Review Shree Rathnam - Noida

Racha King
Everyone knows about this franchise so i won't elaborate much. Food is good, nothing too special compared to what they charge. Dahi Vada was good but sweet. iDli Chaat was sweet and nearly the same taste as Dahi Vada, except they changed Vada to iDli. Service is good. People come and ask if there is a need for refill. Orange Chatni (tomato 🍅 i believe) tastes best. You can have that solo and not get bored. International Card accepted, awesome.

Traditional family-vibe restaurant in the DLF Mall of India (3rd floor). Multi-cuisine restaurant offering North Indian, South Indian, Continental, and Chinese options. Tried kadhai paneer and mix vegetable, and both were very good. Dahi vada is also good, tasting on the sweet side. Service is good despite the rush in the restaurant. There is usually waiting for seats on weekends. It is a spin-off of Sagar Ratna, and all cuisines taste almost the same. Even the menu design and options are the same. When I enquired with the staff, they said both restaurants are the same.

Delicious food. Quick service Most recommended- masala dosa, honey chilli potato

Visited many a times now to this restaurant..always get best of the best service by the Shree Rathnam staff..food quality is maintained and always fresh..Food is delicious and is served with happiness.. you can ask for chutney and sambhar multiple times..even you have variety of North Indian and Chinese cuisine apart from only South Indian food.. Staff is welcoming and the owner knows what’s customer satisfaction means.. Very family oriented restaurant so you can have good time specially with your parents and kids.. All the best team and keep serving tasty and delicious food always so that your footfall keeps on increasing and keep your spirits high to serve better always.

You will find good South Indian cuisine at Shree Ratham. Apart from South Indian cuisine they also serve North Indian and Chinese cuisines. There restaurant was close to full. The speciality dosaa are served 2 in one plate and are priced at Rs.300+ . The aloo masala is served in a separate katori . The idli rasam is good too. You can order for single dahi vada. I asked for extra aloo masala helping, it was served free of cost . We also had to ask for tamatar ki chutney as it was not served with dosa. We tried chettinad dosa and pepper and garlic masala dosa. Finger bowl was provided. Appam is not available here. All in all a good restaurant.

Delicious Dosa, and amazing noodles!! Definitely a must visit if you're a foreigner coming to Noida, or a local looking for an amazing culinary experience. We will be back

I always love their Dosa, the only problem which I feel that they use same chutney which they gave us for other customers. It’s just a feeling I am not sure about this.

Shree rathnam is one of the best severed south indian delicacies. This outlet situated in dlf mall noida. Here staff is very good. I tried vegetable cheese dosa, rava paneer masala dosa, tandoori pineapple, and mini idlis dipped in sambhar. All the dosa and idlis are awesome. Sambhar is also good. But the star dish is TANDOORI PINEAPPLE. Its really juicy and awesome taste. Its a must try dish.
radha rajan
Awesome South Indian fare! Fresh, hot and soft Idlis. The sambar was just perfect. Not too sour or spicy. The chutneys were delicious too . Also tried the Vada which was crispy and crunchy. The filter coffe of course is the got favourite. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for South Indian food and snacks.
Shivani Goyal
Here you can have south indian food, north Indian food etc. It is good and expensive too. Service is damm good but there is no washroom in this restaurant and not even a hand wash basin. This is the only weak point I have felt about this place. Before having food if you wanna wash your hands then you need to use the common washroom of the mall. But after having food they'll provide you with a bowl of Luke warm water with lemon to wash your hands. Rest is good. Service is damn good.

Best people! Best food! My god, this place is perfect!

The food served was not fresh. Cold naans were served. The batter of dosa was very salty. Very disappointed with the taste of food. Poor service.
Aviral Garg
We ordered tomato uttapam and veg hakka noodles. Both the items were good. However, the ambience of the place was very average and the place was not so clean. But the service was fast.

Had always been a fan of Shree Rathnam frequently ordering and visiting the one at Indirapuram. Therefore, was very very disappointed when I visited this branch in DLF. The food was bad, nothing like the other one, and to make matters worse, the worst service ever. The staff was not even willing to hear us out. They were rude and showed signs of aggression. Never faced this kind of behaviour from any restaurants before. Really disappointed with the horrible experience and the bad service. Really ruined my day and their brand image. Major changes need to be done.
Prashasti Tripathi
Pathetic service and managers are ready to fight with customers. The staff doesnot know how to treat customers and food is average. Too much to pay for such food and such service, definitely not with it. One the worst Shree Rathnam visited, it killed our evening.
Raj
Had ordered roasted ghee podi. The quality was very poor. Also, the staff was not polite when we gave feedback.
Sanchi Kansal
Staff is not good. They misbehaved and charged incorrectly. Food is good but staff should learn to behave properly. If Shree Rathnam wishes to keep up it's brand then they should immediately change the staff.
Shriya Kannaujia
Being a Shree Rathnam fan, it was extremely disappointing to see the misbehaving staff. Their branch in Indirapuram is very nice, food is good but this particular restaurant was extremely poor in conduct. Please train your staff!!
Rahul Selvan
The staff was very rude, and refused to corporate.
Sachinjose16
The food is nothing like the branch in indrapuram. The staff and food is better there. Extremely disappointed with the staff behavior and service. Expected better.
Saurabh Singh
Went for a lunch and had puri bhaji plate with Rava kesari. Kurma was average bhaji was okay puries were tight. The staff was not much attentive. Rava kesari was good.

We visited to Shree Ratnam many times but it's first time I m writing, the place is pocket friendly with nice south Indian restaurant..
But they should trained their staff so they will not disturb them without any reson because after few min they will stand on ur head which is not gud..
Rest is great.
Supriya Goyal
Excellent service and quality of food. The ambience is neat, the food is served quickly and the servers ask you about the order in which you would prefer the dishes to be served.
The pineapple halwa has the authentic flavours reminding me and my husband of our visit to Chennai.
The Rathnam thali is full of delicious items. They readily exchanged the bowl of plain rice with 4 puris when requested which was a great deal for us as we did not want to eat rice at all.
It's a must visit.
Tara Nagaria
The ambience of this place is beautifull...
Staff is very cooperative...
Just loved the food they served...
Was a nice experience to visit this place with family members...❀
Every south indian lover must visit this lovely placeđŸ€—đŸ˜Š

It is a good outlet if you are in a mood to have south indian.
We ordered
Chilli paneer
Fried rice
Rava masala dosa
masala dosa
butter masala dosa
noodles
Everything was good

So, a little backstory ..this place was our guardian angle when we went to the mall of India. I went with my cousins and all had different food preferences. The place is great as it serves multiple cuisines and all of them are very mouthwatering. I am not big on Chinese but their Schezwan dosa was the deadliest indian Chinese fusion I have had.
Anyway still I wouldn't give it a five rating as I didn't find enough on the drinks menu.

Looking for something light to eat? Don't want to drop a bomb on your wallet? Well.... Simple choice :) try out shree Rathnam

We always like their south indian dishes, me and my wife visit Shree Rathnam about once every 2 months and never fail to enjoy it here
I have visited other establishments before whose quality fails sometimes, but this shree Rathnam has been constantly good for quite some time

Ambiance : 4/5
Staff: 3.5/5
Quality of food:4/5
Price vs quantity: 4/5

Ps: make sure you reach before 9 if you are going in a weekend, otherwise you are in for a long wait ;)

Shree Rathnam provides the best south Indian cousine in a very ethnic
way . I was really amazed with the utensils used by them . They give the
feel of indian culture . I ordered rawa dosa and the dosa was just
amazing . There are many outlets that provides very good dosa but shree
rathnam provides the best environement to have the food. Overall good
experience it was.

I recently visited the place after a really long time, yhe last time i visited the place was still known as sagar ratna however i am glad the taste hasn't changed much.

We were really hungry and decided to give it a go, though the place is famous for it's south indian food it still serves some really good North Indian dishes as well the quantities are just okay and overall the place is quite affordable too l, although i would like to mention that the place has lost it's charm in terms of interiors which requires update and furniture which requies maintenance.

Overall it was a pleasant experience

Staff 3/5

Food 3/5

Affordability 3.5/5

Ambiance 2/5

Overall 3/5
Dhruv Gupta
One of the best place to have dosa, service was pretty awesome
Must try:
Podi ghee roast dosa
And there 4ft long dosa
Rice idli bit expensive but worthy
Being specialist in south indian cuisine, there north indian cuisine also had a great taste
The restaurant is running just because of its brand. Otherwise the service of the restaurant is very bad. You have to ask at least 4 times for plates and spoons and water. We ordered 3 dosas and 1 rawa there and you are amazed to see the quantity of the sambhar and cutni they are providing. They provide very little sambhar and only one chutney with 3 dosas. We had to ask for sambhar for at least 10 times and then they provided 2 very tiny bowl of sambhar. Their manager is very arrogant and started asking to leave the table as soon as we placed our order. They wanted us to finish our food in 10 minutes and leave so that they can ask others to sit there. It is the worst place to eat. It's better to go to Sagar ratna or made in Punjab or swagath restaurant in mall of India where you can peacefully finish your food.

Very, Very Ordinary Experience considering the Over-Pricing ! This Outlet’s cheap Management needs to learn from “Naivedyam” without a doubt !!!!

1. Dahi-Vada (ordered full option not single) was soo less on Quantity that I actually thought how much lesser can the Single option be ?? Rodiculous Misery on Management’s part to serve such a small portion !

2. Rava Masala Dosa was next. Dosa n Masala were just Ok but the Coconut Chutney server was literally the least possible that they could have served. Literally a Spoonful at max ! I had to ask 4 times for more Chutney ! Needless to say, that’s a pathetic experience for any customers. I believe the Management’s thought here is to possibly serve 100s of customers through an Inventory actually meant for 1/4th population

3. Ghee Roast Masala Dosa was next and this was somewhat a decent tasting item on the Menu. I think I took the “Pudi” or “Pidu” Masala coating option (under their Speciality Dosa options)

4. At the time of paying for the Cheque, the Serving staff, Cleaning Staff and even the Outlet Managers literally hovered all around, like a silent Insistance to Tip ! Not a single one of them, bothered to actually serve the Mouth Freshner ! Why ? Because of their Complete n Utter focus on the Tip part..!

Of course, I didn’t tip post this, considering this Experience as well as the below Avg Food and much lower Value for Money Experience.

Maybe, my standards for Udupi Cuisine are way high-set, Thanks to the amazing team behind “Naivedyam” !

P.S : “Naivedyam” also serves a complimentary serving of Chhaach or Rasam to get ur pallatte set for the food to come ! Its Not about the free item. Its about the brilliant welcoming gesture on their part and Customer-Centricity than just Inflated Bills n Tips !

We visited here on Wednesday evening for dinner... Ordered Veg uttapam, Rava masala dosa and Dahi vada... I like the food, it was served hot and fresh... Good ambience and comfortable sitting

Shree Rathnam is the best place for all those who are South Indian cuisine lovers.

I liked 1 dish the most here and that is
* garlic dosa

They cook it so well, thin and crisp with garlic loaded over it. Full of flavours and taste :)

Must try👍👍
Riya Dixit
Went to this place yesterday. The space was pretty simple and the food was so amazing according to the prices. The price was low and the food tasted amazing.
Ajay
Have been there with my friend, good rasam, awesome dosas. Try to go on weekdays as on weekends it is like you are eating from a famous road side vendor. Although they try to give best service but due to lot of rush on weekends, waiters sees you eagerly to finish your stuff and go out.
Ayushmaan
I tried there dosa on recommendation of a friend and it blew me, never had I ever hd such a delicious one â˜đŸ», the sambar and they chutneys served along were also just perfect in every sense of taste
Kaneez Fizza
I loved the masala dosa apart from it dahi vada also had a mouth watering taste.....
If you are a south Indian food lover, this is the place for you.....
The staff is polite and friendly.....
Saurabh
I have visited them on last sunday. As usual, waiting was longer due to weekend but after a long wait time finally we got the delicious food offered by the restaurant.
Sanvi
Very rude staff specially the floor manager and a Stuart named Rajiv , they don’t know how to deal with customers , pathetic food quality, really disappointed and regret going to the place
Lubhansh Bharadwaj
Visited here on Monday Evening, got seats after little waiting...

Tried Rasam and Uttapam.. the taste was good but not as per expectation from Shree Rathnam....

Staff was also bit confused serving too many guests

The GIP outlet still draws families, and weekends are usually more crowded.
Their food is just about average and that is sad. You can tell a lot by whats happened to their sambar over these years. The flavour of the subzis, the thaalis, etc is also just ok.
The quality has suffered over the last few years, and certainly so after their ongoing situation with Sagar Ratna. I hope they are able to recover and not go down the same fate as most outlets in the GIP mall.
A good summer to-do here could be a dahi vada, its still ok and I recommend ordering that to finish up your standard dosa or thaali.

Btw: Shree Rathnam’s menu is priced very differently across their franchises

Overall in terms of
Quality: 2.5
Service: 3
Ambience: 2
Price: 2.5

A great place for tasty South Indian cuisine. In this day and age, one of the very few places that don't offer, well, any offers. This is kind of disappointing.
Tanya Singhal | Omnomtherapy
When in mood for some good South Indian, head over to this place! I found everything I ordered to be tasty. Idli sambhar, masala dosa, podi idli, vada, and thali, all tasted great! It’s always full but because the service is fast, a few minutes of waiting gets you a table inside. The best part about South Indian cuisine, you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Rupesh
Good and efficient staff, food was not that good though. Ordered dosa ,chowmein and lemon soda, not up to the mark at all. Costed us around 600 rupees, could have gotten good value food for 600 at any other restaurant.Over all bad experience
Riya Panda
Here we ordered one butter masala dosa and one mysore masala dosa. The taste was superb. The sambhar also had an authentic taste and along with it 3 types of chutneys were served.
Taste:4.5/5
Ambience:3.5/5
Service:4/5
Value for money:3/5
Dhruvkumar92
I think this Food chain must focus on their south indian Dishes only as their remaining cusines are not upto the standard, infact their Chinese items have a bad taste. Their so much to explore in South Indian items only and my strong recommendation to this particular outlet that they must focus on serving also as their cutlery was reili poor.
Amit Upadhyay
Food is ok. Quantity per plate is less. Zomato gold option is not available here. While restaurant is listed in zomato.
Zomato gold is useless.
Suvi Taneja
Really really like the food and the fast service!
Dosas are just yum!
Tried different idlis and all of them were great
Average ambience but quick service.
Often full during peak hours
Gandharv Goyal
Please note the executive thali which will cost Rs. 375 has a standard serving of one small piece of paneer. They didn't have cold water and on being questioned the staff was rude.
CHOMPING CHAMPION
Yesterday we had dinner in Shree Rathnam. Now this brand is under Sagar Ratna. Though it was packed, we got a table under 10 minutes. The manager is efficient, pleasing and never misleads you. Full 5 pints for him.
We had a plate of Medu Vada, Mysore Masala Dosa, Rava Masala Dosa and Mysore Paneer Masala Dosa. The Medu Vadas were disappointing. For Rs 175, we got small vadas and I thought they were not really worth that money. The dosas were good. The chutneys excellent. The sambar was surprisingly thick and we found a piece of drumstick in the sambar!
After all these years, I am still getting used to the flavour of this sambar (I adore the Tamilian version of sambar is no secret).
Again, with excellent and efficient service and a great manager, the restaurant deserves a 4!
Shubham Bhageria
This is the worst customer experience i have ever faced in my entire life.
Being a sunday, After waiting for 30-35 minutes, I got a table No.9. We were ordering food and eating our food.
There was rush in the restaurant but we were still eating and ordering our dishes.
The Manager came upto us and asked us to hurry up and leave asap as others were waiting.
What kind of hospitality i can expect at this pathetic restaurant.
This is the kind of behaviour not expected.
In the hotel service industry, A customer is asked to leave the restaurant.
Worst worst experience.
Wont ever recommend anyone shree rathnam eapecially at Mall of india and other outlets as well.
Sonam Khemka
Dz place is exhausting Nd Dey don’t knw hw to behave with customers very rude manager nd staff also ..the manager said u cnt order things again and again ...owner sud tell them how to behave and talk
Anuj Goyal
I have only here once with my family and that has caused me food poisoning and also stomach issues to my family member. We have ordered kadai paneer, dal and malai kofta. I also go to Shree Ratnam, but this branch of Shree is surely in my ban list
Kalash Tripathi
Went This place with my friends, ordered Vegetable Upma, Masala Mojito, sweet Lassi, Panner Pakoda and Filter coffee.
Upma was good, Mojito was refreshing as well. Lassi was not upto the mark according to the price. Rest this place is good.
Kalpana Prasad
Good for vegetarians. Both South Indian & North Indian food are good here. Service is good here and the staff takes care of the visitors. Can be visited again on any vegetarian day ( Tuesday & Thursday).
Arpana Tripathi
If you are looking for fine dine restaurant for south indian food then shree rathnam is good option to try. Now they have added north indian food also in menu which is find average.Must try iddli vada and masala dosa.
Gautam
Poorly made - paratha type dosas. Given in steel plates (though this would have been fine had the doasas tasted even a bit like one). Staff needs to learn - how to smile! Doasas need to be served as soon as they are made, not after all three dosas are made (with a time lag of around 5-10 mins). By the time we were served Dosas one was absolutely soggy.
Prerna Bagga
We had South Indian food and trust me, it’s not worth it at all. Probably the most tasteless south indian I’ve ever had. Plus the staff is rude. Wouldn’t suggest this place đŸ‘ŽđŸŒ
Kartik Khanna
Ordered Rava masala dosa and masala dosa. Food was hot and quiet yummy. However, rava dosa was better. Not a bad place and not expensive as well.
GD
This is pure vegetarian restaurant and the best part is that they serve amazing TEA and south Indian food.
Today, I had veg cutlet I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as their south Indian food but I was wrong it was delicious. Spring rolls and honey chilli potato are good too.
Whenever I come with my family in moi, we do visit Shree Rathnam and this was my fifth time.
Akriti Mittal
i think this place deserves a better rating! yes the ambience is something that can definitely be worked upon its not too fancy and looks a bit sad because of their floors, however the food and the price points make up for it! The range of dosas is good and the sambhar is delicious! Its a quick get in get out with a guarantee of delicious food. I'd definitely go back for more.
Aditi Shahi
Accurate Rating: 3.5/5
Good, homely, wholesome food, and adequate service!
We were a party of 3 and decided to order absolutely distinct dishes which we ended up sharing.
I loved their Shree Rathnam Thali, which I'd absolutely recommend.
It comprised of 2 vegetable dishes, dal, sambhar, rasam, lemon rice, plain rice, 4 pooris, curd, pickle, appalam, and rava kesari. Both the vegetable dishes, the dal, the rasam, and the rava kesari were outstanding while the rest of the thali was reasonably good too.
What impressed me the most was how the food tasted and felt like home cooked food, not the usual restaurant fare.
Their rava onion masala dosa was quite good too, crisp with flavourful filling.
I found the noodles to be slightly underwhelming as the rest of the food was spot on; as were the beverages, We'd ordered buttermilk and sweet lassi.
Certainly looking forward to relishing Shree Rathnam food again!
SIGNATURE CUISINE
Good South Indian food joint affordable to all nothing great to describe about endless waiting
On holidays hour to hours waiting nothing else!
Service quality not acceptable and taste of food mediocre lacking of authenticity đŸ€”we were 10 pax including three younger kids
BlissFull Vibes
Ambience -Nice like any other typical south indian
Food -Yummy perfect south indian taste, its a perfect family restraunt
Staff -well mannered and friendly

One of the best place to visit. Ambience is good . Food is good in taste. Visit with friends over there. Staff is cooperative. It is famous for south indian cousine but I tried North indian also it is also good. Over all Ambience is good .
Suchi Tripathi
I was given stale coconut chutney with my dosa. And when I told the waiter, he said I just see into it, and even he accepted that it was stale, and still the manager dint bother to come and apologise for it, I ordered rava masala dosa, masala dosa and rava masala paneer dosa. I was not able to enjoy my meal, dint eat it only and had to pay the full amount with service tax, and the service that they provided was not up to the mark.
Healthy_pan_fry
Shree rathnam it's awesome place.... South Indian Iover...i like masala dosa good taste chiney was yummy . family restaurant..good place and quick service............
Harshita Sharma
A paradise for all south indian lovers. The south indian food here is good and the best is mysore paneer dosa. It is a bit spicy with paneer filling inside. Give it a try y’all.
But the north indian here is not good. Like it’s not even average for the price and service they offer. Very disappointed with their north indian food.
Ankit Agrawal
Really bad service. When pointed out that the uthapam was not cooked properly and didnt even have proper seasoning, the manager (Vijay) started shouting and just threw the food at the server and shouted at him to take it away. A reaaly shocking experience.
Shariq Khan
The staff is unhelpful and starts to fight just because you want to cancel an item. Would never recommend this to anyone. Stay away from this place like a plague.
Ayush
Butter masala dosa is really very good .You will feel refresh after having it.There is long waiting here just for its taste. Also comparing it with Sagar ratna or sarvana bhavan you will feel it to be better.Must try it

Great place in MOI for some light and healthy food. Been at Shree many times. This time we tried Chettinad Dosa and my special filter coffee.
Should try Chettinad if you want to have some spice.
Rating:
Service : 4
Ambience : 3.5
Value for money : 5
Food : 4

We had ordered soup, idli-chaat and while the order was being prepared, a bald south-indian guy with moustach almost snatched back the menu.

I'm not familier with south indian dishes, that is why I was taking time. Further, it wasnt even 5minutes!

Please get some more menus printed rather than insulting the customers.

Thank you.
Jagjyot Kaur
Always a rush hour here, so we went on a weekday. Serving time was decent, staff was courteous. We had GHEE ROAST GARLIC PEPPER DOSA which tasted good and dal makhani with Hari Mirch Lacha Paratha
Aakash Bhatia
The place is just fine for both its service and food. I ordered a cheese dosa, which was not upto the expectations at all. You can find way better cheese dosa Deepanshu Mittal , pitampura. But yes I also tried Spring Roll dosa and it was delicious. Also tried their iced tea, butter milk, lemonade and varieties of dosa and they all tasted pretty good. The service was good too. Overall a fine family dining experience.

Shree Rathnam... a good vegetarian option!!!whenever we go to The Mall Of India with family this restaurant is our 1st choice... I like its Masala Dosa... !!! Its Paneer Lababdar is jst awsum...!!! Polite staff and comfortable sitting... A nice family restaurant!!!

Thali served was not gud, kadhai paneer was tasty, but less qty. We would like management improve Thali quality. Ambience is nice and cosy, thanks

The food is Good ,Dahi Vada and Idli Chaat Has same Dahi base thus they may look different but end point looks same .The Hot Garlic Dosa Is the Best Thing on menu .It's Great taste and definitely worth going for again ,Rava Mysore Onion masala is good

Great food
Quick service
Masala dosa is awesome.
The taste of samber is unique and coconut chutney is also different preparation in compare to other South Indian restaurant.
Overall it’s best for light food.
Just this morning, I went to eat with my grandmother, we appreciated the food and thus asked them to pack some more for my brother in law (who is a person with special needs and can’t talk) I specifically asked for non spicy food. It was only when my father in law ate the food did we realise that what we were feeding my BIL was extremely spicy. I am rather furious as this was the ‘only’ specification. Because of you guys, my BIL, who can’t express for himself, had to suffer.

Although lot more expensive that its other branches, this place now serves good food. South and north both.
We tried fusion dosa, mysore masala dosa etc. They were good. Service is fast and rates are economical.
Neena Sehgal
A great spot to have south indian food. Went there on navratri day and tried their navratri special masala dosa.. i must say it was super delicious.. the sambhar, the kuttu dosa, aloo masala and peanut chutney every fĂČod item was yummy. Totally loved it.
Grub Aesthete
Traditional south Indian restaurant , always full, hospitality they deliver is just comendable.simple decor with Godesses on the bounds.interesting designs been laid out on walls.tried their curd rice- bit less in portion but tastes well.
Masala tea- big fan of south indian masala chai so đŸ‘đŸ».
Rest dishes i couldnt recall , its been bookmarked long.

Good food...even on the day of holiday with soo much people waiting food was good. Just the presentation was not upto mark as compared to normal day.
Shekharr Sonni
Always too crowded and with too much waiting time. After a long wait finally got a seat however staffs were in a hurry for us to get finished so they can get others seated. Can't enjoy time and food with this speed. They seriously need a large place to manage expectations. Food was nice though
Bhavya Mitra
Nice and cozy place but lack the authenticity like other branches has. Tried their cheese veg dosa, I would say I have had better. Ghee roast dosa was no different from any other I have tried.

Staff: Highly courteous. Greeted all customers properly and if I am not wrong it was the place's owner/ manager who asked feedback from each guest before they left

We had mostly south Indian food. The green chutney served with idlis/ utthapam was really nice.
Deducting marks for Utthapam and Idli for being qiite hard (the taste was fine though).

We had also ordered aloo kulcha which was well prepared.
stepped into this restaurant on a rainy day in july 2018 in dlf mall of india..it was frankly speaking the most economical outlet around..and i had everything from soups..choupsuey..icecream, cold drink and tea..full meal.i cannot recollect any restaurant in recent past that has grown as fast as this one. good luck!

This is one of the places which will always be full at Mall of India. The only place in the mall which serves south Indian food. It is a small and cozy kind of a place.
We ordered rava mysore masala dosa, sambhar vada, dahi vada and fresh lime soda. Vada was crispy, although still it didn't taste too good. The dosa was pretty tasty and the chutneys that they serve are amazing. Lime soda was near perfect. And dahi vada was delicious.
Service is pretty quick. And all the staff is very polite and attentive. All in all, if you like south Indian food, you can try this place out.

Quality degraded but still south indian lovers will still love it. 4 feet long dosa was eye catchy here. We ordered it but serving is not good. Hygiene is not taken care of.

The quantity that they give is not worth the high price that they charge. Also the presentation of the food is poor. Though the ambience is good, staff are just ok. Not worth time and money.

So I am a quite old customer of shree Ratnam and this is a really good restaurant to enjoy both South Indian and North Indian food... ghee roast masala dosa is my favourite here and in North Indian #paneertikkamasala with #paneerkulcha was really delicious....the paneer kulcha /paneer naan was filled with good amount of paneer which I enjoyed...it was very buttery and delicious......good and quick service...very economic too...
