Review Wok Art - Noida

Anjali Girdhar
The food, ambience and service are very good... We ordered a veg platter, mushroom and broccoli were excellent... Soya chaap was very soft and delicious... Virgin Mary was excellent...

I am totally in love with the food here. The quantity was amazing and taste was mind blowing. Chicken malai tikka just melted in my mouth, murgh korma was full of flavours and dal makhani was the main highlight. I will recommend this place for sure. This is one of my fav now❤️
Shubham Ahuja
Food is nice over here. Just one thing that I miss the most is the ghazal's night on weekends. After covid they have stopped the ghazal's.
Kaira Routela
Running the Restaurant from last 25 years. They know about the authentic taste and quality of food. I ordered Non vegetarian Platter and Paneer tikka as a starter. Quantity is good, so as taste. Mains we ordered Dal Makhani and Mutton Korma with some breads. As usual the taste was awesome. At the end we ordered malai kulfi. The food quality and quantity was excellent. Ambiance is nice, service was also good. Big thums up for them. Gud luck.

Samarkand Restaurant is located in Ganga Shopping complex of Sector 29 Noida. It’s a nice place with an ambience of retro feel. Almost having a seating capacity of around 100 peoples. The food is delicious and also the staffs are very attentive and friendly. It’s an ideal place to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones.
FT Abhax
Visited here for lunch recently and was really impressed. We started with paneer tikka followed by veg galauti kebabs - my absolute fav were the galauti kebab simply melt in your mouth. Main course was kadhai paneer, malai kofta with garlic naan - loved them too. And ended the session with some garma garam gulab jamun - perfect ending to a fab lunch scene.

A beautiful place with an amazing management. They have a beautiful bar and they have three sitting areas which makes the place amazing. Had an amazing time Great food Great team Great effort

Slowly but surely, falling in love with Samarkand. It has the old school restaurant and bar vibes. Family friendly and affordable. It has ghazal/Sufi nights in Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Food is of good quality. I have had the Rajasthani Laal Maas, the Murg Kali Miri and butter chicken there and I am not disappointed. They also have 1 for 1 offers on alcoholic drinks. But the drinks are slightly on the pricier side. Overall, I would definitely keep going back to Samarkand again.

One of the oldest and famous restaurants in Noida. This place is very popular in corporate world for the office parties and get together. The ambience is perfect for dining. I love their vegetarian options. North Indian food is quite delicious specially Dahi Ke Kebab, Hara bhara kabab, Paneer Tikka and Daal Makhani. Kids enjoy food over here. Service is good. Staff are courteous. Highly recommended for foodies. Wheelchair ♿ accessibility - No Wheelchair ♿ accessible Parking 🅿️ - No Kids Friendly 😎 - Yes

One of the oldest and well maintained family restaurants in Noida. Nice location as well. Decent choice of items you can choose from the menu. You must try all of their dishes as the taste is authentic and has remained consistent in all these years. The place still got that warm, cozy and nostalgic vibes. Very nice ambience and service. I recently ordered chinese from their Wok menu and it was delicious! Highly recommended.
Shreshtha Bajpai
Loved the vibe of this place and their starters are legit the bestt🥰🤌🏻 paneer tikka, hariyali tikka, malai tikka and seekh kebabs all were delicious 😭and loved the main course as well.. i had malai kofta it was the softest ♥️

Absolutely recommended. Every dish ordered was delicious, the kebabs were soft and juicy and were finger licking good. The staffs were very hospitable. Will definitely visit again.

It's a nice restaurant and bar in Noida, ambience is average with live music, crowded on weekends. The food is pretty decent and slightly pricy, but average for Delhi.
Dayanirmal
Music was very nice, old songs tune will make you mutter the songs. Staff was very polite, they disinfect the seats just after use, if you really want to feel peace go there. You can go in happy hours from 12 to 8pm for 1+1.
Amandeep Singh Ricky
I wish there was some negative marking.... Went for a dinner....evrythng served was chilled Had to step out without having it.... No one even cared to ask why were we leaving..

Beautiful place in the heart of Delhi. Excellent food.

Ordered chili garlic noodle, chicken chili garlic noodle and penag curry chicken. I didn’t like taste of any of it.

Packaging: 9/10
Taste: 5/10
Quantity: 7/10
Zomato Delivery speed: 9/10
Value for Money: 6/10
Cost for 2: Rs. 400 - 500

as usual we had a great time at wok art, because the food was excellent, pleasant and good service with fantastic mocktails. this is one restaurant we love repeating as all the above factors contribute to a nice evening. must compliment chef sunil for producing five great dishes making it difficult for us to decide which was the best of the five. the service of parmar was warm and efficient and his suggestions for food ordering were bang on. not to forget uttam singh at the bar with his fantastic cocktails & mocktails
Bhavana Mahajan
The starters are awesome, main course is quite average for restaurants at this price range.
ARUN KIRPAL
good food, excellent service. the mocktail " budha's palm " was simply divine. the ambience was nice
and the general atmosphere was calm compared to the rowdy crowd next door at samarkhand.
Kartik Gulati
Well it is a gem in sector 29......the ffood taste is good...servive is good....although place isnt overcrowded....dont understand why the place isnt packed
Rahul Mishra
Quality and taste of food is good. The staff is also good subject to one condition that when we used zomato gold the staff told that it would not be applicable on prawn dishes.
Ankur Tandon
This restaurant is based near the Brahmaputra complex and offers chinese as a speciality.
The entry to the restaurant is the same of Samarkand and don’t be confused when you enter the premises.

We went for a family outing and loved the food. Be it sliced chicken, assorted veggies, Hakka and pan fried ... everything was awesome.. they can definitely work on the speed of the service as our first order took 45 minutes straight. Could be possible on weekends though.

We ordered kulfi and reported bad quality which the staff was kind enough to refund from the bill.

Pro tip - Check your bill before you pay no matter how drunk you are. We were presented some other table’s bill.

Ambience 4/5
Service 4/5
Food 3.5/5

This restaurant has an open area cum closed seating options available. The open area was quite good and well decorated.

Service was good and the food was served quickly.

We ordered garlic noodles which were quite tasty. Crispy corn was next on our list. Corn was served in a Papad and with beetroot cut in the shape of a rose. Decent place to hangout.
Vidhi Bhargava
Pathetic food not worth the price. The oil used was low quality. I have had better food at Chinese vans in 1/10th the price of what I paid (after using Zomato Gold).
Anshika Gupta
Worst food I had ever have. The food is so oily and the taste is so wierd. I did not like the food at all. The place was okay and staff members were good.

We’ve moved to Noida recently from South Delhi and we’ve struggled to find good Thai/ Chinese food ever since. Being in south delhi we were always spoilt for choice but finally, we came across Wok Art!!! Their food is superb and while I’ve only ordered from them online( multiple times), they’ve addressed any issue there’s ever been with anything I’ve ordered! COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!
Anoop Aneja
The order took more around 1.5 hours to get delivered. Had ordered hakka noodles and chicken penang curry. The taste of penang curry was horrible.
In short not at all satisfied with the order.
ArpitaR
This place is near botanical garden metro station. Went here for our lunch. Ambiance of the place was nice. We tried chicken hot and sour soup and in starter we had chicken saute. There some kind of unpleasant smell in the soup and chicken saute was ok. In main course we had chicken fried rice and broccoli, baby corn shiitake mushrooms gravy.
Shubhankar Mishra
Had the Prawn and Chives Dumplings and Spicy Salmon Sushi. The Dumplings were nice, the sushi was a bit of a letdown though. There was too much going on with the chilli sauce, mayo, etc all on top of a very thin piece of fish.
Sumi Paul
Went to wok art on 31st night party, they had good ambience and I opted for unlimited drinks and food. Live singing was there, what i lived most is the decorated terrace, where you can smoke, food was alright, staff was courteous but the waiters seem to be clueless about the menu, which is little odd. Manager had to come for resque several times. The cocktail drinks were finesse! One thing i loved is the dessert! Overall its good but they can become better!!
Rohit Paliwal
Very nice place for Asian food in Noida. Freshflavours and authentic food. Best place to savour Asian delicacies in this part of Ncr
You can try Thai and Malaysian curries as well. Ambience is great and service excellent. A must visit place for Asian food lovers
Ritesh
The place is absolutely mismanaged which is a shame!!!

We have been to this particular restaurant on 2 occasions when we actually managed to order food. The food was excellent and service superb considering the price which one pays.

However since then we have booked and landed at the place on 3 different occasions and each time we have found the place to be abandoned despite reaching well before their closing time .

And mind you all this despite having a verbal assurance from the manager Mr Balwant, who assured us each time that a table would be waiting for us.
I think he just wants to go home because the place doesn't run and never have we seen any guest there.

On top of that each time we turned up we have had to encounter a certain gentleman who I suppose is the manager of Samarkand (which seems to be affiliate restaurant in the same place) and who probably managed an Indian railway cafeteria in the past given his welcoming and polite demeanor. This really sets off our evening.
Today he was in a particularly charitable mood when he informed us that "what purpose would it serve to keep a restaurant open for a few people even if they were well in time" and he would serve us food in samarkand instead.

Why did we bear with it three times, cause the first two times were really that good.

The owner/management probably needs to look into it cause the place has the potential of being a superb hit.
Ghazal Tansir
I have been to Samarkand in Sector 29 before, so was a bit confused when I booked a table at Wok Art and got seated at the same restaurant (why is that?). So the ambience was all fine dining family restaurant type. The food though really impressed us. We went at an odd hour, 4 p.m isn't lunch time. But the food we got was really delicious and satiating. We ordered Broccoli baby corn and shiitake mushrooms, minced chicken soggy basil bowl and wok tossed fish fillet in hot garlic sauce. Each dish had a flavour and authenticity of its own. For us hungry souls, it was heaven to taste all the spice and umami and we wiped our plates clean. Pricing was great as well. Service could have been faster but maybe it appeared a bit too slow to us as we were hungry as hell.
Anyway, in a market so sombre as Sector 29 Noida market, this restaurant is a real burst of flavour. Go there for the yummy food!
Purva Agarwal
The food is delicious, and the staff is lovely. The chilly chicken dumplings are a must try. The chilly tofu is also one of the recom.ended dishes.
Shashwat Devbrat
Ordered Veg Noodles Taste was ok- average.
Delivery was fast. But its was too oily. Was too oily than regular.
They should atleast have the courtesy to provide a fork and some tissues with the delivery.
Sumedha Chaudhary
Lovely food and prompt service.

Great menu choices and chefs are willing to go an extra mile and give what you desire. Recently visited on someone’s recommendation and was truly delighted by the food. Their portion sizes are good enough and it’s truly value for money proposition. Menu is too elaborated giving enough options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian guests. Decor is nice too with outdoor seating.

We're regular customers of Samarkand, given the good food they serve and even take your preference into consideration if you need to make any changes to the dish. Unfortunately all is not what it seems - ordered chicken soup from their Chinese counterpart work art last night and now I'm saddled with stomach infection. Not sure if I'll order again from here. Such a disappointment.

Ambience- 5/5
Food-4.5/5
This place is amazing. Go to place for Chinese Cuisine❤️ Must try Hot and Sour soup and Thai Stir Fry Vegetables. Complimentary Fried Lotus Stems are Amazing too!
Yashdeep Bali
We ordered a lamb dish and chicken dish. It was a love hate relation with the dishes. 2 people liked the dishes and 2 people not so much. I could not really point out any apparent flaw or high point in the dish hence the 3 points.
Mohena
I have always tried Indian here but wanted to give Chinese a try. The sitting for the chinese food area is separate and the ambience is a good too. Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Assorted Vegetables and Assorted Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce was what we ordered and we were not disappointed at all. They don't have manchurian and chilli paneer in there menu which made us try different food item.
Though the food was delicious but the service was very very slow. The food food around 20-25 mins approx to make way on our plate.
Overall a good experience.

A hidden gem in the streets of Noida. The place is pretty amazing. The service is good and the staff is polite.
I ordered prawn momos, chicken satay and spring rolls. The prawn momos were amazing. And chicken satay was the best I've had so far. The peanut sauce was amazing. A really good place to spend your time.

Food: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Ambience: 4/5

Even though its a little hard to find, it's worth it. Entering the restaurant you are greeted with all wooden interiors and after the main exit you see a buddha statue with a waterfall behind which is absolutely majestic.
Coming to the food its good. Nothing was extraodinary except the fried lotus stem chips which they serve as pre meal snack. Those by themselves are enough to get me back in there. I git them refilled 4 times. Everything else was good. Nothing was disappointing and pretty much what you'd expect.
I'd definitely recommend it due to it's good food and extremely polite and friendly staff.
KRITI BAHL
This is a hidden restraunt in ganga complex it was a bit difficult for me to find it, it is inside samarkand restraunt.
I did not have much expectations from the place due to where it is situated but i was wrong,

They are bang on, in the food they serve.
Food tastes wow, nears perfection.
The chutneys they serve with dimsums both black bean and green chilli chutney are wow.

I had chicken and chive dimsums which can be a bit improved.
I had prawn and chive dimsums which were wow, the quality of prawns were wow.

We had chilli prawns in sichuan sauce - on our request they made it even more spicy and that added to its taste.

All together you can visit this restraunt then and now when ever in noida.
Wok art is a part of samarkhand if I'm not wrong. So if you can get yourself good North Indian as well as Asian/pan Asian food. Ambience wise they've looked to have done a decent job. Starters we're pretty good too. I guess the best we're the main course. Probably whatever you order off the main course menu it would be good.
This place had a serious "Bercos" vibe to it. Not that I complain. Prices were reasonable too.
Probably the only let down would be the desserts.Kinda depressing. The underbaked lava cake with ice cream was good. But other than that there were barely three or four items in the menu.
Not to forget, they had a well stocked bar too. Don't miss out on that.
Cheers🌺

We randomly bumped into this place while searching for pan asian restaurants and don't regret trying it out.So this place gives you a fine dining experience with classy interiors and ambience.
We ordered Khow Suey,Phad thai noodles and for dessert we had molten choco blast with ice cream.I was quite impressed by the Khow Suey as there are only few places that I know of which serve it with full authenticity.
I would recommend this place if you too have a thing for pan asian cuisine.
Food:4.5/5
Ambience:5/5
Service:5/5
Natasha
Superb chef! Lots of veggies in the perfect recipe . scrumptious pan Asian dishes.
VrN
They deliver Punjabi Chinese food, it feels that they are getting their Chinese dishes done by a Punjabi chef whose expertise is karahi chicken, butter chicken, probably if a Chinese has this level of Oil topped food it would equate to the amount of oil he would have consumed his entire lifetime from one dish, think restaurant should change their menu punjabi, it would sell well, guys ordering from here is gastronomic blunder, you will surely gain back calories burnt in 1 month of gymming...So beware.. Order at your own risk...
Anwesha Chandra
Good food and a decent menu for asian food. The fish in chili bean sauce was really nice. We had it with jasmine sticky rice. The prawn tempura sushi was also not bad. Value for money.
Natasha
Superb Thai food! Excellent packaging.

So, me and my friend were just going around the place and came across this place. Loved the vibe of the place.
The ambience was so good to be in.

We ordered the pineapple fried rice, it was so tasty. It was cooked perfectly and looked super pretty.
And the chicken noodle meal bowl was my favourite part. I love meal bowls and this has to be one of the best.

A good place to go around here.
I visited this restaurant for the first time. And for the first experience, it was quite impressive.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. The manager of the place is very humble person. Mr. Praveen, manager of the place, took care of everything. The service is really quick.

I loved the ambience. The food was really worth. My personal favourite are their dynamite prawns and chilli chicken pepper salt.

I would surely recommend a visit there.

I went to this place with my friends.
Each one of us liked this place
The ambience is very nice and the interior design is also very soothing.

The taste of food was good.
Steamed River Sole Fillet in Soy Chilli sauce and Lotus stem Honey & Chilli were delicious.

Service was quick and impressive.

I also got some of my food packed for takeaway,
The packaging was also good.

I am really impressed by their service.
Would love to visit again.

Wok art is one of the nicest place in noida for chinese. Which attracted me in Zomato about this restaurant was its menu, so much of variety in food we have along with lots of different beverages and mocktails. Yesterday me and my brother had craving to have some Chinese and we ordered from here fried rice and chicken manchurian. It has amazing flavor, properly cooked and all in one very delicious. Delivery was in time and properly packed.

We tried this outlet by the name of WOK ART.

Needed a place for a quick official talk so this was the place we visited.
Amazing atmosphere and the service is really top class.

Mr. Praveen, the manager of the place along with his staff provided one of the best experience from greet to treat.
They all are extremely nice and ready to help you with anything.

We tried their Crystal dumplings and I have to say, they are among my top 10 list of dumplings for sure.
The taste was just perfect.
Asian cuisine is one of my favorites and so I’m very choosy when it comes to eating the right kind. Wok Art was a great discovery in the sense that everything I tried was superbly delicious and flavorsome. For the appetizers, wok art dynamite prawns turned out to be so amazing that I managed to gobble them up within minutes! Along side these, their chicken and chive dimsums were smooth and juicy in texture with a spicy sauce on the side. For mains, I tried out their chicken Thai curry with steamed rice, a classic that it hit the spot so well that I was in sheer bliss. Wok Art is a must visit for asian cuisine lovers because they genuinely treat their wok like art - with love and perfection!

The ambience seemed pretty lit and we decided to pay a visit for dinner.

We started with crispy chicken lemon grass salad and chicken and chive dumplings. The salad was delectable, with apt quantity and quality of chicken and vegetables. Also to mention is the good quality of the ingredients. Dumplings were too soft and tasted awesome with the dip !

Next we ordered is thai crispy lamb followed by dessert i.e. hazelnut brownie with ice cream. Lamb was too soft, tender and it was just mouth watering. Brownie was love.

Cheers to the lovely ambience, awesome hospitality and delectable food.

Definitely recommended.
#jghospitality9 #wokartindia #wokart #asianrestaurant

Placed an order for home delivery as the reviews were pretty good. This is a branch of Samarkand in ganga shopping complex.
The overall impression was good. Prawn dimsums were good delivered alongwith with condiments.
The prawn fried rice and the garlic fried rice was also good.
The double cooked baby lamb was also nice as was wok art chilli mountain chicken - i prefer hot items - and these had some chillies. Not really very hot as i prefer, but definitely ok. And no, its not served in a mountain of chillies.
The honey chilli potato was also nice.
The dynamite prawn is like prawn fritters - fried coated prawns.
The kongee crispy lamb was good - though the amount of onions was on the higher side for me. The prawn chilli garlic noodles was also pretty tasty.
Quantity was impressive and packing was good.
Over time, i have become a regular customer of Wok Art.

Wok Art is the latest entrant to the pan asian restaurants in Noida. Food is really great and different from what most of the restaurants in Noida serve . The menu has sushi , Dimsums , meal bowls and much more
Food is delicious and presentation is too good . Must try Malaysian prawns, basil rice, Thai curries, khao suey. They serve some unique dishes like Chilli Mountain Chicken as well.
