Excellent service and good food was really nice

Nice place for hangout. Interior is also good but service is not upto mark as it should be. Food was good. You can at least visit once.

Ownership has changed and the taste has gotten a lot better. I had the best daal makhni in Noida a few days ago

tried this place for lunch. ordered chicken rara with garlic naan and tandoori roti.<br/>the gravy of chicken was good but taste was not close to rara. instead of chicken keema their were small pieces of chicken in gravy.<br/><br/>but the worst part is pieces of chicken was raw from the center.<br/>breads was good.<br/>overall had a bad experience.

I like the food of this place and i can recommend my near and dear ones to visit the place. Reachable location and nice delivery and quality make this place more approachable.

One of the worst experience I had, tasteless and low quality food. With very high prices. I will never look for moto mahal in future.  In food there is no taste at all. Stay away from Moti Mahal.

Its near my flat so i used to regularly visit that place. The food used to excellent whether it was veg or non veg ,but after the change of chef , the food quality has degraded.I staff are very polite and kind.The home delivery is also real quick , but my concern from this restaurant is food. SO i occasionally visit or order my food from this restaurant.

This place is located in the food court of Shopprix mall and can be traced easily. We ordered Veg Platter as starters and Paneer Lababdar and Garlic naan as main course. The starters were too good that we ordered it again and Paneer lababdar was<br/>spicy 🌶. Overall a good experience and Great service.

The food of Moti Mahal is amazing. Ordered dal makhani and naan last night and loved it. I recommend it to all vegetarians and non vegetarians also.

the butter chicken was more like tomato chicken the the gravy was of only tomatoes the food lacked butter so the motive of ordering butter chicken was wasted as there no butter or cream in it,I heard that butter chicken was innovated in moti mahal but if this was it the others are better then them

Horrible Horrible food !! I have been to other Moti Mahal outlets and they were pretty much ok in terms of food but this outlet leaves behind every one when it comes to pathetic food. I ordered a non veg tandoori platter and I got chicken which was raw and cooked in haste. Dal makhni was bland in every sense. Rotis were chewey... I'll won't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service. Takes 2hours to deliver food and the delivery time is written to be 45mins. first time ordered with Zomato and Moti Mahal and this was the problem I faced.😔😔

Very very bad experience...i order food on 9:35 pm and delivery time is 10:21 pm but they didnt delivery any order...even the track status is fake... which shows that delivery person is ON THE WAY and this status continue from 35 mins which hardly takes 5 min...

We tired malai khofta and paneer tikka masala with naan and butter roti. Food was delicious and we enjoyed it.

Fast and great service, questioned the authenticity of the chain first but after the food was served it came out to be good. So overall good and cheap food and very fast service.

Tried this outlet with colleagues and I was wondering if this is original moti mehal after having worst experience. Only one guy was serving on 3 to 4 tables and service was real slow (it took 30 minute to chapati on repeat order). Taste was avg and qty is less as compared to price.<br/>Not recommended at all.

the paneer pasanda was not good.

The food is really good here.. but they never serve fish dishes.. though it is included in the menu.<br/>The veg platter is really nice.. the paneer tikkas they serve are really flavourful. <br/>however their branch at gip is much better than the one they have at sector 61

Worst restaurant ever, will take 2-3 hrs in deliver and no sense of apologies. Never dare to spoil your day by ordering from this crap restaurant.

The Moti Mahal delux has served non veg toppings with veg soup. Very disappointed with the service and the behaviour of the staff. The Moti Mahal is loosing it fame from the sector 61 outlet.

They provide Non-veg to Veg customers and even confirmed that its veg. I had a very bad experience at this outlet. Even taste of food wasnt worth at all

The food of Moti Mahal Delux is very much upto the mark. Usually, food of the same restaurant tastes same in every branch or outlet. Unlike the chain of Moti Mahal, which tends to give a lot different taste in every outlet. <br/> Starting from the one newly opened in Logix City Centre sector 32 has deteriorated the food taste to a great extent. I am surprised by the food they serve in food court there. It is not at all a restaurant food and is same as home made food. Food quantity is less and the taste is below average. The charges are high as always and the food is below mark.<br/> Coming to the sector 61 outlet, it has maintained the quantity and quality both of the food items. They serve freshly made and delicious food. It is very upto mark and it has maintained the legacy and brand name. The staff is good too. A place to have a good meal session :D

Provably a better outlet than the rest in the mall's food court area. Service is decent enough, the decor is ample and elegant, with a good ambience. Food of course seemed all the same compared to the other food outlets.<br/>Can be tried again.

We had ordered food from the Shopprix mall .<br/><br/>The food was horrible and totally inedible and distasteful.<br/><br/>We have wasted our money and one must never ever order from there, as the quality is very very  bad .

Good food at affordable price. We ordered chicken lababdaar and paneer lababdaar for home delivery via Foodpanda. Delivery was pretty fast and ofcourse tastier. No complains as overall experience was very good. Definitely on list of repeat ordering.

My friend took me to shopprix mall during office lunch time. I was in no mood to try new stuff, so went for moti mahal deluxe for its reputation of good food. We ordered veg thali. Our order arrived in 30 mins. Dal makhani was under cooked, not at all eatable. Paneer was ordinary. Rice were stale. One can make out that it was old rice heated again to be served. I just couldnt beleive how can moti mahal play with their reputation. I always had good experience in other outlets across cities. There were only 2 servicemen including guy at the counter. We complained for the food, he brought us complimentary, mix veg. We somehow winded up our lunch. I asked for feedback form and gave my feedback. I wish i should have checked zomato first.<br/>All poor ratings for this outlet.<br/><br/>

After a long hard working day thought of having some good old desi food. Moti Mahal being near to my office was a natural choice.<br/><br/>Now I have been to this place before and have been content with what has transpired there. This time was no different either! Starting with the service it has always been very humble and competent. <br/><br/>Now coming to the food we first ordered a starter in Tandoori Chicken which was well cooked and taste was Ok. Then ordered Kadhai Chicken as main course and it was wonderful! In an era of degrading gravy of desi food this was a pleasant surprise! So that made me very happy and week was done off in some style 😊 will surely visit again! You must too.

Delivered my order after 120 mins. And that is when I stay just 4 kms away. Needless to say it was stone cold food. They tried to mess with me as it was a prepaid order from foodpanda so they had already got the money. They then decided to keep my order at last priority. <br/>They should just shut down the outlet. Idiots. Don't even have the decency to replace the order or offer compensation.

Service is poor. I ordered a veg thali since most of the dishes mentioned in the menu were not available. Taste is average. <br/><br/>I do not understand why the standard of most of the outlets in Shoprix mall is below average compared to the other outlets in diffrnt location.

Zero points for ambience. Food I would say just about eatable. Slow service. We actually didn't have a very good time. The adjacent food court is little more decent. Actually Shoprix cannot boast of a great food court.

Serves good food but the service is slow. Though the staff is cooperative. If you want a great ambience , well this is not the place to go to but if good food is on your mind then this is one of the best outlets available in the shoprix food court..

The quality and taste of food is decent. The staff is efficient too. But in terms of ambience this outlet has failed to match up to the outlet in GIP.

FOOD AND SERVICE IS EXELLENT, I TASTE DAL MAKHNI & BUTTER CHICKEN WAS VERY TASTY. MOST OF THE BEST RESTAURANT IN SHOPPRIX MALL. I GIVE THE RATE 5.0

The first thing the waiter asked us when we entered at 9:50 PM and weren't even seated was, "Sir jaldi order kar dijiye"!
