The place is good for spending time with friends or team members. It is not very costly and the collection of ice creams is great. There are too many options available. The death by chocolate is great for people who love chocolate flavor and want ice cream. It is too much quantity for a normal person to gulp. Visited the place in summer and seasonal special Alphanso mango was available. It was so great that friends ordered one more round of the ice cream. Its not a mind blowing place but good to grab a bite of ice cream and spend time in summers.

I don't eat ice cream but I've treated some friends here and be it the Willy Wonka or the Chocoholics or any other creation, it's an experience like no other. To see the ice cream come together as a combination of so many fun ingredients, adds to the enjoyment. It's a bit overpriced for a small quantity of ice cream though. If you think about it, a single scoop mixed up with some additional ingredients costs about ₹120/-. That's a bit much, ain't it? That being said, these guys are never short of patrons and they're the only one of their kind - so there.

The name itself defines it like - having a spoon of cream (ice-cream) over a stone (table). We came across this franchise outlet on the main street of aundh baner road. It was a boring sunny Sunday and we were irritated with the summer and the humid climate , so we thought abt this place and decided to visit here and have some amazing cold beverages , ice creams and spend some time with out group of friends and do nothing but just chit chatting . So we reached this place and then went through their whole big menu card.... i suppose i am not the only one who would get confused after looking at their menu card .... who would end up saying ... "bhaiya aaap he kuch acccha suggest kardo ab " so finally we decided to have the happiness in jars with the flavour of red velvet . And unfortunately the guy said that - jars are all gone and out and we don’t have any vacant jars anymore ... and this might take time.... co-incidentally as soon as we were about to walk away... the person from cream stone arrived with a vehicle and gave the jars to the person over the counter .... our whole group was so happy to look at those jars and every1 started drooling. Then finally our dish was ordered and arrived to us after 10 mins .... and i could not explain you how tempting it looked and how delicious it was .... it is a must try for every1.

This store has all you can ask for - comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, sufficient parking and excellent location! The way they make your ice cream is satisfying to watch! Apart from waffles and shakes, they usually have seasonal special flavors as well which are must try. Few of my all-time favorites are death by chocolate, Arabian Nights, Chocoholics and Fruit overload.

The place is nice and the food quantity and quality is also good. The ac was not working though. I ordered "Death by Chocolate" and it was tasty.

A great and happening place for ice cream and shakes at Banner. Well what they offer is bit low on quantity but is very tasty and unique. Kudos for their seating arrangements. Lounge style seating is on offer. Staff is also very prompt abd courteous.

The staff is so cooperative and absolutely fun, when it is to do with the crazy variety of icecream! Not only do they suggest the icecream, but also make the whole process memorable. Though this is not my first time here, yet, every time I'm overjoyed, and guess what, I'm 30! There's nothing like icecream, beaten to a pulp with all the colourful goodies added to it! This place is great for some soothing dessert with a lot of flavours. The willy Wonka is a great one for the chocolate lovers. I am a big fan of fruit exortica which is a mix of ice creams with chunk's of fruits in it. Although the ice cream doesn't look that appealing when it comes but when you taste it, you definitely want more. The service is slow. Ambience is good with various seating options, both upstairs and below and outdoor. They don't have washroom. Recommended for family, friends after dinner.

We visited this place with an idea of having rolled ice cream topped off with various toppings and decorations, which is a feast to your eyes (as watched on YouTube). But what we relished here were simple ice cream scoops of our choice mashed with chosen ingredients. Don't miss this place if you are an ice cream fan..but don't expect any ice cream rolling on cold plate. In all experience was good with comfortable ambience.

Amazing variety, which they keep adding on to every month and every change of season! Have been a regular customer since 2016. Perfect place to sit and relax in beanbags and have a conversation with your friends. Waffles and icecream cakes are a blast as well.

Love their ice creams specially death by chocolate and ferrero rocher. Bean bag seating upstairs always preferred. Good part, stays open till around 12:30-1 am in the morning.

The icecream isn't bad - but service is very shabby. The staff is poorly trained -they walk around crowding the place in their stained pink shirts. The menu says " ask for our "Make your own choice Menu? " but no such menu is available. The icecreams at the counter are not even labeled - and there's no line. If you've ever been to a Cold Stone Or Marble Slab - you're going to be Oh so disappointed !

One of the top destinations for ice cream lovers that too in late hours when most of the other options are closed. Although prices are a bit higher but the fresh taste of those fruit exoticas will leave you craving for more!!

Although I like ice cream quite well but the service is very poor. The guy at the counter is very arrogant and rude. First I asked 2 different ice cream then instead of death by chocolate I asked some other ice cream then he billed all the 3. Then I asked him I only ordered 2 then he refused to cancel the 3rd one that he added by his own mistake and threw the bill with arrogance. Thank to some nice aunty, she took my death by chocolate. So guys be careful while ordering there.

We always visit baner branch and always order ferrero rocher, brownie break and nuts overloaded sometimes. I like nuts overloaded as it have very good quantity of nuts as name suggest. Ferrero rocher is good to try. Brownie break is favorite of my wife since first visit. It is less sweet and equally tasty. <br/>Recommended <br/>

I have been craving for ice cream late night and ended up going cream stone on a saturday. It was quiet a busy place and almost all the tables were full, fortunately got a place to sit and ordered my favourite ferrero rocher and choclate ice cream. It took some time as it was a saturday but Iwas satisfed with the taste but not with the portion, price they charged and served. But who cares when you get a good quality ice cream which satisfies your soul and stomach.

I am not an ice cream person nor someone with sweet tooth. But whenever I crave for ice cream Cream Stone is the first name that comes to my mind. On my recent visit I happen to try their Gajar halwa ice cream. It was exactly as the name-rich grated gajar halwa flavoured with elaichi and made in condensed milk. Delicious! This one is sure to keep the winters feels lively. Also, they have other 3 new flavours of Muskmelon, Black Currant and Orange, perfect for now started summers. I am not a big fan of fruit flavour icecream but I still tried as they were sampling them. Must say it really excited my tastebuds and we ordered whole portions of all the ice cream. While the muskmelon ice cream was refreshing with bits of actual melon but a little too sweet for my palate. The Black Currant ice cream was superb too. And to my surprise, Orange ice cream was the star. The very first bite reminds you of the orange cream biscuits you had as kids. I have always stayed away from any orange flavoured dessert. But this particular zesty orange one is restorative, cooling and different on many levels. Oh Boy! Its so damn flavourful, tasty and perfect summer treat. Quantity for delivery orders is very inconsistent. Most times it is on the lower side. As you can see in the attached picture of my recent order, both cups of the same ice cream have different quantities .. One is normal the other is very less. And this is despite me putting a comment while ordering to ensure proper quantity. But I guess they just don't care. Taste wise it is excellent. Go for the simple flavours at least you won't feel looted when they give you spoonful of ice cream instead of a proper scoop even after paying a good amount of money.

Choco fudge and dark pastry was missing. No waffer neither choco stick came with the order

No Waffle cups , no chocolate n strawberry sticks. Why deceive the customer with pictures when the actual product is nothing like it. No doubt the ice creams taste great but that does not compensate for an incomplete order....

Hi. I think your staff needs to be better versed in the products that you have. We were expecting the standards that were set by your Fresh Mango icecream. So ordered for a Malai kulfi flavor this time. I had asked before billing whether it had dry fruits pieces ..coz we wanted to buy for an elderly person not interested in chewing through the icecream. The person ensured that it won't have pieces. When we are the Kulfi flavour, it was totally horrible. It was powdery/ no creamy texture and had nuts that weren't so scrumptious. I told the person to taste some himself. He said that it" tastes like this only ". Totally unacceptable.. please don't even try that flavour. Ever.

This is a bigger outlet of a cream stone compared to others. It is located on Baner road. They have Good dessert options like any other cream stone outlet.

Quantity provided is very low. Quantity is literally one small scoop for an ice cream that costs almost 200 rupees. Not worth it at all. I have posted pictures of the quantity I got herewith. Extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t not recommend this at all.

I have eaten at cream stone a couple of times and the taste of their ice cream is really good. I have eaten at more than one outlet and out of those I find their Baner outlet is extremely unhygienic. <br/><br/>Tonight I went with my husband to the Baner outlet and the entrance door handle had ice cream on it. Later when we entered the place, we saw the delivery guys had come to deliver more ice cream flavours and they were the reason the door was so sticky and yuck ! <br/>The new flavours were melting and store guy was trying to stuff them all in their freezer. He was only wearing one glove and it was disgusting to see all that while I was trying to decide what to order. <br/>Of course I couldn’t order and eat after that disgusting sight. To our surprise there was no store manager or anyone to show any concerns for the situation. <br/><br/>I don’t know who runs this place, but if they care then I think they should take this feedback and run this amazing ice cream place with a more hygienic approach.

I am afraid the popularity of this joint has resulted in the staff being very casual and rude. There was loud music, table & chairs unclean like an ordinary cheap eatery. Total chaos..... The owners should have a review and tone down the staff.... My guests were inconvenienced which left me totally embarrassed....I am not going there again!!

Popular ice cream parlour <br/><br/>This was our first visit to this popular ice-cream based dessert restaurant on Baner Road. It is a reasonably spacious multi-level restaurant.<br/>There was a line of cars outside the restaurant, some double parking which was a bit of nuisance but at the same attesting to the popularity of the restaurant. We had the seasonal Mr Alfonso, which is mango icecream with chunks on fresh Alfonso mango topping. It was amazing, the servings are large and good value for money.<br/>

The ice cream flavour was good but the packaging was very poor. All I got was melted chocolate milk. Zomato should have better packaging provisions if they want to home-deliver frozen items like ice cream. Big thumbs down for Zomato.

This place has a nice ambiance, you can sit indoor, outdoor or upstairs. And likewise seating arrangement is good.<br/><br/>As all other branches of Cream and stone this place also serves good quality of ice creams. Have lots of options to try. I ordered death by chocolate, while I was trying to enjoy the ice cream I found a paper particle in it. Also I doubt whether they really follow the procedure to prepare this ice cream. I was disappointed with the service and the ice cream offered to the tune I don't wish to visit this place again.

They serve the Ice-Cream in the tasty and edible waffle cups which do add a nice touch to the whole offering.<br/>The o my downside about this particular outlet is that the staff is cold and not very helpful. Also, they are in some sort of hurry and sometimes the Ice-Cream and the flavors don't mix up properly.

The staff was cleaning while we were eating and it was so embarrassing to lift your legs just so that they could clean up.. It's almost like they wanted their customers to leave so that they can finish up their chores

Nice place with lot of varieties of ice creams, shakes and others.<br/><br/>Though I personally felt taste of same ice cream varies across the various outlets which can be improved.<br/><br/>I had my favorite 'Nut Overload'.<br/><br/>Overall decent place to go and have different flavours.

One of my favorite ice cream chains serving a wide variety of ice creams. This one is located in baner on the main baner road and is quite easy to find.<br/><br/>Ambience - They have a normal ambience, not different as such. They have indoor seating which is divided above and below. They have Bean bags for cosy seating.<br/><br/>Service - Service is quite fast. Staff helped in deciding the order by giving good suggestions.<br/><br/>Food - We had ordered Pan masala and Ferrero Rocher. Pan masala was good, flavour was strong but was a bit sweet. Ferrero Rocher was too much in quantity. Taste was good, chocolate flavour was more.<br/><br/>Overall a good experience...

Ordered Willy Wonka. The outlet did not deliver cup cone and sticks that comes along with it. It was plain ice cream rather than the usual special treat. Disappointed.

Not cool at all, I ordered for a regular from the menu concept ice creams, Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream and Fruit and Nut Ice Cream from Zomato Delivery. I received both the cups half empty. Now since I m a regular at Cream Stone I know the quantities for the concept Ice creams. Otherwise you could easily fleece a new customer. Then I see the bill on the delivery bag says small. I don't understand how did this order become small when Zomato doesn't even have the option of ordering small quantity? This is so not right on Cream Stone's part. We expect the same quantity and quality at home as much as we receive at the joint. But service like this makes me question the quality of delivery service by Zomato and trust issues with Cream Stone. I'm from Hyderabad and I just came for a weekend here from Mumbai just for the Ice Cream, and I m served with barely there scoops of ice cream for which I paid 200Rs and 140Rs! Really upsetting, disappointed!<br/><br/>PS: I just saw another Zomato user, her picture of the same ice cream which was delivered at home. Even she had the same concerns I don't know since how long the branch is fleecing customers by giving customers this kind of quantity on delivery, that too melted without proper packaging and no dry ice?? I am from Hyderabad I have been living breathing eating the creamstone concept ice creams since 2009 from Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune. This is not what the quantity should be. And neither the quality. When you go to the store they quantity is fine. But on home delivery I m sorry but I feel cheated.

Bad experience now. These people has started taking their customers for granted. Bad service. Horrible taste and no waffles to home delivery that too without intimation. Ice cream was completely melted.

Ice cream is good but service and they were playing horrible irritating music while we went there. Choco lava is very nice. Still needs to improve with respect to the quality of ice cream.

I had ordered for<br/>1.Chatpata guava which came very different from what they serve in their outlet. No sprinkled chilli/red Powder.<br/>2. Nuttella Brownie which came without any topped brownie and choco stick.<br/>3. Death by chocolate which says topped with chocolate pastry. What I got was melted icecream with 2 scoops.<br/><br/>What a disastrous experience compared to what they serve at their outlet.

Cream stone, one of the famous ice cream joint in city. They serve flavored ice cream on a waffle base.<br/>I went to Baner's Cream stone 2 times till now and both the times I got disappointed.<br/>When I visited the place last time I had-<br/>1. Fruit Exotica<br/>2. Fruit overload<br/>3. Tangy chocolate<br/><br/>All flavours didn't taste well. It maybe because of the toppings. I didn't try 'make your own concept' which gives you choice to add toppings.<br/>

I received my ice cream order after one hour ...it was melted and useless. I would suggest to all that if you are in the ice cream business you have an obligation to deliver it before it melts

I ordered ice cream for delivery at home. It came melted and without waffle which is served at the outlet. It was not at all worth, will never go for home delivery again.

I've been to this place three times. Ice cream quality, variety, concept and taste is great. I've tried Hot choco fudge, kalajaamun and fruti fusion. All the ice cream sundaes were excellent. Their concept of pounding the ice-cream on stone is very interesting. <br/>Couple of complaints:<br/>1. No working toilet. They said it's under repair which seemed like a convenient excuse.<br/>2. The server didn't provide a bill. He took my number and said that I will get a soft copy. Haven't received it.<br/>Maybe the owner of the place is away and the employees are having a fun time. The service was ok. They didn't have lot of items on the menu.

Creamstone is not unknown to people here in Pune. There are multiple outlets of this ice-cream & shake parlour. <br/>Ice creams are rolled on cold pan and served in both waffle cones as well as cups.<br/>There are multiple options in chocolates, fresh fruits, oreo, nuts, brownies & nutella.<br/>There are some options exclusively for kids.<br/>You can also customise the icecream as per your preference.<br/>I have also tried their bottled shakes, they are amazing.<br/>All their outlets are very colorful and creatively done. <br/>

Good place to chill with good variety of ice creams. It's not so costly. Scoop cost is 60-70 rs. It is sufficient for a person. Taste is good.

Hi cream stone,<br/>First of all, the table I was sitting on was dirty and when I asked the waiter to clean it, he wasn't ready to do so saying that the table is clean enough,<br/>Secondly, I found a hair in my ice cream and that was the right cherry on the cake.<br/>Never visiting cream stone and never even suggesting it to anybody.<br/>Thank you.

Been a fan of Cream Stone since long. Some of their classic flavours are Death By chocolate, Red Velvet, Devil's brownie and Tiramisu.<br/>They have also started waffles. Can give it a try.<br/><br/>Ambience is good. Fast service.

I paid 150 rupees for one scoop of ice cream which was exactly like amul 40 rs scoop. I was expecting actual brownie pieces and visible sauces and almonds, but I got a blended mixture of everything.<br/>disappointing and boring!

My order was delivered wrong, I had ordered a bubble gum ice cream and instead of that a chocolate ice cream was delivered, this is completely not acceptable from my end. Please get back to me on the same ASAP
