We rent 2 rooms for 8 days. Stay was OK. AC was working, rooms was clean. Owner do the taxi for us from Goa Airport there and back.
Food was delicious. We get loved with Naan from tandoori :-) We compare food with other places and I can recommend this restaurant.
Clean room next the beach. A/C works well, sometimes internet connection was weak but I managed to work remotely (but slowly)
Best dinners in Agonda. Nans straight from tandori. Delicious.

Didn't stay here but tried their food for dinner the day before we were leaving Goa and loved the food! I only tried vegetarian options and they were absolutely delicious.
Best place to stay very near to agonda beach. Staffs are friendly. Food was also good.
Great food and atmosphere. I enjoyed eating here very much. The family run business serves up excellent Indian and Goan cuisine, including some Portuguese dishes. I really enjoyed my discussions with the owner, Hendrik. Definitely worth a visit, they have rooms available too, and owing to the lovely family vibe I will consider staying here for my next visit to Agonda Beach.

The team is very friendly.
There is a bar behind with loud music but they stop latest at 10pm so it's not disturbing during the night.

Stay - The place is good. We had king size bed, balcony room. The room was spacious with good balcony. Partial sea view which is nice. The room has a mini fridge. Room and washroom were neat and clean. The major disappointment was the wifi. There was no reception of mobile network (Airtel) in the room, only if you would go down near the main gate you can get some reception. But that would have been ok if the wifi was working, the wifi hardly worked. So this was a major concern.
Location - 2 3 mins walk to the beach. Has a wine store/grocery store nearby (perpetual).very close to St.Anne church.
Has other good restaurants also very close by if you want to try - Kopi desa, Dolce La Vita, Fatima's.
Food - Food is affordable and good. The Goan prawn curry and rice was tasty and homely. Breakfast is ok.
The property has some beautiful plants and trees which really lights up the place.
The best part of our stay was Princess, they have a sweet furry friend Princess. She will greet you when you arrive, will show you to your room. She is very playful and loving, she goes to the beach also with guests and plays.
The owners are really nice and very accommodating. Overall a good stay.
