Review Adarsh Veg Kitchen - Ooty (Udhagamandalam)

Loved the food. Very good and tasty jain food available here. Owner is jain too. It is bollywood themed and you get to play quiz by the time you wait for your food. Superb way to pass time. Kitchen was very hygienic too. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend !!

The food was good. Not much options but it was good taste. The order was delayed due to only one guy taking orders. but that’s not the actual issue. The only problem is the service guy was rude. It was more like shouting instead of saying. The table next to ours just left after giving the order only cos of that guys behaviour. If this is corrected. I can assure it is good decent place.

This place is inside the Hotel Adarsh International on the ground floor. Has small seating capacity of around 20-22 people, usually people who are staying there are offered the food. <br/>On first instance the experience was good, we got the order as per our wish and on time but for repetitive orders the quality was downgraded and it took more time.<br/>Also they have timing issues( as in that the quantity prepared is sufficient only for some time) they wont serve you after some specific hours like they didn’t serve us after 10 saying that phulkas are not there and you can order something else like rice.<br/><br/>I tried lemon rice, dal makhni, paneer butter masala, raita, rice etc.<br/>Everything was good and taste was okay. You can even customize your order as in if you want Jain food without onion and garlic.<br/><br/>Overall a okay experience.
