I'm talking. That's how you know the service is slow. Be it after a shopping spree, a Marvel movie, a difficult class or even just like that, Pizza Hut and the outlet next to it have been constants for us. <br/><br/>Their special weekend offer is the best bet for us college students to eat our heart’s fill, and their pizzas also tastes decent to good. When paired with snacks and everyone’s favourite Pepsi, with our friends, it becomes a fun time and sort of a competition to who gets the biggest slice and eats the most, all while being light on pockets. <br/><br/>The more fancy pizzas, however, might not be that valid of an option for people prefering quantity. The real hiccup is the service, who’ve been constantly slow each time we went, and sometimes had an unwelcoming tone, so, plenty of patience required.<br/><br/>A strong 3 star, and a better outlet than other pizza huts, if compared with.

Do something to improve the quality and regain the taste of your pizzas. Pizzas were not made of fresh ingredients.<br/><br/>Pizza hut is NO more a place to be visited.

This review is continuation of my previous review for V3S mall outlet. After complaining about home delivery order, pizza hut arranged a call back from manager, then I visit the outlet and now I can say they deserve 4 rating. I ordered veggie lover with cheese max and green apple mojito. Tatse was good and service was also nice. Just last comment for piiza hut, why u guys r waiting for a complaint, why don't u give similar pizza all the time.

Ordered for delivery a pizza (cheesy sausage medium) and cheese garlic bread stix today. The pizza tasted great and was truly value for money considering pizza costs. The garlic bread stix though were uncooked and overall weren't as great as I'd expected them to be. Not bad overall.

They have good meal combos. The garlic bread is a must have at pizza hut though not a big fan of their pizzas. Always get satisfactory service from the staff.

Delivery may not be great but all of their food especially pizza, garlic bread with cheese, pasta are VERY fresh and tasty. Take-out is recommended although I do dine-in most of the time since I like my food fresh.

As of this date this Pizza Hut was great. Ordered a pizza and it was delivered quickly and was piping hot. Delivery guy was friendly and polite. Couldn't ask for a better experience...

I visited this outlet for the first time many years ago and was met with a good ambience. However, over the years, the quality of the place has taken a toll for the worse. <br/>My most recent visit was on 27th September, 2017. When I entered, the place was almost empty, with only 3-4 tables being occupied. The furniture was old and weak. The table and chairs rocked and were rather dirty by regular Pizza Hut standards.<br/>I ordered the cream of mushroom soup and jalapeño poppers for starters. The service was slow and poor. The waiters took very long to attend to me. And my soup came very late, but it tasted good. It was creamy and the taste of basil made it all the more likeable. The poppers had the melt in the mouth taste and they were generous with the cheese dip. For the main course, I had a cheesy max paneer vegorama pizza. The pizza came in time and was fresh from the oven. It tasted good too. The crust was soft, the cheese was not rubbery, and the cheesy max base had a barbecue flavour which gave it a great twist. The toppings were fresh too. But again, the service was extremely poor. Water wasn’t refilled, spoons and knives were given very late, and the waiter came very late for taking the next order even though there was no rush in the restaurant. <br/>All in all, my experience of eating at the restaurant was not satisfactory, even though the food was good. I would not recommend going here if you like a wholesome experience of eating. It’s suitable for home delivery. <br/>

"Unlimited Pizza Friday @249" and "unlimited cold drink @99".. This whole concept is so fascinating but in reality it is such a big disappointment. Firstly, They won't serve you the whole pizza instead they will serve you pizza slice. Secondly, they were taking more than 15 minutes to serve next pizza slice. Same goes with the cold drink, they won't refill it instantly, they took so much of time in refilling it. I had so much expectations from the whole scheme but it was all a complete disappointment. <br/>The sitting area was really great and even the presentation was okay.

After a long hiatus of more than 5-6 years I went to the Great India Place Mall and straight to Pizza Hut at the ground floor. Pizza Hut used to be my favourite long before I became fan of home deliveries from dominos. So expecting some good pizza and great service that Pizza Hut was once famous for, I went in with high expectations. But alas, the experience was nothing to be happy about <br/>1st things first. The place was dirty. Not just the table but the floor beneath as well. The servers were equally bored and responded without even a slightest of the smile( barring one, who was a young chap, probably a new recruit). Plates were stained, tissue papers sparse and the ketchup bottle looked like no one had bothered to clean it for ages before refilling. Layers of dried ketchup on the screw. It was enough to diminish my hunger. food was ok. Good old country feast and garlic bread with masala lemonade. I wanted to try the new cheese jalapeño balls but they refused to give it as part of the meal instead of garlic bread. <br/><br/>Hope other Pizza Hut restaurants are different.

Tucked inside a building with other stores, it sits on the immediate right of the entrance after few walk and is difficult to miss with all the cute and whimsical decor. Prices are decent. The staff are extremely friendly and kind.

Visited this place recently and ordered new veg kabab stuffed crust and mojito blast. As the name suggest, mojito blast was really a blast of refreshing flavours which I liked so much. Most of us has extreme love for pizzas. I visited this outlet twice in the span of three days. The pizzas are extremely good. Double cheese margherita is so cheesy and well crusted. Cheese garlic bread is a must to try whenever you visit pizza hut. Their Belgian chocolate shake and hazelnut cold coffee is the best shakes I could have. They are just beyond perfect.

I visited this place after like 2 years , The services are still the same its amazing how this particular pizza hut store has maintained its services and the good taste from the past so many yearrs and still manages to stay full even after having so many branches in the city. Even the staff is super helpful. Really great experience today

I visited pizza hut after ages maybe 2 years and came back all happy. :) Their menu has changed a lot since I ordered last. And the new additions are refreshing. So we ordered a spiced mango sparkle cooler, garlic bread sticks, tomato sauce pasta, potato wedges and a tandoori panner pizza. The The spiced mango cooler tasted like a high-end version of aam panna and was pretty refreshing. The food in total was good. I am definitely coming back soon.

It's always good to be here! Always buzzing with people and sometimes u have to wait for a couple of minutes to get in but it's all worth it. Pizza hut is one of the safest places to dine in GIP as you'll never be disappointed here.

Sunday is typically a lazy day for me. It's the only day the roommate and I have off together, so we normally just chill at home and order delivery. On Sunday we decided to try Pizza for lunch. We place our order at 2:08pm. It arrived at 2:53pm.It was warm and delicious

This was one of the nice outlet of pizza hut located in gip mall, noida. Most of the time at weekends, there is a long waiting of 20-25 mins but you can register your name at the reception and roam in the mall till your turn comes. <br/>This place is clean, nice and they have a great sense of hospitality. We tried their pan pizzas and lemonade which were too good. <br/>I would like to visit again here. <br/>

The only reason why I come here is so I can get my Pizza Hut fix and I like the fact that I can just order myself a personal pan pizza value meal.The service is attentive and seating is very comfortable.Great on nights that involve lots of fun.

Pizza Hut never disappoint you. Their pizzas are fresh, yummy and cheesy just like how it's suppose to be. We ordered a pizza from sector 38 noida because we were hungry... but the pizza came and was cold and soggy.... horrible.... think again before ordering a delivery.

I recently went to the Pizza Hut restaurant located in Noida and I was delighted to witness the quality of service offered by them!<br/>The food was amazing and even though, this was not my first time at a Pizza Hut restaurant, I was amazed to see the new additions in the menu.<br/>I believe Pizza Hut as a chain has expanded really well and come up with an amazing menu to cater to the Indian Taste.

I was at GIP after finishing my work with my colleague. We checked in Pizza Hut order veg pizza with cheese topping and veg thick base little crunchy.I loved every bite of it. It was price fairly.Again visit may be soon.

Oh pizza! I love thee. What to say about the pizza hut. The pizzas here have not lost any charm over all these years. The white sauce pasta and garlic bread are so delicious , they can even beat the pizzas. And not to forget the mojito only adds epicness to the glory of the meals. <br/>Keep it up pizzahut.

Wow is the word while I was out from this outlet..<br/>What a team! I must say the happiness of a customer in a restaurant matters through hospitalised & charged up team..that's what I found in GIP mall. <br/>As usual soup was delicious & pizza was amazing & crisp which I ordered. Being Sunday crowd I still got full attention & special thanks to young guy Ankit who was full attentive & charged up for everyone around. Such guys make the day beautiful. Amazing work Pizza Hut team..keep it up..

Experience of it's own kind, beyond the scope of customer service! Did it ever happened with you, that a dining restaurant service manager personally visits you to ensure customer service for your ordinary order (below 3k). Kudos to entire Pizza Hut team for managing it excellently and spreading happiness!<br/>On serious note..I wonder if I would have revealed them that one of our guest is a cancer patient, they would have turned the world upside down..

Great food, they recently started creamy pizza cheese on all products which is really great. Spiced mango drink is too good.<br/>If you want to get better service and quality of food ask for Mongal. He is the best person at this place

I know it's not worth reviewing a chain like Pizza Hut which has been around from ages, but this review is to make everyone aware of how pizza hut is going down on quality and service. And this review is not based on one experience, i went to Pizza Hut in Select City Walk few months back then to V3S mall Pizza Hut 3 months back and then this one last week.<br/><br/>As i entered i noticed the floors are absolutely dirty, we were offered a table and the chair pulled out for me was also not clean, it had some food particles on it and the table was also not clean. After complaining and getting it cleaned we were seated and served with water glasses. One of the glasses of water had something in it that had to be returned. <br/><br/>Service is pathetic, the waiters dont give a damn of what you are complaining about. <br/><br/>Food:- Surprisingly the last thing you would expect is the quality of a chain of this standard to go down, garlic bread was weird in taste texture was rough. Pizza base was fine but the cheese quality was funny as it did not seem that i am eating a cheese pizza.<br/><br/>Manager was very much of the concerns we were raising but he did not bother asking us what problem we were facing.<br/><br/>Overall: - I think I am done with the chains like Pizza Hut and Dominos and may not return.

Generally, I'm not a big fan of pizzas, but just wanted a quick food, so I stopped by the pizza hut in the mall. The pizza was verrrry fluffy, I fell in love with the crust immediately.This the best pizza I have ever had so far.

By far the BESTEST PIZZA HUT we have ever been to. We have been consistently coming to this outlet for last 8-9 years and are we ever disappointed to the slightest ?? ..... NO WAYYYY .... <br/>Been to many other Pizza Hut outlets across the city, in India and abroad as well... But the Pizza Hut at TGIP Mall in Noida, sector 38, both in terms of hospitality and quality and taste of food is simply outstanding- THE BEST. <br/><br/>I can't think of a single one member of their team who wouldn't have been nice all these years, but I would like to make special special mention of the assistant manager LOKESH and the restaurant manager QAMAR ...... Now these two guys are managing a fantastic show out there and their warmth, courteousness and that attitude to go out of their way to please a customer sends us back over and over and over again. The same spirit trickles down in the junior staff too. All in all so long this team is managing this outlet, this place is for life for us.

Visited this place after ages and was glad to see that they service is still quick and professional despite of the rush- maddening!! The managers were making sure that every table was properly looked after and that every customer is taken care of. The menu is still the same. We went for their value meal option and for two people it was indeed a good treat. Quality and quantity of food is good and the prices are pocket friendly. The best part was the punjabi dance number performed by the staff, saw this for the first time at Pizza Hut, which uplifted the mood.

The best thing about Pizza Hut is that it is more elegant than any of its rivals. Right from the chic furniture, the thick menu card to the happiness bell. It make sures you feel royal while gorging on the Pizzas. <br/>The last time I went to pizza hut, we ordered garlic bread and pasta, in order to try something other than the Pizzas and still we weren't disappointed. Pizza Hut makes sure all of its dishes are prepared with equal amount of care. <br/>A wonderful experience overall. <br/>Please make sure you get us water next time, cuz we had to wait for it for a long time.

Pizza Hut at TGIP is my favourite dine out place on weekends for last 4+ years now. Even if we love to see movies in Wave Cinemas but we have pizza at TGIP and then go to Wave. All my family members come from other cities have visited and enjoyed food and hospitality. Staff is very generous and cooperative like Qamar, Ajay, Lokesh etc. I strongly recommend it to all.
