I recently visited this ice cream parlor and it's good! They offer a variety of ice cream options, they tastes really well! The place is well-maintained, spacious, hygienic, and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What stands out most is their service and how well trained their employees were. Upon entering the store they welcomed us, suggested new flavors, and promptly offered samples when they noticed our uncertainty. Everyone was humble, helpful, and professional. I've been here many times and it's always been a delight. The location is prime and has a lot of repeat customers. The branch keeps up with the name and fame of the brand with its consistent taste. A lot of flavours to try from and the staff is polite. Cleanliness is maintained and there's some sitting area inside and outside the premises. Overall it's very good.

One of favourite ice cream brand and place. Love their Sitaphal, Anjeer, Chickoo, Tender coconut, Malai. Also recommended their coffee walnut, roasted almond, kaju draksh. The place is also very nice and nice hangout place for families to enjoy the ice creams.

This is how i welcomed 2020. Enjoying my favourite brands ice cream. Sitaphal ice cream has turned out to be seasons blockbuster for Naturals and yoy should definitely try this flavour to know why. Even after all these years, i feel the prices are kept low given the quality of ice creams they serve.

First choice for late night ice cream cravings. Good staff. Tried the special malai khurma ice cream, mango and chickoo. All of them were delicious. The seasonal ones also had their natural flavour.

A nice place to chill with family and friends over some dessert. Easy to locate as its bang opposite Orion mall. Lovely decor, i liked the ode to the wild birds of the place. Nice seating area, outdoor ,lower and upper floor. We went for tender coconut in waffle cone, choco bite in a cup and chocolate almond ice cream shake. All were great in taste. Located near New Panvel junction on the Old Panvel highway below the bridge, this branch of Natural Ice Cream is a comfortable place to have good dessert after dinner with family or on some evening with friends. Enough place is available outside the shop to sit.

I am  Regular at Naturals ice cream parlour at Thane, but in Thane it's too far from house in New Panvel, there should be one more outlet in New Panvel. I am ready to Invest in the Franchise if you all are planning for another outlet in New Panvel area.

Been eating in this outlet from last two years day by day finding that staff and management is becoming careless about the customer satisfaction. Other day i went and made bill of 175 rs card was not accepted they told me above 200₹ amounts can be paid by card mean while wen i was discussing with my friends and trying to increase the order so i can increase bill amount the person changed his policies and said above 250 this shows careless towards customer satisfaction

As usual. This particular place is a unique favourite of mine in new panvel. I visited this place on its opening night years ago. To return to this place brings back memories. Try tender coconut ice cream. It's unique to Naturals. U won't get it elsewhere. Another interesting thing about the ice creams here is that the ice creams do not melt easily and quickly, even in the hot and humid conditions of Mumbai 😀

The good thing is they're open till late. They also keep almost all flavours, I personally like Sitaphal and tender coconut. The chocolate flavours and a disappointing a bit. But naturals is known for ts fruit flavours, tey those.

The consistency of the outlet is not at all maintained. The servings in cone most of the time is not available due to shortage of cone. The cost is increasing but the quality is decreasing. Not a worth place like it was in past.

When I asked the shopkeeper to give me the 5-10 spoons as i bought 1.5kg icecream from the shop, he replied and asked me to pay Rs. 2/spoon. No other branches of Natural ice-cream parlour take the money for spoon. I was shocked.

Dont know why today tender coconut was something comprised of powder n water. Never tasted such from any other outlet of natural. This joint provides you a small scoop of icecream for 40/50 bucks..rather try for amul icecream in my choice.

One of good ice cream parlours in panvel. Nice on location and good on parking space. The interiors are good top. But they fall short on variety of ice creams they have on offer. Tender coconut is the best they have others are not that good. Service is quick.
