Review Yana Sizzlers & Wok - Pune

Great place for sizzlers. Wide range of options. At time one would be confused as to what to choose. I tried grilled Malaysian chicken with noodles. This is on a spicier side and very tasty. The fries are delicious and crispy. While the food is good, the service is BAD. Looks like the staff are stiff and have completely forgotten to smile and to be friendly. Terrible!!

Sizzler did not taste good - tasted burnt and super greasy. We complimented the chef on his culinary skill for the pasta (better than many well known restaurants in India. Very authentic Italian pasta penne, tasted exactly as we tasted at Olive Garden and Massachusetts). However, the sizzler was awful. We plan to go many times more to this fabulous place, for other awesome food items - but not for the sizzlers. Another great thing while we were waiting for food was the ability to engage in fun stuff - crossword etc.

Yana Sizzlers & Wok is famous for their variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers. I visited here last saturday with a friend for dinner. It was less crowded than the FC road branch which I liked. While waiting for our orders we played puzzles and crosswords and it was fun. We ordered Chicken Spring Rolls for starters. The spring rolls were huge. They were served with schezwan chutney and were yummy. In mains we had Malaysian Grilled Chicken Sizzler. The sizzler had big pieces of grilled chicken, herbed rice, sauteed carrots, cauliflower, onion, spinach, corn, peas, potato fries prepared in peri peri sauce. The quantity was enough for two of us. Chicken was cooked properly and sizzler was spicy and delicious. Overall it's one of the best place to visit in Pune to try sizzlers.

Amazing Sizzlers. I loved it. Have cravings for sizzlers, this is the place. Revisited. One of the best places near Kalyani Nagar for exotic food. Sizzlers and desserts are the best served here. If you visit the place at noon, you will find the place is almost empty. Only few customers are present. There is puzzle given for every individual to solve on the table, when your food is getting prepared.

The place is a synonym of sizzlers... If sizzlers come to your mind Yana is the answer to your taste buds... I wide range of sizzlers for both veg and non-veg, The Yana Special is my all time favorite.. they also give you puzzles to solve to pass your time, while your food is being prepared.. mostly quite on weekdays and crowded on weekends... Is one of my favourite outdoor eating places..!!

Its good place n has a good ambience. Especislly the combo meals that they have everydays. Tried the fried ice cream. It's really good. N sizzlers r also awesome. Worth it . Also mocktails are good !

My love for sizzlers took me to Yana’s last week. Tried their paneer sashlik sizzler, and it was very tasty. The service at this place is nice too. I have had their Malaysians chicken sizzler and Chinese sizzler and wok in the past and they all tasted good. This place has never disappointed me. If you love sizzlers, Yana is a place to try for sure.

Had ordered chicken shashlik and chicken satellite sizzler.Both were yummy..Portion size was really good, only presentation was bit messy.Service was also good considering that it was pretty crowded. Would definitely recommend it for those who love sizzlers.

A must visit place with family/ friends. It has some really tempting sizzlers to offer. Chicken sizzler was drool worthy. <br/>We were unable to wait even to click pictures and actually gormandized all our food within few minutes.

Yes ,I have heard a lot about Yaha Sizzlers hence I went there for dinner but the dish which they served is less than okay . It was Sizzlers but inside content was cold and I felt like it is not served fresh . So I felt like not at all value for money .

This place is small yet cozy.. and the food is much comforting! This is one of the places with just the best sizzlers.. They have a good range of options to try from.. <br/>The service is good; Good people. The location is inside a mall but the parking facility is easy to get to. In all, a great place if you want to have Sizzlers! :)

So i am a sizzler fan i can say sizzler are any time better when u dont wanna have something different from dal roti it it a combo of 3-4 things which is sufficient for 2 people so i love it

A consistently great place for sizzlers. Large portion of sizzlers and good quality. Cheese corn balls are a must have too. Lemonade is steep but overall it's a great experience for sizzlers.

Went out with my two Gluttony friend to try the (sizzler) for the first time in this restaurant...we had order for the chicken sausage and one sea food (sizziler) ...and both are really great normal spice and yummy. Food portion👍🏻very valuable for the price...it is a must try.<br/>And also we had try for the special mocktail i.e *Made In India (MID)*...just love it.<br/>*Managers and the staff are very friendly and professional ...we're impressed ..keep it up Guys* ...see you guys again!😊

We went there as group of 4. We loved the sizzlers ,we ordered mexican sherrif and bbq paneer. The sizzlers were sufficient and of great taste. Onlg thing we didnt like is the staff were little reluctant in accepting us as guest. It felt. Like that. Quantity and food quality is great.. No doubt in that. Only thing is the staff were dependent on their managers mainly. Overall good food..

If possible i would have given only half a star that to only for good ambience. I experienced the worst sweet corn soup and the worst nachos as for starters and the quantity as compared to price is very less. I didnt enjoy my food at all and had to leave Nachos as it tasted very bad.

We had a sizzling dinner here a few times with family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful. I seriously like the taste of the food here, they serve you the best combo offers and festive offers too. The most delicious sizzler In Pune. Must try . Kudos 🤗

Visited this place recently as heard of about the specialty in sizzlers ...went for it and was happy to taste the quality as heard. The seatings and ambiance is good, should work on service a little. Heavy on pockets but worth for sizzlers. Will visit soon.

Over priced place, sizzler is decent , nothing great to specify. But does not justify the price that is asked. Same with Mocktails and Desserts.

This place does justice to it's name... Amazing place to have Sizzler's with some great variety of starters. Cheese corn ball was mouth-watering. Garlic cheese bread was just fine. Yana's special sizzler in veg could be one of the great option whereas Malaysian chicken sizzler was just mind blowing...the chicken served was grilled in hot garlic sauce. Also highly recommended for large groups...u can while your time by playing pencil games until your order is served. Inshort Must visit place if you're hunting for sizzlers. Jamaican chicken sizzler made in Jamaican sauce... extremely spicy to be eated.

A good place to have sizzlers.  They have wide variety of options and customisations to choose from.  They have very good options for starters as well.  The table mats have nice and funny riddles to solve and these folks give you time to fill that as the services is relatively slow.  The ambience is pretty average but the food makes this totally worth a visit.

Good place and pleasant ambience. Order anything and you will always be satisfied. Had ordered chicken 65, virgin pinacolada, paneer chilly, veg grilled sizzlers. All were tasty and good quantitywise too.

I have heard a lot about this restaurant cum sizzler palace. That’s when I decided to visit this outlet of yana’s. To begin with food is obviously expensive, though the taste is fine . Chicken sizzlers are good to taste and is filling for one. however the soup was a little bland. Anyway all in all it’s a 4.1 out of 5.

I went for dinner with my husband and my cousins. When we reached there, we asked for washroom and they said that the Yana has a common washroom with the mall. The worst part is that there is no soap to wash your hand, if you need soap then you need to ask it from the Yana's manager and then you can again go back to the mall's washroom to clean your hands.

Apart from food being ok, the worst part is that you need to ask for soap at the billing counter and go to mall washroom to wash your hands. Its really inconvenient for such kind of place.

Tried seafood sizzlers and veg sizzler along with ice tea with family. The staff was courteous and quantity of veg sizzler was good. Seafood sizzler was not sufficient for 2 people but the taste was really good. Tried their fried ice cream also but it was average.

This is one of the famous and oldest sizzlers places in Pune. It just had one decorated wall and a few good lamps. I would say that the ambiance was dark. The way Yana was written was spooky. Staff was rude, and was not good at recommending dishes at all. Service was quick and preparation time was less. They had very strict policy regarding nearby vouchers or using any other offer.<br/>For the Starters, I liked Veg szechuan nuggets, while corn cheese balls were were very bland. Similarly Mushroom Manchurian sizzler was too good and all the good rating is for that. But Veg mixed grill was a bit too much of green vegetables and bland.

This place is overrated and overpriced..Staff is really rude and is not bothered to take orders..food was average...did not meet my expectations for a sizzlers place..I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

Being a Resident of Kalyani Nagar, Sizzlers for us means either Yana Sizzlers in Mariplex or Bounty Sizzlers near Marrakesh.<br/> <br/>We landed up in Yana on account of some good old memories there on 13th Feb for a Pre Valentine's day dinner in the anticipation of avoiding the rush that most places would have seen on 14th Feb..<br/><br/>The prices seem to have gone up astronomically with most Veg and Chicken Sizzlers priced in the range of 700-800 with the sea food ones going upto a 1000. <br/><br/>Wife had the Veg Mix Sizzler and I ordered a Non-Veg Combo which included a mocktail of choice, a sizzler and a dessert. I chose the Grape Sangria for drinks, a Malaysian Grilled Chicken Sizzler and a Sizzling Brownie with Ice-cream. <br/><br/>Top Notch Sizzlers - Came with all their drama and the razzmatazz. The Chicken Pieces were huge and grilled well. All the accompaniments, the rice, the sauce, the fries, the veggies on the side combined well and it all came together to make sure that the tummy was well and truly happy. <br/>The Vegetarian ones came with a huge patty, all exotic veggies, rice, fries and Wife and Kiddo managed to devour 80% of it while I had to do the finishing honours. <br/><br/>The drinks were strictly okay. I mean who would praise a Grape Sangria which has Black Currant Juice, Orange and Pineapple Juice with Sprite when the real potent stuff is waiting at home. Fresh Lime Soda was Fresh Lime Soda. <br/><br/>The Sizzling Brownie made the kid very happy with a nice brownie, ice-cream and chocolate sauce. <br/><br/>The total Bill was Rs 1750 which wasn't bad cause the Combo (Rs 899) made the deal worth it. <br/><br/>Many restaurants have opened and closed in Mariplex Mall but Yana has been a solid veteran delivering consistent food from so many years and I look forward to many more sizzling experiences there.

The corn cheese cutlet sizzler with the BBQ sauce was yummy....the fried ice cream was too delicious...service was a bit slow but the food made it up for it....

I have been visiting Yana Sizzlers here for many years now. I am quite happy with the choices they have available in the menu. Quality of food has been maintained and overall never really had any problems with the food. But I just hope that they could really work on the service and ambience in this particular location. You can go for a normal dinner night but would not recommended for special occasions mainly because of service and ambience.<br/>P.S. Do not forget to take extra mashed potatoes because you will definitely love it here.

I would like to share my experience of 2nd feb at nyt i had visted the resturant wid family ...i was annoyed by the loud music they were playing in the resturant ..the people from other table were dancing in the resturant on hindi songs ..it was my worst experience in yana..people in resturant were so busy that they not giving attention towards us

Ordered mocktails and veg starters. Starters were Luke warm only. Also the mocktail were made from artificial flavors resembling Glucon D. Staff too lazy to serve, clean or bill.

Good place for get togethers and for sizzler lovers. The MG Road branch has better interiors than this one but that’s small. This is one of the best place for sizzler lovers. <br/>We had visited the Kalyani nagar branch. They have a decent ambiance which is a fine dine. <br/>The service and staff is very nice and the service was very quick. When you ask for suggestions for the  food they suggest you according to our taste and it turns out to be actually very good.<br/>They mainly have sizzler but they have some other options as well like Chinese and some starters. <br/>We tried Veg sizzler with corn cheese cutlet and crispy chili potato. Both the dishes were good and the cutlet on the sizzler was very yummy. <br/>You can play some table  games while you are waiting for your order.<br/>Overall it was good experience.

I visited the one in Kalyani Nagar. Ambience is very bad..it has a dungeon feel to it..the sizzlers are overhyped..not very tasty..they are ok..they didn't have mashed potatoes also with the sizzlers..very expensive and totally not worth it..they have a few paper games at the table which is the only good thing here..I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I have visited Yana multiple times but sorry to say that I may not visit this place again. The place now seems to be overpriced and overrated. Even the portion size they offer for a sizzler is less. There are many other restaurants in the city who serve better sizzlers in bigger portions at comparatively reasonable price.

Visited here for lunch with my team and the experience was very good.<br/>My personal favourite was Jamaican Jerk chicken sizzler. The chicken was properly cooked and the taste was just awesome. If you have craving for some spicy chicken you should definitely try this. And among beverages the Litchi Margarita was very good. I didn't liked the Fried ice-cream very much although enjoyed Brownie with Ice-cream. Overall the experience was very good.<br/><br/>I will definitely visit this place again.

There are several top-notch fine dining restaurants in the Metro cities who oblige to this minute unwritten rule.<br/><br/> <br/>I along with my friend visited them for Saturday Dinner, and to my surprise, we were the solo diners at 9.00 P.M. On Floor there were more than 10+ staff which excludes their Managers and all were paying no heed in getting us the menu.  I must admit menu is huge, probably having every combination in both Veg, Non-Veg and in Desserts section too.<br/>The Manager who was taking our order was very much impatient and quite annoying. I certainly believe it’s the patron's rights to inquire about food and respective ingredients- how the hell would anyone know dishes as Chicken Satellite or Yana Special with no description being mentioned ? - But Manager was rude as if we are forcing him to feed us..<br/><br/>We ordered Jamaican Chicken on the bed of Rice and Chicken Special on the bed of Noodles. Both Rice and Noodles were surely undercooked with a taste of raw flour just spoils your mood. Nothing spectacular about their “signature-sauces” either; the chicken was cooked properly which was the only saviour.<br/>For drinks, we ordered Ice-Tea and fresh lime soda which were again moderately fine.<br/><br/>Coming to price a single portion of sizzler was close to  ₹ 680 and drinks were priced approximately ₹ 200 ( both inclusive of all taxes ). Overall billed shoved down my throat was close to ₹ 1750.<br/>Bursting another popular misconception about the portion size: It is just above average, at least for a big man like me. There are several restaurants serving probably far better sizzler at much competitive pricing. Not at all recommended, there is no harm in crossing this off.

The rating is purely based on the quality of the food. We had ordered 2 BBQ sizzlers - fish and chicken. We did not want rice and wanted vegetables. What was served was a poor attempt of a sizzler. It was more like curry sans the rice part. This is the worst sizzler we ever had.

Been here with office colleagues for lunch, as our office shifted from Shivaji Nagar to Yerwada. Previous experience at FC Road branches had been really good and one here at Mariplex was also up to the expectations. I have had Paneer Chilly Sizzler, which was delicious right from its appearance as it started coming from the kitchen to our table. Service here was quick and satisfactory.

You love sizzlers, you come here. The best restaurant for sizzlers in Pune. Had sizzlers at all the three outlets and surprisingly they are all the same quality and same taste. Hats off to the staff and chefs. 100% recommending to go here if you love sizzlers.

I don’t like sizzlers. Still experimented with theirs. Didn’t find anything special when i compare them to any other sizzler place. I need to reconsider the advise i take when it comes to eating out. You should too!!

YANA is a popular sizzler joint which has made a niche in Pune for over years now. They have good variety of sizzlers, indian Italian and Chinese to choose from. Good service and decent food.

Visited many times in last few years. You can visit this hotel to try different sizzlers both in veg and non veg. Unfortunately I do not have photos to upload at the moment. Will upload as soon as I visit again.

If you love sizzlers then Yana is the place to go.. every time I am in Pune I make it a point to go there at least twice ;-) the cost may be slightly high but they more than make up by giving huge portion size which is more than enuf for two( though I try n finish it myself 😅) . I specially love their chicken special sizzlers which comes with a topping of cheese and a side of yummy veggies and French fries .. do check them out

Best sizzlers in Pune. If you like spicy, try out their Jamaican Sizzlers with Jamaican sauce. Love the Chicken Lollypop out here as well. The ambience is good as well and they have various puzzles to keep you busy till ur food arrives

Average preparation. Though I am not very fond of sizzlers but still expected better quality which would have developed the craving for the sizzlers. Presentation was also not very impressive. I have been told that this is very old restaurant and may be the quality is deteriorated over the years or may be it's one of the cases. We ordered the veg and non veg both but did not enjoy both. May be next time it's better experience.

I have been going to this place for the last 5 years or so and have never had an unpleasant experience the ambience is good the staff is friendly and cooperative.the food is top notch.i have never felt the need to try another hotels sizzlers.this is my goto place if I’m in the mood for sizzlers. All the variations are equally good but i have never tried the veg ones.the chicken is good and always soft cooked.sauces are delicious and you receive suggestions on what goes best with what. What they could do is increase the variety of sauces. <br/><br/>Never tried the wok so not sure how good that would be but I’m confident it would need to be upto scratch if it needs to compete with the sizzlers.<br/><br/>All in all one of the best all around restaurants and eats i have known in pune.

My all time favourite place for Sizzlers...My fav chicken sizzlers are Jamaican sizziling chicken and chicken shashlik...They serve amazing mocktails as well in that my fav is Blue bird ❤️

Just wow. Great place for sizzler lovers.<br/>They have a good menu for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The service is prompt and the sizzlers are amazing.

So we were a group of 3 friends. We ordered a variety of dishes in veg and non veg sizzlers Also ordered their fried ice cream, chocolate fantasy and coffee cooper. The food was delicious and the shakes were amazing. A great place to hang out. Recommended for sure.

Such a quiet place to be at. If you want to hangout at a happening place, then this is not a place for you.<br/>Food is nice. I have visited it a couple of times and the food taste has been consistent here.<br/>I prefer to order veg manchow soup, cheese balls, french fries and any of the sizzlers here.<br/>It is a nice experience overall.

We went there a few days back to have lunch. We ordered for Malaysian chicken sizzler and Honey grilled chicken sizzler. First one with noodles and second one with rice. Malaysian chicken sizzler was just awesome. Honey grilled chicken sizzler also good taste. In sweet dish, we had sizzling brownie with ice cream. It just make the lunch a good ending. Everyone is statisfied with the service and taste of food.

The food was not fresh at all, made me feel super sick. Please make sure it’s fresh and of better quality. The ambience was alright too, it was quite warm in the place.

Yana sizzlers are very good. The staff is extremely helpful and they also suggest custom sauces for your sizzlers. The sizzlers are very good and taste very well.<br/><br/>I would recommend this place to be visited if you are looking for a good place to eat.

Tried there special veg sizzler....we opted for hot and chilli sauce..it was super awesome...worth for money they charge ..sizzling brownie was up to mark too.. planning revisit shortly.. evening well spent !

Have tried a few sizzlers on the menu all were equally Well prepared . The place is very popular with the youth . The sizzlers are slightly overpriced .

The service is excellent. Staff were very polite. The food was a little disappointing in comparison to what I had heard about Yana's sizzlers. But overall a very good dining place! I appreciated the little puzzles on the table while we waited for the food. I would recommend this place.

The best place to have sizzlers is over here.<br/>Their ambience is comfy and relaxing..We had fish surmai sizzler, chicken piccata sizzler,chicken mix sizzler and chicken barbeque sizzler..The sizzlers over there is too good n tasty.. Chicken mix sizzler is a must try..Their service is fast and the staff is also friendly..Their taste is authentic.Must visit!

No prices on menu card.. didn’t get logic behind this..rest all the things are good..food quality and taste awesome..must try sizzler..If you want to eat sizzler dont think just go to yana sizzlers..

Big fan of this place. A getaway of my office group for lunch. Love every bit of the place.. From the ambience to food to the service. Keep up the good food and the great service.

Visiting this place after eight years I felt nostalgic. It was one of the few restaurants which served sizzlers in Pune. Nothing much has changed except the prices, the quality and quantity of the food remain same. <br/><br/>So we ordered:<br/>Vegetable Crispy - It was good, the crispiness was there.<br/>Corn Cheese Balls- Very good.<br/>Vegetable Yana Special Sizzler: It was delicious, a perfect mix of exotic vegetables and delectable BBQ sauce.<br/>Assorted Vegetarian Wok in Black Bean Sauce - The sauce was tangy, sweet & spicy plus the exotic vegetables were fresh.<br/>Sizzling brownie with Kulfi- It was good.<br/><br/>The service is good and the staff is humble & courteous. I am happy that they have sustained the spot when it comes to sizzlers.

Best place for sizzlers in pune.<br/>We tried the bbq chicken and Malaysian chicken sizzler and both were super tasty.<br/>The quantity is pretty good and I feel it's worth the amount they charge.<br/>The service and ambience is average though.<br/><br/>A 4 from me only for the food though I'll add a 0.5 for the little crosswords and puzzles on the dining mats that you can spend time on while your food arrives 😊<br/><br/>

If you wanna try sizzlers, Yana is the trusted place. Tried both veg and non-veg sizzlers and both were good. The jamaican sauce was spicy and exactly what i wanted. The paneer in paneer shashlik sizzler could have been more seasoned.

I revisited Yana Sizzlers, Kalyani Nagar after a long time. I was still amazed by the number and variety of sizzlers they have to offer. I am tempted to try all of these, if possible :-). Located on the same floor as Carnival cinemas, in the ever renovating Mariplex, Yana sizzlers have basic but effective ambience. The word games they offer are effective in lessening the boredom while waiting fir food. But, anyway the service is prompt. We ordered Mushroom munchurian sizzler. It was perfect and we really enjoyed it a lot. Fish florentine was another dish that we ordered. It was baked perfectly, but like in most of the places, the fish was not fresh. We ended with ice cream pudding that had loads of dry fruits. It was ok, but, I would recommend fried ice cream OR sizzling brownie, based on past experiences here
