Had a great experience at Karim's . The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. They have great range of Kababs and was very delicious 😋 . Must try Chicken reshmi n mutton seekh kabab. In desert Shahi tukra and phirni is mouth watering ❤️

*Heaven for non-vegetarians*. This was my first visit. For starters we ordered Mutton Burra, Shami kabab and Seek kabab and all of them were awesome. Then we ordered Mutton Jehangiri, Mutton Qorma and Mutton Nehari which were all great but specially Mutton Jehangiri which had out of this world taste. Best this is that they serve unlimited free khamiri roti. Along with khamiri roti we ordere Rumali roti. Mutton Biryani was also amazing. We only ordered mutton items. And lastly we tasted Shahi tukda which was extremely satisfying. A little expensive but the taste and quality justifies that. Overall a must visit. Looking forward to visit again.

Well I was bit hesitant first to visit the place as I didn't believe it to be the extension of the original Karim's. Have had mixed experience with the food on offer here in patna in the name of mughlai, everyone seems to serve it and don't know how it should taste at the same time. It is newly opened and have a seating capacity of 20-25 people which I'm sure they will have to extend in the future given the taste and expected footfall. We started off with Mutton seekh kebabs and chicken reshmi kebabs, and boy was i surprised, it's the same melt in the mouth taste which we have always associated Karim's with, simply the best in town in my opinion. I ordered mutton jahangiri which has always been my favourite from the house of Karim's along with khamiri roti, mutton was tender and tasted superb as always, the khamiri rotis need a little bit of improvement as the texture and taste was a little off. Next in line was chicken biriyani which i honestly didn't find to be outstanding, it was in line with what is on offer at different eateries like biriyani mahal and sorts, so my quest to find the best biriyani joint in patna continues, wherever i go here in patna the biriyani they offer is kolkata style or inspired from that which i find a bit plane. Moving on we finished it off with Firni, i don't have a sweet tooth, however, i finished it all up which speaks volume about the taste, it was great. In a nutshell, it's the best place to taste the mughlai delicacies offered from the house of Karim's from Delhi 6 here in patna, highly recommended. Happy eating 🥳

Baat kare agar Karim's ke khane ki sach meh Delhi ki Yaad dila di 😅 lazeez aur lajawab ❤️ I enjoys everything, from the starters Afghani chicken was the best, in the main course Butter chicken and mutton nihari got me excited. The phirni in dessert made it a complete meal. The breads were soft and chicken Tikka, shami kebab and seekh kebab were amazing❤️😋. And the biryani 👌, it tasted authentic. I'm definitely coming back to taste what I have missed,and would recommend everyone who wants to dive into the best non veg dishes in Patna.

This review after a almost year since dine with Karim's many times,still consistent amezing test. Must dine with an amezing offer of **Tandoori roti complimentary* with every main course ordered. Food quality is quiet good,Most recommended for phirni. The place is so small with only three tables.server are not so attentive. 1:-No parking facility available. 2:-Restaurant is at 3rd floor so keep in mind you need to climb stairs if going with elders. 3:-Menu pricing is high but they offer half portion too, which is good enough for one. 4:- Lastly won't regrets with mughlai.

We ordered chicken jahangiri and mutton seekh kebabs! Also we had chicken biryani! All of it was delicious. The taste was very well balanced and at point. I cannot pick my favorite amongst these though, because all tasted amazing!

What we ordered: Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Mutton Burra Kebab, Chicken Burra Kebab, Paneer Tikka, Mutton Nihari, Mutton Brain Curry, Mutton Korma, Mutton Stew, Kadhai Paneer, Chicken Biryani, Dal Makhani, Sheermal, Khamiri Roti, Rumali Roti, Keema Naan, Butter Roti & Phirni. Kebabs were absolutely delicious. In starters, I liked Mutton Seekh & Mutton Burra the most. Coming to the main course, Mutton Korma & Brain Curry were my favourites. Mutton was perfectly cooked & spices were on a balanced side. Biryani & Phirni were amazing too. Highly recommended!

Enough of Pizza and Burger!! Go and try the authentic Mughaliya cuisine out here in Karim's. Specialities are Brain Curry, Nalli Nihari, Khamiri Roti, Sheermal, Afghani Kabab and Seekh Kabab....you won't get such authenticity anywhere in Patna. More and more people should visit this place.

I love this place. I always wished for the mughlai cuisine in patna and ever since Karim’s has opened this franchise, its been the favourite go to destination for us.

Average food, worst service and most if the items were unavailable due to 'sawan'. Not even kheer!! You have to wait for long and then staffs used to come for service! It doesn't have the quality of food that real 'Karim' serves. It is just sad. Chicken Barra was good though.

We Punjabi's love butter chicken, and this place serves the same. No difference between the taste of old delhi and Patna...

I went to this place and I just wanna say it nowhere stands near the original karim located in jama masjid. I ordered chicken malai tikka and it was not good. I guess even the chicken was not fresh and it tasted horrible.

After having had great experiences at Karim's JAMA Masjid and Dilli Dastarkhan (Islamic Centre) New Delhi (Serviced by Karim's), I decided to take my relatives out for a trust with authentic Mughlai cuisine in Patna at the Karims in Fraser Road. The experience I would say was not up to the mark for the following reasons:-<br/>1. Reception. Despite having made an advance reservation for nine pax well in advance and the front desk(Mr Shoaib) having confirmed it there was no table reserved. We were ( which included septuagenarians) made to wait for 20 mins before we got a place.2/5<br/>2. Service. Think the restaurant has a staff to cater for utmost three to five tables. The waiters were in a Tiffy once all the tables were occupied and the ordeal of getting one to wait on us was a tough ask.2/5<br/>3. Food. Had ordered the following:<br/>(a) Chicken Shorba. Was to diluted to be ne called a Shorba by any standards with morsels of chicken sprouting of and on. However, once I complained they agreed to remove it from the bill.1/5<br/>(b) Mutton Burra. One of the signature dishes of Karims was once again very average and the size of the pieces were extremely small for the cost. 2/5<br/>(b) Chicken Burra and Chicken Tandoori Makhani. Couldn't differentiate between the two ,however , both were well prepared . 4/5<br/>(c) Chicken Akbati and Nargisi Kofta. Well made however the coating of Nargisi Kofta was not as well as it is done up in Delhi.<br/>3/5<br/>(d) Naan and Sheermal. No complaints. 4/5<br/>(e) Phirni / Kulfi. Were not available which left is surprised.<br/><br/>Overall experience was average. Their cook needs more training and the services need to improve. The wash rooms were pretty dirty and am not uploading the photos as I find it unsuitable for this platform. The manager was however informed about it and hope they improve.<br/>

I was quite excited when i heard Delhi's famous Karim's opened in Patna. But i was totally disappointed by the food. Even the ambience is very uncool and boring.

Very poor service and equally poor food, the options for vegetarians is quite less and the options taste bad. Most pathetic restaurant I have ever visited, the price matches with that of other popular restaurants but the food is even worse than the stinkiest street stall that might be there on this planet. Far ahead in qualities from Karim's franchise I had tested in other cities. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant when I get Biryani instead of my order of Tandoori Murgh(order was late night around 10 pm). When I complaint about the issue, they first denied to accept their mistake and finally agreed upon refund by next day. But they don't initiated the refund yet.<br/><br/>I am not writing this review in expectation of refund. I just wanted the other users to be aware while ordering food from this restaurant and match their orders for sure while receiving the food as it will really spoil your mood when you get what you didn't expect.

When I was working at Karnal, Haryana.. I use to travel more then 100KM to have dinner at Karims.<br/><br/>But at Patna food was pathetic... I ordered chicken jahangiri, murg akbari, keema naan and tandoori roti...<br/><br/>Chicken Jahangiri - Taste was Good... But it was very spicy... I Requested earlier to waiter that don't make it spicy but still they didn't care about my request.<br/><br/>Murg Akbari - Just in simple word gravy was tastless<br/><br/>Keema Naan - Didn't find keema in the naan. And it was very crispy... like papad<br/><br/>Chicken 2 Pyaza - As we didn't find any thing to eat in our previous ordered items so we ordered chicken 2 Pyaza... And again it become a big mistake... I had ordered Karim roll and non veg biryani and the food was totally disgusting. I never ever had a biryani like this and I had left all biryani and paid the amount and give the feedback to Karim management. Karim's is an old restaurant based in old Delhi. They are famous for their non vegetarian food. People go there to eat standing in a queue. The taste is something you will love, the tenderness of mutton, nihari is something you must try along with tandoori roti(which is really unique). Must try mutton burra. Happy that they serve in Patna.I love the place and the staff is really good.

The worst food I have tasted ...the chicken jahangiri and shahi chicken were bland and not tasted good so I don't recommend to visit if u want good food

Virgin Mojito ordered was served without straw. I don't think anything else is to say. When asked, reply was straw is exhausted and someone has gone to bring. Seriously, you go buy raw chicken and then serve to customer?? If you don't have straw just say this is not available. Simple.

The tandoori roti was like papad crumbly and from refined flour.<br/><br/>The sheekh kabaabs were chicken mixed with some sort of flour. Tasteless, cold and left a residue on the palate.<br/><br/>Shahi paneer was not shahi.<br/><br/>A disappointing experience.

Very bad food . If there was an option of giving negative, I would have done so. I ordered Gurda kaleji and to my dismay, what I was served was a piece or two in a cup of floating curry. A wastage of money and energy. Never again.

Worst experience I have ever had...ambience dull ..flies were dere ..can imagine the hygiene level ... inhospitable staffs ...I had ordered tandoori murg which was average ...jhangiri chicken was complete disaster...kadahai paneer had nothing except for tomatoes ..it completely ruined my palates ...paneer paratha was leathery needed a real maxillary exercise ...rumali roti was adding to the woe ...we somehow mustered courage to go for Sahi tukda...it was d final nail in the coffin...I won't ever dare to visit this place again...it would be better to go for street food

It was awesome experience to dine in with friends at karim’s patna . They really maintained there cuisines with heartfelt taste. Besides the ambiance looks comfortable. We had a great experience with some rarely found dishes at patna perhaps it was only available at Karim’s . The best part was the owner Mr Bobby himself gained the hospitality and made himself sure that every customer should get proper reception. Looking forward to dine in with our team. One of the most happenings eat outs in the entirety fraternity of Bihar. I always find the taste to be mesmerising on my every visits. We are proud to have such a restaurant in our city. The owner ( Mr. Bobby) is also very vivacious and a true philanthropist. 50 percent of the footfalls happen because of his good will. Best of Luck n keep the best taste coming....

Inorderly service. Bad distasteful experience<br/>Nobody attended to me. Delayed my food. <br/>They kept me waiting and served others first ...for close to 20 mins after my order. I never could taste their food.

Asked for rolls, they suggested to go for chicken tikka roll rather than seek kabab roll. The chicken tikka roll hardly had some chicken in it and the roll rumali roti was so much rolled into it that we had hard time chewing it. I expected this roll to have chicken tikka in it , but to my surprise it had some chicken chunks. Gave a feedback to the server but not much response. Rolls in other good places are much cheaper and better.

Karim's can be rightly described as a foodie's delight! If you're a Mughlai food lover, then this is an ideal place. We had Seekh Kebabs🍡, Shami Kebabs, Paneer Tikka🍢, Rumaali Rotis, Butter naan & Chicken Jahangiri🍗. For dessert we had Kheer Benazeer. The food was awesome, staff members were polite & courteous and ambience was perfect to enjoy a quiet, delicious meal. Had a lovely experience overall. It's a must visit place for all the non veg lovers to savour authentic mughlai cuisine. 😊

Pathetic food . I ordered chicken peshawri but was below my expectation . They served the food within 2 minutes of order as if it was ready to be delivered. It was tasteless. Duplicate kareems<br/>

I am a true lover of Mughal Cuisines. And who can disagree with the fact that karim’s is the best place to get a good plate. Pair a good plate of biryani with good raita and you will fill both your stomach and soul.

Never order chicken biryani. NEVER. <br/>Costly. Not worth the food. <br/>Interior was nice.<br/>Service, not so much.<br/>If they can work on their food and bring some experienced workforce, they’ll be alright. <br/>

This not an actual karim's outlet as it lacks the delicacy of original karim (jama masjid, old delhi). They dont have delhi based chefs and cooks...Its merely a franchise... at last very disappointed..

Food was far below standards (Original Karim's) and service was delayed too. Lack of coordination between service staffs. Meat was not fresh and quality of meat was also bad. Overall would never like to visit the again. !! One advice: Please don't let your Brand name get ruined.. !

Surprised to find a Karim's outlet in Patna. Having been to the franchise in Old Delhi and Nizamuddin many a time, it was a pleasant surprise to see one in the city. Extremely popular in Delhi for its succulent kebabs , biryani , curries tandoor items ( along with a host of others on the 'meat street' Daryaganj) , this outlet too has a good ambience. We ordered mutton keema (minced meat) and sheermal- saffron-flavored traditional flatbread( on this occasion, not being particularly famished in this humid hot weather!. The waiters were a little spaced out 3-4 of them serving us two! The quality of sheermal and keema was good, could do with less oil though! The kheer/fereni (rice pudding) post meal didnt look particularly inviting so we avoided that.<br/><br/>Will keep you posted about the other items on menu on further visits...<br/><br/>

Ambience is good, service is fast. But food is just average according to price. I ordered a chicken roll and it was so small in size, also biryani is costly and taste is just average. I wont recommend this place to any of my friends.

Went there with too much expectation of a good dinner...But alas, the food was very average to be enjoyed....<br/>The butter Naan that we ordered was sweet in taste, much like a sheermaal.... The mushroom dish and the Keema Kaleji were saviours for an otherwise forgettable evening...<br/>The dal makhani that we ordered was very very bland, lacking any taste and spices and had an overdose of butter to compensate for it. This made it the most terrible dish for the evening...<br/>Mutton Jahangiri Qorma was an average performer and chicken was just OK...<br/>The desserts ordered took around half N hour to be served and were too sweet to be enjoyed...<br/>The staff though was very courteous and polite...<br/>Would recommend giving this place a miss if you are looking for authentic mughlai food.

It must take special talent to cook and special dare to serve such a PATHETIC food...Worst experience ever..happened after long that a foodie like me didn’t finish his portion...if someone from Karim headquarters in delhi is reading this, patna branch will ruin your name forever...I can see this restaurant closing within an year if you people dont fire your chefs immediately.

good ambiance, but taste of food is not upto expectation. food is less spicy and sweetish in taste.. I tasted mutton jahagiri, chicken peshawar, butter Nan and chicken biryani.. any of these is not recommend.

No comparison with Karim, Matia Mahal Delhi in terms of preparation.<br/>Ambience can't fill the appetite.<br/>Total cheat in the name of Karim.In Delhi "Khade masale ka mutton" is the usb, but they are unable to serve that taste here.<br/>Bakwas.

The food here is very bland and tasteless. We tried many dishes but all of them were oily and bland. On top of that, the meat (Chicken liver) used was stale.

I went to karims expecting a delightful experience but the place didn't live up to my expectations We ordered chicken jehangiri and one other chicken dish with mutton korma, butter naam and roti. For drinks we ordered soft drinks and fresh lime soda. The service took too long and when the food arrived, the chutney was very runny and the ingredients sediments on the bottom instead of it being a paste like mix. The flavours of the three non-veg dishes were fine but the mutton was undercooked. I asked the staff to replace it to which he only replaced the one piece from my place instead of replacing the entire dish and mind you, but this time ours drinks had also not arrived. Then after complaining again we revived and drink and the mutton was replaced again. Again this time the dish was undercooked. All in all, I wouldn't want to put in my money for such an experience.

Polite servers.<br/>Food: Awesome as expected from the huge legacy of Karim's<br/>I would personally recommend Seekh Kebab, Sheermal, Rolls, Shahi Tukda.<br/>P.S.-Don't order Icecream /Kulfi. They overcharge for it and also it's not made by them but pre packed.<br/>Overall must visit place for a non veg lover.

Better avoid patna's karim because their gravy or kebabs and even biryani all are below average in taste and very very costly if we compare with decent local players. Even their serving staff don't knw the abcd of hotel industry. Hugely disappointed. Although interior is good.

Finally we have Karim's from Delhi opened recently in Patna. I got a chance to visit here after a hectic day for a late lunch. Ordered chicken burra with roomali roti. It did take time to serve the order but was worth it. Both quantity and quality was good. However the service needs some improvement for sure.

We were craving for the Shahi Tukda which was not being served at the Biryani Mall. As soon as we stepped out, we saw Karim’s across the road and walked over only to have desserts. <br/><br/>While the Shahi Tukda didn’t make any impression on me, the place surely did. I am looking forward to visit it again to have a proper lunch / dinner meal. The Kulfi was good but not extraordinary. <br/><br/>Anyone who has been to Delhi knows that Karim’s in Old Delhi, and its other branches opened elsewhere in the city, is synonymous with serving the best quality Mughlai dishes ranging from biryanis to mutton to chicken and also vegetarian options. My next review would do better justice to the place. When i heard about karims delhi opening a branch in patna,i was all excited...but never knew,will be disappointed so badly on visiting them.<br/>Service is perhaps the worst I have ever encountered in any restaurant in patna.<br/>Ambience average.<br/><br/>So all happy and hungry I entered and waiter guided me to a table.Table was all moving and when i switched table and then askd waiter whats the issue with that table,then he told that its broken.Hardly a week since its opening and already table is broken and still waiter guide u to that broken table without informing.<br/><br/>This doesnt ends here..Ordered reshmi kabab,chicken jahangiri,rumali roti and tandoori roti.<br/>After a while reshmi kabab came,without any chutney or onion.5 mins later onion came.And then i askd no sauce/chutney with kabab.To which i got an answr that chutney is on the way.<br/>Another 10 mins i waited,and saw my main course coming,i askd about chutney as i was still waiting for it to come so that i can have kabab.<br/>To which again the same answr its on the way.I askd then why are you serving main course so soon.and where is tandoori roti which i ordered.<br/>Luckily as i was sitting just next to billing counter,i heard waiter telling the man,that chutney cant be prepared due to insufficient ingridients in kitchen and moreover tandoori roti cant also be served as there is no flour for the same.<br/><br/>The issue is not that they dnt had chutney or roti.<br/>Issue is they keep customer in dark,They dnt bother to tell whats available and whats not and then make u wait and wait with false hopes.<br/><br/>Left no choice,i had to leave.And that also dint bother them a bit.<br/><br/>And it continue to disappoint...2nd visit...ordered chckn burra kabab..believe me it ws not wrth the cost...nothing special about it.<br/>And jahangiri chicken...what was it? If you are a chicken lover, this is your place to be in Patna. Delicious chicken, good service and decent ambience.<br/>However I would like to add that the bread section wasn't that good. Butter nans, rather than being crisp and hard, they were soft. On top of that they were sweet in taste, which I believe most of us wouldn't like. <br/>But if we keep the Nans aside, this place is a must go for chicken lovers.<br/>
