Review Maamouche's Alchemy Bar - Noida

The ambience was superbbbbbbbbb We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the rooftop view. . The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that they sent us a complimentary dessert (gulab jamun) and they initiated the evening with a complimentary dish( garlic bread ). The closing tym of the restaurant is 11.30pm Slightly overpriced..

We tried maamouche special pizza and it was delicious. The service is excellent, and the quality of food and service is great. Average cost for 2 person is 1k.

Loved the ambiance, the Cocktails menu is great. Got cheese toast and Gulabjuman complementary :)

Food: The best, healthiest and tastiest food in Noida is here! I've tried almost all the dishes on the Menu, this place has left behind a tonne of eateries in Noida. Their brilliant yet wonderful idea of complimentary garlic bread really caught my eye. The food quantity and quality is highly appreciable and their thin crust pizza base is much better than most of the places today. Be it Italian, Indian or Lebanese cuisine, nothing matches Maamouche's! Personally I would suggest trying Chilli Mushrooms, Dahi Kebab, Pulav, Pesto Pasta, and Veg rolls. Ambiance: Really cool ambience with proper lighting and interior. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available but mostly will prefer indoors in summers as it gets a lil hot outside. Overall seating arrangement is noteworthy with proper spacing and furniture alignment. Even the furniture color goes well with the interiors. Service: The staff behaviour is polite & kind, and the services are applaudable. Each & every staff member assures that every customer gets all their food needs fulfilled. From choice of taste to the order in which one wants the number of dishes served. They have perfected the art of service when it comes to table manners & presentation.

Food was good and visited on Saturday afternoon, still not too much crowd, which I like.

Ambience n decor is great..specially outdoor seating...awesome vibe with good music which is not very loud so u can enjoy along with having a conversation. 2. Food is decent..OK ok..they can have some more options in Chinese.. Chinese snacks r there but main course isn't there.. 3. Service is amazing.. prompt and well behaved staff..they gave us garlic bread sticks complimentary which was nice 🙂 4. Food and drinks are slightly overpriced..potions of food is average..prices can be a little low.. Overall..had a great experience..thanks 😀

Pretty chill place to go for lunch and have a beer or two. They have really nice seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff is polite. They welcome you with complimentary garlic bread and finish off your meal with a complimentary gulab jamun. We ordered the Napoleon Pizza with jalapeños, sun dried tomatoes and olives and Pudina Paneer Tikka, both the dishes were tasty and naturally, quite heavy on the tummy. You can definitely visit this terrace cafe for a quite late afternoon meal and find the needed peace and quiet and spend quality time with your company.

One of the best experiences I've had in Noida so far. The place is awesome with very humble staff who listen to your specific customizations of food items. The person who welcomed us was calm and let us wait on the terrace itself with a beautiful view and nice ambience. Food was delicious and so was the mood with family. Very nice experience. This is one of the best restaurant in Noida, with the staff and manager taking extra special care of guests to ensure their comfort and enjoyment. The food is extremely good and served with dedication and hiqh quality service. The staff go the extra mile to cater to guests. There is active involvement of the manager and also of the owner, and both are present to provide exceptional service. In particular, I had lost my credit card in the restaurant. I called up the number of the restaurant and voiced my concern the next morning. The restaurant staff responded promptly and assured me that they would make all effort to search and find my card. The manager of the restaurant with the staff went out of their way to search for the card and they found and returned it to me. This is unparalleled honesty and integrity. A standing ovation to this restaurant. I will always go there for my outings.

A few days back I went there for my birthday dinner with my husband and fell in love with the ambience of this place (especially the outdoor area). Well, they have both indoor & outdoor seating arrangements but the outdoor is complete lit. We ordered Virgin Mojitos and an N.veg mezze platter along with pita bread which is quite filling for both of us. They also give you complimentary garlic bread & gulab jamuns on the house which is a sweet gesture. Hospitality is good. The food is quite filling as I said portion is pretty good, but the mocktails could have been better. A must-try place & yes Instagrammers will love the place for lovely photos that one can click. 👍

This place is close to my ❤️ for various reasons. It is a quiet place with a beautiful rooftop. One can spend an amazing evening with their family, friends or their date. <br/>I have been here a few times. Food is good but portions are small as per the prices. Staff is courteous. <br/>Everytime my experience was amazing 👌🏻

Amazing White Sauce chicken pasta! Infusing flavours and chicken was extremely tender! Great great taste ! Absolutely loved it . Chicken Arabiata Pasta is a must try! <br/>

Alchemy is our family favourite place. We have dined and ordered food from here multiple times, it's not an exaggeration if I say they are the best. Really bowled over by the customer service, and such excellent staff they have. Food here is to die for and value for money. Pizzas are thin crust and so delicious. Pastas are so saucy and deelish. Sheesh tauk, fish in lemon butter and bhuna chicken are superb. Keep it up guys and thanks for making our multiple lunch and dinner memorable

I was very happy to see that the food boxes were very hygeinically packed and wrapped in cling films. I have always loved their food and it's great that in time of lockdown now I can order without worrying about hygeine. Great taste as always!!

Great place to hangout for an weekend night. Well trained staff and yummy food with balanced potions and authentic taste. I would only suggest more comfortable chairs would be cherry on top. The food is average, so are the drinks, we odered for ginger refresher it was very sweet, the risotto cheese balls, an innovation however it did not taste good. The ambiance is amazing, the good weather helps, the choice of music is eclectic. But, they need to work on their menu, main course is limited. They have a lot of discounts on drinks and offer a complimentary gulab jamun.

Well the ambiance is great but....I love pita bread and hummas and that's the reason why I came here.....the Hummas stinked and were rotten. I am heart broken. Infact I am scared coz my wife ate it and hope she doesn't fall sick. While the restaurent accepted the mistake, we didn't feel like eating anything further and decided to leave. This is the second time with the same dish. Either take it off the menu or fix it!!! To top it all they don't serve water.... You are forced to buy mineral water!!!!

I love this place- the food, staff and ambience, everything is amazing.<br/>I love their hummus and pita and always order this. On my recent visit I tried chicken stuffed in pita bread and it was absolutely divine, the dip they gave with it was even better, it was so flavorful and rich. Love the food and this place. Visited second time this restaurant, good place for thin crust pizza lover, tried their pizza pasta and coffee. Loved their cigar roll. Though didnt like Lebanese platter much. Staff was helpul and quick. Ambience and open space arrangement is really good.

One of my family's favourite dinner joints in the city. The manager - Mr. Ashwini - is super welcoming and takes personal care of the guests. The food is great (we personally love the lemon butter crispy fish) and the ambience is very soothing (really good outdoor seating with even better playlist). Highly recommend the place!

The alcohol was expensive too probably because there are very few outlets that serves alcoholic beverages in the vicinity. The pizza 🍕 looked great but missed out on any special wow factor in taste. Soothing is the right word for the place, its a quiet and calm restaurant especially if you are sitting outside. Located on the 5th floor they have most fan to help cope with the heat. Food menu is limited but worth it. Just one suggestions please work on the drinks menu and provide more options.

One fine place with quality food of high standards. We liked the food we ordered and the size of portion too. Only feedback to management is that the prizes are little on the higher side as compared to mainstream restaurent in Noida. You should also look to have happy hour menu with smaller portions so that people can enjoy variety with their drinks. Still highly recommended to all looking at ambience and food quality.

Cutting from the chaos the terrace of this place seems like a nice place to hang out and chill with your friends. Quantity is amazing, seekh kebabs were good. Alcohol collection is limited and for a fairly new place the alcohol is very over priced. But must visit. Hidden gem in Noida

I am sorry for saying this but this place sucks in terms of the pricing and then the quality of food provided..... we went as a couple and both of us were down with food poisoning the next day we had Pita with chicken fillings and Veg pizza.... although the place has good ambience but it doesn’t compensate for the quality of food

I went to this place with my wife and my 2-year-old daughter. The ambiance of this place is pretty decent. <br/><br/>For drinks, we ordered Oreo Shake and beers. The shake was pretty decent. <br/><br/>For food, We ordered Chicken Extravaganza pizza and Spring Roll Chicken Extravaganza pizza comprises of bacon, ham, and salami and was amazing. Spring Roll is also very good in taste. They provide complimentary Garlic Bread which is definitely a good addition to the drinks <br/><br/>The service of this place is quick and are very welcoming. Overall a pretty decent experience. Worth visiting again.

Decent place but nothing extra-ordinary about it. The ambience etc is nothing to talk about, except if you are seated outside on a winter morning when there’s sun. Our pizzas tasted great but the Lebanese platter was a very small portion compared to other places. Worth a visit once is what I would say....but if you don’t you are not missing much.!!!

The staff is polite, attentive, and keen on feedback. <br/>we ordered:<br/>Non veg pizza  (taste was awesome only crust can be more crispy )<br/>non veg kabab platter (mutton seekh over keema it should be little chunky)<br/>masala peanut ..<br/>cottage cheese baked vegetable. ( awesome taste only need starch in it can add rice or potato in the base ) <br/> Drink ...... margarita, tuborg, and we got all these + Gulab jamun Complimentary 3+1 (hahaha)  Absolutely loved it and the portion was huge. Definitely and highly  recommended <br/>          I wanted to try this place like forever. I have been to this lovely place in the starling mall few days back. Beautiful terrace and the elegant decor is what makes this spot a must visit place for the noidaites.<br/><br/>Located at the 5th floor in the starling mall, this bar has nice seating area. The place is quite big with the beautiful open terrace. Ambiance is very lively with the walls getting decorated with lights. Their menu is a mix of Italian, Lebanese and indian cuisine. I tried few of the things from their menu. The wood fried pizza was delicious. Tried their non veg Mezze platter and loved the hummus and chicken wings. Their non veg indian platter was awesome. Basil chicken and chicken malai tikka were super delicious. In the cocktails, I tried red wine sangria and LIIT and both were quite good. Their sangria is a bit different from what you normally get at the other places in NCR. The owner Vikram does it with his own twist so do give it a try 👍. Service was excellent and the staff is well aware of the cuisines they serve to the guests.<br/><br/>Overall, it's a nice place to relax and spend time with friends and family.<br/><br/>Tip: Do get a table on the terrace to enjoy the weather ✌️

We had a small group party at their terrace here last Sunday. It was superb experience. The cozy atmosphere of the terrace with lots of plants, prompt and polite staff taking care of guests and at the top the delicious food. We pre booked the terrace space for our group and opted for Indian buffet menu.<br/><br/>Buffet comprised of starters like Crispy Veg Roll, Paneer Tikka Achari,Felafel In Pita, honey chilly potato , kebab etc and everything was delicious.<br/><br/>Main course included Paneer Lababdar, Dal Makhani, Mix Veg Patiala, Subz Biryani<br/>Alchemy Spl Veg Pasta, Oven Rosted Bread Basket comprising nan, tandoori roti, missi roti and lachchha paratha. Everything was perfect with moderate spices. Everyone loved the food very much.<br/><br/>Desert served was Chocolate Brownee & Vanilla Ice cream. It was also top notch.<br/><br/>All through the party Flavored Mojitos, Pink Lemonade, Mango and Mint Freshner, Fresh Lime Mix, Coke and Sprites were served. The taste of the drinks was great.<br/><br/>Many friends demanded coffee after the lunch. Though it was not part of the buffet package but they provided the same without any extra charge. That was humble.<br/><br/>All in all, We loved the place, the cuisine, the care and the warmth. We would strongly recommend it to everyone and would love to visit again.<br/><br/>Special thanks to Mr Ashwani, the captain for all the care and hospitality.

We organised ours kid’s bday party at Alchemy Terrace. The ambience, food and the service were just excellent. There was lot of food but the thin crust pizza, lasagna, fish fingers, and the chicken Thai curry was awesome. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the party and the food. A must visit if you like good food and wonderful ambience with starlit terrace and twinkling lights. And if you are looking at a venue to host a party, I would strongly recommend it as Mr Ashwin and his team go out of their way to make it a success.

Lovely place. A perfect outdoor seating area for enjoying this delectable weather coupled with their ever so sumptuous wood fired pizzas. Funnily enough, even their pickled onions that they served with chicken skewers were finger licking good.<br/>The vegetarian hummus pita platter had something to suit everyone's taste.<br/>To add to the lovely food and ambience, the people are quite friendly and don't shy away from recommending their personal favorites or offering complimentary desserts at the end of the meal :)<br/>Overall a must try if you're in the area.

For me a hospitality place must have ambience , good service, quality of food, environment and the approach of host , these 5 factors. Alchemy Terrace at sector 104 has all 5 in it and that is why I rated 5 to this Restro. We had duo's ( Mother - Son) birthday party of around 45 guest and had gala time here. Ashwani was a very good coordinator and managed the things well. All my guests were happy and satisfied. Since i loved this place , i would like to give my feed back as a positive critic that the variety of miusic can be more better and I would like to see as improved feature while coming in future is variety of music..... thanks.<br/>

Lovely and peaceful place in noida that gives you a delightful ambience to sit and chill with amazing soft rock music in the background.<br/><br/>Coming to the food part, had ordered for a roasted chicken with crisp vegetables which was extremely dry, unappealing and chewy. Therefore, reported the server and he suggested to go with the kebab platter which was just the right compensation. All the variants were extremely flavourful and well cooked.<br/>The service was quite courteous and warm wherein the servers and manger came multiple times to ensure that our experience is going smooth.<br/><br/>They even gave complimentary brownies to end the meal.<br/>All in all, good place good food and surely coming back!

New place in neighborhood. Tried out for lunch with friends. Liquor is not served yet. They recommended wood fired pizza, ordered feta and spinach, wasn't good. Got it replaced with a veggie pizza, better than last one. Fish with lemon butter sauce was good but can be better. Thai red curry also not that good.<br/>I feel the place is expensive when compared to quality of food.

The famous maamouchee of Center Stage Mall India has now opened in Sector 110 by this name "Alchemy Terrace".  This restaurant is located in the new Starling Mall opened in upcoming Sector 110 market, Noida. The interiors are very well decorated, spacious and nice ambience which looks like an ideal place for a perfect family dinner.  Above all the courteous and very well behaved staff adds richness to your experience.  Not to forget the terrace which I think would be an ideal place to dine with approaching evening winters. <br/><br/>The "Mezze" platter is their Top class dish and is an assorted of various Humus, Muttabal  and Felafel. This an awesome Lebanese starter and also very popular here. <br/><br/>Dahi ke kebab is cooked very different here and dry fruits are one of ingredients here which I had never seen but it was awesome. <br/><br/>For the main course we had typical North India Dishes "Dal Tadka" and "Mix Veg Patiala" with Butter-Naan and they were as good as their starters. This clearly shows that their Chef has an expertise across all forms of food which is very rare. <br/><br/>Overall a very nice experience and I would love to come here again and fortunately it is very near to my place.

We were kind of a big group so we tried a good amount of the food. Cant remember the exact names of the dishes, but we had two types of pizzas, a chicken dish with vegetables, the Thai curry, and grilled fish that came with pasta and vegetables. I also had ordered the ginger ale drink. Everything we had tasted delicious and the service was so pleasant. I took a stroll through the restaurant and onto the terrace and it was decorated so nicely and just had such a nice vibe. Being from California I spent most of the days on my trip in awe over all the Indian food around me but this food and the different cuisines this restaurant has to offer was just as delicious. Didn’t disappoint! If I lived in the area, I’d be a regular here :)

My girlfriend and I had the couscous and mint salad to start with, it was refreshing and it went well with the ginger-ale. For the main course we ordered the Arabic leg of Lamb. The meat was juicy and well cooked and the rice complimented the Lamb perfectly. The chocolate mousse was an ideal ending to our meal. We found the price to be decent for the quality and quantity of food we were served. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed to the fullest. Will be visiting again.

I have been over here couple of times and have tried butter chicken, Daal makhani, arabic raan Biryani and food has been delicious. Staff is really courteous.<br/>If you looking for healthy options don't forget to try Roast chicken, couscous salad, raw papaya salad and grilled cottage cheese with spinach.

Was there for a causal Saturday lunch . Loved the place . I had the chicken pizza which was to die for . Not to be missed the Roast Chicken with crisp vegetables

Quaint little place with a lovely terrace and very casual informal . A nice array of different cruises ranging from Italian to Mediterranean to Thai and to even the India famous butter chicken . Loved their selection of salads and excellent hospitality with attention to detail by the Manager and staff together 👍 a place I would certainly visit more than once . Cheers

Wood-fired pizzas were delicious- crispy and tasty. Also enjoyed the mutton biryani! Dips which were made in-house were super. Ambience was great- nice place for dinner!

Alchemy - seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. The name of the restaurant says it all. We friends visited the restaurant and it made us feel transformed as the ambiance is magical. Creation of art work, furniture & fixtures were perfectly placed. Food menu had variety, portions were generous, presentation had color and everything was delicious. <br/><br/>Must trys- Feta with Rocket Pizza, Grilled Fish, Mezze Platter- all quite outstanding<br/>I must mention the amazing bread basket we got to start off- fresh cheese , tomato & herb loaves with herb butter, pesto & a sweet tomato olive dip- refreshing and different<br/>.Go for it !

Very good ambience, courteous staff,good location . We ordered lemon fish, feta and rocket pizza,red thai curry with rice. For drinks we had mango mint refresher and ginger mint refresger. Drinks were good. Pizza was below average especially considering the menu whose sepcialiry is wood fired pizzas. Feta wasnt fresh at all and crumblimg. Hardly any flour in the pizza.we asked to chnage which they did with a veggie pizza .it was again average.rest dishes were just fine.<br/><br/>Overall an average experience. Open sitting area is good. Food and price range was a little off for us rest is ok.

Alchemy Terrace is a lovely restaurant, with great decor and a terrace with an amazing view. The wood fired pizzas are delicious(the chicken ones being my favourite)and the starters are great. I really love Dal Makhni, and was so happy to see that their vast menu included many of my favourite foods. The drinks are of great variety. The staff is very welcoming, and it was an overall great experience here- will definitely go back soon👍🏻😊

Tucked away on the 5th floor of Starling Mall, Sector 104 in Noida, Alchemy terrace offers you a wonderful ambience and a view along with a multitude of cuisine at your disposal. <br/><br/>The wood fired pizzas are especially captivating for all the flavours they carry. They taste rustic and smoky because of the medium they are cooked in. The cheddar’s saltiness is beautifully complimented by an array of toppings one can choose from. I particularly loved the Rohit diet n gets one! Rocket, olives and herb chicken tastes complete with a generous helping of fresh basil the pizzas are well sized and wholesome enough for two people. One of the sides that we ordered was their grilled chicken. The grilled chicken that we were fortunate enough to have was the juiciest, well cooked with flavours of the light marinade seeped in well. These two dishes were accompanied by a raw mango mojito; different and really tangy interesting. The flavours were in sync. <br/><br/>The staff is courteous, one cannot complain the time it takes to bake a wood fired pizza. The wait is worth it. If you’re not used to waiting, you can stroll through their menu and discover a range of hummus platters they sever that are quick to arrive and light enough for the main course. <br/><br/>The café is big enough for 85 people! With a cosy well curated interior and an inviting terrace this place would be perfect for a Sunday morning brunch on a light winter afternoon. Overall, our experience was more than just ‘good’. It was brilliant! The groovy music and the fairy lights are always a nice touch.

Alchemy, great place and even greater hospitality. Food options both for the health conscious and for people who live to eat. Being an Indian Food freak absolutely love their Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken , Khumbh Palak Makai and kadhai Paneer. Not to forget a special mention for their healthy options of Couscous Salad, Roast Chicken.<br/>Decor and Ambience is stunning both on the inside and the colorful terrace sit out area. Great food..The butter chicken was perfect as was the grilled cottage cheese with spinach. Couscous salad and the raw papaya salad get a big thumbs up!

Alchemy is a great new addition to Noida’s culinary experience. I’ve already been there twice in the two weeks since it’s opening. The decor and ambience are top notch..and the terrace seating is a big plus - a sure shot party area when the weather cools down a bit. <br/><br/>The wood fired oven is a blessing - what a treat to have deliciously juicy & smokey thin crust pizzas freshly baked in this oven. A must try for all. For the vegetarians - the feta & rocket pizza is highly recommend & for the non-vegetarians, the chicken ham & rocket and mince lamb & onion are sure winners. <br/><br/>The bread basket has a welcome twist - includes an assortment of oregano, cheese and tomato stuffed bread with dips & butter. Other gastronomical delights we relished were the non-veg mezze platter (with the best hummus this side of town), keema cigar rolls and chicken penne in pink sauce (which was finger licking good).<br/><br/>We were lucky to visit on a Saturday evening when Alchemy had its weekend bar license & savoured the most refreshing cocktail in a long while - Raw Mango Mojito - two thumbs up for it. Will definitely be returning to experience Alchemy’s magic again very soon. <br/><br/>We gobbled down our food so fast that forgot to take pics to post here..only got a couple. Will surely remember the next time around 😊

The alchemy restaurant's atmosphere is sophisticated but, at the same time, almost homey, making Alchemy a very pleasant dining experience. Prices, too, are reasonable for the quality! <br/>Its kids friendly and have a nice terrace to hangout.

Visited last week for dinner. Loved the theme. Very different, stands away from the clutter. Great pizzas with a crunch. The drinks and the snacks were good too. The terrace is outstanding and gives you a lovely view of the high rises around. Very cosmopolitan setting. Would go there again surely.

This is an excellent place to hang out with friends and the food is Awesome. Very professional and polite staff . It’s like sitting in some cafe in Europe... weather offcourse you cannot change 😊😊

Was so happy to order food from Alchemy after this long period . The food was just as delicious and amazing as always . Good quantities and packed so well - completely wrapped and tamper proof taking care of hygiene and safety . Ordered pizzas, lemon butter fish , chicken Milai tikka and pasta to cater for everybody’s cravings at home . All Totally loved it and we’re just so happy that it came so safely handled . Wonderful place and delicious food. We had a great time dinning at the Alchemy Terrace. Lebanese Mix Grill and Prawn New Berg were very good. Good service with friendly staff makes this place a great dinning destination especially with family and friends. Will surely visit again compliments to the chef and staff.

Alchemy radiates a certain warmth & joie di vivre with its bright welcoming interiors ... the detailing with geometric patterns , wooden platters & owls on the walls gives it a distinct vibration ! The seating is comfortable and the terrace with its wood fire oven brings back visions of Italy . The food ... is absolutely delicious ! The thin crust pizza , the kebabs & salads are yummilicious and you can indulge without the usual pangs if guilt !!!A must visit with friends & family ...

Absolutely stunning new restaurant opened in sec 104 Noida. Bang opposite pathways is this lovely rooftop restaurant serving these amazing wood fired pizzas- loved the Feta & Rocket pizza. Has a lovely menu and superb interiors. The service was very warm & friendly and the manager made it a point to show us around the restaurant and run us through the menu and added his recommendations- which very truly spectacular. We loved the pizzas, of course, and the mezze platter, what was absolutely outstanding was the Grill Fish and the spectacular CousCous salad. Would definitely go back

Absolutely loved the vibe and ambience of Alchemy Terrace. The interiors are very striking and unique and the view from the terrace is breathtaking !! Super bar and a huge range of cuisines to choose from.....all in all a very warm and welcoming place. Would go back again and again !
