Hotel is very nice with center location of Ooty...very clean and attractive ambience but.. But....it's manager is not having politeness .. he behaved very rudely with us...and replied in angry mood. He doesn't know to Converse with smile and politeness.. I APPEAL TO AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THIS NEGAT
