Sweets are usually bad in taste and stale. The chat items are generally good. But the worst part is the attitude of cashier and the support staff. We usually get a feeling that they are doing us a favor by giving us our ordered items. There are kuch better options for sweets nearby like Bikanerwala and Evergreen

I had a very simple order. Papdi Chaat and Rasmalai. It took the restaurant and the delivery guy 1 hour 20 mins to deliver it!! Zomato online chat service says 'embarrassed but you will have to wait'. Mithaas guy says your order shouldn't take much time and we've just dispatched it - this after I called him post 40 mins of ordering 🤦🏻♀️ And the Zomato delivery guy said I am still outside the restaurant waiting to be handed your order. So much chaos for such a quick order which doesn't require any elaborate preparation.<br/><br/>Now coming to food<br/><br/>Papdi Chaat -5/5 pretty tasty<br/><br/>Although the packet carrying food leaked. So net 3 stars for overall not so good experience.<br/><br/>If you are ready for a long wait after placing the order then go for this restaurant.

This is one of the worst experience I have faced with Both Mithaas and Zomato. I believe Zomato should be the one who need to take an action for any kind of concern we have. But they don't do abything in favour of customer because they are getting commission from the Restro. We only suffer . They simply ask that they can't do anything even in case of bad quality food. We every time lost our hard earned money. Please don't place any order with Zomato. Instead place an order with Food Panda or UBER eats. They have very good customer support service. I will also spread this to the Social media. In fact I will be happy even I could be able to save money for atleast 5 people.Below is the pic of bad food.<br/>

मिठास से कई बार रसगुल्ले, समोसे और जलेबी लिया हूं। रसगुल्ला काफी बढिया और टेस्टी होता है यहां का। बेटे को काफी पसंद है। देसी घी में बनी जलेबी भी मन को ललचाने वाली होती है। दिवाली में काजू कतली भी ले गया था यहां से। काफी अच्छा लगा। एक बार चिप्स लिया लेकिन वह पसंद नहीं आया। तो यहां से मिठाई और समोसे ही लेता हूं।

From bread pakoras to chole bhatura , everything is yummy , I am personally fond of their crisp jalebis , its really good and matra kulcha.<br/>Pao bhaji and gol gappas are also decent.<br/>I don’t like their samosas a lot but they aren’t bad either , gotta mixed feelings for them.<br/>Sweets and paneer are as usual prepared well.

The worst south indian cuisine I have ever eaten. The delivery lacked proper packaging techniques. Sambar was all over the place more over seeped into the dosas. No other chatni or dressing accompanied the order except for Sambar. Please avoid for any kind of orders from this place.

Other than that food was good.<br/><br/>And the brown envelope, I told them lots of time not to use that smelly brown envelope but dont know why they keep using that envelope. Smell of that envelop comes to the food and remain in you mouth for the full day. Pls dont use that envelope.

Ordered Paneer lababdar . Wasted 250rs . Can't believe mithas can make such a waste dish . The paneer lababdar had no taste , no salt ...the worst paneer lababdar I had in my life. Even restaurants who take 120rs taste better . I thought mithas is taking 250rs so thought a good chef and good quality and taste will be there so I ordered from here ...but I guess , money is not everything . Mithas has proved that it is taking such high price just because of it's brand and fooling people . Well one day this brand will have no value if they keep doing this . I don't think I will order again from mithas . And I can even tell my whole society ( around 500+) people to never order from here as I am an active and senior member.<br/>But I can give mithas one chance to prove that it was a mistake , and if you can provide me the same order for free of cost in exchange of this pathetic experience of paneer lababdar and if it was a mistake from your side , then I have no issues and I will improve my rating for you . But currently , I will give only 1 star .<br/>

What a find this has been!!<br/>Its heaven for a sweet lover like me.. try any sweet and it's amazing right from kaju katli to shahi laddu to rasgulla to rajbhog.<br/>Even the snacks like aloo tikki and pav bhaji are amazing. This place is unsafe and dangerous. I found a large piece of stone when I was eating chana and kulcha in my breakfast . No body has seen a large piece of stone in chanas. I would not recommend this restaurant where careless people do not care about the health and deadly accidents.

This is the first time I have ordered from Mithas and I love how they have neatly packed and delivered the food. The sambhar is a bit watery but Absolutely tasty and spicy , they serve two huge idlis with the red chutney and coconut chutney. Also the quality is good.

Taste wise the food was okay. <br/>Crispy Baby corn was bland in taste. No salt or spice. <br/>I also ordered chilli mushroom and chilli paneer. The taste was good. But the quantity of mushroom and paneer was way too less for the price. Both the dishes had more of capsicum and onions in them than paneer and mushroom. <br/><br/>The noodles I had ordered were the best in taste. <br/><br/>Overall an average experience.

Being close to home I have went there and ordered a couple of times being from Punjab to be honest I was reluctant towards there sweets at all idk maybe the milk and atmosphere changes here sweets are average not that much of a hype , but I like there ghewar and gulab jamun but there kachoris and fresh samosas are good there chaat and Sev varieties are also great !

Worst ever food served and highly insensitive staff ! We ordered for Bengali sweets visible in front of the counter and they served us stale stuff from the backside of the counter! When we asked for complain Register, they said they don't maintain it! Only their rates matches with Haldiram otherwise they are worst than the local mithai shop!
