Review Dasaprakasha - Noida

Abhinav Bhatt
My experience at the South Indian restaurant was exceptional. From the moment I entered, the aromatic spices transported me to South India. The attentive staff provided warm hospitality. The menu boasted an array of authentic dishes, each a culinary masterpiece. The dosas were crisp, the sambar rich in flavor, and the coconut chutney perfectly balanced. The chef's dedication to authenticity shone through in every bite. The ambiance reflected South Indian culture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Whether a dosa enthusiast or first-time explorer of South Indian cuisine, this restaurant offers a delightful journey through flavors. A gem for anyone seeking genuine, delectable South Indian fare. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant for South Indian food. There are a lot of variety both in North and South Indian food. They have a very limited options (2-3 in each type of food) for No onion no garlic food. Special thanks to Mr Alok kashyap for his help and dedicated service. Nice sitting options and good ambience.

I've had 2 family birthday celebrations in Dasaprakash, Sector 104. One was in August and other one in September. Both my experiences were superb. Even though Dasaprakash is a bit expensive but it's worth it. The service is superb, the ambience is good and so is the music. The food is served without much delay. Along with the South Indian, the Chinese and North Indian options are super tasty. I will highly recommend this place for a family gathering and small family dinner as well.

Very peaceful environment and simple atmosphere. The food was so wholesome. Couldn't stop sipping the sambhar because it was just that good! Ordered the platter and mini thali and every single item was fabulous. The chutneys are also to die for. Interacted with the staff and they were very friendly: Lalit Singh, Abhishek and Shiva. I usually forget to write reviews but remembered only because of their friendly nature. I was told the cook's name is Bundela. 10/10 would recommend and go again for light and cozy sunday morning brunches.

Loved the taste and the presentation, leaf shaped plates and service. I had maysoor masal dosa and they maintained the South Indian flavour which is generally missing in most of the restaurants. Price was also reasonable we enjoyed the meal here. I generally forget to take pictures in the starting, so whatever I managed to take I am adding with reviews.

Had an amazing experience of having the best south Indian thali. Also our experience was made exceptional because of the great hospitality by extremely courteous and polite staff Mr. Alok Kashyap.

Alok kashyap, helped us have a great experience on our first visit at dasaprakash, noida sector 104, the taste was traditional and authentic and really touched all the senses of tastes.. must recommend for a traditional south Indian experience to people visiting here !

We ordered through Zomato. First of all the packing of all items was very good. Plain dosa was delicious. Even though delivery time was involved yet it remained crispy. Idli and Vada both tasted as authentic as having it in a good restaurant while traveling south. A special mention about the sambhar and the chutneys...Those were way above average. The thickness of the sambhar was just perfect...Not too watery. Definitely recommended.

This is an amazing restaurant for the people who are specifically looking for a place where they can enjoy South Indian food. The menu really offers a very wide range of different types of cuisine and each one has its unique aroma and taste. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants to spend good time with family and friends and at the same time loves eating South Indian food. The staff is also very polite and professional which helps you choose the right dish for your taste buds. You may have to wait for getting a table during busy hours but it is totally worth it.

A good place to enjoy with your family and friends. The food is good and this place opens early to settle your craving for South indian food. The chutneys are tasty and the best part are the vadas that are super soft and crispy. Note: This place offers unlimited south indian breakfast for a pocket friendly price. The menu is well presented and you can definitely end your meal with a perfect filter coffee. Must try: Medu vada, Mysore Masala Dosa Disappointing: Gunpowder Idli(excessive gunpowder just coated on idli), Badam Milk(the milk was really bland and not sweet)

I love South Indian cuisine, and I really loved the delectable idli and dosha that is served here. As always, with any South Indian platter, the most awesome parts are the chutneys, and at Dasaprakash, you won't be disappointed but delighted. The ambiance is quite good in here. This was my 3rd visit since ever since my sister has recommended this, and yesterday we went to have dinner on occasion of our parents' anniversary. Considering it was a Tuesday night, the place was still almost fully occupied. That does tell you how popular Dasaprakash is. However, service needs to be a little faster. Had to wait too long as opposed to when we visited early in the morning last time. My only complaint/suggestion is to put some tissue paper in the washroom so that it's easier to wipe the water off our hands instead of using that machine for a bit too long to blow it dry.

Dasprakash is an amazing restaurant that serves delicious South Indian cuisine. Their dosas are absolutely mouthwatering and their sambar is packed with flavor. Their packaging is too good. The service is top-notch and the ambiance is cozy. It's a must-visit for any South Indian food lover! 🍛🌶️ Each and every branch of Dasprakash has same taste.

Excellent service by Sundar Lal ji. The dosa’s here are awesome. We tried almost all their dosa varieties and they are fab. Super tasty, super crispy. Attention brings their filter coffee which is same as we have in South part of India..

One of the staff members, Mr. Devendra was extremely rude and his behaviour was not at all how one should talk to the customers.
Pooja Aggarwal
Super tasty veggie uttapam .cutney also tastes good.
ADITYA Dewan
Not only was a dosa missing, but the food was badly packaged, they give the filling differently and there was no difference between the plain massala dosa and Rava massala dosa, Just look at the Paratha in the photo and the price in the menu card
Anchal Aggarwal
Good services, care of customers, proper care of sanitization, tasty food, good packaging, best in South Indian, special flovours, must try

Visited Dasaprakash's hajipur restaurant on a Wednesday evening for dinner as we booked the place for my sister-in-law's birthday party.
For appetizers we ordered paneer tikka, soya chaap tikka, chilly paneer. The staff there took down our orders but did mix up a few dishes. We were served few dishes which we didn't order like stuffed mushroom and they did not serve the lemon coriander soup which we ordered.
As this place is famous for its South Indian dishes, we ordered a variety of different dosas. Surprisingly for masala dosas they serve the potato masala separately rather than stuffing it inside the dosa. We ordered plain masala dosas and garlic masala dosa. Dosas were nice and crisp, the potato masala was bland.
Overall the dishes were decent, service could be
better. We ordered Honey chilli potatoes at the beginning but got it right at the end of our meal.

This is the first time I stepped out to eat post the lockdown. Ordered masala dosa and ghee roast masala dosa and filter coffee. The bill was for Rs. 632. The potato for the dosa seemed stale and tasteless, no coconut chutney was served instead peanut chutney was served which was tasteless. The sambar was cold and tasteless. The only saving grace was the Coffee. The service was very slow. I was a regular at the restaurant prior to the lockdown. Will have to think twice before visiting the restaurant.

If you are looking for good South Indian delicacies this place is good. I have been here 2 times and tried Mysore Rava Masala Dosa, Onion Masala dosa and Onion Uttapam and all were good in taste
Manish
The food packaging was looking good, but the dosa inside the box came out to be crumbled. In addition to it, the food delivered was completely cold. I ordered a crispy rava masala dosa and Mysore rava masala dosa. The taste of food although was as tasty as it is when we dine-in. The Dosa, Sambhar and Chutneys were delicious, had they been hot the taste would have become finger licking good. I'd prefer dine-in instead of home delivery.
Shivi Agnihotri
Best place to have authentic south indian food in NCR.
Ravi Kumar
I ordered Chola Kulcha, and maybe they didn't have that, so rather they sent chola naan. This is second time they cheated me delivering some different item.
Gaurav Dwivedi
The WORST delivery ever! ALWAYS forget something. I am worried how their hygiene must be. Never again!

One of the best food I have had during lockdown. Nearly packed and timeline delivered plus Great taste and generous quantity. Loved it. Well done dasapraksh and keep up your standards.

Awesome multi cuisine restaurant, interiors and food
Hygeine exemplary, must visit place
Pallavi Baruah
Really love the way the food is packed everytime, consistent flavour and feels good to order from here
Amarjot Mokha
Normallly food is great, but it seems due to lack of staff stale food is being sent. The Idlis and vadas seemed good 3 days old, hard, smelly and cold inside. I basically threw all the food I the dustbin. Better to avoid this place while this lock down lasts. Very bad experience

Excellent service provided by Bheem singh Ji
Apurv Breja
New outlet in advent is totally spoiled the brand. They served old pieces of chap moreover the management is getting rude me and is not accepting the mistake even after making them taste. People are paying for the name of brand and they are not keeping the name. Service is so so so hell 40 min for an order. They'll soon ruin the name with this quality.
Gaurav Yadav
The ambiance and food was really good. All the items were very good and fresh in taste specially rava kesari, prices r also nominal, the only drawback is slow service.

**** Tasty food; Poor hygiene ****

I have been a regular customer of Dasaprakash (Sector 104/110, Noida). I loved the taste of the authentic south Indian dishes served at Dasaprakash, their ambience and their prices.
About 6 months ago, I made a visit to Dasaprakash for dinner with my family members, and I was provided a seat on the newly opened 1st floor of the restaurant.

On arriving on the 1st floor of the restaurant, I noticed that the entire seating area was covered with thousands of flies. The staff took this quite casually -- as if it was a perfectly normal thing to have thousands of flies buzzing inside a restaurant premises. The manager also assured me that it was just the seating area that was buzzing with flies -- and that the kitchen itself was hygienic.
When I demanded to let me take a look inside a kitchen, the manager refused stating that this was against the restaurant's policy. I was still adamant and told the manager in stern terms that even the seating area conditions demanded that their license be cancelled immediately. Ultimately, he let me see the kitchen -- and to their credit -- the kitchen was well maintained and there were no flies inside.

However, after having meals in the restaurant, my wife and my mother-in-law fell seriously sick with bouts of vomiting. Henceforth, we have stopped visiting Dasaprakash.
My advice to the readers is to be very careful about this place, because it may look clean -- but it may not be hygienic.
Vanshika
Worst service even after informing them that they forgot the sambar they took 1 hour to re deliver my order. Worst experience ever
Anav Bedi
Sambhar Dosa
Dasaprakash is authentic South Indian restaurant which serves various varieties of south and North Indian food.
And best part of the restaurant is they have great sambar. I had different types of idli and masala dosa. Overall good experience with affordable price.
GEEVIKA BHATIA
This is one of the worst restaurant in terms of customer service. Called up after their delivery time is over that ordered item was not available. Such restaurant should be banned from the platform who just don't understand the value of the customer
Ashish Gupta
This is the delivery recieved today...Zomato says problem of restaurant, and other party says problem of Zomato rider. Zomato cancelled the order and washed the hands off. Restaurant sent again with higher bill. Ultimately, consumer suffer. Pathetic consumer sense shown .
Aman Dhayal
Nice place if you love South Indian food. There is capacity of around 150 people to dine in and services are good to try. We enjoyed our meal here and found great taste in dosa. Thanks to zomato gold for making our final billing amount to 170 per person. 250/- will be cost for average food for single person

If you are someone who enjoys South Indian cuisine, this is the place for you.
I ordered Masala idli, rava Masala dosa, panchvarna uttapam and filter coffee.
The idlis are spongy, the dosas are crisp and the uttapam is equally delicious. They serve three different kind of chutneys along with the food which are so flavourful.
The filter coffee here is as good as it gets.
Food- 5/5
Ambience- 5/5
Service- 4/5
Presentation- 5/5

Nice place if you want to have good food with family and friends at reasonable price. Specialized in South Indian, they serve good north indian and chinese also, with limited options though. Ambience and service is good too.
Hari Krish
The food was really delicious and the staff is very polite. Our server lokendra yadav got our food on time and pipping hot.. We enjoyed it alot.. must visit for a calm dinner or lunch
Bikash
Best south Indian food available in the Noida area. lots of options and a plethora of dosa on the menu.
Zoheb Tareen Hazarika
Went out for a family lunch after a crazy first half of home décor shopping..and THANK GOD I chose Dasaprakash! The dosa’s were big and I a crazy fan of masala dosas thoroughly enjoyed it, also when it came to the tamarind chutney & coconut chutney..WOW, it was spot on I tell you.
It’s places like these one enjoys and relaxes with family when there’s courteous staff, soothing South Indian food and absolutely no goof ups!
The place is spacious as they have a few levels seating I reckon but the seats are comfy (that’s what we all want right)! I wouldn’t give top marks to ambience, I mean there’s not much there as such but it does the job honestly..nothing broken was spotted and the place was very clean making it a win-win thing for me.
Abhinav Sood
Visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon where the place was half full and still had really slow service. The food was very average and the the taste was not up to the mark as expected. Being one of the better places for South Indian food the expectations were high but to be honest it did not fare well. Hope the feedback is taken into consideration. #dissapointed #average
Ujjwal Dey
The restaurant itself is not aware of what item is made at what time by them, first they confirmed my order on Zomato then post 20mins they call and say that this item is made only during a particular time which they have not mentioned in the app. Had a very pathetic breakfast experience with them.
Vishal Chandra
Dinner and service was excellent. Lokendra yadav made sure that all things were delivered in time and in the same sequence as ordered to him. Its a place everyone will relish, food is too good, south Indian food is simply awsome and north indian also. One shud really visit to get Authentic south indian food.

One of the best place to try South indian food.
They really have very delicious preperations.
Idli sambhar along with all chutneys is my favourite.
Also , u please try their north indian food.
North indian thali sums up all.

Very reasonable prices.
Decent ambience.

I have been here twice now within a month. This is one of the best south Indian restaurants in Noida [outer Noida to be precise-sector -110]. I had visited the restaurant both times with a group of friends which helped to try out a plethora of dishes they offered.

We have tried Special Thali, Dasaprakash special Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Malabar Parotta, Bissibillabhat, Paneer Dosa, Palak Paneer Dosa, Set Dosa, MLA Pesarattu, Neer Dosa, Rawa masala dosa, filter coffee and Rawa Kesari among other dishes.

All the dishes were fabulous. Neer Dosa was a wee bit on the downside but the overall experience in the entire range of food was great. Staff is highly courteous and accommodating in taking requests to refill our chutney, the sweet dish, and appallam requests. Nitpicking on the dishes may reveal minor deficiencies in the authenticity of preparation and taste but I discount that because as a group we were happy for whatever we consumed and taste can vary from person to person.

Ambiance: 4*

Service/Delivery: 4* [Service was prompt]

Staff helpfulness and courtesy: 4.5*

Non-vegetarian food: Not Applicable

Vegetarian food: 4.5*

Dessert: 4 [based purely on rawa kesari.]

Note: Being a non-vegetarian, I feel this is something that needs to be mentioned. It was after a long time, eating out and getting full, on a vegetarian meal, that too on south Indian meal [which is considered as lighter ] was something new to me. Loved the experience.
Ishita Bhatia
Horrible food. They didn't send full order and charged more. The food delivered was horrible!
Vishesh Goel
Authentic South Indian Food , Loved it , better to go and eat at the restaurent then getting it delivered .
Anant Garg
This was my first time there and they are short of staff today specifically. The North Indian cuisine is ok, and South Indian tastes good. Because of shortage of staff the overall dining experience ruined. There was a mess up and delay in serving starters and main course, and this continued even in giving finger bowls.
Though the main official (I don’t know if he’s manager or the owner) acknowledged this and seems promising for the next experience. Only because of that I am adding +1 star.
Udit Tyagi
The food was really delicious. The staff too was very courteous, especially yogendra yadav.
Rohin Gogia
Good taste, quality and quantity for Noida area. Generally Noida eateries have poor standards and taste, but this eatery have kept its standards high compared to others in Noida.
Ordered delivery of Gunpowder Idli, Ghee roast dosa and mix uttapam with excellent coconut chutney.
Mugdha Pundir
The most authentic South Indian ever .. the chutneys are awesome . The North Indian food is as tasteful as the South Indian cuisine .. me and family are frequent visitors here and the experience has been great always.
Amit Agrawal
This place serves one of the best and authentic south indian food
Must try Dasapraksh special dosa wherein paneer is also provided along with regular masala.
Gunpowder idli, diff types of chutneys, sambhar and last but not the least, Filter coffee.
Everything is just perfect
Ruchika Garg
I visited dasaprakasan with my mom today . We ordered bissi beli Bhat since I hand eaten it earlier at another South Indian place and wanted to taste it again ..but what the staff served was below par ..firstly they served it cold .if felt like someone had pulled it out of the fridge and microwaved it ..I send it back and told them it’s not hot ..what came the second time was horrible ..the dish tasted watery and stale .when I called the manager to flag it he was adamant that no all is fine ...this was my first time at dasaprakan and it was not a good one
Akhil Gupta
I chose this place becuase it was really well rated here. I went with the safe choice of getting a Masala Dosa which is a good idea whenever you try out a new place. First, the food came cold which I cannot attribute to the restaurant since I knew they are a little far. But the food itself was not upto the mark. I am not saying it was bad. But it was just passable for the price and rating that this place commands. The sambhar and the chutneys were not upto the mark and I had to throw them away after I was done with the Dosa.

I will be ordering again from them soon because I believe that such could be one off instances and maybe it was just not my day. I hope next time would be a better experience.
Anju Singh
This place is Jannat for South indian food lovers. Has been added in my fav food places. Food quality is great, loved every bite of dosa there. Must visit!!
Disha
Their chutneys are really nice. However, the butter masala dosa somehow tasted the same as masala dosa. Yet, this place is worth a try.
Abhinav Sharma
The service and the food was amazing, Mahest who was serving us was pleasant and courteous.
Overall a happy meal like always.
Rohan Arora
I ordered the Malabar parotta along with an additional side dish.
The parathas are a little expensive, but they were soft, crispy and really well made. It was flaky and light.
I don't think you can make a better paratha texture wise and taste wise.
The side dish was amazing, for 30 RS it's a steal.
I don't know what it's called, but for me it's like a tomato based mix veg curry.
I'm a spice lover, yet I appreciated all the flavours in this amazing meal.
Really looking forward to trying other things from Dasaprakash.
Yashika Gupta
The place smell of South Indian Culture and the ambience has the intricacies of the culture. The food was sumptuous. The garlic masal dosa is a must try thing if you are a dosa lover and ask them to roast it with ghee. You will love it for sure.
Shivangi K Sharma
Ordered masala dosa which was tasteless and the coconut chutney wasn’t fresh also fell severely sick after having the dosa. Everyone who had it got food poisoning.

One of the best South Indian Food!

Dasaprakash is undoubtedly on of the best South Indian restaurants serving delicious and authentic food in their two branches at sector 38 & 104 in Noida.
