Review Zizo - Noida

Love kaushik
Above average. was really looking forward to visit this place & finally got hold to visit. I visited in lunch hours so the place was not at all crowded thank god for this. Really loved the plate in which they served us food. I loved the pizza which was full of cheese and herbs, But the pasta disappointed me up as it was not rich in flavour neither the sauce was upto the mark. The quantity really need to improve in pasta and the garlic bread was bit dry too..

Nice Lebanese outlet...tried Yemen Mandi Chicken rice...though not very authentic but had good flavors chicken was well marinated and had good Smoky taste...also tried falafel basket which came with pita and hummus ... actually loved the crispy taste of falafel.. Arabic pickle was also served with it. .pita was fluffy and freshly made ..Fattoush salad was also nicely made fresh greens and fried pita..I had cucumber ice based mocktail it was very refreshing... deducting one star as I have had authentic Mandi and this was slightly different May be to tweak as per Indian taste buds..all in all must visit if in mood to have different Lebanese cuisine
Akif Khan
Courteous staff. Nice ambience and good food. Few places in noida that serve authentic Lebanese food. High point, it's not expensive. A meal for two will be about 1500 Rs.

Zizo is one of our favourite places to go to in Noida. It has very tasty and light food, and a calm and quiet ambience. The staff is an extremely friendly one, especially Prabhat, who has served us with great congeniality twice. Great place, great food. A must try!
Aamir Masood
One of the most authentic Mediterranean cuisine i have had in Delhi. The presentation makes you want to just look at the food. The taste does not let you stop eating. Try the all the varieties of kebabs and the pinacolda mock-tail. Perfect for dine out or lunch
Sudeshna Roy
The food was very good! Loved their Mac n cheetos pastašŸ˜with garlic buttered breads The chicken shawarma was pretty good in quantity served with french fries...perfect dinner šŸ¤©

I loved this place! Peaceful place to have a chit chat and lunch or dinner with your family or loved ones. They make delicious Dal Makhni and Pasta!
Pradeep Kumar
Good food, good variety, decent prices and generous portion, though i found staff bit slow or i guess more occupied.

šŸ•~PIZZA CHICKEN SHAWARMA ~ I have had chicken shawarma before but never imagined that it could be included in pizza tooo....and would be delicious.... As an Arabic food it had hummus also included in pizza which quite interestingly didn't felt unmatched to pizza.ā™„ļø . It was the same old pizza but with chicken shawarma and it's hummus as its basic ingredients /sauce too....it hadšŸ˜Š white thick sauce base which I think was hummus spread over pizza sauce.... Overall it was a different experience having this .and it was very heavyšŸ™† . PRICE āž”ļø 550/- . ~IRANI SAMAK MESHWAI FISH~ Ok so the name sounds soo RoyalšŸ˜‚āœŒļø...as if we are calling a person from Royal palace. ... This dish came with 3 parts.... ā€¢The boneless fish was marinated in yoghurt and had gravy of tomato ,the fish was tasting boiled and had the peculiar taste of sea food which I didn't liked, the only escape from it was to properly cover every bite with gravy and squeeze some lemon on it...šŸ™„ ā€¢The rice was well cooked and was of great texture and flavour it was a big help in having the fishšŸ˜Š ā€¢sauted vegetables that included broccoli , asparagus, carrot were delicious and properly cooked, not bland, some mild seasoning which was cherry on the top.šŸ‘Œ . So if u like the proper sea food essence and taste you will love this...but I dnt like the peculiar smell of it...so this was not for meāœŒļøāœŒļøāœŒļø . Priceāž”ļø 675/-

Nice and quiet ambience. Good place to talk. The food is delicious and rich in flavor and I love the breads and kebabs. I wouldn't suggest trying something that's not their specialty.

Thanks to a rainy evening, I landed at DLF Mall of India for dinner. As we wanted a refreshing meal, something different from the usual makhani and parantha, we came across ZIZO. It positions itself as a Lebanese restaurant also offering selected Mughlai & Mexican dishes on their menu.
.
We stuck to their Lebanese fare and started with Trio Hummus & Pita bread. :)

FOOD

TRIO HUMMUS

The trio hummus featured the classic, piri-piri and basil hummus along with fluffy pita breads. The basil hummus was the star of the dish for me. The perfect blend of fresh basil & hummus was exceptional. The classic & piri piri hummus had the right consistency with oodles of olive oil. The pita breads were OMG, soft and baked to perfection. (5/5)

IRANI URFA KEBAB

These soft, succulent tikkas flavoured with their 'secret' spices had subtle flavours and were not so spicy. The accompanying tomato & pepper salsa was enjoyable along with fluffy pitas. The recipe could have been a bit more spicy and tikkas needed to spend more time in the tandoor oven. (3.5/5)

CHICKEN MANDI RICE

Mandi is a traditional dish originated from Hadhramaut, Yemen, consisting mainly of meat and rice with a special blend of spices. The mandi was served with super succulent grilled chicken with skin on a bed of rice flavoured with spices. The texture of the rice similar to biryani but the spices were subtle & aromatic. The chicken itself required no effort as it cooked so well. Overall, a great main course dish. (4.5/5)

SERVICE

The servers were warm & courteous. However, they could be more up & running with the descriptions of the items mentioned on their menu. A special mention to Mr. Suraj who manages the outlet for his kind hospitality.Ā

EXPERIENCE

Overall, such a great meal with refreshing flavours made our visit worth it. And, it a great value for money too. Cheers!! :)

Note: Currently, they're having issues with Zomato Gold which will be sorted soon. The management was kind enough to offer a discount on our meal.

I love Lebanese food but this place was a disappointment .
The only saviour was the fact that this place had seating , else I have had better food at smaller joints.

The service was simply bad and inattentive.

The Tzatziki and the Chicken Sharwma Salad were quite good .
TheĀ Tom Yum soup that should have arrived first was brought at the end of the meal and it tasted so bad that we left it mostly untouched.

The hummus and Pita were ok .

I would avoid in future.

Well I clearly have no complaints about the food. The food was amazing. It was really tasty. We did have a lot of bad experience with the quality and service of restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, the place was stinky. It was warm, we requested them to open the vents. The waiter made us a sit to a nice table but soon after we realised that the vent above us was leaking. Fine we bore with that. My friend ordered a soup which was to be served with bread as mentioned on menu. They skipped the bread and when confronted they simply told us that they were out of bread so they didnā€™t consider to bother informing us. Then finally they came up with bill and charged a hefty service charge. I guess it was within out rights to deny a service charge of Rs 400 post the kind of experience we had. The waiter stormed out in anger hearing this. It was kind of a cumulative negative experience.

Wherever we see Lebanese, we try it.

We went on a Tuesday evening, so the place was scarcely filled.

We ordered Paneer Shawarma roll and Falafal with Hummus. The food wasn't really great.

Hope to be offered better food in our next visit.
Avi Seth
Food tasted okayish. Staff wasnā€™t warm and welcoming. Interiors are nice though. Zomato gold applicable on food.
Ode To Food Lords
Place with famous for its Lebanese and Mediterranean food. It's quite different for Indian taste buds, as most of the food items are neutral in taste. So people who like such type of taste should definitely try.

Platter 4/5 (quite taste)
Cheese pizza 3/5
Chilli Garlic Noddles 5/5 (I just loved it's noodles it's taste and quality & quantity is tummy filling)

Staff and service (they are too lazy and not interested in timely serving)
Pocket friendly 3/5.
Surabhi Bhola
We went there with family for a weekend late night dinner and this place turned out to be a great find. I am so happy that we choose this place. Food was lip smacking. Ambience was good. so was service. I must appreciate there staff, very curious and friendly.
Every food item we ordered was delicious but little heavy (may be because of cream they use in food like pasta, dal etc.). But I am still happy and would love to visit again.
Preeti Chauhan
Given that I am quite fond of Mediterranean food, my visit to this place was quite delayed.

The place has enough seating for about 50 pax .

We walked in on a Sunday , there was no host or Maitre D' and after waiting for someone to approach us, we made our way in where luckily we were able to get a table.

We ordered a Veg Tom Yum Soup ,Shawarma Chicken saladĀ and Hummus and Tzatziki.

The soup arrived much later and the salad and hummus arrived first .

The kids loved the Chicken Shawarma salad, - it had nachos, carrots, lettuce and chunky chicken pieces in a delicious sauce.

The hummus was smooth and the quantity was good, it was served with complimentary Pita (the menu said lavash too but that was missing ). The Hummus lacked the garlic, lemon juice and the nutty tahini - it was like a smooth Chick pea and olive oil paste .

The Tzatziki was good but lacked the burst of fresh mint leaves .

The Tom Yum soup was simple inedible and we returned it, too much spice and an overload of lemon grass had made it bitter .

The service was quick but inattentive .
Even though I had told them multiple times that i was going to use my Zomato Gold card , they still brought a bill without considering the zomato card .

Also they added service charges on the bill .
My overall experience was not great , neither with the food nor with the service.

They do serve other indian cuisines too so you can go even if you do not like Mediterranean food.

Arabian shawarma and the lamb pizza were absolutely tasty. Been here twice and ordered the same. Ambience was good and staff were polite. Overall a delightful experience

Delightful and Delicious!

Ordered Cheese and Vegetable Pizza and Chicken Shawarma Pizza.

Cheese vegetable pizza had bell peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms, green olives with loads of Cheese.
Taste 5/5

And Chicken Shawarma Pizza was too good, the crust was different and delicious.

Service was quick.
Food was delicious.

Definitely coming again.
Saurabh Sud
Thoroughly Disappointed with the service experience and the taste and of the food in particular, ordered Lahori Choose which was too sweet, Grilled chicken wasnā€™t grilled properly, paneer tikka didnā€™t seem fresh!!!
Never coming back again.
Pradeep Kumar
Variety of menu may impress you, but the staff may not. This is occupied place on weekends and could be the reason that the service was slow. Food was tasty with generous portion. May try again.
Suyash Shekhar
food was okayish if you're looking to change your taste buds and wanna explore good Lebanese food. Staff wasn't that prompt and not very friendly
Sneha Banerjee
Mutton Rogan ghost and paneer Tikka masala was good. Ambience was okayish but what disappointed me the most is the service. Our food almost finished by the time they served the remaining main course.
Awantika Chand
Love their ambience it's pretty.
Peaceful place to have food
Virgin mojito was good.
Shawarma chicken salad was amazing
Zizo club sandwich was also good.
Anshula Sharma
A really fine restaurant in DLF Mall of India. The food is really good here.
Ordered fish and chips, half grilled chicken, pita bread and Lebanese drink, which had a taste of orange and lemons. The food was good, specially the fish which was beautifully cooked and tender. Really worth a try.
Sidharth Vadhera
Well, we went to this place on a Saturday night, it wasnt too crowded, and they played nice slow music. To start with with decided to order cheese and veggie Manakish, which is Lebanese bread with topping(like pizza). To be frank, it tasted like a farmhouse pizza. In the main coarse we decided to order Chilly paneer and chicken tikka masala with nan and roti. The chilly paneer was really well prepared and had authentic chinese flavours, while chicken tikka masala was the best chicken I had in a long time. They served us with boneless chicken, well cooked, which had a perfect blend of Indian masalas. It was neither sweet nor spicy! The gravy melted in the mouth with every bite taken with nan. One must try this if you visit zizos. A must visit place for a quick supper or a heavy meal!
Price :1500 for two

I love lebanese food and Zizo is one of the finest place to enjoy it.

Fresh Pita breads are delight that I only found here. You will love these with Hummus plater.
Finally found a great place for Middle Eastern food. Shawarma, falafels and Kebebs were great. Was not very happy with the drinks. Overall a good experience.
Kaushal Gangwar
This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited..
Manager doesnt even know how to handle customers..
Ashish Verma
Randomly went there without any plans, but found a great experience and food.. Turkish Kebabs and rolls were delicious, you might found a bit less spicy so better check before order.. Highly recommend Irani mutton and chicken skewers..
Surbhic0108
Love the trio hummus platter. Must try
Also , the basil and mint mocktail is really refreshing
Zatar pizza is a hit too.
Crumbfried mushrooms were delicious

Overall , have been to this place several times and every item I've ever ordered has been outstanding
Rajiv Gupta
Their food was good but hygiene standard is questionable. I discovered aluminium scrubber thread in my soup which was a very yucky feeling. I was fortunate enough not to swallow it. All the restaurant manager offered was a meek apology and waiving the soup charge! Disastrous experience...
Charu
I do not think that there was anything on our table order that can be termed Lebanese as such.

Taste wasnā€™t really great, a little over priced for the regular stuff.

Also, this is not a 5 star place, a water bottle at INR 95, really? I mean law says you can charge above MRP but seriously? And on asking the concerned person he said, ā€œitā€™s by law we can charge as much as we want?ā€ Seriously?

Also, no mention of 10% service charged to be levied, how are you guys running this place? Am so sorry to have visited this.
Ishan Kailani
Good food by zizo, picking up taste to a different level .serving and taste was absolutely well. Variety of food was their plus their drinks was pretty good . Must try place
Shubham Kakkar
Tried their fungi pizza, was decent nothing too good about it. Falafel wrap was done quite well. My friends really liked chicken shawarma. Drink was fine, would've been better off with a little less sugar, fine overall.
Swatee
This place was good in terms of food and service but the place was very smelly even after putting room freshner the odour didn't go . It was a disappointment
Farman
Nice Place - Food was Good & Service was fine!
Chicken Shawarma was diffrent and nice so to otherwise what we get in Delhi!
White Chicken Pasta was made well too!
Sunit Kaul
This restaurant is a trainwreck. I rarely writes reviews, let one negative ones. But I'm compelled to do so this time.

The food was laughably bad and cold. Who serves barbeque items at room temperature? The waiter served us after 10 minutes of us sitting without the menu, with our arms folded.

The AC was switched off towrads the end of our meal (presumably because we were the last folks in the restaurant), paying no heed to fact that there were paying customers sitting and finishing their food.

What an awful way to spend a Saturday evening with my wife.
Wanted to grab a quick bite and Zizo did not disappoint! The portions are really large and filling. Chicken shawarma salad is a must have!!!
Kaushal
Nice place to hangout with family and friends.. Menu is very much balanced for veg and non veg.. Food is tasty.. In veg paneer is very tasty

Out of my 2 orders, which were Pink Sauce Penne Pasta and Mushroom Kurkure, I liked the pasta way to much. The quantity was more than what I hd expected. Mushroom Kurkure were soggy and hence not very satisfying to eat. Overall, ambience and staff was above average. Can vist again for pasta though!!

Very good and quick service
Ordered pasta and pizza....both were good enough
Also availed zomato Gold...its always a great deal...one should always try!!

Horrible service.. the restaurant staff was least interested in serving us.. they do not even serve regular water till you ask them to because they want to mint money from the over priced bottled water that they keep on each table.. the food came very late and on top of that they forgot to give the dips.. when I complained about their service my server just made a face and left.. it was an extremely bad experience

Hi Everyone, i want to tel you all a great story today.

What an Experience we have, went and asked for Table for 6 as as we have our guests from australia with us.

Though, it was almost full n a sunday afternoon, inspite of 3 vacant tables for 4, we asked a smart guy (waiter) who was near by setting up the table to merge 2 tables so thay it can fit 6 of us.

Very Rudelyyy in a polite accent he said, i m sorry u guys have to wait for 15minutes following by saying its a sunday, kwe cannot merge 4-4 seating tables.. It was a pathetic moment, he just said that all bluntly n he didnot even respond futher n see'd us leaving afterwards.

If thats your hospitality, its better you should go beyond 3.8 ratings. I will ask my group of bloggers/ Pr team to visit you soon n have that discussion.

In case to contact me further, management team can revert me to provide the coordinates.

Wont reccommend this outlet, instead will stop others to visit.

Absolutely, authentically, lip-smackingly Mediterranean. I LOVE Zizo. Especially the Shawarma.
Whatever trash with Punjabi Tadka that Al-Bake serves and all Delhiites go ga-ga and rate 5-stars, is NOT Shawarma. If you want to taste what real Shawarma tastes like, visit Zizo.
Next, Turkish Coffee - Oooooh, just love it!
The falafel roll or even the falafel basket is pretty awesome.
All in all, Zizo's quite wholesome. Everything is very authentic, very mid-eastern. In all my visits (4 till now), I've never been disappointed. :)
Mohammad Zuhaib
Worst hospitality ever!!!
I visited there with my wife, sister and my 6 months old daughter.

I am writing the review regarding hospitality and not food, because I never got to try the food- all thanks to ZiZo's amazing hospitality (sarcasm).

I wanted to try out ZiZo even though it has relatively less rating. I believe rating not necessarily do justice to the restaurants every time.

I waited for around 5 minutes at the entrance with no one to help with the waiting time./ assist with the seating.
Went inside, stood for 5 minutes, staff did see us yet no response.
I found a table at the corner that probably got vacant a moment ago, took the seat myself.
Waited for someone to clean the table, that took another 5 minutes before someone finally turned up to clean it up.
Requested him to atleast get glass of water in this humid heat, being all calm and co operative as we were also hungry and understand the weekend rush.
When no one turned up for another 8-10 minutes, that is when I called the only person there with a blazer on, I think he must have been the manager.
Instead of listening to me where in I told him we have been here for more than 15 minutes, atleast help us with the glass of water, he asked me to be co operative.
I told him I am asking for a glass of water and you are asking me to be co operative. It has already been 15-20 minutes. And he said it wll take anthr 10 minutes and said I should be co operative as others.

Problem is had I started throwing tantrums the moment I stepped in, I would have understand that I need to be co operative. I was co operative al this while even with my 6 months old daughter with me.
And then he said something which meant it will take more time else if I feel I can leave.
That is when I left.

This individual wants others to be co operative without even seeing that someone has been waiting for 20 minutes all because of being co operative.
It would have been great had that person be a little sensitive to people in this humid heat and atleast serve a glass if water asap.

Anvita Chauhan
The great place to enjoy great arabic food but the service was not at all good. I had hummus pita bread with fattoush salad. The shawarma was also good.
Priya Sood
Very nice food, specially mutton biryani and piza special .. just kicked šŸ˜‹ Interior and service too cool..!! Will come again.. cheers šŸ˜Š I like specially plates.. really creative written šŸ“
Nitin Jain
Please avoid ....service levels are horrendous
The manager does not know how to manage his restaurant ...no wonder this place has a low rating.
LP Pragyanlok
Went here for a date night. Good ambience. Ordered Turkish Seesh kebab. It's served with soft pita bread, hummus, couple grilled veggies. Very different taste from Indian kebab. Good consistency. Then we ordered chicken shawarma. Wife had it, tasted as good as marrakesh shawarma. I ordered grilled chicken with mushroom sauce. Chicken was perfectly done, juicy on inside and chargrilled outside. The marination and seasoning was on point. Could have added a few more vegetables apart from baby corn, carrots. Must try dish in this restaurant.
Prince Dhiman
I have visited this place earlier but this time it was bad experience because we were using Zomato Gold. Treated us harshly and asked us to show ID, manager Didn't leave the seat until it was shown.

Denied packaging food because we were using Zomato gold. After argument asked us to pay Rs. 50.

Water is priced three times the MRP. Rs. 95. Taxes extra
Tanya Joshi
Visited this place with my mom for lunch. It is located on the fourth floor of MOI and very easy to locate.
We ordered chilli garlic noodles and fettuccine areabiata. Both the dishes were good in portion as well as taste. The pasta was specifically good. Loved it.
Shreya Gupta
Poor service ...poor treatment to Zomato gold members as if they are serving food for free.
Discrimination to the Zomato gold privileged .
Food was okayish.Over rated Shwarma ..chicken was too dry .Please don't visit here especially if you are thinking to save your pocket via zomata gold.
Vikesh Dadwal
Loved the shawarma and the chicken sizzler platter.

Wedges complimented the shawarma and the pizza was the best.

Do try Zizo located in DLF Mall of India.
Pragya Sahoo
Visited this place for the 1st time with my family.
What we ordered?
Sheesh tawook: succulent chicken pieces, great smoky flavour severed with 2 pita breads, a white sauce and pickled veggies 5/5
Classic meat slider: the lamb patty was a bust of flavours in my mouth. Again 5/5
Murg tikka masala: good amount of chicken pieces and gravy was exactly what's written in the menu
Chicken zafrani biriyani: again subtle flavours and very different from Indian biriyanis. We had some issue with our biriyani but they immediately changed the item post we complained. Kudos for that.šŸ˜Š

We had a great experience thanks to our server's responsiveness and great attitude. Keep it upšŸ™Œ

We were so busy eating that we forgot to take pictures. SorryšŸ˜‹
Deepak Bansal
They have variety of options in food & all are awesome specially the hummus with pita bread is ultimate šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
Ambience was also nice & peaceful šŸ™‚šŸ™‚
Manish Bharti
The only reason I am rating this place 3 just because of its service which was awful, may be due to lack of people or they usually have that much only. I almost waited for 30+ min just to pay my bill. Apart from that food was good a bit overprice. If you like less spicy food than this is the place to have non-veg.
Vritti Malhotra
Food is good, but service is poor. They donā€™t know how to control crowd especially on a Sunday. They even forget a customerā€™s order. If you want to try a good Lebanese restaurant itā€™s better to try out a different place than this.
Anshul Gupta
very good authentic lebanese food. Zomato gold benifits available too. Fine enough service and rates. Good for a different cuisine trial....
Anushika
Themed blue and white.. with some good interior.. this place has got a good food and a great variety on the menu !
I had their shawarma pizza and afghan roasted chicken!!
This was enough for the two of us!
We had the drinks too.. couldnā€™t remember the names.. since it was uncommon..
Food-4.5/5
Drinks-3.5/5
Ambiance-4.5/5
Service-3/5
Overall experience- 4/5.. good
The service and the drinks needs to be improved.. otherwise the food was really delicious!
Nikita
When i first visited the place in november, the food was really good.Manakish, nachos and mocktails tasted really good. But on my recent visit, the quality of food has changed, it was nothing like my first experience.
Shantanu Kapoor
To start with alot of items on the menu were not available as a day before was sunday and the stock got over - excuse given by the steward
Finally order something and it takes more than 45 minutes for the venue to serve us the dish.

The roll that we order is good but the chicken breast is not cooked properly , on sharing the feedback with them , the stewards says that this is how it is cooked . I return the chicken ,pay the bill and just walk out

Service - 1/5
Food - 1.5/5
Menu - 1/5
Ambience - 3/5
Natasha Vatsa
was really looking forward to try this place out...firstly nobody was there to assist at the entrance, we had ask if we could take a certain table..ordered virgin mojito and berry smoothie both were average..had chilly chicken and chicken shawarma..chilly chicken was good but the shawarma was quite dissapointing..the service is quick and ambience is nice
Sarvdeep Singh
This place was different, never expected tge food to be this good, nice searing area as in ample space, place to try Lebanese food, fine dine for offce get togethers
Pooja Daswani
Went there for a quick team lunch. For a Friday afternoon, the place was rather empty. Food wise, tried the Shish tawook, charcoal grilled tender chicken pieces served with Pita and hummus, Lamb Seekh Kebab and the Falafel platter. All served fresh and not mind blowing but good on the taste buds. The mixed berry smoothie is however disappointing. Also, the service could be much better. So if you're in the DLF mall and looking for something light to eat, check out the place.
Akshay Mehta
Good arabian experience with variety of Shawarmas and kebabs. One of the places in Mall of India which gives the Zomato gold offer. I feel itā€™s bit hyped but service is good
Vivek Sinha
Discovered by chance as one day all other places seemed filled at the mall and even though we had seen this many times never actually tried it. But we were pleasantly surprised. So within a week went there twice. The food quality and quantity perfectly fit our expectations. Had some starters if I recall correctly Sheesh Tawook and some Indian gravy items in main course with their super nice pita breads (must try).
Gurpreet S Bhogal
Nice place for non vegetarian meals. More hygiene should be maintained, cooking is good and staff is polite and humble. Overall this place provides good experience.
Shivangi Vashishth
Located at DLF, it was way too quiet for Friday night, so ambience was really dull.
Ambience 3/5

I could not judge their service as there was just this one man who was handling everything, the restaurant door to visitors to menu handling, taking orders and serving them.
Service 2/5

We ordered falafel basket, mini chicken sliders, Marge pizza, chilli garlic noodles and pomegranate drink and an Arabic buttermilk kind of drink.

Falafel basket was beautiful but falafels were quite hard and overcooked. Mini chicken sliders looked beautiful but I guess they served us the sliders on the same plate on which falafel was served as they arrived 5 minutes later he removed the plates from our table, which was extremely disappointing.
Marge pizza was pathetic but the best part was chilli garlic noodles, it made us happy.
Food 3/5

Overall, it was fine but cannot really be your priority.
Experience 3/5
Sandeep Sinha
Dahi k kebabs and the shawarma that we tried were nice. The special summer coolers were made very well by the staff. I recommend the cucumber and pomegranate coolers. Overall experience was good. Staff was very humble n supportive.
Sourabh Kapoor
Food - 5 star
Ambience - 5 star
We went there on a Friday evening, place wasn't much crowded.
We ordered Shawrma, chicken sandwich and Belgium chocolate shake.
It was a great experience to have authentic shawrma.
A special shoutout to our server Prabhat who was very proactive and polite.

This is nice place to try Arabic food in noida everything was good

My recommendation is pita breads with trio hummas sauce as it was awsome fresh and tasty
The mutton kebab were also awsome and mouth dissolving and juicy
A must try place

A good place for lebanese food. Service is disappointing but the staff is courteous.
Hummus and pita with falafel is a go to meal for me.
Non veg platter and vegetarian main course is great as well.
Saurabh.pradhan0001
Zizo is a place where you can go to have a brunch or small meals as they don't have an extensive menu but the food is lip smacking. The ambiance is subtle with bright lightning conditions and the whole atmosphere will make you happy. A good place to go with family for chit chat sessions.
Kunal
They really have an issue with people using Zomato Gold Privileges here . I went today evening and showed the head steward the Unlock code . He asked for my ID ( which he has every right to ) . On producing my ID ( my driving licence ) he scrutinised it for a good 3 minutes by the clock and gave a very condescending look. This just killed the vibe . I mean if you donā€™t want to grant the Zomato Privileges deregister , but donā€™t spoil the customerā€™s experience. What is surprising is that I am a regular here and have been getting a similar response during my last 3 visits in the last 2 months . Today evening they crossed a line and I thought I should post a review . The food is great , but they are not very warm to Zomato Gold clients . Better skip this for better options if hospitality matters to you . Itā€™s a pity that one of my favourite restaurants has become so unwelcoming .
Rajesh Bohra
Best Lebanese food ever. Especially their hummus and pita... Do try their pita bread so wholesome And fresh . Service could be better.
Overall a nice place to go and enjoy yummy food.

Very bad service. They didn't even serve us water. The food was undercooked and okayish. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend at all to anyone.

Visited the one in DLF Mall of India.
Ordered Slider Platter (all non-veg) with Spaghetti in Pink Sauce. Loved the food. The two dishes were more than enough for two people.
Service was average and the bottle of water overpriced.

We entered and waited for more than bearable minutes fir someone to offer us a table. And then, when we approach the waiter - he tells us - everything is finished ! Sure as hell - their Brains are finished as hell ! This happens at 9:30 pm on a Saturday.

A fine dinning restaurant in DLF Mall of india.
The ambience was vibrant with gaint reel type decorations attached to the roof.

The staff was good and were willing to help us with the order if something wasn't up to the mark.

Ordered tomato soup here, dahi k kebab and veg main course . The food was of good quality and sober taste.

Not a two time visit place.
pathetic service - servers not familiar with di
shes and in a restaurant with only 3 occupied tables not able to take orders properly or execute this correctly. food taste also leaves much to be desired. management needs to look and see what experience they are offering to customers. - Ruhi - Delhi
Dear Team Zizo,

We came in last night, to have a meal at one of our absolute favorite place, Zizo, only to fall ill by the next morning. Being the only meal all of us ate together and fell sick, it seems that the quality and standards of Zizo have fallen drastically. For everyone reading this review, if I may kindly ask you, don't visit if you wouldn't like to come back with stomach cramps and want to puke your lungs out. My family and I have all suffered the entire night and day today, by having such an "expensive" meal, costing us our health.

Nice place. I don't get why I don't ever see anybody inside ! I've always crossed it in the afternoon time.
Stopped by one day for lunch.

I recommend the Taco soup and the Falafel wrap!

Service was great. I'm sorry I'm forgetting the name of our server. He was very courteous.

Will come back and edit the review with his name when possible !

Lebanese food can often be a hit or a miss in India. In the case of Zizo, it is the former. I chanced upon the restaurant while looking for something new, and even though they have two restaurants in Gurgaon, I ended up eating in the Noida branch.

The pita bread deserves a special mention for being the softest I have ever had. I also believe we caught them on a slow day, so the food was super fresh, took some time, but the service was terrific. Their dips (hummus, tzatziki, etc.) that came along with the Silver Mezzeh were yummy to the max.Ā Ā

They do have some Oriental and Indian dishes, but I highly recommend sticking with Lebanese cuisine.

Ratings:
Food - 4/5
Ambience - 3/5
Service - 5/5

Being a Lebanese cuisine lover, this place was a must visit. We ordered Paneer Shawarma roll and Falafal with Hummus and were disappointed with the food. The shawarma roll was supposed to be served with Potato wedges( as per the menu) but fries were served instead. On mentioning this to staff, we were told that wedges were not available so fries were being served instead. The Paneer roll was bland and the Hummus tasted stale.
Ambiance is not that great too.

Zizo is serving authentic Lebanese and Indian food. Overall Ambience is nice for the restaurant.i have tried their quite a few dishes. Their star dish was mutton dum Biryani. Their Lebanese dishes are hot selling too as it has all the ingredients to make it a hit. North Indian dishes can be better as I have had much better north Indian food compared to what's being served in the restaurant. I will highly recommend Zizo for Lebanese dishes.

"Eat with your heart" is what they tell us at this place. needless to say, Zizo stands up to that mark. we ordered a urfa kebab, lamb and sausage pizza and the hummus platter. food was amazing and so was the hospitality.
i would like to thank prabhat in particularl for the sweet gesture.

Good experience overall. Prabhat is a polite waiter. Hummus Ras Asfor is a must try. We also loved Irani Urfa Kebab. Head over to try some exotic dishes.

Stopped mid-meal to write this.
The mushroom hummus and pita was amazing. So were the Turkish coffee and virgin mojito we ordered. The truffle fries were alright. This is why the review has 2 stars.
The hummus was supposed to come with lavash, but it wasn't given with our order. On asking the server, he came back with three measly pieces of lavash for two people.
I ordered the meat kibbeh, which was mostly bread. When I broke open the "meatball" and asked the server about the lack of meat, he just shrugged.
When you're charging INR 495 for roasted bread, store-bought sweet chilli sauce and dahi with bits of cucumber in it, please try and make sure there's some meat in there.
I was extremely disappointed because I'd heard the food was great. Won't be coming here again.
I am a regular here. It's good to dine here. It's almost homely food to me. Living in a Pg is so discomforting as you always miss home cooked food, but here paneer and pita breads and the nonveg starters are the best to remind me of home.

The ambiance is nice too and waiters are welcoming.

Trio Hummus is a must have. Been there a lot lately and even though it's a bit costly but still can't get enough of it.
Great food & good service.

Zizo was a completely different experience for me. The choice of cuisine they offer us is very tasty. Its arabic in nature.
We enjoyed having sliders the most.
The staff in here is also very friendly and ready to help in case you fail to understand their menu.
Very ordinary stuff. Ordered fattoush and tabouleh salads, both below average. Even staff seems to be unaware about dishes and preparations. Extremely disappointing experience, not recommended.

Zizo is a fine place for some nice Lebanese food at Mall of India, Noida.
What should you order?
x Hummus Pita, I went for the classic hummus which was really tasty!
x Fattoush Salad, pretty decent stuff.
x Virgin Mojito, made to perfection.

A decent place to try out Lebanese food, worth a visit.
Supreet Kaur
The mutton rogan josh that was served had a lot of fat cooked along with the pieces. The overall taste was fine but overall the mutton quality was not worth the money.

The service of the restaurant was super slow. They would forget that a customer is seated and then suddenly attend to any new customer. We had to call out for ordering food or paying bill.
