Review Kfc - Noida

The food has changed a bit. It's not like before. The cold drink cups were covered with lids this time. They have a better design for lids which are of paper and it's easy to insert a straw now.

I have always loved KFC. This one was also good. Atmosphere was good. Staff was good. The place was neat and clean. Washroom as well. Parking is available for two wheeler as well as four wheeler. It's in a mall so, that's there. The quality of the food was up to mark.

Today's experience was memorable for me because store team provide me very hot and fresh food here which became memorable after eating As I saw it, the store was very beautiful and clean and the team was following all the guidelines of covid-19 So now whenever I will come to Noida, I will visit to kfc with my family and friends.

Taste is good. Chiken lover would definitely enjoy it, and It's only KFC option near Pari Chauk.

KFC is now reaching heights of bad customer experience....be it delivery which is inordinately late due to a rider not able to reach after 1 hour of order.Now on food- spicy zinger burger was extremely soggy and tasteless.Fries we're also soggy and looked very uninteresting and tasted like nothing on earth.5 leg pieces were very old storage chicken peices and smelled bad in combination with oil smell as it was brought totally cold. The dips were not worth any mention with no distinguishable taste. The rice bowls were the only saving grace - appeared and tasted edible. Wanted to speak to the restaurant on the dismal service and food but nobody picks up the mobile...in fact after 2 rings to phone was switched off....the audacity to do this after serving low quality food and delivering it very late!!!<br/>

Its better if you order directly through the KFC application or call them.... their Zomato tie ups are very bad and order cancellation from their side after 1 hour has happened twice with me... they don't answer calls and neither provide any contact information for the delivery guy<br/>

Always a walk away.<br/>Everyday I take a walk buy returning from college in Delhi 😅 and KFC serves the best of them. Usually there's little to no rush and the inside is quite cozy and comfortable.

The driver did not wear a mask and was rude. Extremely disappointed with the delivery and will not order again

The burger were very oily and somehow the oil made it bitter in taste . Made me embarrassed in front of guests. Disappointed

Received incomplete food... Ordered 6 pcs hot and crispy and received only 5 pcs and also I ordered popcorn rice ball in which I didn't received popcorn. Complaint on Zomato, complaint on kfc but no response and also complaint via mail but wasn't helpful... Unexpected and very much disappointed.

Would like to thank kfc for working hard even during the pandemic. There was no change in taste and that’s the best part about KFC.

Properly sealed packing. No changes in kfc taste. Hats off to them that they are doing great in this pandemic.

Delivery time was good food was enough to have lunch with friends and food is very tasty in rows there are cream cream is much then other roles you can enjoy your meal each meal and you can enjoy roles and chicken rolls are tasty but veg rolls are more tasty Paneer rolls it is the best role I have ever eaten in my life

Probably one of the most frequently visited places in greater noida. Nice seating arrangement, spacious indoors. Good service. Food as expected from KFC, which has to be finger lickin' good. Definitely worth many visits. 👍👍

Ordered on 9/11/2019 and still suffering from food poisoning. Dirty joint and stale food. Never order from here. Have spent more than 3000 on Doctor fee and medication. Not to mention the bad time I had to go thru. Pathetic...

Home delivered food's quality is not good as compared to outlet. My 3 orders have been cancelled and pne time i received partial order.items were missing

Worst experience ever.I don't understand how KFC hired these staff in Gr noida branch. They are so rude it seems like they owe the KFC. When you go to ask for order they don't listen. The screen was not working  when i ask him for menu. He said we have only one option because he was too lazy to switch on the screen monitor. Then however we order one combo having 4 smoky grill leg and after 30 minutes they gave the food only 2 smoky grill leg. And he said we'll give you rest in 5 minutes then when its already 10 minutes and again i ask him about rest smoky. He replied we'll take 30 minutes more..really i got so stressed. How can be somebody this irresponsible .They didn't even gave the Dip. My 670 was totally waste.. and this KFC has been like this since many years how KFC don't take ant action

This place is disappointing.<br/>I love KFC. I have eaten it in every country I've travelled.<br/>In other cities of India is good. But I must say, this one is not good at all.<br/>First of all, the place is dirty, it seems like they don't even care about cleaning the tables or the floor.<br/>Second, the service is extremely slow. You have to wait several minutes to order even when there is nobody there. The food takes too long to be ready. And it's a FAST FOOD restaurant.<br/>And finally, the staff is so rude. They are not polite at all and if you ask for something, they will only look on the other side and ignore.<br/><br/>I won't come back to this place.<br/>Everytime is the same situation

Never rely on this restaurant for your food needs as they will cancel your order after more than 40 minutes and then without even making a single attempt to call, they will make It look like you were the one who didn't pick it. The Zomato valet won't pick your call till they cancel your order, and your money is gone for more than a week. The Zomato customer care is now reduced to a chat screen where executives copy paste apologies and try to shut us by giving us few credits.<br/>Disservice at its finest.

Yesterday I visited this place with my friends. I think the prices are high according to the taste. Overall I liked the smoky grilled chicken it was having a good taste.

Ordered zinger doubles today and this is one of them and look at that chicken piece. I generally prefer KFC over other food chains and love their food and I damn sure know this is in no way zinger burger , 2 buns and a thin half piece of chicken. I order zinger burger from here and trust me guys that was one of the pathetic burger and no taste and some bad smell is coming from it. I can not able to take a second bite after taking, highly dissapointed.

The Zoomato have reasponicibility, if customer not received proper items in his order ? If yes then refund where is, if some one already complete that inside of parcels doesn't have proper qty and item. So you have to taken an action againce them, because individual every one have popular brands app but we are using your Zoomato app to trust and but now you check my account i complete againce my order not perfect but till the date i never received refund and no reply from zoomato and kfc person contact me, so i decide to uninstall the app now and you are frouds. Ordered n number of times... Also visited the outlet multiple times... Their taste is awesome sometimes and sometimes it's completly waste... Cold n stale. Most of the times it's good but this time I had a major issue with delivery... The delivery boy denied to come to my door step and called me at the reception of building n when I asked him to come to my door he left without delivering... Very rude.

Tried Alphonso one for the first time and I was blown by it's taste (A MUST try everyone reading this!!) . Veg Zinger burger was okay and Veggie Strips were Amaaazing !!<br/>Only let down in my order was fries and delayed service, which I will talk about below. The staff was very casually dealing with the customers and had to be reminded several times. They always send wrong orders or some things are always missing I would recommended checking your order before accepting rest taste wise same as other kfcs.<br/>

I liked how the order was processed in time, but i feel serious issues with the hyegiene. After having food ordered from here, all of us who consumed the food got serious diarrhoea. It couldnt be a coincidence or a misunderstanding and are all sure it happened after eating from kfc.<br/><br/>We have been to lots of kfcs and never had any issues as such before.

I Visited there with my friend. I ordered one Veg. zinger, Chicken zinger and also add fries and Coke. It is basically on the ground floor of Ansal Plaza. The sitting space is very nice. service is very fast. I really wanna go there again

So we visited this place today. There were hardly any people and it's was a Sunday. We ordered longer box. The guy at the counter was so rude. He didn't even ask me about topping and added it to bill. When I ask why extra money, he replied it was GST. Only after I saw the bill I realized it was for extra topping. Also, chicken longers are no longer long. I have visited 15-20 kfc outlet but have to say had the worst experience here.

The quality has degraded, too much oil, bad customer treatment. Firstly they add things in your bill without your concern & secondly they don't give all items written in the bills (this happend with me thrice and there were 2-3 customer with the same issue, once it is excepteble but thrice!!!)<br/>Read the bill carefully & check the foods with the bill after getting the order.
