Review Pizza Hut - Noida

Pizza hut has amazing pizzas and other stuff as usual. However service needs to improve a bit. I have visited this outlet many many times, however things were a bit laid back this time. We had to call for thr menu many times before we finally got it and then the same happened while we waited to place our order. It wasn't overcrowded even though it was a weekend. However once the food arrived, we loved every bite of it -- pizzas, drinks, garlic bread everything was top notch. We order meal for two - which included veg surprise pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chocolate lava along with masala lemonade and added an extra margarite pizza for our kids. It was more than sufficient for is four - two adults and two kids. Just loved it. So overall it was a wonderful dinner for us. Will definitely visit again.

Pizza hut is always favorite for pizza lovers. This is quite a big restaurant in the TGIP Mall. We had chicken Tikka pizza. Small chunks of pizza were so yum. Garlic bread of pizza hut is always my favorite. We ordered ice tea and Pepsi as it really complements the pizza very well.

Even when there is a problem they helped as one of their own thank you so much for a wonderful evening. Well Anubhav you saved it. And the quality of Pizza is also great. Great ambience and very nice interiors as compared to the other Pizza huts. Ordered - 1. Triple Chicken Feast x 1 medium pan 2. Chicken Exotica x 1 medium pan 3. Chocolate volcano x 1

If you are a pizza lover, then you must try Pizza Hut. They serve delicious pizzas. Their cheese garlic bread is a must try.

Although service at all the Pizza Hut stores is degrading, but this store at DLF Mall of India, Noida has the most pathetic customer service. The staff is very unprofessional, they are not able to handle the crowd on weekends. The order was taken after 15 minutes. We asked for mineral water, but after 10 minutes of taking the order a guy came with the regular water. When asked again he got a chilled bottle of water in mid of December. <br/>People were taking food from the kitchen themselves. No one picked up the used plates and cutlery. The mustard sauce was served in some disposable cup. Mr Yogesh, the store manager does not have the capability to handle the store. With so much of competition, when they should pull up their socks and provide the best customer experience, they are just lost.

I visited their DLF mall of India branch for the first time and they refused to accept Zomato gold giving a reason that their system got crashed . I wanted to bring into everyone's notice , that these brands have become bigger and need a throw back to bring them into the reality of world . This attitude really doesn't help them to grow .

The restaurant denied zomato gold benefits multiple times and when they do they tell you that zomato gold is only applicable on pizza only. I used to purchase gift card for enjoying their thin crust pizza but they also removed it from their menu. Never gonna visit this restaurant again

Okay so growing craving for Pizza meant Pizza Hut!! Their pan pizzas was what delighted my appetite!! But of course now it’s not the same!! We ordered <br/><br/>Garlic Breadsticks - Well these are no where close to Domino’s breadsticks<br/><br/>Chicken Pepperoni Pizza - The pan pizza had very little cheese on it and the crust was a bit dry <br/><br/>Veggie Lover Pizza - This was comparatively a better option<br/><br/>Overall Verdict - The service was really slow at this outlet and the food was nothing great!!

Went on a Saturday early evening with a few empty tables. Asked one of them to get it cleaned. Got a reply it will be done. After 10 minutes table is still not cleaned and others are coming and being seated in other tables. Told another person to get one of the tables cleaned. Got the answer it can't be done soon. Have always loved Pizza Hut's service and in restaurant dining. But at this outlet it seemed no one bothered. The experience bell was just a formality. The folks need some serious training on how to deal with simple requests and basic management of a store. At the end had to leave the restuarant without eating. The manager listened to the feedback and seemed like he couldn't care less. Never again at this property. See similar reviews by others right now in Zomato. So looks like it was not a one off experience today!

Food is good but service is too bad. Nobody comes to take order. Order gets delayed. Billing is incorrect. Go there if you want to waste your time.

The staff seems completely disinterested in service the customers. We waited almost 30 minutes for a simple glass of water, and got it only after requesting 5 times. The waiting staff completely ignored our requests. Food came only after around 40-45 minutes of placing the order, and that too when there was not much crowd. Same staff was handling the food, cleaning the tables, and on the billing counter as well. We got one pizza packed as a takeaway and they didn't even give the condiments with it. I'm not sure how they're even running this outlet. Never going back.

Worst Pizza Hut in NCR! Never ending wait for your order and then they come with everything you have ordered irrespective if it is a starter or main course. Pizzas, breads and wedges were half burnt. <br/><br/>Acute shortage of manpower even on a Saturday. I got up and brought the menu myself as no body came to attend for good 10 minutes. In a premium place like Mall of India, this is really surprising. Have been there thrice and same feedback every time.

The food served was definitely great. Pizza hut is a goto place for every friends group. The only thing i didn't like was that they refused to provide Zomato gold service. They blamed it on Zomato. Rest aside, the food was great and chocolate ebony dessert was fabulous.

Zomato gold is available in app however they are not providing the same and they are stating that server is not available from Zomato side . And we are really unhappy .

Pizzas were great and soft. With lavish toppings and a spacious ambience, it is a nice place to enjoy. The icing in the cake is the Zomato Gold utility.

Pizza hut which is known for their good pizzas fullfiled what we expected from them....<br/>The huge upset was about their service. The staff didn't bother to serve us properly.<br/>Also inspite of unlocking zomato gold they refused by giving weird excuses but ultimately they gave a milkshake as a compensation still we didn't enjoy the benefit of zomato gold which is not atleast expected from Pizza hut.<br/>We ordered a pizza, pasta and milkshakes(got one as a compensation).<br/>The pizza was upto mark but the pasta felt little bland and could be improved.<br/>Overall a good outlet but have to improve their service.

Pizza Hut has been like a shining star in my life. I have such fond memories of pizza hut when i used to go to have pizza with my parents. Some things have changed but the taste has always been as good as it was back then.<br/>I miss the old style garlic bread that they used to have .

Pizza Hut is the only name that comes in my mind whenever I think of a pizza well I usually eat pizza from this place and I would appreciate for their service, food and most valuable taste. It's affordable yet super good and delicious. I went to pizza hut last week I had my dinner there I order 2 regular pizza one is corn and other one is margarita both had good taste. I ordered chicken pocket as well that has similar taste like mcd's puff but a little costiler than that. And the spices were too much for a thing like that. The ambience of that place always good and they serve well when it's not overcrowded but sometimes they take too much time to serve you but all and all the food is good so it's worth it.

So I tried this place recently, I ordered there meal for two Pan Pizza Combo, the staff here was good and supportive really liked their attitude, now coming to pizza, so it was their Veg Pan Pizza and was well cooked with good cheese and toppings, the size was also good, enough for 2 people, the sides was also good stuffed bread well baked and good cheese stuffing, really liked the combo, will visit them soon again.

Most Pathetic Service Among Any Pizza Hut Outlet I've ever been. They don't even have the courtesy to serve water once a customer has been seated. I had to ask for water twice before they brought a glass of water. Moreover I am sitting for approximately 30 mins without the order been served. Clean and huge ambience as compared to other outlets.<br/>Their garlic bread serving is way bigger in size than dominos that's what I like the most.<br/>Good place to chill with friends also comes in budget.

I had a bad experience in this Pizza Hut outlet at DLF Mall. The attitude of the staff was very rude. I went there with my friend, we waited around 15 mins for her to take our order, when she finally did, she was very inattentive and not taking it properly. Also, it it worth mentioning that it was not as crowded for her to act like this!<br/><br/>The food, like always, was very tasty and fresh!<br/><br/>However, I hope the manager takes it into his kind notice, the rude staff behaviour at the outlet. This ruins the whole experience a customer comes for. In return of the money, we get this service.

Fresh and tasty pizza always. Tried the cheesy garlic bread stix and the cheese jalapeno poppers. Both were delicious. Tried there cheeese max pizza too. Request the staff to keep in mind to serve the pizza after some time of serving the appetizers. Since it gets cold easily.

I have tried almost all the pizzas in here and I am highly disappointed. The cheese at this place just isn't sweet. It's bland. It's tasteless. The quality of garlic bread has also starkly reduced. Earlier, it is used to be loaded with cheese but now they have reduced it. The management isn't bothered to attend your table. The service is extremely slow. Will never visit it again.

Worst ever service experience in any pizza hut, nobody is bothered to give you the menu...Even if you'll get it ..that too only one when 4 people are on the table, after that nobody is bothered to take the order...we called several times.....finally I stood up from the table went to the billing counter and asked to take the order ....after 2-3 minutes somebody came...<br/><br/>No water asked/served ...after asking for 3 times we got the order. I love pizza hut, however dlf mall of India Noida is the best mall in Delhi NCR right now. Even dominos is good in this mall. But when I visited pizza hut, floor was dirty. Understaffed. Orders take too much time. Their baby corn was sour, their mushroom stink, their dough tasted funny. Please I've been eating at Pizza hut since decades as a child and this outlet is a joke. When I complained the manager had no solution and instead asked me what to do. I ended up cancelling the pizza order and paid for drinks to leave the venue. No apology was given by anyone and they let us go without any conversation. True review. Just saying. Oh and they don't know how to cut vegetables in a decent form as well.<br/>

We visited this outlet a couple of days back, we have visited many Pizza Huts over the years, but also, have visited this Pizza Hut outlet a number of times before. <br/><br/>I have always wondered... why this particular Pizza Hut was not living up to the normal standards, i always chalked it up to a - one off occasion where i happened to come into the restaurant late night or maybe it was just an off day. <br/><br/>We visited it again on Saturday, and we were not impressed, so i decided to give in this review. <br/><br/>Often, while walking into any restaurant in DLF Mall of India on the weekend, you would find a number of people waiting outside, in this outlet, you can just walk in and take any table to your liking, i done mean that because there aren't too many people waiting. <br/>While "Waiting to be seated" people took matters into their own hands and walked in and took seats, and the staff didn't really care we existed.<br/><br/>At the end, i had to call the manager and ask him to manage his restaurant ...  <br/><br/>Once you find a seat after tackling random people walking in and all that shenanigans. Visited Pizza Hut after a very long gap today. Not a Dominos fan for sure hence visited this joint for quick food as we were hungry and knew that Pizza hut will give us food faster.<br/><br/>This place was crowded and no one asked for our table when we entered. We had to search our table on our own. Staff was busy and confused and looked like they don’t care. Tables were dirty and were not cleaned properly after the customer has left. Unbalanced table and chairs. No one cared to ask for order for almost 15 minutes. Worst experience.<br/><br/>Ordered meal for two (Medium Pan pizza, 1 garlic bread and 1 potato wedges). Pizza was good as usual but lacked toppings on the edges. Very thick crust. Garlic Bread was so dry that we were unable to finish it even with the dip. No Garlic flavour at all. Potato wedges tasted horrible. They were like boiled “aalo ki chaat” see pic. Masala lemonade was awesome.<br/><br/>Felt like they are not following their standard preparation method. Cheese Dip was served in a low quality paper container and did not meet our expectations. <br/><br/>Won’t recommend this place if you are looking for a good service along with good food. Don’t fall after this big place. <br/><br/>I would like to give 5 stars to the person serving us. He was courteous and helpful.

Pizza hut never disappoint us with their food. Amazing place with good service and yummy food is equivalent to an amazing day spent at Pizza Hut. We ordered their garlic bread sticks with the cheesy dip it was delicious.<br/>There white sauce mushroom pasta is one of the best pasta we have had. No one can make pasta like pizza hut. It taste, it's fragrance is the one that we long for. We always go there just for this yummy plate of pasta.<br/>#recommended

Pizza hut has degraded day by day. Though whenever you go its crowded,but pizzas are not at all worth it. Recently went there,had sbi vouchers,ordered veg pizza and it was too bad. There was hardly any cheese in it. Coffee is too simple. The only thing that was average was garlic bread.

I ordered lebanese chicken which I had the topping of chicken and green capsicum… It was so tasty and I can chewed it properly. The topping was also too great after that I ordered spanish tomato pasta veg… literally the saucy and the creamy taste gave a pleasure to my taste yummy overall I loved this outlet.

Visited this outlet of pizza hut on new year. It was very crowded as expected. We tried new medium size lebanese chicken pizza, double cheese magirita and choco volcano. Pizza was very tasty but choco volcano was not that good. It's look like brownie only.

Pizza hut is always my first choice for pizzas and garlic breads. I am a fan of their garlic bread, they are perfectly baked and very crispy as well. Loved them.

Nice food, quick service. But what’s with the music playlist at the restaurant? As soon I entered the restaurant, I felt like I was in Mirzapur to attend a distant cousin’s wedding. Could barely digest my pizza after that.

Ambience is good, Service is also good and Food is very yum definitely pizza lovers will love it. Take the meal which serves garlic bread, potato wedges and any pizza also you can add coke. I loved all of them.

Recently I’ve been here with my friends, really enjoyed the pizzaz as we are all pizza lovers, n this could be the best place to have Pizzas ! ...<br/>We had tasted both veg and Non-Veg pizzas , like in veg we tried Tandoori panner and Veggie Lover Pizza and in Non-Veg we had Chicken tikkaa and chicken supreme pizzaa ....<br/>They were all osum and tasty ! <br/>overall ! We had very Tastiest experience.

Went there on Christmas and the place was totally packed as expected. Still got lucky and immediately got seats in a corner. The foremost thing which i would like to mention is the speedy service given by the staff. Kudos!! Even when the place was full, staff was so attentive. Ordered meal for two which came in a jiffy and was delicious. The only thing which disappointed was the lack of varieties as compared to earlier days of pizza hut. We had tandoori paneer pizza, chilly mayo garlic bread and mojitos and loved them.<br/><br/>Service- 10/10<br/>Food- 9/10<br/>Staff-10/10

In terms of food it was like any other Pizza Hut outlet so no complaints but service it took them forever to take orders and then another forever to deliver it

Its a nice place for having good food but in my opinion the quality of food delivered at home is not so good.... The pizza's as well as the pasta are not packed properly.

We tried cheesy bite pizza and three kinds of soft drinks ; Belgium chocolate shake, Hazlenut cold coffee and strawberry milkshake. They all were good, but the best part was the cheesy bites and the toppings on the pizza. They were wonderful.

Visited the pizza hut in mall of india few days ago. It is located on third floor of the mall and very easy to find. I ordered one triple treat meal which consisted of one medium pizza and two appetizers and it allows you to add any two bevarages at 99 only.<br/><br/>What I got :<br/>Tandoori Paneer pan pizza<br/>Garlic bread sticks<br/>Potato wedges<br/>Cold drinks<br/><br/>The pizza was absolutely delicious. The garlic bread sticks were good as well. But the potato wedges were bad. The had too much oil in it, you could squeeze it literally. Seemed like stale potatoes were used.<br/><br/>They have pretty good sitting area there and generally you'll get a table easily. The service is good. They just need to work on the food quality.<br/>
