Had dinner 🍽️, nice experience, lots of variety available, good place for celebrating birthday party n marriage anniversary 🥳

Food, service and ambience, everything was great! We had Maninder as our server, got welcome drinks as well and we had an amazing experience overall. The kebabs are exceptional and a good place to go with family and friends.

The restaurant is on the rooftop of Radisson. The view is fantabulous from here. It's adjacent to the swimming pool. We gone in one function organissed by our friend here. All kababs were deep fried. But taste was good.

Have read the previous reviews, but luckily my experience is good...prefer going for dinner, and kebabs are authentic, soft...a foodie from Bengal so specially have a tendency for tasty biryani and matches 70% of Kolkata style biriyani. Sweets are limited option but was enough for me and my family....lal maas was sooooo tasty!! This is my 3rd best, after JW Marriott kitchen in kolkata and Delhi

Delicious food, loved some of the vegetarian starters so much end up repeating them 2-3 times. The main course & desserts were good, and it could have been better.

Today I have visited with my family in Kabab Factory at Radisson Noida Sec 55 . I ordered non veg galauti kabab one of my favorites and it's awesome as usual . Highly recommended to visit once whenever you are in nids

Best Place To Have Kebabs Raddison is a renowned name and I recently went there for lunch at The Great Kebab Factory. When it comes to buffet our choice is fixed that is The Great Kebab Factory!! All the non veg lovers this is the place which satisfy your craving for galoutis and kebab, adding fish and prawns will be cherry on the cake!! It’s a roof top restaurant and has exquisite turquoise and blue themed decor which looks elegant as well as immaculate. The service here is swift and prompt. The staff was well bred and respectful and were just a call away. All the items were served on table one by one. What I had : 1) Mutton Galouti Kebab with raw papaya chapati: this was there signature dish and the kebabs completely melted in my mouth. The papaya chapati complemented well. 2) Atishi Chooza : Chicken marinated in secret spices was was delicious. 3) Gosht Tawa Boti Kebab : juicy and tender mutton boti Kebab. 4) Zafrani Murg Tikka : Chicken Tikka cooked to perfection. Was good. 5) Mahi Pudina Seekh: fish seekh Kebab, which was juicy and moist. Maincourse : tried their dal makhani, dal tadka, kadhai paneer, chicken curry and mutton biryani - all the main course items were exceptionally delicious and tasty. Desserts : Gulab jamun, pan ice cream, sewaiya kheer, moong daal halwa and tinka kulfi. - the desserts for me were the ⭐ of the show. These guys completely nailed it with all the desserts specially the gulab jamun. It was an amazing and enticing experience. On special note and last but not the least the service and hospitality by there staff is very nice and good! They will make your food journey special and would always be there for you any kind of need or special demand!!

This was a super fun experience. The food was varied in textures and flavors with a variety of experiences to the palate. I was very surprised by the depth of flavors. I got to try like 15 things with only one not being quite to my liking. The service was superb (shout out to Deepak who was awesome) and they made certain I got extra of what I enjoyed. I was carefully attended at every moment making it feel like royal treatment. Will be back for certain.

It's was an amazing experience! The food,the ambience and the staff ----- worth it ! Service has been so good and every table which I noticed was taken care of. Staff is jolly, listen to your every choice patiently and even suggest, if you ask them for the suggestions. Attended the Hello Mumbai festival at the all time favourite kabab factory..yes it is great for sure. What a delight. LOVED THE kebabs on offer. Right from the crowd favourite Galaouti kebabs which melt in mouth and are soo delicious you cant resist yourself to have more than two at least. Then we had the chicken tikkas, tandoori chicken, fish tikka and the prawns and veggie starters and relished every bit of it to our hearts content. The spices are amazing and you can actually tell the server if you like it mild or more spicy. The sauces on the side add to the taste. BY THE time you finish with starters you dont have much apetite for main course but then who wouldnt want to stop. The food is so tempting we had the dal makhani, paneer makhani and mutton curry along with the delicious biryani. We couldnt stop with main course and had the kulfi, gulab jamun and kheer for desserts. The food was really good..and its must visit place for this festival.

Again, went on a team lunch from work. Enjoyed everything including the chicken kebabs and phirni. But I am not a fan of galouti kebabs here.

Excellent food. The Great Kabab Factory is very popular for their Gulouti Kabab which is the best. Mouth watering dishes veg and non veg. Chicken, Mutton, Fish, Prawn etc.

We went there for a lunch buffet.  Their service was pathetic. Except few items, the complete buffet was tasteless and the meat was not even properly cooked.Complete waste of money.

Great food at a decent price. The kbabs are good and have an authentic taste like Lucknow's famous tundey kababs. Not an ideal place for hanging out with a group of friends but is decent for a meal for two.

15yr old restaurant with not a single rupee spend on upkeep and maintenance. Same old menu and place, it's like eating in the 90s.<br/><br/>Unwashed linen, mocktails bad, cleanliness at worse. It was my brother's birthday and we had an awesome time eating all the varieties of Kabab's served here.<br/><br/>The buffet dinner included variety of Veg and Non-Veg starters, main course, Biryani, Gulab Jamun, Rose/Paan Ice cream and Paan.

We love this place. Excellent food, my son’s favourite. We have been to this place so many times in last 11 years. We are vegetarians, options are great and we end up over eating everytime. Love their deserts too, Rose ice cream, veg halitosis kebab, strawberry sauce etc. must must try...

Food was good, service was good too... I personally didn't like their biryani but the appetizers were great and their dal was too delicious.. gulab jamun were perfect hot and soft balls. Overall a very good and satisfying experience. But seeing their prices I think they should include prawns in the non veg menu too because I've seen that other places who are cheaper in prices for buffet also have prawns in their starters atleast.

The food quality is not up to the mark, the ambiance is not something special and they play only Marathi music which people usually don't like to hear in Delhi NCR.

Went there tonight on our wedding anniversary. Good ambience and friendly staff. All kababs were good but my favorite was Mutton Seekh Kebab. The chicken biryani, bagara baingan and makhni daal were very nice. Shall visit again and recommend to my close friends. Thank you GKF!

Went there with some colleagues. Though it was my first time, some of them had been there earlier and insisted that we go there. Being Friday or don't know the exact reason, the place was a full house. But we were lucky enough to easily get a table. It was quite noisy because of the crowd and by chance one of the music speakers was right overhead making the situation worse. We literally had to shout to each other to make ourselves audible. Now let's come to the food. As we were all non-vegetarians we ordered mix of both veg. and nv, and they began with chicken boneless kebabs. I was starving and wanted to dig into everything but somehow the items kept coming in longer intervals killing the whole fun of live barbeque. But we kept our cool and coped up with their speed. The chicken items were nice but the galauti kebab could have been better. The fish fries were ok and so were the veg items like dahi ke kebab and paneer tikka. The service was pretty slow and we almost were about to lose it when they took almost half an hour time to bring in the main course. Also they forgot to get us pineapple chaat that should have been brought midway itself, in between all the other starters. The main course wasn't that good. The best part was the kulfi amongst all the other desserts (firni, shaahi tukda, gulab jamun) which I did not taste; so, won't comment much. Overall the experience was ok and not amazing. :)

Nice, friendly environs, good usual tandoori murg, paneer tilka, murg tikka, not so sure about subz galouti and mutton galouti kebab, Naan and paranthas are crisp, the main course take a back seat when too many kebabs have been relished, the dessert is where scope of improvement is there.

Great Kabab factory has always been our first choice if we plan any corporate gatherings. However my only suggestions to them would be please modify your menu a little. You have been serving the same starters and same a-la-carte for a very long time. Service here is 5/5.

It was fascinating that we finally executed a dine-out plan at The Great Kabab Factory yesterday. It being lunch was less-crowded thus bringing us all the attention we could ask for. The other highlight of our experience was obviously the food which is undoubtedly remarkable. The limited but scrumptious menu made us realise that the feat was worth it. Only the in-between delays were annoying but every other bit of this place deserves a full 10 on 10! Highly recommended!

I had been to the punjabi bagh outlet in 2005, the day icici had approved a loan..had gone there to fill my tummy and the place had no menu..just one placard highlighting the menu of the day..guest had no choice but it was a sure shot way to profitability as you decide the costs..great learning experience amidst royal decor.

The Great Kabab Factory. I wish zomato had a rating of less than 1.<br/>Went there for a family dinner but it was not worth a single penny. The taste of the food was not at all good and the prices for the buffet were equally high.<br/>The starters had chicken tikka and it was tasteless. The main course was not upto the mark. The desserts were not at all sweet. Shahi tukda was not even properly cooked. The taste of the food here needs a lot of improvement.<br/>Never visting again !

Undoubtedly a good place for authentic Mughlai dishes and kebabs. its an spacious place with good variety of dishes to choose from. You can also try their bar which got a good variety of drinks too. A bit expensive but worth visiting

As the name suggests, Great Kebab Factory should serve amazing Kebabs. <br/>However, the place is completely disappointing. The ambience is totally dead. The food is below average & with very less options. On top of this, it is extremely overpriced. I would never suggest this place to anybody.

Comes with a heavy name, I only wished if the experience would have been that great as well. <br/><br/>Really disappointed with the overall experience when i had a party of around 20 people here a few days back. <br/><br/>Cons:-<br/>1. The food quality was not that great<br/><br/>2. The veg dishes were not served to the people who were having non veg food. This is something strange and never seen. Vegetarian dishes are served to all. This pissed me off. I literally had to ask the waiter to serve me some paneer tikka or some other vegetarian dish everytime he passed me. Never expected this. Heights of cost cutting.<br/><br/>3. Air conditioning was pathetic and a disgrace for a place like this. Even after 5-6 reminders, no action was been taken and we had to sweat through our dinner<br/><br/>4. The dishes offered were less and price was too high compared to its competitors like the Barbeque Nation or the Pirates of the grill.<br/><br/>It's hard to find a pro for my experience. Only thing i could remember is that fish tikka was amazing. Other than most of the dishes were pretty average.<br/><br/>Even after paying so much, if such is the treatment, then i suppose, this place should be skipped.

We wanted to visit TGKF today ( a visit after about 16 years! ) and found that there is a difference in the price listed on the menu on this site and the price quoted at the restaurant. Staff was firm that they have nothing to say about or do with the price on this site and that their "Marketing Person" maintains that any price quoted on this site will not be honored since they do not have any promotional offer going on. "Marketing Person" and "Digital Marketing Person" at TGKF, quite clearly, need to have a talk. And both need to have a talk with staff at the restaurant who could be a little more, um, willing to listen to a potential/old (first visited within the week of opening) guest. :)

Their vegetarian buffet is really amazing. Can be expensive on weekends, but their kebabs are worth it. Their desserts are also amazing as part of the buffet. And lots of variety of starters and main course with tasty chutney.

They have full size well cooked pieces of kebabs, unlike the barbeque places which leave them on a grill to burn. So the food is well respected. I drool at the thought of their shami kebabs with paratha. Read other reviews for veggi food as i did not try it much. :D<br/>BTW, raw tomato and strawberry sauce served with it is quite nice.<br/><br/>If there is space left, there is main course which typically very few people would eat, but is good nonetheless.<br/><br/>What's for desserts? Phirni, Gulab jamun, shahi tukda ok for you? They are for me! But wait, there is a secret. They have some most unique ice cream flavors. You have to ask from them. Paan ice cream is to die for. Taste is good or we can say average but number of veg/non-veg starters are less as compared to other buffet menu in the same price.... ambience is ok ok.... service is not upto the mark...on the whole I will rate it as 3 out of 5.

Went there for an office get together, you the buffet and drinks for 4 people. The food was amazing. The service was nice, a bit slower than usual maybe because the food was being prepared fresh but the service was amazing and the staff was really helpful in getting all the arrangements done.

It was a good place where you eat some of the good kebabs but their service is little off. Menu selection is good. Prices are pocket friendly.

Amazing food ...... No doubt there however the portion size for casual diners is very small there is a lot of variety here but only for the table-d'hote or the buffet diners. However the quality of food is good and is a must visit.

Visited this place after almost 15 mins. They have maintained the taste and concept the same as it was 15 years ago. Only difference - Mall culture has taken away the long queues which was very common at peak evening hours. But food was amazing. Hospitality too good. Each item served was worth appreciating whether a starter, main course or desserts. Galawati Kabab and stuff paneer are speciality of this restaurant. Only suggestion - to add a portion of soup between starters and main course. I am wondering, why I didn’t go in last 15 years.

Visited Kabab Factory on 14th july saturday evening and was shocked to see their pathetic variety,taste and the level of service. They are charging a lot of money and the kind of food thats being served is not worth one fourth of that money.For a non veg menu there were only two variety of non veg kebabs and that too were not being repeated properly.In main course there was a single non veg gravy. Their service is very slow.Even on a saturday night their buffet variety had so limited items.I am wondering how pathetic their weekday menu would be.Its a complete wastage of your money and time.Really spoit mine and my guest's evening there.Had went there for a celebration with family but really felt ashamed with the service and food they provided . Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

I had gone to this place few months ago and was really disappointed with everything at this place from food quality to available variety to service and not to mention the over priced bill. The restaurant really needs to work on them alot as a whole to serve their customers better.

Visited this place for dinner with family on Eid day. It turned out to be the most disappointing experience both in taste and quality of food and service . Time was about 9.45 pm and the place had less than 50 percent occupancy. Things started with the routine of starters being served and it became very evident that taste was very diffrent from the usual standards of TGKF. This included the famous Galauti Kababs which along with fish were best amongst worst tasting snacks. For main course we did not have confidence to try anything other than a tasteless and oily gosht biryani .<br/><br/>Cocktail Mojito was acceptable but Bloody Mary was awful.<br/><br/>On the service side the disappointment was no less . A set routine was followed to serve snacks in quick succession but if anything specific was needed one had to ask 3-4 times. This included request for regular water. Time came when we just wanted to pay and get out of that place with a vow never to come back again. That we were not the only ones was proven by another family who got so frustrated with poor service that the male member screamed at top of his voice asking for the Manager . We heard this family wanting their bill so that they could leave immediately and half way during dinner.<br/><br/>High end places like Kabab Factory have a responsibility to customers to warn them of expected shortfall in service or food standards if they have any internal issue . In this instance they miserably failed to do so. We could hear unconfirmed comments that the main chef and some other key staff were on leave that day and the kitchen was being managed by lesser experts.<br/><br/>I would like to forget my worst dinner with family and a substantial amount of money being wasted on what was also a family members birthday .<br/><br/>I am being generous in giving 2 stars because of old loyalty and fondness for Kabab Factory.

Heard about this kebabist from collleagues. Due to chance to stay in Noida for a few days, I thought myself lucky to try some famed and good rated Mughlai restaurants. The name does not impress me, because of the word factory. It gives an indication of bulk, not quality. But that may be my incorrect perception. So, finally visited them for some delicious lunch. Tried their Mutton Biryani, and Kebabs. Kebabs were tasty.

Came here last year for an office dinner and loved the variety they offer to vegeterians. I was delighted to see different veg snacks that were available, and not just the standard (&bit boring) paneer and potato options.<br/>Their kababs with mini parathas were a hit and so were the other galauti kabas and even the Virgin mojito was refreshing and delicious.<br/>Full rating for food and service.

Only has a buffet dinner and no ala carte. Hate this concept. But despite that had a great time. The snacks both veg and non veg were delicious. Specially the mutton galouti was the pick of the lot. The rotis we got to make the roll out of it were also well made. Snacks had good flavours, but I would recommend adding a few more options. Till the main course came we all were pretty full and had not much appetite left. I tried the daal tadka and it was descent. Ended the meal with deserts. The rose flavoured and pan flavoured ice creams were absolutely amazing and a perfect end to the meal. The staff is excellent and their service is commendable.

Very Very bad experience. Not worth spending 1300 per person( incl Tax) in such a lousy place. Pathetic food quality. We went there on Saturday for dinner. Fried fish and chicken was stinking. It was old stuff reheated and served. Sunday early morning my son had vomiting and fever. We were supposed to go to Mumbai. We cancelled our tickets. Me too had fever n stomachache later. Starter, main course, deserts very very bad. I would recommend not to visit this place if you don’t want to visit hospital . For 1300- Worst quality, bad quantity,no value for money. Nothing much in starters and main course. Deserts if you ask them, then only they will provide you. For 5 people just two plates of deserts. Many places serving better food in low price. Don’t waste your money.

I'll give them 5/5 for the Starters and 2/5 for the Main Course. The Main course really does not matter since most of the people I visit with including me fill up 90% of our tummies with starters and the rest with desserts. Amongst the starters, Galauti Kabab takes the cake. Ambiance is average and could definitely be more premium for a restaurant of this category. Till about a year back, whenever I have visited, a 10-20 minutes wait for a table was always expected. But now, the place is usually half empty.

I will start with the positives: Staff is very good and looks after you but you have tonkeep asking yourself, they are not proactive. I dod not find the food tasty at all, chicken was stale. Inloved galoti kebab, chaach was good but fish was very average. We had gone from our office and we were 16 people, it was difficult forbthem to manage us. Chicken leg pieces were so tiny. Overall if someone tells me to go there again then i will give him an excuse amd rather go somewhere else.

I have visited their before connaught place outlet and this time in noida sec 18.<br/>Had gulati kebab this which was nice in taste and quantity was also good.

Met an old friend after a long time so, decided to visit Kabab Factory as it offers well-spaced tables and is usually not too loud so, one can have a conversation without screaming at top of their voices. And, finding a parking near the restaurant is also easy at the time of dinner.<br/><br/>The galauti kabab, as usual, was very good but the service was irritatingly slow. We had to remind them multiple times for a second serving of the galauti. Even the rest of the kababs and food items took a lot of time despite the restaurant being less than 50% occupied.<br/><br/>Dal (the yellow one) is also very good. Perhaps an option of Chicken Biryani will make the main course better.<br/><br/>Shahi Tukda and the paan flavoured icecream were also good.<br/><br/>Overall, the food tasted nice but the experience was let down by an extremely slow service.

I just loved this place. they cost you approx 1000 RS per person. But the starters and the main course is so awesome that the cost is worth for value. Even the desserts are just amazing.<br/>don't forget to try their Paan kulfi..<br/>must visit.<br/>happy fooding :)

The Great kebab factory disappointed me to the T . I am struggling to say one bright thing about this place . This is one of those places that i always planned to go considering my love for mughlai .. one of the most talked about few years back and probably at that time one of the costliest . Few years down the line and scores of similar concept and each one trying out weigh others .. it seems kebab factory is stuck in a time wrap . <br/>Staff absolute sorry state of affairs ..i didn pay that amount to see a non smiling almost depressed staff with no intrest of serving.. put me off completely.. please learn that from BBQ nation what CS is all about... rating for Food in my books is no more than1/5 .. 1 is only for galouti kebab rest all were tasteless . Starters were non juicy and were bland .. fried fish in myview roadside karol bagh gives better than that .. <br/>main course was a joke..who would go to a place to eat matar paneer out of their 3 veg dishes .. chicken gravy thou they said chettinad but forgot they serving to a southindian who can make out between chettinad and normal gravy .. putting pepper doesnt make all dish chettinad . <br/>Sweet dish i seriosuly felt its sourced from local vendor .. ughhh!!<br/>So damn disappointed my few years of craving went in smoke .<br/>Money wasted <br/>

This is one of my favourite restaurants in the area because the food is consistent, staff are friendly and helpful and the price is reasonable.

Great food and service. It was a delightful experience. The ambience was also great. Especially loved the Murgh Tikka Masala and Machchi Amritsari.

Great Kabab factory has always been my all time favorite if I am not in a mood to choose what to order. Ambiance is nice and comfortable. They have great main course and desserts even their starters are delicious the best one is galauti kebaba. However I feel they should add more items in fish category.

Went there on a weekday with 12 of my colleagues. I must admit that everyone was content with the great taste. Galouti kabab, chicken kabab and firni stood out the best from buffet menu. The staff was discreetly polite and professional. If you can compromise the quantity of items with quality, the great kabab factory is a superb classy eating joint for you. Got some corporate discount as well, cherry on top :)

I loved this place!!!! It was my first visit for dinner buffet and was really amazed by everything. The ambience is nice and you can enjoy your time. The service is awesome and the staff is friendly. Food taste was fabulous especially galouti kabab. Still a nice option to visit. I will surely come here again and again........

Just like other TGKF awesome food and ambience. Menu is good but miss more options on seafood. Starters are limited to 5-6 options plus main course n desserts but a grt place to indulge in quality food. Will make sure to visit again sooner or later..😊

The starters were bad.. the main course for worse.. the dessert was the worst you can get at a place like this.. don't know why we went there !!

So on NYE for lunch the spread cost 1400 pp.<br/>All points for the starters, specially the galauti kebab. The star of lunch time. <br/>what followed was ok, but the main course -truly disappointing. Passing off plain chicken curry as murg masallam, flavorless and unseasoned biryani. The desserts apart from Kulfi bad too.<br/>I was really looking forward to the Shahi Tukda, but. <br/>Anyway, point being its easily skipable this place.

The only good thing about this place was its ambience and watermelons. Very bad food. Managers gives very randoms excuses like because festival seasons just got over, maybe taste is not so good. Service was horribly slow. People waiting with their plates and glasses empty for maybe around 10 minutes or so. Would never recommend anyone for this place.

The Great Kebab Factory is a great place to visit if you are somebody with a large appetite. They serve unlimited food which includes a drink , starters, main course and deserts for around 1200/-

Breads are undercooked. Kebabs are soft but lack zayka/palette. Biryani is nothing but non-fragrant rice here! <br/>Menu: No menu to choose from; just forced to opt for either veg and non-veg buffet <br/>Rate: Overpriced; Rs3,000 plus taxes for two (approx), which includes a non-veg and veg buffet and guess what two glasses of Limca cost us Rs300! <br/>Taste: No value for money; you will not go home without any kind of taste/flavour that lingers on <br/>Service: Poor; impersonal; waiters don't seem to understand your request<br/>One of the worst and incredibly expensive food experiences ever.

I loved this place! It was my first visit for dinner buffet and was really amazed by everything. The ambience is so nice and quiet that you can actually enjoy your time with the people you came with. Their services are great and humble. The starter’s menu is fabulous in taste especially the Galauti Kebabs. The cost of the buffet could be more friendly but still a nice option to visit. I will surely come here again and pamper my taste buds!
