This place is full of Delicious cakes. My ratings Products taste - 20 /10( Just trust me once and buy anything from there. Do not order from this bakery! I ordered 1kg blackforest cake. <br/>First of all, they sent the cake without writing the birthday message (which was clearly specified) even after the Zomato delivery boy asked them to write it. In fact, they blamed it on the delivery guy that he took the wrong cake. <br/>Also, half the chocolate powder sprinkled on the cake was spilled on 1 side. Then when they sent another cake with the birthday message written, they claimed that it was another cake but they lied since in this cake also, the powder was exactly spilled like the previous cake. <br/>Finally after compromising, when this cake was going to get cut, I found that they had not even sent the candles. <br/>All of this would have been forgiven had the taste been good. But the sponge was also dry. <br/>A very bad experience. Absolutely disappointed.

Never deliver on time, as per requirement shared by customers. Completely spoiled birthday mood and will never order again or recommend for anyone. Suggest to understand customer requirement completely before taking the order.

Ordered today 2KG cake for 5PM delivery. Delivery time was 6:30PM and cake was with 80% full of cream and while complaint Owner said we should order with less cream. It is his duty to take order and take all the info from customer what he need to prepare. Cream was very old and few people get stomach pain. Behaviour of shopkeeper is very worst and do not wanted to accept his mistake.

I ordered cake from this bakery on the occasion of one of my friend's birthday in the office. The cake "Choco Trufle" was quite good and all my colleagues appreciate it. It is good to have this  nice restaurant near the office otherwise we always need to order from the sector - 50 market.

The same cake when we ordered in 1/2 kg few days back it was good thus we ordered 1 kg of the same variant today on the occasion of one of our colleague's farewell. But the cake was SOUR in taste and it ruined all our moods. I can surely say the cake was old. I want to give you 0 star for this , and hope all my colleague who all have eaten it be fine. Before I start my review. I would like to tell that I am a hotelier and probably I understand most the value of customer service and feedback. Well everything was bad. I placed order for blueberry cake with delivery time 1 hour. No problems, I accepted it. Past 1 when I didn't received my order I contacted Zomato Support for help. They tell me to wait for another 10 minutes till the time, they connect with Shop. 20 minutes passed way, no revert. So I called my self to the shopkeeper. He said that since my number was coming unreachable so they didn't delivered the order. I told him that it the same number from which I am calling him. Shopkeer says since we are not able to contact you how can we send the order. Honestly I know he was lying right on my face. Irony is the shop is across the road to my house. And these useless people took 90 minutes to deliver, it would have been better if I would have gone myself. Later when I got the cake. I was so disappointed that I really didn't know what to do or say. They didn't even bothered to write the birthday massage which I provided at booking. This was a blueberry cake, I don't think so. It was a blueberry jelly spread on the normal cake. Since we didn't have any choice left and it was already late. We somehow managed to eat the cake and celebrated the birthday. But honestly I am not going to order anything from here. First It cost same which you would pay at Angels Kitchen or at Mr. Browne bakery shop. Second try to go and buy yourself from above mentioned shops they are professional and will go extra mile to make your experience great. Honestly my experience with The Cake Expect was like an Expert in doing disaster. Thumbs down for order delay, incomplete order, poor customer handling and poor quality product. Never going to use again.
