Review Alto Vino - Pune

The classic & premium Italian dining experience from JW Marriott Hotel! The food is awesome & every bite is to savour! Amazingly amazing place to dine in with your family, friends & special ones ❤️✨ The kitchen is run by the Italian head chef 👨🏻‍🍳 Can’t get over with this place as I still have the taste in my mind n mouth both 🤌🏻 & guess what, who knows if our luck gets us to meet a celebrity here 😉

We went there for dinner and ordered spinach ravioli, funghi pizza and Elevate cocktail. Ambience here is great. Lightening and arrangements are neat. Staff is courteous and polite. Food was good.Liked both the items ordered. However, the cocktail was far away from description. Gordon’s gin base was there but no tamarind chunks or leaves as mentioned. Rest everything was good. They even give complimentary focaccia as appetiser.

All stars for the food ,taste, service and presentations...No doubt about it. Alto Vino is one of my favourite places to hangout. Loved the ambience in Alto Vino, and the food was well made and presented. The highlight of Alto Vino is Dolci It was really delicious and people needed to try it. The music is so romantic and peaceful. Overall a superb experience.

Authentic Italian Food. Well worth the visit.

It is not easy to find good Italian fine dine restaurant in Pune but Alto Vino is an exception. Food is really good here and hospitality by the staff, especially Riya, was top notch. She suggested us good option by the chef and we were really delighted with the finding. Situated inside JW Mariott, it is at very convenient place and food, ambience, hospitality is top notch. Not being pushy, they do suggest good cuisines, so do ask for some, you will love it.

The pumpkin ravioli was wonderful. Had truffle pizza which was also very nice. The service was prompt and was also gifted with complementary chocolates at the end of the meal.

Best option when you want to eat Italian food. Amazing taste and ambiance. Tried pumpkin ravioli, lobster and Margherita pizza it was delicious.

Alto Vino is a place to get authentic Italian cuisine if you are interested. This is a kitchen in JW Marriott and the ambience and service is just amazing.

With the rains and the horrible service of Uber & Ola in India, we decided to dine at one of the restaurants in JW Marriott Pune. Decided to try dinner and Alto Vino and breakfast at Spice Kitchen. Loved the ambience in Alto Vino, and the food was well made and presented. The lemon chicken was done right and tasted delicious. Price wise felt it was more of ₹₹₹ than ₹₹₹₹.

Dined at this fine restaurant for our wedding anniversary. About the dishes we tried Ravioli de Sagale was simply wonderful. Lasagna di verdure was lovely and filling. Gardendia pizza was average. We were served by Riya. She is very good at her job, her service was just awesome. Overall a very good experience. Would definitely visit again

Alto Vino is a fine dining restaurant in JW Marriott specializing in Italian. The overall menu was delectable; the minestrone soup was neatly done, the cheese garlic bread was well baked and cheese texture was nicely maintained; the pesto penne was neatly catered to our requirements of no cream and they made it superbly. The tiramisu is the highlight here, the layers are neatly done, the sponge and the cream portion were appropriate in proportions and sweetness was balanced as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommend for a great & authentic Italian experience in Pune

If you want some really authentic Italian food in Pune this is the only place to be. The ambience is great and so is the food. Please beware, this is not Indianized Italian, so it might not hit your taste buds like you think of you are used to inauthentic Italian food. Wine selection is great. 1 star less because of slow service, it could be improved with more staff.

Hello🌎 People,today's review is on alto vino✍️ If joy be the food of life,then i.e 👇 Burratta-Made with cow milk.This fresh mozarella balls had a soft outer layer with a creamy center. When,one slices into it,the gooey cream just oozes out. The blend is surreal with heirloom tomatoes,basil,olive oil,a little balsamic goes a long way. Pizza 4 cheese with asparagus & sundried tomatoes Mains👇This had chef christain's touch:Made with just a brush of olive oil to the almond base and amazzing combinations of 4 cheese 1)Parmeasan:Salty and nutty 2)Brie:Truly soft and creamy 3)Feta:This adds a salty yet rich flavour that brings zing to the dish. 4)Fresh mozarella:Soft outer layer and creamy center with these combinations how can a pizza get wrong noh! Beetroot gnocchi:This little red clouds,which are soft as feathers get nestled warmly inside the pesto sauce. So festive! 3)Fontina cheese gnocchi:Complete treat to the senses! Rich and so creamy,nutty yet buttery with just a hint of nutmeg and black pepper. Btw!The cows responsible for fontina cheese,come from valie d'osta. 4)Butternut squash ravioli:These were delicate,light,melt in the mouth! This was like a festive fall perfection on a plate! Dolce niente:Relax 5)Beetroot flavoured spaghetti arabiatta:This was made with chefs who labour intensive love made inhouse fresh beetroot paste,soft yet not one bit mushy!Cooked to perfection with blend of olive oil,tomatoes,garlic,red chilli,mixed herbs.Medium-spicy.Done! Super healthy!! 6)Saffron tagliatelle AOP:Spend a cold winter afternoon at the fine dine and dig deep into this freshly made inhouse pasta with a hint of gold saffron threads. This flecked tagliatelle,is served in a simple spiced butter sauce. 7)Eggless Tiramisu:Means pick me up and how! So egge free So alcohol free The spongs,it is always all about the sponge.Baked a day before contains the perfect texture. With a good dollop of mascarpone cheese,so soft and creamy,like a cloud. The ambiance is very elegant and the service is outstanding. Great wine selection. Great menu options. Wonderful & quiet place perfect for couples. The desert was excellent. The pastry had thin layers of cream, fruit and chocolate. It was sweetened to the right amount. Nice food and good hospitality. Enjoyed the tasty n crispy pizza. Must visit and try it.
