Neat and clean atmosphere! They have upgraded to touch screens for self ordering. It is much more convenient and time saving. Comfortable seating and clean washroom available. It is difficult to find a parking spot in this market!

Fabulous Mc Donald's outlet at sector 11 panchkula. Fast Food is delicious Service is very good Smart devises are installed you can place an orders as per you convenient. Ambience is very welcoming. Sitting plan are good 60-70 people can sit and eat at a time. Accepting UPI payments Debit/credit cards Also you can place an online orders at Zomato and swiggy. All over had a good experience.

The plce is good but sometimes the staff seems struggling preparing the orders when the place is stuffed at its full capacity and this is when they can take even 30-40 mins. for just preparing a soft-server ice cream.

Please don't go for Mcd in these times as there food quality is not upto the mark. Yesterday I ordered burgers and Pizza Mcpuffs and we had food poisioning after consuming it. I wish there was a zero star option. Absolutely worst experience. All the three items of the order were wrong. Instead of Mc Aloo Tikki burger I received a Mcveggie burger. Instead of Fanta I received Sprite. I ordered small fries whereas I received medium fries. Also instead of lettuce in mcveggie burger it was full of stale cabbage. The sprite container was full of flavoured syrup instead of sprite.

Going to McDonald's was a compulsory thing for me but after they had some issues regarding the agreement I stopped going there as a lot of rumors were spread about the bad quality offered, but went here today after a long time and I felt nothing has changed except the packaging..The taste , quantity ,quality , the vibe of the outlet even the people at the counter are still humble, smiling and helpful as they were before. So kudos to McDonald's still going on and don't ever close down🙈

Rude staff. They don't know how to treat a single lady. I went in to the restaurant and I asked them to refill my water bottle. I went there at around 10pm. One of them came to take the bottle but another guy stopped him (his senior). His senior was serving to everyone who so ever was having their meals there and asked for water except me. That pissed me off. So After long argument the restaurant manager came and said that we can't refill the bottle. And when I told him the rules which Indian govt made that none of the restaurant can say no to a female or senior citizen for water. Then he said he can serve in glass. I am ok with that but if the rest of the staff would have said this earlier then it would be better. They need to learn manners.

Visit only if you want to get Dengue/malaria !!! Being here thrice.. On all three occasions the restaurant was full of mosquitoes, and my kids got bitten multiple times in the 5 minutes we were there. I told the staff, who claimed that they spray anti-mosquito chemicals everyday, which unfortunately doesn't seem to have any affects.. worst level of cleanliness in tricity..

A full 5/5 rating. The kids ordered some burgers and chicken nuggets and were happy with the order. Service is typical McDonald's style - quick. The food menu is standardised all across with the taste being the same too. Overall a happy satisfied kids gang which prompted me to give a 5/5.

Though I am not the one who likes to rate McDonalds , but this particular place I have visited a lot in last few months thanks to my home being just at the backside. So , whenever there is a craving for something this become a go to place. Usually my time of reaching there is between 10-11 pm so it hardly has an rush. I get my product in no time at all and they have fresh items. I have been to McDonalds where I have tasted broken buns and everything but these people manage it well. Cleanliness is there , which is very important. I love my mcpuff. Disappointed in one thing from McDonalds and that's they don't bring s change in menu especially in northern India much. Should bring more variety for vegetarians. Happy eating. Cheers

Nice place to hang out if u are a mac d fan, place is large and well accomodated,delivary is fast and service is well organised, as per the home delivary , it gives great offers and swift response from the team, ordered filet o fish and mac egg this evening, fish was juicy and crispy and mac egg was good,you can try the outlate if you suddenly feel to go to have some junk food.

Good, pleasing ambience.. I felt this is one of the very good McD outlets.. Certainly overall better than the ones in IT park, paras downtown pall and fun republic.. The overall seating is quite spacious. We order chicken mcgrill, soft serve choc ice cream.. Food taste is standard in mcd, and the food was good as it always is. There also is good, separate space for conducting birthday parties and one was in progress when i visited today evening. I overall had a quite good experience today. I feel Mcd should have a token based display system specially in outlets like this where they get lots of patrons..
