The restaurant's service is commendable. We ordered for 2 Veg thalis, and when it arrived we noticed it didn't have the dessert. So we complained about it. Ten11 contacted us immediately and asked whether we wanted a refund or a replacement . So we asked for the refund and the very next day, we got the refund. We saw this kind of service for the first time. We will surely recommend this restaurant to others as well.

The dessert was not given. We ordered for pineapple raita and boondi raita but they have given mix raita. Also instead of pulao,simple white rice was given. We are very disappointed.

Ordered butter chicken from this place. Absolutely tasteless. It had no taste of any masala except of sugar. Also it is wrongly mentioned on zomatto that it serves only vegetarian.

Great restaurant, visited many time fm Zirakpur, good quality food, and very affordable price, staff very polite,well clean dressed up, good place for family and kitti party. I loved the most Part of Jalebi one pc is 250 gms.

It's a Newly opened place in sector 21 panchkula I guess,<br/>I order 1 Ten11 Special Thali and 1 butternaan along with it it costed me around 230/- including delivery charges and taxes. a bit expensive for a single person. Anyway about the food the Packing was okay, not up to the Mark, the dough of butternaan was not fresh as butternaan tasted sour. the kadhai paneer had a good flavour of the Kadhai sauce and gravy but the paneer was hard(probably not fresh),<br/>Dal was ok ok, and the mix veg was good in flavour.<br/>the consistency of raita was very thin. <br/>Overall the food was not up to the standard.<br/>Delivery on the other hand was quick.<br/><br/>Kadhai Paneer - 2/5<br/>Dal Makhani - 2.5/5<br/>Mix Veg - 2.5/5<br/>Butternaan - 1.5/5<br/>Raita - 2.5/5<br/>Chutney - 2/5<br/>Packing - 2/5<br/>Delivery 3.5/5.<br/>Need Improvement.

It was good during the initial days but today the food was not that good as it was before only the kathi roll is good Thali and the jaleb but the Chinese dishes are not that good
