We stayed there for 3 days. Owner is a nice person and you can ask for a discount for longer stays. Rooms are quite small and congested. Bathrooms are very small too. Rooms have a working Tata Sky connection and A/C. If you are getting an A/C room for around 1200 or lesser, its a fair price. Advanta

Tasty food, quick service. However the Ambience is not that great. It's Non AC...the name of the restaurant is misleading and many think it's near the beach. But it's not so.
Cost is on the higher side but the quantity served is good.
Light house residency has a restaurant and bar, the two divided by a glass partition. The front facing section is the restaurant and the inner section is the bar area. The go to place for lunch and dinner when you are in Port Blair. Located at a convenient location, its the busiest restaurant in the capital. Plenty of tables. Alcohol is served. Food is good. And you get rickshaws easily available to take you back to your hotel/s.
