Must try a hotel in Ooty, It looks small but once we step in that flavours of food is just amazing.
We tried Mutton biryani it was so good but we were disappointed with the quantity of biriyani It was very less and didn't take half mutton biryani, order it full.
The ambiance is great it tells about how kuppanna's started his journey etc.
Please give it a try it's worth it.
The mutton items are sooo good. We couldn't get mutton nalli. Parottas were hot, soft n layered. If you opt for rotis, dosas, or chapatis you would end up having a half filled tummy but empty pocket 😅 So better to opt for some good biriyani n mutton or chicken starters. The rate is towards the expensive side, but the taste n quantity won't make you regret the spent 🤤
Good place to try out the kongu style food. Their biryani is famous, so you might want to try it out. Like their other dishes like pallipalayam and mutton chukka and all.
Had an amazing experience here. The food quality was so good. The mutton biryani is must try and non-veg meals is just wow. It feels like we are having home cooked authentic Tamil Nadu food. The food served is very hot and fresh and I just loved this place.

Good luck :) finding a place during the weekends, with high inflow of tourists from the urban cities. The place is overcrowded but a table should be available due to the prompt service the staff/waiters provide. Please keep some time handy because of the wait time

Service and staff is good. But food is not work for money. Better go for some other Non veg restaurant for better experience. Portion served all very little (most of the junior kuppanna) as other JK restaurant.
Best thing is, washing and toilet all have hot water. Good.
If your in Ooty and wanted to try some authentic South Indian dishes. This is a must visit. Clean and delicious food. Ample car parking space. Very few eateries in ooty city with good parking lot. Good for family. It's situated near a heritage property which gives you the right vacation vibe with good food. Slightly on the expensive side but for families it's a good choice.
