This is a peaceful place to sit in near the market. You can spend time reading and enjoying your cup of coffee ☕️ or 🍵 . You need to come inside the established and take stairs . It's on the 1st floor.

There are lot of stories around this cafe. One of the oldest most of the town knows about Willis pub . Recently owner own oscars for their short film elephant whispers . I must suggest try banana cake and ice tea here they are very delicious.

This is one of my favourite places to visit in ooty. It is underrated and not many tourists know about this. It is a small cozy cafe ideal for coffee and quick bites. There is a lending library inside the cafe as well. It is very relaxing to unwind with a hot beverage and a book here. Their cakes are moist, taste home made and very reasonably priced. Must try drinks- lemon ginger honey tea, hot chocolate, lemon tea, coffee Dishes- chicken cutlet, sandwiches, pizza and burger, mud pie and brownie.

Willy’s Café Visited the restaurant after reading its positive reviews. Was not disappointed at all! There is no parking in the narrow lane so park in the public parking area next to the theatre (?closed) a couple of buildings next to it. The cafe is on the first floor and is very clean. The decor is simple but elegant and it also houses a book library! Mr. Kumar and his boys are deft and quickly serve their fare. We ordered a veg burger and sandwich, a chicken Willy’s special burger, chicken samosas and they were all superb. The mud pie and banana cake proved better than the A-rated bakeries in Mumbai. The prices are reasonable and the service is very good. Would highly recommend it.

The place has nice ambiance, reminds you of good old days of childhood and nostalgia. A lot of books collection shows on one side and there are sitting area on the other side. The coffee was great, some essence of cinnamon in the cappuccino coffee works great. Additionally you can see the snippets of the documentary 'the elephant whisperers'. The prices are economical though we did not like the pizza.

Maybe this is the only coffee house which has books and good coffee in Ooty. Atmosphere is great not too bright but good enough to create a cozy atmosphere and peaceful to read books from their wide but reasonable collection. service is little on the slower side but the food is good. must recommend chicken cutlet, chicken lollipop, sandwiches hot chocolate is my personal favourite but it may vary with your taste buds.

A gem of a place in Ooty! It's a little hard to find and might seem shady at first, but don't let this deceive you, the ambience and the place will grow on you owning to warm hosts :) Seems like it's just an old couple running the cafe with a not a wide menu. We tried their cakes, tea, samosa and chilli garlic toast. Again, everything may not have looked the best, but everything is prepared fresh and is so good. Comforting, tasty and filling! All that at a very good price point. They also have a huge library of books which we didn't get time to explore. A place you can keep going back to.

One among the popular cafe’s in the Nilgiris, a must visit coffee pub. Coffees, teas, ice creams, shakes, toasted sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, rolls, cakes and cookies, a huge variety to choose from.. the foods are fresh and only prepared after order, while waiting for the food, one can dive into a huge collection of books..this cafe also has a connection with the Oscar award. While here, don’t forget to taste their Banana Cake & Lemon Ginger Honey, you’ll love it..

This place is highly rated and recommended but I really don't know why!!!!

Had two dishes.. Club sandwich and tandoori chicken burger... Well both tasted the same and difference was the bread used... Shabby place with no energy/vibe.

Btw coffee was good.

Its a cute cafe for bibiliophiles .. yes thy have a small library at d corner of d outlet with some good collection of classics.. but for food, I'm totally disappointed by Willy's...we've ordered bbq chicken burger, veg burger, chicken wrap, willys spl burger.. god seriously burgers without patties..?? i was let down by bbq burger it had only shredded chicken and there was no onion r lettuce n nothing...oly shredded chicken tat too it was way bland.. willys spl burger are nothing but chkn 65 between d buns.. it was kind of okay. Veg burger was soo good.. d flavours were perfect... d chicken wrap was jus finee.....

On another visit, we've ordered blackcurrent shake, Chicken cutlets, n ice tea..thy took like 20 mins deliver d order n i received lemon tea instead of my ice tea. As i was craving for ice tea we told thm to bring me ice tea , which took another 20 mins. Meanwhile all my frnds had received their orders n finished'em up. And my ice tea which came after 20 mims was nothing but d lemon tea with some ice cubes ..i was totally frustrated.. blackcurrent shake was tooo sweet with artificial flavours.. only good thing was d chicken cutlet.. thy were tasty n perfectly blended with d masalas... Again i had a bad experience at willy's..... hoping tat atleast d next visit will be a good one..

Our discovery on the Ooty tour as one should always do when you are on a hill station. Situated in a corner slightly away from the busy city center. It's a very simple place, ideal for a quick bite. Nothing fancy, very simple sitting. Very economical and its has a staff of only two people (who also bill you at the counter). We ordered coffee and garlic bread. It was ok in taste. This place has plenty of books available for reading and few board games. I would say that this is a place you want to kill some time when you are tired after a busy travel day.

A quaint place withgood collection of books... reasonably priced splendid place for a good time pass...you can easily spend hours here...a must visit..
Arjun Nambiar
The place comes with the persistence of a library attached with the cafe. Tons of books to read with a few board games and the food is excellent

The manager is an idiot he doesnt know how to respect a customer. Dont go and the food is bad not up to the mark. And one good thing is the banana cake will be good.
Akshat Gupta
It's good for leisure eating and reading books and novels.
The service is so so... Actually I would say it's slow.
The portion of food or dish is small and not worthy the money...
Radhika Jindal
Pathetic food
No quantity for the money they charge
Rude and arrogant manager. Canceled order after receiving few awful sandwiches.
Very bad taste
Please don’t go there!!

Decent ambience. Hang out place for all the age groups. As Ooty is a tourist place we can see good number of foreigners coming and they like the taste as well. The wait time is around 20-25 minutes. You’ll have the books to read in the wait time, people actually spend around 1 hour here. It’s a silent place and good place to visit when you’re in Ooty.
Mridul Agarwal
Food was okish and drinks were good... this place is not meant for tourist...It's for local youths who want to spend time together... ......
Thomas Eipe
This place is an integral part of ooty town. Frequently visited by the local youth. The waiting time takes upto 25mins. Not when you need a quick binge.

Pricing - $$ (~200 for 2)
Taste - 4.0/5
Quantity - 4.1/5
Ambience - 3.7/5
Freshness - 4.5/5
Service - 3.4/5
Score is summary of most of the dishes and subjective to price.

I have liked most of the dishes, but would advice you to avoid - Willy's special veg pizza(tomatoes and onions).
This is the place to be with your friends for coffee and snacks, my favorite of this place is their mudpei, velvet cake, and their coffee. Will visit again on my next visit to Ooty.

Nice ambience. Awesome brownies. Good to spend evenings with friends, especially if you are abook lover. Must try: Banana cake, Brownie, Walnut Brownie along with a cup of tea.
Sakthi Kumar
Willy's coffee Pub everytime I'm stepping in definitely I'll find some foreigners having something here then think about the quality here. I favourites here are vennila milkshake, walnut brownie and the cappuccino
Dhruv Goel
The Banana cake is good and so is the walnut brownie. A great place to just chill and not burn a hole through your pocket. Ambience and service are nice too.
Jaseem Abid
A tiny hole in the wall out of nowhere serving coffee, sandwiches and some snacks. Lots of books and people spending long hours reading through them. The sandwich was a tiny toast, the tea and coffee with way too much sugur and the orange cake didn't have any orange in it.
Neha Zutshi
In the heart of Ooty market this small cafe fills your appetite with average food and not so good bakery but the warm and cozy ambience serves the purpose.
