Review Kfc - Pondicherry

Over all experience was good. Too much traffic to this area. I am sure car parking is impossible. We managed to keep our bike. Washroom is really mess. It was not hygienic. Please do the needful.

The outlet here in Pondicherry in mg road is soo good. It was my first experience to order by self in a display monitor, it is so responsive and convenient..... Love the way seating arrangements are made and decorated.... One thing that they can do is to provide some table or other mean of furniture to sit in ground floor while waiting for collecting our order ...... Good time spent....

Parking is very difficult and getting to this KFC in Four wheeler on weekends is impossible as both entrances are surrounded by Sunday market shops....better to order online on weekends.... dining is upstairs and again not suitable for people who find it difficult to climb stairs...... otherwise the dining place is clean and the ambiance is good ......staff are helpful.....

This restaurant could be better managed. Waiting time is too long and the service is okay. I have been to this eatery many time at around 9 - 9.30 pm and most of the times most of the items on the menu list were not available. They can improve the cleanliness and the staffs are friendly and responsible. Overall rating is okay.

We first time visited KFC in Pondicherry… we had a 1.5 km walk to reach from beach to just fulfill our chicken craving and forever love for KFC… and really it was worth to eat there as we were enjoying our holidays 1600 km away from our native place in Pondicherry but still KFC satisfied our cravings… the best chicken ever…

The food and service in this franchise is just as like any other KFC but the ambience of this place was nice with beautiful interiors.

Visited this spot for dinner and we have been made to order in the self accessible machine which is set over there for card users which was a good option to reduce the que time. We have ordered: 1. Zinger meal box combo x 1 2. Zinger classic burger x 2 3. Veg classic burger x 1 4. Chicken popcorn and fries combo x 1 5. Mojito x 2. Overall the dining experience was good and neat. Also the new method of ordering was impressive. But the thing is I am disappointed with the chicken wings provided in meal box which is too small, As in initial times they were bigger pieces but nowadays they were very small. Other than that everything is okie

Sometimes the chicken is not fresh in wings and French fries is tasteless and service is not satisfying they even don't give bill in the counter nowdays

this kfc is not as good as the another kfc which is in Providence mall. chicken was not crispy . not worth the money. i din have a nice experience here.

Kfc!!Is my all time favourite 🤩 They serve the best fried chicken 🍗 always the same taste whenever u bite it !! My favourite are chicken popcorn 🍿 zinger burger and finally a new addition double down which is a no bun concept with chicken instead of bun which makes your tummy full !! Do try it ! Very worst Experience from this restaurant as they wrongly sent 3 strips and 4 hot wings instead of 3 strips and chicken popcorn large...after I called their customer care they provide chicken popcorn large by using their own delivery boy....

KFC cannot go wrong, and this one didn't, too. Many will say, "But what is the point in going all the way to Pondicherry and ordering in from KFC?" Well, my answer to that is, "It's KFC and it's yum!" We ordered their chicken popcorn and were not disappointed.

So this is the first KFC in Pondicherry.. always crowded, placed at the right location.. tastes like any other KFC outlet . Must needed for the lovely population. Opened quite late after all the other food chain outlets, yet spacious and good.

Found this place while driving towards Pondicherry, just like any other KFC outlet serving the same menu. Food was ok, the outlet is spacious.

The place is quite nice, and has a quite a large dining area. Kfc already known for its fried chicken stuffs, we headed there, we ordered a longer box, a veg burger and a chicken rice bowl.<br/>The quality of the food is quite good in this outlet, and though it was much crowded at that time, the food was deliverved to us quickly. All-over, had a nice experience.

We got the food home delivered.As always the best..my love for KFC chicken is undying. We ordered the zinger box and the fried chicken tub..loved it like any other time.the oil and the fried part is worrying..but sometimes the binging can't be stopped!

The worst kfc i have ever seen.. Unclean and always no air condition in working condition and half of the floor will be restricted untidy dirty restrooms poor taste and poor quality but they will charge all the amount including tax

One of the worst KFC'S you will come across in your life. Such a bad location and badly managed place. Food isn't fresh either. They do injustice to the brand. Just a big name - nothing else to it.

The service is very slow.They mix veg and non veg food and yes this happened with me.Seating place is sufficient and is very near to the main road so won't find any difficulty in finding.Food same as a regular KFC.

Was there for takeaway. Veg strips were good. Smoky Chicken not as good as crispy chicken. Chicken strips were ok, but rice was quite sad. May be this place is best for burgers

This has always been my best destination to land whenever I am hanging out. A usual KFC outlet, I just love every single thing about it. However I have been to other outlets of KFC I never get disappointed by their service and taste of the food.

The service was extremely satisfying. We enjoyed eating both veg and non veg. There is immense place to have your meal. The rates are quite reasonable and feasible. The outlet is situated in the middle of the town and so you can even map to the place very easily.

DISAPPOINTMENTWe had a stop over after our brunch to get some chicken in the late afternoon. I really doubt they serve chicken.<br/>The pieces are so small, guess they use polio attacked chickens. When complained about it, they were arguing thats their usual portion of serving. To add on, taste was horrible and chicken was rubbery. I havent tasted a spongy chicken pop corn (They misunderstood the word pop corn).

Crowded most of the time & you have bill in one counter & wait for food in another counter, have to wait a long to get food the mango burst was not that great when compared to other outlet, chicken crust also differs

A usual kfc, promoting the existing reputation. Located in the center of the town perhaps no parking space. Known for Wednesday offers and multiple combo's.

We went here for our breakfast at exactly 11 am. We got ourselves seated on the first floor. <br/><br/>Waiting for the staff to switch on the AC was itself a task. In the scorching heat they set their ACs at 35° C or something, ( it was 43°C outside) and we had to ask them to reduce it to 25°C a hundred times and in the end the AC gave up. So, we went down stairs again, sat near the cooler that's near the door and ordered our KFC usuals.<br/><br/>Took them close to 45 minutes to give the burgers​ in each meal. The fries, potato hash and mojito took even longer, once we were done with the meal and when we reminded them that they had not given it, we got it. We came out of the outlet at 2 something, so you can imagine the service time. Sloths are faster, probably.

This KFC outlet is located at MG road.We ordered one smoky grilled chicken rice bowl,hot wings and mingle bucket.Taste was good as usual like in any other outlet.Ambience and service was good.

The cost of foods is comparatively higher than other KFCs. Food quality sucks to the core and you will regret for choosing an international brand like this.

Kfc is known for it's faster service but this Puducherry branch is the worst, they made me to wait more than 25 min just for hotwings and crushers.the taste also sucks here

The food in KFC is always good, whichever branch you go to, but the service was pretty bad. If there are only very few people in the restaurant, they switch off the A.C, the staff are chatting on one side, service is very bad during such times

If you had a nightmare about KFC then probably this is the place.We have been there thrice over the last three months.Every time there has been such poor service.There are six to seven people waiting to collect their food order but only one person to attend to you.You have to wait 20 minutes for an order of Pepsi and strips. Twice we had to open our pack to find burgers without any heat whatsoever.and go down again to exchange it after argument....Twice....<br/><br/>And the drink was so diluted once.If you mention this they end up arguing with you about the drink being right.<br/><br/>You will be standing there seeing people around you arguing about so much delay.<br/><br/>I am from Chennai and I've been to a lot of KFCs.<br/><br/>Generally we don't like to argue over some fast food but these people pissed me off every time I went there..avoid this KFC.there is another one near JIPMER if at all youre insistent on eating at a KFC.

One of those big spacious outlets of kfc. Damn kool and helping staff and some nice seat placing and deco all around. Perfect for couples, family friends and colleagues.

One of the worst KFC outlet i have visited in service point of view they are really worst AC was switched off,when we asked for plates they simply said not plates which is really funny  answer i ever heard in any of the restaurant.Not even worth for single visit

It is a typical KFC restaurant with a sub optimal customer service. The chicken pieces were all so salty. And the ACs were switched off when I went there for lunch..The seating chairs were all moved and wasn't a welcome sight to eat.

I've been here yesterday evening with mum...The chicken wings and krushers were as expected but the service was so slow and Bad...agents were so confused and was messing with the bills and orders... I've waited for 40mints to get my order though there was just couple of ppl around waiting along vth me...so I prefer Hyderabad KFC much much organized and better service

Every Kfc is Not the Same, when I Went Inside There Was A foul Smell then i Asked the manger about the Smell, he Said "ah Its The Drainage" They Should do something about the Smell. Even he chicken Was Not Good And Fresh Even After an Exchange. DISAPPOINTED •

Every kfc is same .if you are in town nd don't want to risk yourself for trying new food then this place is good..as puducherry is tax free but there is no variations of price.

Reliable food chain - ordered chicken wings, hot & crispy chicken, popcorn, boneless strips. No problem with service or taste. Got coupons worth Rs 2500 which were useful for next 6 months.

One of the worst kfc ..... Comparing to chennai the only benefit is were they have less tax but quality of food is worst..... Burger are so soggy and not at all good ...

Absolutely no difference in the outlet. The moment you enter the outlet you would realise this is just the same as any other outlet. Service is really bad. Food is not good either. One of the worst KFC in terms of quality of food is considered. Not even worth a single visit.

KFC is same everywhere in terms of costing and menu. While I'm a veggie I love their veg bowl rice. They have enough place to for you to dine and you also quickly get the ordered food with average timing of five minutes

Everythin looked awesome until i went for a day wen KFC opned in Pondy..Am sorry to say it was a huge crowd but wat i saw was really shockin wen i started to hav ma chicken bucket..It was blood inside chicken  and it wasn cleaned well at al.. Located on one of the street corner of the busy MG road, this outlet is an easy access for all the hotels and lodges in and around the rock beach.<br/><br/>Ambiance(4/5): It's an individual duplex outlet of KFC. Quite big. Nicely lit. And very clean. The seating is good too.<br/><br/>Service(4/5): I have had food from here thrice. The service is quick and hassle-free. You don't need to wait for long. I have been here once at the very last hour (almost their closing time) and even then they did allow me to place my order, though most of the dishes were over. 'twas very courteous of them.<br/><br/>Food and VFM(4/5): It's the same everywhere. No complaints. :D

As a frequent customer of this joint, I can safely say that I began to like this particular KFC more than any other KFC I have been to. Great service, nice food and decent ambience.
