KFC has been serving the best fried chicken for so long. I just can not resist once i see the outlet while shopping and its pocket friendly as well. Sitting space is not so good. You will see people from all the age here. Service is slow as this place is crowded most of the time. Kfc serves the best of the best fried chicken you can find anywhere. I always have their zinger burger as well as their krusher which are very refreshing.

Popcorn chicken should actually replace the popcorn which we get at movie halls. These chicken balls are Great in taste. Along with it we get the thick zinger and long chicken burger.

Servers try to cheat you when offering soft drink options. They only mention medium and large, no regular. The medium soft drink is TWICE the price of regular.<br/><br/>My Hindi is not so good. The person taking the order took advantage of this and when I left the counter confused why my bill amount came higher than I expected, they were smiling and giggling with their colleague. Shameful.

Staff Behaviour is extremely poor. I had ordered mingle bucket and zinger meal. Forcefully the cashier was trying to add dip saus. While making payment I realized that total price has increased a lot. I asked the reason for the increased price. The cashier replied that he has added dip saus. Forcefully cashier are adding dip saus in our menu. They are also adding expensive drink on combo which increasing our price. If we are not aware of our order, these cashier can easily cheat us. During the delivery of mingle bucket I have realized that they have added some burnt chicken wings. When I started complaining, one of their staff started misbehaving with me. <br/><br/>My experience is horrible. KFC staff must improve their behaviour with customer.

Guys be very cautious, the cashier will try to loot you by adding extra items to your order without customer consent & if you protest he will misbehave with you. Also they provided burnt chicken and on complaining they misbehaved. I don't understand how come KFC allows untrained ill-mannered staffs to operate and on complaining they do not entertain you much.

So, I tried Double down (non-veg) burger for the first time.<br/>And it was nothing-like-I-had-before amazing!<br/>Though I expected it to be larger than it was, but except that amazing!<br/>Also, I ordered Popcorn Chicken Rice bowl (all time favourite).<br/>And Chocolate Crushers which was a Medium by name, but so so small that it was finished in 5 sips. Kfc chicken strips is the best snacks to have with drinks, It enhance the taste of drinks and chicken all together,<br/>And kfc is the always the best to grab chicken from<br/>10 pieces are more than enough for 3 of them

The sitting space is not much and the food didn't taste very fresh. KFC is liked for it's juicy fried chicken. It wasn't that juicy and seemed refried. The lemonade was bland in taste.

Very disappointed. I had placed my order around 3pm. The expected delivery time was 3.35 pm. But then I got a msg that my order would take around 10 - 15 mins more. When I tried calling at the counter they said that my order has been dispatched and the delivery is own my way. But even till 4.30 I didn't receive any information regarding my order. And this time when I called them they said that the kfc centre at Pal heights has been closed. Didn't expect this from such a big known restaurant like KFC. Highly disappointed.

KFC is the Go To stop for every chicken lover.<br/>My personal favourite is Mingles Bucket which has 3 piece boneless 4 piece wings and popcorn.<br/>With that I take a Chicken Longer because I find that worth the price.<br/>

The zinger chicken burger is very crunchy and delicious. It tastes really good. The chicken that we get along in the zinger combo is finger licking and juicy.<br/>Even, veg zinger burger is yummy.<br/>

Being purely vegetarian I generally eat rice bowl from here. Its my favourite and damn good. Veg crispy burger is also fine, i mostly visit kfc for rice bowl and combo packs.

One of the better kfc outlets around ncr. They got decent seating space and service was quick. For some reason I found hot and Krispy much fresher than other outlets.

Been there thrice and twice there was networking issue so I was unable to redeem my meal coupon. Although, the staff is good and ambience is great too. Only downside is the network issue here. You can enjoy delicious meals here.

The worst of all KFC chain in Noida- period! The staff isn’t very cooperative and the restaurant isn’t very well managed. Though they are in GIP mall; so it’s always crowded. Not ideal place to eat out with family.

Great place, although if you come here on weekends, its more than likely that you will struggle to find a place for yourself.<br/>The food, as always is great. We in particular, are in love with the chicken popcorn and every visit guarantees that we buy at least two of those. The affordable Wednesday deal on the bucket is simply too good to miss too.<br/>As for the drinks, Crushers has never disappointed, although we were disheartened to know that they've discontinued their cold coffee which used to be pretty great too.

Just a fake brand without food quality. Ordered their famous chicken wings and it was yuk. Chicken was smelling and was supposed to be not for consumption. They might also use palm oil for frying which is not good for human consumption.<br/>Being an international brand no authority is looked into their inventory used.

My one of the worst experience. They do not have a proper understanding how the POS machine is working, they have taken payment from my credit and cash as well because of their fault. I strongly suggest you please do not use your debit or credit card here as their machines are faulty.

Kfc have always been great to have food for casual outings their meals are amazing i use to love their paneer zinger burger which they are not serving any longer being a vegetarian i still loved a kfc for its krushers and burgers

KFC food is great, both from a taste and quality perspective. You just need to know what you like and leave the consistency part to KFC. Hot and Crispy, Hot wings and Zinger Burger are my favourites. The staff can sometimes be a bit rude, especially on Wednesdays. This is something that KFC needs to work on.

Food and Drinks Ordered: Chicken wrap<br/><br/>It was a quick visit to the restaurant on a weekday. The decor is standard and the place looked spacious but I am doubtful about the same on a weekend or holiday. I believe it would get cramped if they have a full house. The service was alright and the chicken wrap is highly recommended by my husband.

I tried their mini crushers in two different flavours, namely mango and chocolate. It was good and probably smaller in size and hence cheaper too. I also had my favourite chicken zinger with fries.<br/><br/>I also had my another favorite fried chicken wings. One piece is actually sufficient for one.

The Crispy chicken was not that fresh (old chicken) and tasty as compare to which i had eaten so many times in sector-18 outlet and CP outlet. They kept already filled (15-20 minutes before) pepsi glass and served with order. Pepsi tasted like drinking black water as there was no gas remaining in it.<br/>Service was very slow and they got confused in order.<br/><br/>

So this time I wanted to try the much hyped chicken rice bowls in which you get 3 crispy chicken pieces, a cookie, and a pepsi. It's a really filling combo, and get separate snack box as well.<br/>Recommended

The go to place of everyone I know for fried chicken. The food is good like always but this particular franchise have never been up to the mark per me. The tables and floor isn't clean. The service is very slow, the server aren't much help either. One time they added extra sauces to our order by themselves and gave the excuse that our order was large so they thought we'll need it. When I said if I wanted more I'd have asked for it and asked for refund. They flatly refused. Very unprofessional behavior.

Well KFC use to be my one of the favourite destination for food.. but since some time the food quality has gone down drastically.. their chicken is usually Dry and bun is stale...My last experience was a total disappointment chicken was super dry..

Filled with combination of woodfire and fajita sauces, crunchy veggies and cheese inside, Succulent pieces of chicken with batter that will smack your lips and trust me , you’ll go all gaga over it….<br/><br/>Overall talking about the place, i think they need to keep it more hygienic and the staff needs to be more well groomed!

Seating arrangement is not good since this outlet is located in food court...i once oredered their chicken bucket and chocolash krushers but they were not that tasty since chicken was over fried and krushers were more of ice rather than chocolate...though krushers are my favourite but it wasn't made like that and the snacker burger with pepsi 😍was good.

I and my friend tried the Veggie Burger and some long chicken something(Only the name was long but the burger did not seem that way and one of the employees referred that the bun is long, hence the name which did not even make sense.)  We actually came in just to have a Paneer Zinger Burger but they told that they have discontinued the same. Listening to this itself our interest was lost. Apart from this, the Krushers were absolutely worthless for the price. I am certain on not to visit KFC again.

Worst kfc outlet. Staff doesn't care about what they are serving. I ordered grilled chicken but instead they gave me marinated chicket and it was no where looking grilled. Taste of chicken was awful. They charge u 28 bucks for a tiny quantity of cheese dip which is not even packed. And lastly the drinks they prepare is the worst thing. I ordered virgin mojito and they gave me 7up with 2 leaves of mint and 2 pieces of lemon. There is no quality control at this outlet.

Ordered a 12 pcs chicken bucket with pcs of your choice. Went all the way to pick it up after parking the car specially in the mall parking as the 18sector shop is under renovation. The chicken was prepared bland and was hard and stale. Had to go all the way back to return the food. The worst experience ever. Tho I got my money back which they at first hesitated to return.

Though one may find it cumbersome to take out the smaller bones and it may hinder while eating, but the taste is nice. Chicken is juicy, tender, evenly fried. The flavor of America can be easily recognized in this one.<br/><br/>I personally prefer the boneless version of chicken. I was surprised to find the presence of bones in my boneless chicken as well. The only difference being the less quantity of bones. The flavor, the texture and the character of the chicken and it's covering was nice and UpTo mark but we couldn't find the pleasure of enduring a boneless piece.<br/><br/>Nevertheless, there are only a handful of items which can be repeated here. as i describe everything before as well i was trying to order online on KFC site where payment charge through paytm wallet, payment detect from paytm wallet but error msg show on web page something happen twice both of my transaction failed and not revert its more then 15 Days.<br/>One of support person JYOTI call me to resolve this issue but after once she never answer my call or whats app questions.
