Fantastic room because of its location where you can spend late night sipping beer and enjoying the beach. Rooms were tidy, AC was perfect, clean bathrooms. Bit of a walk from the parking lot though. Owners, please update the correct location for your parking lot. Food is food and worth the money. But never go for alcohol. It's complete water with a bit of alcohol flavor. Highly recommended for a stay and one of the best locations in South Goa!

Perfect getaway for the weekend and vacation. This property is located just next to the beach and you can conveniently go for a swim without worrying about your luggage. The property has its own restaurant and bar. Reasonable prices are great vibes. Make sure you book in advance during peak season.

The stay was excellent. The staff is really helpful, and have a lot of local knowledge, which can help make things lot easier. The food is really good, takes a little time, but that's okay. The rooms are well maintained and since it's recently renovated it's really clean too. Best part is the location, the beach is literally at your doorstep. Overall, great location, great experience.

The property is just beside Palolem Beach. You can have the sea view from your window or just few steps from door. The rooms are not much spacious but you will love the surroundings full of greenery. Just have lovely time at beach.

Awesome location, Rooms are good with basic amenities, and a very good view if you get a beach view. Restaurant prices for food are expensive you need to pay a premium for the beach view. Example pint beer outside costs around ₹70 but in restaurant it's around ₹160. I would suggest you get drinks from nearby shops and you can drink inside the room. Getting a cab is expensive here from goa panaji to here The taxi asked me ₹4000 per on way, Better you book a self driving car.

This is the best resort 😊. We enjoyed the stay. The food was awesome and the staff members are really helpful and friendly. My kid enjoyed alot.The rooms are so spacious and well maintained. It was really a Love stay . The beach view from the resort was lovely and amazing. Great stay 😊👍

Decent beach side stay. We booked beach facing rooms and it was totally worth it. We could hear the sound of sea waves the whole night, very calming and soothing. Palolim is definitely for those who want to experience Goa amidst nature. Multiple restaurants around this property are just within walking distance. The staff are also very polite and helpful.

Amazing bungalows with great staff. The property is right by the beach and gives easy access to different restaurants around the beach. You can enjoy your food and drinks while soaking in the mind-blowing view.

I wanted take bungalow close to the beach area and this option for me was good. Mostly we ate in restaurant. They provide transfer from airport to hotel with 2500 Rupees also may suggest for any taxi service around GOA. I can suggest this hotel for lovers of bungalow on a beach area.

Very good location right on the beach. Had parking just a bit out. Rooms were clean n tidy. Have a full menu restaurant open from 9 AM -11:30 PM. Bar until about 12. Food was decent. (If u need, there is a full day dining restaurant - Sarovar but somewhat upscale just outside on the road too.) Night time option to dine right on the beach with candlelight. Staff was courteous n showed great hospitality. Even though it was fully booked - did not seem crowded. The beach is very nice n calm with kayak, waterboard n boating activity.
