The place is big and comfortable. Also they have washroom and a ample amount of sitting area for you to enjoy you krispy chicken, the service was very fast they take your order and give food instantly. Also they maintain proper cleanliness

Absolutely the best place to have finger licking good food. Zinger burger is just superb and fulfilling and its my all time favourite. Hot & crispy and wings taste delicious. Perfect place for chicken lover. ❤️❤️

Could be more clean. Many bird droppings stains outside kfc. Glass panels were also with stains and dirt on it. Washroom was relatively clean. Overall it food and service was good but have to work on cleanliness a little bit.

The place is a good KFC outlet. Can be considered for visiting with family and friends. Has enough place for seating. Has a maintained washroom too. PS : The quality of KFC has degraded. The chicken and oil sometimes do not taste fresh.

Good place only thing needs to be more clean

Service is good . No one bother you neither the satff members nor the people around you . They give individual there space to relax enjoy and create memories. No one stand on your head to look weather you have ordered or not , immediately left after having meal or not. Price range is comfortable you can order offer meal of rs 99 or 1000 its your choice one judge you for that.

A big name gives a big satisfaction. It is a perfect option for quick bite. There is a lots of options to have but I prefer mostly their Big8. Specially their smokey grilled was optimum. Just loved it. I had also tasted their burger, their bowl and many but these were not so great and optimum and as per me their wings and smoky grilled was top notch among all. Go dine-in or order or takeout and enjoy.

Nice place to hangout with friends , best place after shoping . The location is in between 3 to 4 mall so you can easily grab a meal after shopping. Place is quite normal just like kfc vibe .

Buy rice balls it cost less than 120, amazing.. chicken is delicious and place is too awesome ,only one problem we have to go ground floor to buy and seat in first floor , if ordered one time you want another, you have too go two times.. you can eat more in less budget if you have idea what to buy what to not

The standard of KFC is maintained at this place too. As the eatery is located at P&M mall where people generally go for shopping of branded, high-end items or to catch a movie at the multiplex, so it usually has a great footfall. Somehow that doesn't effect the speed of service as the location is well staffed. Aesthetically there is ample space inside and the lighting is not too loud so young and old both enjoy this place. Cost and other features are as per the KFC standards so there is not much to discuss on this front too. In case you are a KFC patron, this place would obviously be worth visiting if you are around this location.

Who doesn't like a bite of their crispy and crunchy chicken that's tender and juicy within? Or their Rice Bowlz, which is tailor-made for the Indian appetite? And are your young, 20-something get-togethers at all fun without the huge bucket of chicken legs to share? loved every bite of this new KFC chicken. It had just the level of spiciness that I like in my food. It seemed to be slightly undercooked, but I guess that's just something that can be looked after with a little more care. I'd definitely go for this Smoky Grilled chicken again, and again.If you like a little spice in your life, and chicken is your guilty pleasure, then just go get a bucket of Smoky Grilled chicken at KFC!

The restaurant confirmed my order and even after one hour, denied to come on call and update me on the order. On asking repeatedly, they just ignored me and the Zomato valet was kept waiting unnecessarily. Highly unprofessional. Never going to order from this outlet.

This outlet of kfc is not good compare to other ones. The service should improve a little bit here. And about food, it's not good like literally. The burger was not so fresh aur the chicken in it was dry. After complaining about this, they didn't take it seriously and just ignore it. You're a big chain, so you should improve these things.

This KFC is a little unorganised compared to one at Gandhi Maidan. The service is slow and getting information is tough. However if you are around Boring road then this is where you can go.<br/><br/>When I had gone here, rice was not available and fries were salty so that was disappointing.

Service is the main issue at KFC, Boring Canal Road. Whenever I visit this branch of KFC, tables are always dirty. There is no one to listen customer, may be due to insufficient or inactive staffs. Some chicken items are not cooked properly.

As always, KFC is my one of the favourite. I ordered for Chicken burger and a Dips bucket along with a chicken popcorn and a Chocolate crusher and was satisfied. I just love it.

Starting off with the food review. The quality of fried chicken has been slightly improved with use of so called 'fresh chicken'. The only days to eat kfc from my opinion is on Wednesday's with two or three people.

Located at the main road the place attracts the attention and the staffs are really good and supportive and the food is same as the kfc and even they are extra supportive and the cleaning is best...

Ordered Yesterday in the evening which was home delivered - 1. Hot & Crispy [2 Pieces] - Customization regarding selection of piece was there. I selected two thigh pieces. Only one was there and the other was some different piece.  They should have checked it before delivery. If it was unavailable, then, they should have informed the customer before sending some other piece which was not done. 2. 2 Double Down [Serves 2]. Delivery was quick and nicely packed.                                                                                Regarding Quality of the items delivered - Taste of both the items were only OK not very yummy because of very thick layer of coating and very less amount of spice in the chicken. Basically, giving boiled like taste. Not value for money. You really need to improve.                                                                Other Suggestion - If possible, reduce your packaging charge which is quite high.

The thing that kfc is lacking that they don't have veg meal box, which they should include in there menu. Veg food item becomes as equal to the chicken item in terms of price due to their higher price and the tax they charges. Rest there is no doubt in there taste whether its chicken or veg burger. Moreover Delivery service is also good in our area.

I had ordered a zinger burger box with extra cheese in the burger , but didn’t find cheese in the burger. There should be some proper checking before delivering online orders.

One two occasions, when I ordered a rice bowl, they said they were running out of supplies and would deliver only if I wait for more than 50 minutes. On one occasion, when I ordered a burger, they said they were running out of supplies and I had to bounce back empty-handed. <br/><br/>On multiple occasions, they made mistakes in counting veg strips, and on several other occasions, they made mistake in the order, for example, they missed some items and then blamed it on me that I had failed to collect the missing item. I wrote to their area sales manager and received a response in this connection. But they do not seem to have learned anything.
