Review Catamaran Brewing Company - Pondicherry

They have brewed beers here with around six different flavours. I tasted all of them and I liked the Apple Cider, Indian Summer Whit. They didn't give any complimentary snacks with the beer. Ask them if they have any. Food: Is good. Ambience: is excellent. You will get a great atmosphere here.

Loved the ambiance here, gives the brewery vibes for sure. Menu is very interesting and the Pizza was amazing! Ordered the Beer tasters and most of them were pretty good, especially the Apple Cider. Overall it was great and the pricing is very decent.

Awesome food. Both starters and main course was excellent. The Thai red curry with prawns was very good. The beef roast parotta is a star dish. The calamari fritters was a great starter, we wanted to order more of it. It was good dining experience.

A wow place in the most happening city. Freshly brewed 6 varieties of Beer is served with sample of each with 100 ml that helps deciding which one to hang out and chill out with. The taster tray is also charged with ₹349, but worth tasting for the group to pick right one. Food and dishes are little priced high but worth with ambience, DJ and music around.. A must try in Pondicherry

Only brewery in Puducherry town . Food is excellent. They have a sample beer tray ,of which few were good for my palette ,the one which tasted similar to appyfizz ( apple cedar I guess) didn't go well with me . Kashayam (cocktail) was good especially if you have some cold-like symptoms ;) we were on a stormy day in pondy . The ambience is nice . Evenings r crowded and the ambience is excellent . Try to prebook your table if you are barging in on weekend evenings . Price of 🥃 drinks are bit high ; i thought Pondy being an UT will be lighter on wallet

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! It was a wonderful experience had a great time! The ambience was superb 😍 dark and mild! Great for evening parties... The food was really mind blowing. Everything was perfect. We had naadan kozhi briyani ( MUST TRY ), karuvepillai milagu chicken, beer testing tray, calamari fritters, whiskey sour with rosemary and passion fruit 🍹 and some shots! Everything was great!

A must visit brewery bar if you’re visiting Pondicherry. Their craft beer was good. Food was tasty, and the ambience was good too.

I went here with the architects that built the place. I walked in and went "woah" for a minute. I did not expect Pondy to have upped its game to have a decent brewery like a metro city. Their graphics design team is highly talented and has a keen sense of humour. Loved their presentations, logo and more! I am a vegetarian and a tea totaller and I absolutely loved the place and the food. The starters, mocktails and main courses were fantastic! I even think that during the day it's a great place to work from. Will definitely go back for more!

It's very good place to hangout with family and friends, the service is good and food tastes better but I feel it's little expensive when compared to other places but other than that everything is good

Went in for the World Cup Final. Selva was an amazing captain who take of our table. Do have a talk with him in your visit. Enjoyed the Indian Summer one. Missed their purple one.

Ohh this is a lovely place, and also a must visit one in Pondi. The ambience, food and drinks were so good.

The beer brewed here is so fresh and taste oh so good and the food is just mouth watering, they have a widespread menu. We had gone on a Tuesday and still it was packed. Great service by the staff. Highly recommended. Try their freshly brewed beer.

Outstanding brewery in Pondicherry! Nice ambience, attentive staff, nice selection of craft beers, not too many but a nice selection and really really nice food, everything we have ordered was delicious. Special shout out to Selva who kept our 3 years old entertained whilst we were enjoying our beer tasting and to VJ who was our waiter. We came here for lunch and would highly recommend midweek lunch time for families, nice, quiet and attentive staff. Food to accommodate the little palate too. Overall 10/10 experience for us 🔝

Catamaran Brewing Company serves around six of their Craft Beers ranging from pale ale to bitter. We tried their three of them and found them tasty. We also ordered their Dumplings and Grilled Chicken which were delicious and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, décor and environment. The staff are courteous and helpful.

By far the best restaurant/brewery I have been in Pondicherry. It has awesome food, a great brew and amazing cocktails. Besides the taste the presentation of food and cocktails is amazing. They have live music playing in the afternoon time as well, the music is both soothing and pumping the spirit. Pros: 1. Food and drinks are well curated. Must try Nethil Fry 2.0 2. Live music and band — just the three of them but it was like a whole band 3. Comfortable seating 4. Friendly staff Cons: 1. Parking — always an issue in Pondy 2. Though the seating is amazing, there are couple of them which are at half floor height. If you have toddlers you must pay at most attention so that they don’t fall off and get injured — though not a negative for the pub it’s a caution for young parents
