Great outlet with a vast variety of sweets , snacks and delicacies. You can enjoy some of the delicious hot and fresh food in the restaurant located on the first floor. The only reason behind giving 4 stars against the food is, some of the Chinese preparations were not up to the mark. It would be nice if they can just stick to what they are good at.

The food taste is very nice and have a variety of sweets and food. It also have a seating and deliver food via different food apps. Washrooms are not much cleaner. The service is good however during evening it was little bit slow.

It is mainly a sweet shop and bakery but it has a restaurant as well. First of all the Indian cuisine is unreal tasty. Chole bhature was delicious, specially the pindi chole was lip smacking good, and we've also tried Amritsari Kulcha which was amazing as well, all the Indian food and street food (specially gol gappa) is a must have. What I'll not suggest here is Chinese I had chowmien and it was not very good just okay okay. And this is one of the best places in the area if you want to buy edible gifts for someone, there gifts are beautiful, tasty and they have a vast choice as well. If you visit here, must try chole bhature 10/10.

This spot is very easy to find from main road of Panchkula to Chandigarh, amazing food they serve. Also all the safety measures kept by the staff. Nice place to have Lunch and dinner (only delivery or take away available during the lockdown). The restaurant is situated on first floor but not a wheal chair accessible. Staff behaviour is good. It is mostly crowded place. Chhole Bhature and sweets are damn testy but too expensive.

Food was good, only thing I didn't like was it was very spicy. Also, standard quantity of pavs in Pav Bhaji is 3 but here we only got 2 which was not worth according to price. There is a huge variety of sweets available in this outlet. We ordered 3 cornettos on their ground floor store which were available in various flavours Vanilla, Butterscotch, Unicorn, Chocolate,Chocochip etc. Overall it was a good experience, but store must do something about the beggars just outside the outlet,they follow you until you sit in your car and also make you feel uncomfortable.

Gopal sweets was good at hygenic condition. The weak part is , first thing it's self service, second thing aapko food ki billing pehle krani pdti h, uske baad aapko table se kuch or bhi order krna pde to aapko dubara counter per billing krani pdegi which is so much irritating to stand in the row while dining or lunching. They should make this service little flexible.

The place is usually crowded within peak hours (7 PM to 9 PM IST). The food is delicious and the service is fast. The one thing i didn't liked was untidy washrooms and not-so-friendly staff. This place does have a nice ambience.

This place is for all those people who love chaats and sweets. They have a plethora of options in sweets and the packaging is also quite awesome. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food and sweets is quite nice. We ordered the Aloo Tikki Chaat, Padpdi Chaat, Amritasari Kulcha, Chole Bhatura and Kulfi Falooda. The Papdi Chaat and the Aloo Tikki were delicious, we din't quite like the Chole Bhature. The Amritsari Kulcha was also quite decent. One must surely visit this place when in Chandigarh.

This place has a nice ambience. It has good seating arrangement but provides only self service. It serves huge variety of cuisine. You get almost everything here to fill your stomach. From lip smacking north indian food to south Indian dishes, chats, continental everything is available here. We were stopped here for Lunch on our way back from Shimla. We ordered a lot of items and almost everything was very tasty. The items are priced little on the higher side but can be tried once. They also have huge variety of sweets and cakes.

Very unprofessional behavior by restaurant, they denied order deliver after accepting the order and wasted too much of my time.Also, it seems that their food is also not good. We ordered to pack bhalla papdi chat and one more item. Which was mentioned on the bill as well but they by mistake served it, when we told them that it was for take away, instead of packing it properly like it should have been done, each item separately, rather they just packaged the whole thing in one box. We opened it after coming back home and it was all so soggy and messy because the curd leaked in the pack. Horrible behaviour it was.

This outlet has Decent food, but sadly marred by uncourteous and rude staff. A total opposite of Chandigarh Gopal's. Also do check the plates and cutlery before eating, its dirty and when i complained, staff took no action at all. Not going back there again.

It's a big chain of restaurants in tricity and Patiala. When I asked for normal water because I don't want to drink cold water but they don't have provision for normal water. They told me to buy mineral water bottle. At food counter service was not all the person who were serving are confused.

Worst experience in Gopal’s. First, there service style is very bad. It’s not even coherent to self-sevice. For some orders people are taking themselves, some waiters are serving. If you order mutiple things, at your token they’ll ring bell you go to counter and they’ll serve you just one thing and say rest are coming. You take one dish and wait for another dish, in the mean time the first dish will not be hot by now. If you are in group, then it’s worst. Second, today we ordered choley bhature and amritsari kulche. Choley were very bad, there was lot of oil and some clay particles (Kirk in punjabi). I reported this to manager as well. Overall very bad expierence.

Gopal’s is one of tge most renowned restaraunts but I personally didn’t like it much. The ambience is fine, not great and the food is also average. I tried masala dosa which was good. I also tried Sambar vada but it was a diaappointment. Same goes with choley bhature. It was a little too spicy. The service is very slow and hospitality is also not good. I also had faluda kulfi and it was fine, nothing great.

A sudden hankering for choley bhature bought me to this outlet. And choley bhature ought to be complimented with a sweet lassi.. A good place, decent for family dine-ins.. was kinda crowded so I am guessing that the other entries on the menu are also worth trying. Long story short-- bhature were good.. though the choley were way too oily and not up to the mark.. Lassi was really good. Recommended. I also ordered kaju katli and coconut barfi, which were nice.. Edit: In retrospect-- my doctor has told me that I have got food poisoning. And the prime suspect is the chola bhature..

Typical modernized dhaba. Food is not at all good here when compared to other outlets of Gopal's, specially one in Sec 8 Chandigarh. Staff as always is hit or miss, with mostly a miss only. Mostly its like a 'get your food and get lost' kinda attitude. Though, not complaining since the place has always been kept dhaba style. Atmosphere here is always noisy. Only good bit is, pricing is still kept value for money.

I had picked up 2 plates of Pav Bhaaji and Papdi Chaat. Gopals have never let my family, relatives and friends down in their services. Few of my friends recommended me to try out this joint. But, this is the first time when I got myself food packed as I was in a hurry or else I usually dine in. As soon as I reached home,I was tempted to eat the Papdi Chaat. The Papdi Chaat was still so crispy and moreover it was decorated so well that I couldn't stop myself to eat it all. It was perfectly loaded with meethi chutney, Dahi and green chutney. What surprised and excited me was the Pomegranate. Coming to the Pav Bhaaji, it is not amongst my favorite, but after eating from here, it has become my favorite! The masala of the Bhaaji was really yummilicious and the Pav was buttery. In all, I was totally satisfied even after I got it home and ate! Thank you so much for your service GOPALS 🥰

In case you are confused where to head today - this is the place for casual eating in tricity. They have outlets in almost all the major locations and are consistent in taste and hygiene. The must Try list includes : Dosa, Pao bhaaji, Oil less Chole Bhature !! Don’t miss their Chinese Platter / Deluxe Thali and Dahi Bhalle.
