If you want to enjoy some authentic malwani dishes then this is the perfect place to grab some malwani style dishes with your friends and family. Situated in Kamothe which is surely a landmark in the locality. Been here with family quite a few time and we really loved the place(food and ambience). Experience being here was pretty awesome. A recommend place if you are from Kamothe or nearby place and love Malwani Food.

Malvan tadka has various branches across Navi Mumbai & is famous for it's authentic sea food,so I alongside with my friend visited this place.There are 2 seating options available A/C & Non A/C.The non A/C seating gives you a feel of typical Malvani restaurant and the A/C seating is very much like a regular fine dine.The ambience is a bit dull I would suggest them to make it a bit interesting.The service was really fast as it didn't take more than 25 mins to come no matter what we ordered.The starters were just perfect,the Tandoori Ravas was just perfect I had never tried ravas in this style it was simply amazing it was my favorite of all we had ordered,the prawns hot garlic was also good as it had a bit of Chinese twist.The main course was really good as well,the chicken rajdhani can still needs improvements but the prawns masala was perfectly done.The sol kadi was really authentic and tasty as it is expected to be.I would suggest people to order more of sea food here as chicken dishes need bit of improvements.overall 4/5

Malvan Tadka :
An authentic restaurant located at Kalamboli which is nearer from Mansarovar railway station named as Malvan tadka . They have many outlets across the city.
They have AC and Non AC seating arrangements .
So talking about ambiance , it's a quite small and well arranged place . Can accommodate 50+ people easily at a time. They have small good bar section also. Walls are painted beautifully , hanging frames were looking nice.
Now talking about Service , Mr.Arjun served us amazing hospitality. We took suggestions from him while ordering food . What we had ?

Starters :
Surmai tawa : one big size piece of surmai fried so good. It was absolutely tasty . Masala used in marination need to be more.
Chicken Rajdhani kebab : It's a very Heavy dish . Can eat this one dish easily between 3-4people . Big size boneless chicken kebab topped with Kaju masala with sweet cherry . It was really delicious.
Main course :
Deshi komdi Wade : Deshi chicken based made gravy. Used authentic malvani masala. Good portion of dish. We had this with Wada's. Size of wada's were big and oil free. Lipsmacking !!
Prawns Biryani : need to improve a bit . Rice quality was good but felt spices only in the masala . Prawns were cooked well. We had biryani with raita.
Overall it's really a good place for family dining , small parties , chill with friends . I'll come again for sure.

Very first about the atmosphere of the restaurant;it is located very closely to the mansarovar railway station, navi mumbai..one can go by walk in 10-15 mins or can take rickshaw to reach there. The ambience is so good and cheerful. The peace around the restaurant gives another way of satisfaction as surroundings is lovely and delightful.
About the service; the attendants & restaurant's staff was very polite and humbled to us. They immediately came once we called them and took our orders and the the orders came earliest.
About the main thing FOOD, We had ordered mocktails, starters, main courses and desserts as well. The both quantities and qualities were quite good. The taste, the aroma were amazing and the presentation of the food items were really appreciable.
We really satisfied with the service & food we got.
It was my first time at a proper authentic Malvani restaurant, and I loved it!!
We had Surmai fry, AgriChicken with Bhakri and Vade and it was to the point. If you love spicy food, it’s a good eat point!!

Food taste was good, we ordered chicken lolipop and mutton masala and mutton wade.. lolipop was crispy mutton was ok also mutton wade was like Puri so instead of mutton wade try chapati .. this restaurant specially for sea food.

Nice restaurant for Seafoods we had bombil fry and prawns masala and chicken spring roll. Ambiance is also good. About price point its bit high.
