Small charming mall with movie theatre food court and fair priced shops. Lots of entertainment for kids of all ages with trampoline at the front and pool table and air-hockey near the food court. It's pretty full on the weekends. There is also a place to try escape room adventures, for the more daring. New entertainment centre seems to be getting built near the cafeteria with more small/adventure games.

Small but everything is available in this Mall, food court is good and pocket friendly, Theatre is very good and on every Wednesday movie ticket is only for 100Rs I have watched so, many movies here very good theatre and mall, good and big parking area and so, many games and other things for kids.

The mall is Small compared to other malls in Noida but having everything for, your one time entertainment. Name has been changed twice from Spice Mall to Smart Bharat Mall to Modi Mall now. It houses cinema hall also apart from restaurants and shops.

The mall is great place to spend some family time. The food is delicious and budget friendly. There is also a good space for kids . I enjoyed a sizzeler, which was very yummy. Overall ratings is 5 star from my side.
