Hotel is very nice with center location of Ooty...very clean and attractive ambience but.. But....it's manager is not having politeness .. he behaved very rudely with us...and replied in angry mood. He doesn't know to Converse with smile and politeness.. I APPEAL TO AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THIS NEGATIVENESS OF YOUR NICE HOTEL INTO POSITIVEMESS. I highly appreciate the rest of staff's service and behaviour

This was very good place to stay. They should upgrade the things they are providing in room. Overall rooms are spacious. Hotel is in good location. Good surrounding.

This hotel is located in the market area. We stayed here in the heritage double room and found it to be good and spacious. The rooms though are outdated and needs upgradation. TV in the rooms are 90's CRT. Heritage double are spacious and has a separate bed for kids. The biggest plus point is the close proximity to the market area and sightseeing points and their 3 in-house multi cuisine restaurants. The food is really tasty and you dont need to step out anywhere for food. Service is quick and prompt. Staff seemed really courteous. Would definitely recommend for budget stay with no frills!

We Went there to enjoy the winter. We had a great time. The food inside the hotel is awesome. Nearby there is Pizza and pasta restaurant which is awesome.

I used to visit Ooty for the past Thirty years, only few hotels are there to stay comfortably. This is one among such hotel. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner in many hotels will affect your health, but we can have healthy food here. This hotel situated in the prime location, so it is easily approachable. By walk we can reach few Tourist attraction places. There is enough space for car Parking.

Located right before A2B on the main market street, this hotel is slightly tucked away from the street. The roomsbare spacious and there are different kinds of rooms available as per your requirement. One star taken away for the restroom which had a leaky flush and flickering light. The staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. The restaurant staff, especially thenones at Garden restaurant inside are who made us decide to book a room here this time. Some of the best customer oriented service with a smile I've ever seen. This hotel is my go to for food whwnever I am at Ooty now. I would recommend this hotel to people looking forna good place to stay with good vegetarian food(all restaurants inside are pure veg)

Unlike their sidewalk cafe... service was prompt... food was good... could make a little more big... considering the guest waiting outside

Rooms are good.. located in city center and has many nearby food options. Good for family stay
