Earlier quality was not good but now they are working on their base (doe) not saying they are better from pizza hut but they are better now from eirlear

there is no point putting out a review about Domino's in India. however, i decided to write this one about the QUALITY of Domino's outlets in the panchkula-zirakpur-dhakoli area. Safe to say, this is the ONLY one outlet in the entire sector 20-dhakoli-peer muchalla outlets that i can recommend getting pizza from. The dhakoli one is not as good, and I've heard bad reviews about the peer muchalla as well. However, since this is an old outlet, don't expect any amazing decor like the ones in the central sectors of tricity.

There was a good ambience and the staff was very polite and the restaurant manager was also a very good person .

All in a good place to enjoy Domino's pizza, a bit low in Ambience (Domino's) and cleanliness. No comments on food as Domino's always serve good pizza. Cooperative and helpful staff. A nice pizza outlet to enjoy evening with friends and family.

Nice place for having pizza with friends and family. Clean place with adequate seating. Naturally they are known for their pizzas so its really nice. Waiting times are less than the sector 9 outlet (although much more people visit sector 9 outlet due to its central location). Food other than pizzas are also descent. Do try cheese burst pizzas (best).

Great outlet, Staff is very polite and friendly. I ordered Veg extravaganza (C.B), tacos and garlic bread. Everything was great except pizza, it wasn't bad but can have more cheese.

When comes to pizza, Dominos’s have always done a great job. You can try zingy parcels, taco and stuffed garlic bread. But this restaurant could improve if talks about service and cleanliness

Good for a foody. I would not say the best,because the crust could be better and a little more cheese could be provided at the same rates(as most other pizza sellers do) The waiting time was remarkable, And i received my order within 15-20 min inspite of a busy day Offers provided were good too. Overall recommended to have a delicious pizza!

Domino's has always been one of the biggest names in the pizza market if we were to consider facts but that's not all. What's special about Domino's is how they combine the modern flavor of cheese and bread with the traditional veggies fresh out from farms while still preserving the great sense of taste in every bite. Hands down one of the best places to eat out with friends or family and even alone. However though personally I don't prefer the TASTE and PRICE of most of the their sides including chicken sides and tacos and parcels it's not justified at all. In the end if the pricing of the stuff was better like recently they launched their new scheme of offering a discount on 2 pizzas however not 50% like the old days, it's still an improvement and with the opening of new rivals like Slice of Heaven and the like the bar of the competition has been raised. Always enthralled to see how Domino's will answer back to others trying to take over their throne in the business. Kudos to Domino's on their success! Job well done!

I always order FarmHouse pizza with Cheese Burst, the hygiene at this place is commendable. Also, the open kitchen is something which we admire a lot, as we can see, that the staff is properly maintaining hygiene.

Domino's offers best cheese burst pizza. I don't think noone else would be able to provide this quality.....provided the team puts up cheese properly. :)

The order was so bad... I specially mentioned in cooking instructions for vegetables i dnt want... the vegetables were dere and more over the the vegetables were so not fresh... opinion was stinking and casicum was rotten. Nd base was not cooked properly it was uncooked...

Try the green wave mexican pizza of dominos it’s lit 🔥 croud was also amazing and little bit issue in the time of order but once you get the pizza you will forget the order time😍

I ordered the Peri peri Wings, Boneless chicken and garlic bread. After making the payment I get a call from Dominos saying they are out of wings . After much deliberation they sent me the meatballs . The food arrived cold and soggy . The meatballs were full of salt and I received only 4 pcs each of the meatballs and the boneless chicken which is a huge rip off in my opinion . Even the garlic bread was hard and cold . The manager Abhishek was impolite and unhelpful and he melt saying why I ordered through ZOMATO and not directly to Dominos . Why does ZOMATO even have dominos as a option when they are bot interested . It’s a sheer wastage or the customer’s time and money . Worst experience and will never order again

Dominos is not working upto mark nowadays<br/>Sometimes they sell Mexican taco without non veg sausage<br/>Then most of the times they refuse to take orders although there is a delivery till now in my area <br/>Today I got order packed in veg carton and billing is of non veg pan pizza I had a word with zomato executive regarding this issue. according to him zomato doesn’t deal with dominos queries moreover the number he suggested to contact for the same issue is out of service what I am supposed to do now. This is frustrating and m really pissed off with dominos<br/>I think this not fair

This place has my Childhood written all over it. The veg singles and the CHEESY pizza are the best. Breadsticks - 4/5. Tacos - 3/5. But most importantly Ordered Farmhouse with cheese burst for INR 520 - NOT worth it. Instead order extra Cheese Dip.

the food was not at all cooked...properly. Their were no cheese inside the slices...as i ordered extracheese...and also this is the first time the order came with in 15 , and 20 minutes , which shows that the food was cooked in a hurry... really disappointed first time . Service is poor. We ordered pizza at 8:15pm and it was promised that it will reach by 9pm. But actual order came at 11:05pm and that too when i called restaurant, no one responded. Such a bad experience.

Order English cheeder pizza the new wolrld pizza but there was no cheeder on my pizza really disaapointed. It tasted like normal pizza with nothing special.

The review is about the delivery part and not about food. Never order online. They dont pick up calls and take 2-3 hrs to deliver a simple order.<br/>

We had ordered Chicken Fiesta Pizza (Cheeze Burst) and Veg Extravaganza Pizza from this outlet along with Chocolate brownie! Everything was served hot and fresh! My mouth was totally drooling when the pizzas arrived. I am totally in with the chicken pizza as the chunks we're really cooked well and were great in taste. Both the pizzas were absolutely giving tough competition to eachother! We were totally satisfied with the pizzas! Coming towards the brownie, we got a little dissatisfied as the portion was really small and the chocolate syrup was all on the box of it and to eat the complete taste of the brownie, we had to additionally put the chocolate syrup on the plate!<br/>Thank you Dominos for your service!😊

Order received late. Pizza was not hot and crispy. Toppings were less. It has happened multiple times and they do not correct their faults in service. Not recommended.

Disgusting service. I am not going to order again from Dominos, they are best at nothing but making fool of the customers. I received my order after 1.30 after placing the order and for that too I had to call 4 to 5 times to get an update. Even on the call they placed my call on hold for 5-5 min and on the name of resolution all I got is you will receive a call back within 5 min from the supervisor, which I never received. The pizza was totally cold and I had to throw it in the dustbin. On calling the restaurant and asking them to put the manager on call, they told me that manager is busy and can’t take the calls. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I loved the food, the ambience was fine. The staff was also pretty friendly; however I was really disappointed with the quality of other stuff they sell " BAG". For Rs 12 a bag I think it was very low on quality. The paper was thin and it didn't seem it would be able to take wear and tear. The bag seemed like it was for one time use; however at the time of Sale the lady didn't seem to have mentioned. The color wasn't what I expected and their were no choices available. I think they should focus more on their bestseller. Also stocking the place with change would be a great idea since they don't seem to have the change. I wish dominos would focus more on the business that commands the highest profit margin.<br/><br/>P.S. if you are going to say that the reason you sell the bag is to reduce usage and encourage recycling, please dropping in the paper menu everyday at my doorstep and save Paper their.

Good pizza . Sitting is also nice. Wheat thin crust are the best. Delivery is also fast. Tried veg extravaganza flavour and the toppings were good. Will try other flavours too.
