I had a veg cheeseburger from the gourmet segment. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! The veg cheeseburger was packed with flavor, and the nuggets were crispy and delicious. It's great to see such tasty vegetarian options on the menu. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended for fellow vegetarians and anyone looking for a tasty meal!

I have tried their maharaja burger meal and big Mac burger meal many times.These two were really good but i felt maharaja burger a bit too spicy.I have also tried their 2 chicken wings available for Rs 79 and one chicken leg for Rs 79 which were also good in taste.But i noticed that most of the chicken pieces were having too much blood in them.It would be great if you look into this matter and take care of it.Their pepsi and coca cola are good.I love their berry cooler most which is a really really good thing here.Thier chicken nuggets is also amazing.Staff here is very co-operative.The shop also has self-service counters available which were open recently.

Ordered celebrations combo… it had chicken strips, nuggets and chicken legs and wings… Along with 2 coke… Chicken strips and nuggets were good … less spice and kids liked it…. Chicken legs and wings were too spicy and the masala was little bit raw inside….. Suggestion… beverages packaging must improve…. It was spilled all over…

Initially I had given a bad review for an order I received on Zomato from McDonald's. It was a fault on the side of Zomato, and not McD's. But still, McD's way of resolving the issue was superb! Just when I thought I'll never order from Zomato or from McDonald's again (missing items in the order and no due response or compensation from Zomato) McD's support team and the Pondicherry branch Manager himself reached out and helped me get due compensation! Yet again, McDonald's returned to being my favourite. Thanks to the team! ❤️

This restaurant's Dine-in area is having very limited seats. We had Burgers and Strawberry shake this time, Once in a while we can have Junks:-) Tongue 👅 wants to taste nothing we can do ... haha

Maharaja mac is freaking huge...with two chicken patties and other condiments..the burger bread was so soft and delicate..worth every penny!! 🍔🍟😋🤤 One recommendation is that fountain drinks must have free refills. ait is already twice the price on pet bottle why not just give 1 or 2 refills for customers especially for regular customers like me

Chicken piece are little bit red i don't know what is this? But taste are so good, please reduce the ice cubes in Pepsi when you drink late it's feel like water mixed cola flavour

Appreciable. McDonald's name is enough. Delicious cuisine. Nice latte. Humble staffs. Comfortable seating. Hygienic place. Costly a little bit. Usually a little bit lethargic services here.

Very good place for eating all the burger and chicken taste is very awesome

I would leave more stars for service if I could! The manager at this location replaced some items for free that were missing from a Zomato order from a different location about a week ago. All we had to do was call the customer service number, and between them and this location's management, the issue was sorted quickly. In addition the food is fresh here and the location is clean and well-lit, with comfortable seating. Recommend this location, excellent service 👏

This place is well and neat maintained and people who work here are very polite. Taste is very good and i go for dinner frequently here but to price is too costly…

I'm outraged at this injustice that is met out to us in Delhi where we have so, so many McDonald's but we don't have so many of the burgers and other items that are offered in the southern McDs.<br/>I got to try one such burger - American Cheese Supreme Chicken Burger - and my oh my! This was so yummy! I would like to appeal to the McD people in Delhi and ask them to incorporate the southern menu here too!

Pretty good. Food is nice. Seating is a little limited but you can sit in the nearby food court dining area if this is full.<br/>Seems to be a bit expensive however.

Mcdonalds is generally my favorite fast food joint however this was a let down. <br/>The delivery guys dropped a drink as they were handing it to me, which honestly was a mistake that could happen to anyone and I didn’t really mind. However, in the time it took for them to replace it, my McFlurry melted and I pretty much had to drink it. <br/>Not just that, the drink (I didn’t have an option, it was Pepsi) tasted really weird, so I didn’t drink it. <br/>The burger itself was pretty okay though.

When yu are in a hurry, turn around for McD. They’ll always serve the best and serve yu to the quickest. Always tryout the types of burgers from them and the Mc Float. McD omits the use of plastics. Congratulate 👏

Mc Donald in Providence mall is the best outlet. Spicy American wheat cheese chicken burger is extraordinarily superb. Well done for the quality and taste even at its offer price. Keep going.

Its same as any other McD outlet. The ambience is really cool. As its in the mall more often you find a big queue over here😅. May be the last restaurant to close in the mall and you can get some food here even if you are late sometimes😁

Like any other McD outlet. Staff suggestive. Located in providence mall. Well lit and we'll kept. They keep coming up with some of the other offers. Definitely a chill place.

Though menu is similar to all outlets, wraps and other small bites wasn’t appetising the way it should be. But the big mac is always a treat. McD ice tea and softies will be the best.

this mcD is not so good when u compare to other ones in metro cities and also when u order a happy meal dont u get fries with it 🤔 i rembr getting it in other mcD but am i wrong??? correct me or did they change the rules i dnt know i was always after happy meal but here its a no no but overall its okay cuz its still the mc donalds which everyones loves and menu is still intact
