Came to the Serenade restaurant for dinner with my buddies. Food was good and the behaviour and the service of the staff was excellent.It was my first time visiting Chandigarh and a friend of mine suggested this hotel to make my stay and I was surprised how well the staff was and the way they treated me was amazing. Interesting. I came with my friends for dining in the Serenade Restaurant. The food was good and the Staff of that restaurant was very kind and nice and treated us so well with their Service. Thanks to Mr. Varun and his team and respect to Calvin.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience. The location is fantastic, and the availability of parking, including wheelchair accessible spots, was a big plus. Making reservations was hassle-free. The rooms were quite nice, providing a comfortable stay. However, I found the service to be just okay. There's definitely room for improvement in that aspect. The staff was polite, but there were some areas where they could have been more attentive and responsive to guests' needs. The food was also okayish, not outstanding but not terrible either. It might be worth considering some enhancements in the dining options to elevate the overall experience. In summary, the hotel offers a convenient location, ample parking space, wheelchair accessible facilities, and the convenience of reservations. The rooms are good, but the service could use some improvements, as could the food options. With a few tweaks, this place has the potential to be even better.
