Location: off the road nice little, quiet, cozy place. Great ambience. Finding a place to park a vehicle can be troublesome. Service: waiters were polite. Service is good but can be slow in case the place is crowded. Taste: one word - Amazing.The savory miso broth blended perfectly with tender chicken & soft noodles, creating a flavorful and satisfying experience. Silky-smooth cream cheese with fresh salmon in salmon cream cheese sushi and crispy breaded chicken in katsu chicken sushi hit differently when paired with wasabi. The tender chicken in pumpkin sauce on the slide of rice was also great. Though costly, it is worth visiting for the taste

Authentic pan asian food I have had in Pune! This small place is on a quiet backlane off SB road with a nice modern ambience. The food menu is a mix of pan asian and global food. We ordered a prawn tempura sushi and one katsu chicken donburi. Both of them were out of this world! The prawn sushi was perfectly made. Be warned the tiny dot of wasabi and the small soy sauce is deceptively potent and is more than enough to give you a kick on every roll! The katsu chicken rice bowl was perfectly balanced with fresh and pickled vegetables, sauce and rice. The chicken was soft and perfectly cooked. This place is a gem and the quality of ingredients and the preparation make it one of few places you will end up visiting often for your dose of Japanese perfection!

Best sushi in Pune for sure! Been visiting Tien since the day they opened and have always left satisfied. Pretty much everything on their menu is absolutely worth a try. Must visit place in Pune! They used to have a prawn cocktail on their menu, which is the best I've ever had - will be waiting for the day they bring it back. :)

We went here for an all you can eat Sushi Sunday lunch. What a lunch it was. They started us off with a lemonade and ginger ale which was complimentary in the meal, while we waited for the sushi. The ginger ale is very very good. The platter arrives with a mix of Salmon, Tuna, Prawns and Chicken sushi. The flavours and textures of the sushi's are great. The Prawn Tempura sushi was a favourite, for me and my wife. Special mention to the Chicken Katsu sushi. I had my apprehensions about Chicken sushi and I have to admit that they managed to change my mind. When I booked a table, I was asked to check if we had any allergies and then whether we were ok with non-veg and seafood. I am yet to hear of any other place in Pune who does an all you can eat sushi. Can't wait to go back here again and stuff ourselves.

Tien is an amazing Asian food restaurant. With aesthetic and quiet ambience, having continental food is quite an experience. I had prawn tempura sushi and spicy miso chicken ramen. Both the dishes were exquisite in taste. This is a ₹₹₹₹ restaurant. Approximately, 500 per person. There is no particular space for parking. But parking across roadside is permitted on even dates. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

It is a very cozy and unique place to have the best sushi... Spicy Ramen wasn't that Spicy for me... Good place to try some good sushi and Ramen... presentation was up to the mark..

This restaurant was suggested by my friend and its a gem.. the food is delicious.. the ambiance is beautiful and cozy .. the sushi is a must try .. loved the spicy ramen.. the desserts are very delicious.. they have vegan options too

The food and coffee were simply superb. The ambiance and overall vibe are calm n soothing, perfect for my kinda catch up with friends. We had diff sandwiches and we loved them as its made from freshly baked bread and quality ingredients.

I loved the ambience & the beautiful way in which the entire restaurent had its positive vibes. The green Plants , the lighting , all was just beautifully done . I had a cup of Tea with cookie & Toast. Next time I will have a Proper food . Thanks Tien Team for the lovely Hospitality .

They have changed their menu and as always absolutely delicious. This place is the definition of cleaning eating. You really don't feel guilty after eating at Tien. The fish was cooked to perfection. And the balance of flavours in their food is amazing. A must try. I always love going to Tien for their amazing dishes. I love to experiment and they don't disappoint. ❤️❤️💜💜💜

Sushi = Tien One of the rare places where a vegetarian such as myself can be as happy as any carnivore I know. Recommended? Of course!!

I was taken here for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it because of its uplifting, peaceful ambience. With its quiet, relaxing background music, this is one place you can carry on a deep conversation. "Nourish the soul" is the restaurant's watchword, and that it does. The menu is very creative at well as healthful. Service and food were excellent and yummy, respectively. You can tell that much thought and care went into setting up this restaurant. Some day I'd like to return and ask the story.

Amazing breakfast place. Great ambience. Healthy food. Friendly staff. Should open a little early, probably 0730hrs (opens at 0900 now) considering the lavish breakfast they offer.

Found Tien when a friend of mine shared their ad on Instagram and I decided to dm them to know if they deliver this side of Pune(Lohegaon) They’ve been cooperative and friendly considering we’re on two different ends. Not only did they help me with the order, also didn’t charge me for the additional dunzo charges since it was my first order. I am grateful for the same. The sushi size were smaller than expected. I loved the prawn tempura sushi. The delivery case and even the sauce were all packed in eco-friendly cases which is an amazing initiative. All in all 4/5.

The sushis they have are amazing! Probably the best ones i had in Pune! The ambience is really good. They also have packaged cookies on sale which are worth a try! Also this is one of the very few places which serve real wasabi and not green radish paste in the name of wasabi.

I had lunch there with my siblings 2 weeks ago, and we were pleasantly surprised. We had the prawn tempura bites and a sushi platter. The sushi is well prepared and one of the best I've tried in Pune.

Tien was such a find... Highly rated on one of the food apps, it did not disappoint. We had the Dark chocolate tart, pistachio cupcake and mushroom sandwich<br/>Yum, Yummer and Yummest... So much so that, we went again the next day and ordered the same dishes.

The set up is heart warming, the staff and the management is good too. The menu is limited, but it has many healthy options. We tried chicken Thai curry+rice and stew +rice with prawns. Quanity is less compared to the price, we didn't mind it this time as we had had out starters elsewhere.

I ordered from this place one fine lazy day in hopes of trying a new restaurant that I could eventually be obsessed with a brief period of time. Ended up stumbling onto Tien. I tried the hummus and kalamata olive sandwich which basically one piece of bread with hummus slathered on it so the sandwich is sort of a misnomer. I also tried the aglio olio pasta which while extremely meagre tasted good. Was a tad too heavy on the chilly flakes. The prices were exorbitant in comparison to the quality and not to forget quantity of the food. In case you have a stomach that fills by just inhaling the aroma of overpriced food the quantity will surely not suffice. Could have been much much better all in all .

Ordered Green Thai Curry.. Curry was not thick.. it was water!!! Highly disappointed.. would never order again!

Nice place, excellent service and unforgettable experience. Being a novice at Sushi, the owners guided us with prawns tempura and smoked salmon. Preparation was excellent. Also tried Thai curry rice which was as good as it gets.<br/>Must try

If you are a breakfast person, then this is your go to place :) The number of items in the menu might look less but it includes all those healthy options. A small cozy place with dim lighting and good food. They are known for their chai n sushi’s. Had ordered a masala chai, dark chocolate milkshake, egg and chicken sandwich n a chicken omelet. Highly recommend this one.

Definitely not a top coffee spot! Seemed like they used instant mix coffee which wasn’t brewed well. <br/>Sandwhich was so basic, they didn’t even grill it.

One of my regular places to eat. Not only because of the food but also because of interactive and joyful staff. The service is always quick and the staff always maintains the welcoming atmosphere.

Had a soup which was coconut milk based. Was good in taste as it had a lot of veggies. Only thing i felt was that it was a little sour in taste. After that we ordered Alfredo pasta which is a safe bet and it was food indeed. Also ordered their chef special pasta which was good but dry. The worst part was something undesirable happened and an unwelcomed guest entered their inside sitting area and the people working there handled the situation so horribly that we guys who were sitting out felt disgusting when it was dropped just right next to where we were sitting. The person apologised for it but still not good.

Quaint little place offering the perfect warm ambiance you need to enjoy a quiet and pleasant evening.<br/><br/>Went here on one such rainy evening, to enjoy some warm soup. Ordered the thai style coconut broth. It was decent, but could have been a bit more flavourful. The toast provided with it was a bit burnt, which was disappointing. Also tried the masala chai, which was good.

Very nice place.. They have a beautiful outdoor sitting and indoor as well. Ambience is basic but appealing. I ordered a Linguini pesto and a Chocolate Tart. The taste was great and service was proper. The staff was very polite.

The new revamped Tien looks fantastic and their organic Herbal Detox is my favourite..The place is nice and cozy and is one where you can have a nice relaxed time

The Ambience !! Beautiful, Quiet, Peaceful and everything positive. The kind of music played complements the ambience. It is a truely a place where you can relax.<br/><br/>I go here often. Their Menu has a lot of interesting stuff.<br/>For instance , there's broken wheat Upma, which doesn't sound that great but it is a wonderful and healthy vegetarian dish. I never thought that I will end up taking it multiple times over a period of time.<br/>Then there's their unique Pesto Pasta which has hint of curry leaf. It is difficult to find a good pesto and these people have aced a different combination. It worked for me atleast.<br/>They have hardly 3 options in desserts. But their Dark Chocolate Tart is simply awesome.<br/><br/>The only thing I haven't been happy about has been their sandwiches. They don't live up to their expectations. I have tried paneer one. And I am not sure if I will try sandwiches since their other Menu is much more better !<br/><br/>I would definitely recommend people to visit this place even though it looks a bit expensive for a cafe.

I like the place for its outside sitting area as well as the healthy menu . Never felt guiding of ordering anything and they have most of the freshly make juice or hot beverages and sandwiches . Totally recommended place for quite evening. PS There Detox recommended .

Well, I got excited looking at the reviews and rating. So I ordered a chicken salad.. To my surprise, the lettuce was not fresh.. it gave me a sour taste while having the salad.. very disappointed with it..

My review is based on a delivery order . Ordered a mushroom stuffed omelette and added ricotta cheese .. it was good, but I wish they had incorporated the ricotta into the omelette , instead of giving it in a container

Good things:<br/>1. The name is unique<br/>2. The ambience is very peaceful in a crowded locale, and it gives a natural feeling because of the plants around here<br/>3. The staff are very prompt and serve with a smile as expected<br/><br/>Two of us went to this place for a lunch. The menu items were very limited for vegetarians and it is on the expensive side. The quantity of the dishes is very less which is why we had to order three dishes.<br/><br/>We started off with 3 cheese toast with bloody Mary soup. The toast is not edible just like that, it has to be had with the soup which is probably why the menu cleverly includes both the items as one item. The cheese was very chewy and the sandwich had no other spices making it very bland.<br/><br/>The second dish was Linguini in curry leaves pesto. This dish had the right amount of spice and it was really good, however towards the end the dish became extremely oily. This dish was the best among the three dishes we ordered though.<br/><br/>The third dish was veggie combo breakfast.<br/>This dish didn't meet my expectation at all. The veggies were not even boiled properly, they were raw and there was nothing but olive oil on top of the veggies. The cottage cheese was soft but the tomato puree was not blending at all with the cottage cheese. Mashed potato was the only thing which was good. It had no lumps and it had the correct amount of salt.<br/><br/>On the whole it wasn't a very pleasant meal for the amount they charged for me.<br/>

Cute little cafe in Model Colony! They have a health oriented menu which is awesome! Some great dishes that I would still come back to try..<br/><br/>I ordered the Avocado Sushi Roll, Spaghetti Aglio Olio and the Dark Chocolate Brownie with Espresso Shot.<br/><br/>Food taste was good.. nothing exceptional but good! The Dark Chocolate Brownie was fantastic! The espresso shot made it so delicious and I would definitely recommend it!<br/><br/>Ambience is very relaxing and good. It's a good cafe to have a conversation with your friends!

So.. I went here for the first time today.. Didn't even know about this place before but I was too hungry and wanted to eat something kinda healthy.. so this place showed up on zomato..<br/>We ordered 2 dishes one was<br/>*roasted chicken salad with greek yogurt<br/>and the other was<br/>*spinach and chicken roulade (which is not in the menu shown on zomato)<br/><br/>The dishes were pretty good and they had decorated them pretty well.. even the salad was good especially the chicken in the salad was very fresh and tasty with not much spices..<br/><br/>The roulade dish was served hot with mushroom sauce and some tossed veggies and mashed potato.. this dish.. especially was very delicious.. this place might become my new breakfast place<br/>We also had iced coffee and fresh watermelon juice.. if you're a coffee lover you'll definitely like it..

The most soothing place in the vicinity of my college . A place which stands equal to all the cafes out in town. Beautiful, soothing and healthy. With healthy I mean healthy environment and healthy food. The owners are amazing, they will welcome you as friends. Another place recommended by a friend for its superb breakfast.<br/>So we went there at 11.30!<br/>Tien is a cosy cafe in the quiet by-lanes of Model Colony. The place is very nicely done up. What took my attention was the dual outside seating where one is dedicated for non smokers who want to enjoy the outside.<br/><br/>The menu is small and tastefully picked. We ordered a 3 cheese sandwich with tomato soup, a sunny side up with toast, a cold beverage of which I forgot the name and a filter coffee.<br/><br/>Sunny side came with just a single piece of toast. They did serve it with a small portion of mash potatoes and a diced tomato & onion salad BUT just 1 toast. Suggestion: remove the salad and add a freaking toast.<br/><br/>The 3 cheese sandwich was yummy and so was the tomato soup. They warned us that the soup would be spicy and we got excited. But it wasn't as spicy as they claimed. So it was another bummer.<br/><br/>The cold beverage was good. Nicely presented in a bottle and tasted well.<br/><br/>While the breakfast didn't go into my best books, I thought that atleast they wouldn't go wrong on a simple thing like a filter coffee. I couldn't have been more wrong.<br/><br/>Honestly, one of the worst filter coffees I've had in Pune. Firstly, it's supposed to be hot, which it was. It was sooooo hot that it burnt my tongue. I had to wait and keep blowing it for 15 mins and it was still too hot for comfort. Then, it had zero taste of coffee. It was so excited weird light brown thing that they served that day. The cookie was good, I must say. But the coffee was a big disappointment.<br/><br/>Overall, I like the vibe and I will visit again if I am in the area. But I won't order any of the items I ordered this time AND I will definitely not have the coffee.

This place serves the best tea!!!!<br/>If you need more reasons to go here, they cook good pesto, sushi and salmon too!<br/>Tien is hidden in a corner in Model Colony and I never actually noticed it before until that day, when I went to lunch with my friends. A pretty restaurant located very near my house. They serve healthy food here. And it is delicious. I have had the pumpkin soup here which is very creamy and flavourful. And it's served with a side of garlic bread. The roasted cottage cheese sandwich with curry sauce is also yummy with really different but pleasing flavours. I want to try more dishes here. Go to this place to enjoy healthy delicious food but expect it to be a bit heavy on the pocket.

Tien offers some interesting food options especially salads and sandwiches. They have an healthy out of the box menu option. Nice ambience, good seating arrangement and quick service. Loved the Hummus Olive Salad with prawns.!! Good place to hangout over some healthy and quick bites.

Been there on Christmas day.. nice and quiet place to visit and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Staff is very friendly. Ambience is fantastic and the food was great. Had different varieties of beverages as well. It had broccoli and zucchini and few olives. Stuffed omlet again, I didn't find it exotic. It was stuffed with mushroom and onions and tomato..Bland again. It came with mash potatoes and toasted breads and salsa salad. Cafe latte however was good and came with a cookie which we loved. Orange juice was so natural that it was almost sour. Bloody merry soup that came with chilly toasts was spicy only, couldn't finish it.<br/>Important: Not a single chicken item on list.<br/>However more than food what we loved is experience of dining. It is located insides from main road. Outdoor sitting was best in chill weather. Lights were dim, floor was old stone styled and entire fence was covered with trees and climbers and creepers. After crowded 2 hours at Pavilion mall, this was nice cozy quiet dinner.<br/>You can try it once...but not that I will wait for another opportunity to  go here

I was at Tien last Saturday. The food was great, the surroundings were great. But one of the Tien employees kicked a kitten that was wandering near our tables outside. Now we didnt have a problem, the people on tables around didnt have a problem. The kitten wasnt going inside. So even if it had to be taken outside the person couldve picked it up or asked one of us to do it. But kicking a little kitten? If tomorrow the kitten had ended up with any injuries that person wouldnt have even bothered taking the responsibility. Please teach your staff to be better and treat the animals with some respect.

The prawns, broccoli, mushroom n quinoa salad served woth creamy hummus was delicious and<br/>They have this new Asian type mackerel fish, which taste amazing with cauliflower rice n tossed beans.<br/>Well as they weren't serving any chicken, bt they assured tht they'll serving chicken from January month😋😋😋 awaiting!!

You can enjoy the breakfast as well as lunch in which they have some great dishes.<br/><br/>Let's get started with what I had here this time - <br/><br/><br/>Orange juice - Fresh juice is the best start of the morning. The juice we had here was good. I think they don't add extra sugar as it tasted pretty mild which is a good thing.<br/><br/>Cheese omelet with sausages and potato mash - We had 3 cheese omelet with pepper which was super heavy. It had that creamy texture of cheese with a slight hint of pepper. The sausages were equally good and had the spice flavor. Potato mash was gooey but in a good way. Overall it was a good combo.<br/><br/>Chicken breast marinated with spices along with hummus - The chicken breast was cooked perfectly and had a mild flavor of spices. However the hummus was not that good, it wasn't fresh and had a thick texture.<br/><br/><br/>Overall Verdict - Tien is a definite option in the Model colony if you're looking for a breakfast. Do visit and enjoy healthy food.

Cozy joint based in model colony. They have different types of cuisines. We ordered prawns sushi. Many people do not like taste of sushi as the prawns are raw or just boiled.But trust me guys try sushi here you will not regret. Overall a good place to hangout.

Only 2stars because it doesn’t suit my taste neither my friends liked it. Initially we had decided to go to deja vu cafe on SB road, however it was closed may be because of diwali, so after few search sessions on zomato, we decided to go to Tien cafe, as it was close by. <br/>First of all disappointing directions facility by zomato, it wasn’t accurate. We were near to the cafe but the maps took us in wrong lane based on directions given by zomato.<br/>Cafe’s ambience was nice, it has got indoor and outdoor seatings. My friends weren’t too hungry, so we decided to order to iced tea, cold coffee, pasta pomodromo and egg & bell pepper sandwich. <br/>Iced tea: too tangy to be called as iced tea<br/>Cold coffee: no sugar<br/>Pasta: again too tangy<br/>Sandwich: way too costly for that much qty and who gives sprouts with sandwich, which were again tangy???<br/>Whats the matter with the tangy flavour in all of the dishes. What i feel is the food is too much inspired from western countries, but is not good as them.<br/>Overall not a good experience in terms of food taste.

I love food and I explore restaurants a lot. I don’t write a review as often though. Tien is an exception. It’s not unusual for any one to be impressed the first time they visit a place. However it’s quite unusual when a place sets a standard and then, time after time, matches those standards and sometimes even exceeds them. That’s Tien. The menu consists of cherry picked dishes that should cater to all. Each one of them are delicious and made with so much care and love that you can almost tell that the chef enjoys cooking. <br/>Tien is a five on five for me. This review is being written after visiting the place on more than 5 occasions.

Brilliant interiors. Good service. Nice portions. Almost perfect taste. And add some nice presentation to it. Love this place. Would recommend for nice dinner dates or loungy lunches.

I am totally in love with this restaurant. It is exactly what my pallate wants and crave. They serve organic food and detox food and with the best produce available. Inspite of it, the menu is priced very economically . I had salmon with spinach and mashed potato while others accompanying me has quinoa with prawns, veg sandwich and veg rissotto.. the lemon honey tea, camomile tea and the detox jucies were made to perfection. Kudos to the concept and chef and owner.. brilliant restaurant and i wish they open one in the est side of pune in WTC as well. I am sure it will fly soon

It was a quick lunch and it became a really short one.<br/>Ambience is casual and peaceful,menu is short.<br/>So we ordered Veggie in Pesto Basil sauce with rice-Dish sounds good but the taste was bit off for me.Pesto sauce was missing the zing you wanna experience with your bite,lot of veggies made this dish eatable with rice.<br/>All at all a average experience and yes it is bit heavy on pocket for the portion size.

It's place with nice ambience and food. One can try multiple Italian food options and sizzlers. They also serve very good deserts. It's a place to have a perfect date. Both inside and outside sitting arrangements available.

the food quality is good and was very impressed with the staff calling to make sure they accomodate my diet requests. however the quantity of food is too less, for the price we expected at least 2 slices of bread for the Mediterranean sandwich, but were disappointed that it is just one slice.

It has an indoor and outdoor seating.<br/><br/>Food: We tried the Devilled chicken omlette, and chicken pasta with pomodoro sauce with watermelon basil juice to go by the side. The pasta was cooked really well. And the sauce tasted Perfect. The devilled chicken omlette is something I might go to this place again for.<br/><br/>Staff: The staff was polite and we were well served.<br/>

Perfect place for a date to relax and sip a warm Ginger Lemon Honey. Calm and upscale in a prime area. Weekday evenings seemed less crowded and peaceful. Loved the seating arrangements, it provided some privacy to every table to talk freely.<br/>Its a bit pricy but understandable considering the location. Staff is courteous. Will visit again for some sandwiches.

Tien, Model Colony<br/><br/>If you’re fixated on getting a weekly dose of good pasta, Pune’s got you covered.<br/>I’m gonna add another one to my list of my good pasta spots in the city<br/><br/>Tien recently reopened with fresh and vibrant interiors.<br/>Oozes comfort and feels chic.<br/><br/>The menu is a little too petite for my liking and I hope they’re reworking it to give us more options to choose from.<br/>I could literally only pick out the pasta for our order as we were in for a quick main..<br/><br/>The spaghetti in curry leaf pesto has a medium portion size and is cooked al dente with a Parmesan garnish for texture.<br/>While it was flavorful, I found it to be a wee bit dry, some more pesto sauce would have been terrific.<br/>I hate to admit it but I also kinda missed cream in it, but that’s just me.<br/>It was served with a slice of whole wheat house bread, nice and flaky.<br/><br/>The latte was standard , but worked great with the rainy weather.

Had heard a lot about this place so decided to visit when i was in that area. They have a very limited menu. And i dint seem to like much. I went with the stew and rice with prawns. It lacked taste. I am huge fan of kerala food. But this was a little disappointing.<br/>I love the ambience though. Very calming.

My second review for this place. The earlier menu was way better here. As of now, they seem to have cut down drastically on many best sellers. The sandwiches are gone and it seems as though they are turning themselves into a veggie place. No chicken. The only option for non vegetarians seems to be salmon and prawns. I do hope they get back the old menu, else I’d have to start searching for another place.<br/>P.S: The new decor is quite good, but the menu lacks the old charm.

When you feel embarrassed after voraciously eating junk food for a long time, I would suggest you to visit Tien in Model Colony. The healthy menu in this restaurant will not only nourishes your body but your soul as well. When you enter here what will first attract you is soothing music. Their manager Mayur will welcome you with his infectious smile and will quickly arrange a table for you. There is variety of menu available here such as soups, salads, sandwiches, main course and some yummilicious desserts. My favourites are creamy chicken soup, and green coconut Thai prawns curry with rice. What I liked the most is they kept books to read, so if you are planning to take yourself on a date, this is the perfect place for you. They have a very polite staff, however their service is bit slow. They have renovated their restaurant and since then I couldn’t visit it. Looking forward to visit it soon to know what more they have added in their menu card.

I LOVED their old menu. The new one isn’t that great and is too limited. I hope they add more things on the menu, some classics from the old menu like the chicken and celery sandwich and even the baked chicken!

Tien has been my go to place for all things healthy for a while. But now with it's new look and menu, it's taken it's food and interiors a notch above.<br/><br/>I ordered the deconstructed Palak Paneer sandwich - it is by far the most unique experience I've had! The bread was wholesome, the Palak was cooked just right so wasnr bitter in anyway, the homemade paneer was Soo creamy and light and the fried onions on top enhances your experience.<br/><br/>The brocolli and paneer in pumpkin sauce is a completely different flavour. The aroma of the Curry leaves and the smoky pumpkinny taste just leaves you mesmerised!<br/><br/>The smoked salmon sushi was so clean and beautiful! I absolutely hate sea food, and this is another time I tried to give salmon a try and I was surprised at how it didnt have a fishy smell or after taste! I loved it, and I can see myself ordering this again on my next visit.<br/><br/>The prawn stew is my winner, I absolutely loved how it was so light and flavourful! The best I've had.<br/><br/>The waffles are a clear indicator of how Tien means business when it comes to eating right. The waffles are made of wheat, almond flour and oat flour, they were dense and didn't taste any less than a regular maida waffle. Loved it!<br/><br/>The beverages - I had a cold chocolate and a lemonade, both lipsmacking!<br/><br/>I'm happy these guys are back. If I had to pick my top favourite joints for breakfast, tien Would be one of them. They serve a good spread of continental and Mediterranean menu. I often go there on weekends for my favourite “eggs combo”. This is a wholesome meal with Juicy chicken sausages, 3 eggs made to order, fruits, toast and a beverage. All at ₹280! Sunday done right! Apart from this they also serve health food like fresh cold pressed juices, different soups ( pumpkins my fav) and so many salads. Do try the couscous, mezze platter and roasted chicken with Greek yoghurt one! For sushi lovers, try the salmon. I once tried the coconut and lemongrass panacotta and cant stop eating it ever since!

So this is my experience which will give a slight idea what I had here.<br/><br/>The ambiance is refreshing as they have open-air seating and Air condition indoor seating also.I've always preferred outdoor open air because why not? photos come really well in daylight in open area and a fresh positive vibe always helps.<br/><br/>Service was prompt and the staff always check whether you need anything or not. Let's get started then -<br/><br/>I had <br/><br/>1. Hot chocolate - Well even if its summer my partner in crime ordered it don't know why. It was medium thick in consistency and was a good one. The perfect balance taste which can be achieved only by professionals and hard workers. The balanced sweetness and creamy hot chocolate made its way to a positive side.<br/><br/>2. Apple orange basil juice - It was an experiment and it's a good one if you like healthy juices. Nice blend of apple orange and basil which made it a tangy sweet drink which was a bit thick. I liked it but I will prefer hot chocolate always as you know chocolate love is eternal :D<br/><br/>3. Egg combo - I went with chicken, cheese and paprika stuffed omelet with sausages, mashed potato, and grilled bread. Sausages were superb I mean it was the best thing which surprised us as we never expect a side to be this perfect. It was soft and it tasted good with mashed potato. However, the omelet was a bit disappointing as the stuffing of chicken, cheese and paprika were bland I didn't have any different taste from that stuffing. Other than that the combination was superb.<br/><br/>4. Baked chicken and lettuce with choice of sauce - We went with hummus here which was a bad decision. The hummus was too dry and the baked chicken breast being dry made it a bad combination still the lettuce leaves saved it getting the worst. The breast was baked perfectly it was soft but it could've been juicier. The hummus was dry and I thought more olive oil could've done the part.<br/><br/>5. HLTC sandwich - More ingredients more fun. It had Chicken ham, lettuce, tomato, cheddar with honey mustard mayo in whole wheat bread. Wheat bread was fresh and soft. I think a sandwich was perfect and I would like to recommend this to everyone as it was too good. The warm soft bread holding a chicken ham and juicy tomato with icy lettuce and tangy mayo was the perfect team which won the Game. It's definitely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.<br/><br/>So coming to the end of my experience, I was satisfied with the food however it could've been better but in the end, I went happily. Will definitely come again to try other things.

My friends and I wanted to opt for a healthy meal when we came across Tien while browsing Zomato. <br/>The place is known for its healthy and flavourful dishes, and it ended up exceeding our expectations.<br/>What we ordered:<br/>– Whole Grain Garlic Bread<br/>– Mezze Platter<br/>– Avocado, Hummus and Sun-dried tomato Sandwich<br/>– Roasted Cottage Cheese with Homemade Curry Sauce Sandwich<br/>– Hot Chocolate <br/>– Cappuccino <br/>I was extremely satisfied with the food. I would especially recommend having the Hummus Sandwich here. It had a thick layer of delicious hummus on a toasted whole grain bread, and was complemented with the zestfulness of olives, tomatoes and avocados. The cottage cheese sandwich tasted amazing as well, and the curry sauce added the additional flavour in every single bite. The freshness and the prime quality of the ingredients was evident in the food. <br/>The Mezze Platter was good, although the quantity could’ve been slightly better. Also, the hot chocolate almost tasted like a melted milk chocolate bar, which was heavenly. <br/>Dining at this café was an extremely wholesome experience. It was super pocket friendly as well. I was on a healthy eating spree and I swear I couldn’t have found a better option than Tien. This place took my by surprise, the whole ambience is so beautiful, calming and relaxing. With pretty lamps and options of both outdoor, indoor seating tien is a good place for a romantic dinner as well! They claim to serve wholesome nourishment food with the best quality ingredients and have lots of healthy options on their menu. <br/>I went here with a friend for dinner, we ordered a mushroom chicken mayo sandwich and grilled chicken portion, along with a chamomile tea. <br/>The sandwich was an open sandwich on a toast and the portion was funnily small, literally one piece of bread topped with mushrooms n chicken, taste wise - good though. The grilled chicken was stuffed with spinach and cheese, served with a creamy mushroom sauce and sautéed veggies. Absolute winner! Beautiful creamed mushroom sauce, tender meat and crunchy veggies, it was all SO good. The chamomile tea was nice too. <br/>Pricing is very moderate I felt the bill was around 500 rupees and We left with a full happy stomach. The service however was a bit slow and I do wish they played slightly good music too! <br/>A must visit for healthy, tasty food and if you’re a sucker for quiet calming ambience!

Visited Tien way wayyy back but somehow the food served at this restaurant remains fresh in my mind! I mainly loved the garlic bread here. Correction, ABSOLUTELY loved it. Not sure if they serve it the same way even now but the one I tried were slices of baguettes with a garlic-butter-herbs coating,which was served alongside a lipsmacking cheesy dip!😍 #MUSTHAVE. I still remember how delicious it was. <br/>The white sauce pasta was equally good too. :) <br/><br/>Overall a cute small cozy place serving delicious healthy food!

Tien is the perfect place if you're looking for a healthy, delicious meal! <br/> We ordered a HLTC sandwich which was pretty good. The ratio of ham to the veggies was perfect and the coleslaw on the side was nice and crunchy. <br/>The avocado and hummus sandwich was okayish. <br/>Best dish of the night was the Chicken stuffed with spinach and cheese. The chicken itself was well cooked and came with a lovely creamy sauce which had a pleasant earthiness to it! The vegetables on the side were tasty too. However for me the mash needed more seasoning. <br/>The desserts were really good too. The brownie was soft with a nice crunchy outside and the the chocolate mousse was the standout! <br/><br/>My only complaint would be that the quantity of food is very less as compared to the price.

Tien is located in model colony. They're got a nice setup with modern decor. It's a small place with indoor and outdoor seating. The tables aren't big for family meeting or team lunches, but they'll join tables if there's enough space. This salad had small chunks of chicken but the yogurt clearly owned the dish and overall felt like eating sweet yogurt.<br/><br/>🍣 Chef's special<br/>We had the chef's special Salmon. This was a perfect dish, where we got peas puree, freshly smoked salmon and fried veggies. #Recommended<br/><br/>🍫 Desserts🍰<br/>Coming to desserts, I was disappointed to see that they changed the presentation of chocolate mousse to make it easy to deliver. I did not liked the new presentation, the chocolate mousse was good though and was served with a slice of orange. We also had Coconut and Lemongrass panna cotta. This dessert was bright and had bold tropical flavors. The panna cotta was jiggly but was cracking down as it wasn't freshly made. We did not finished it.<br/><br/>Oh yeah, I did found a hair in the chocolate mousse for which the captain apologized. I hope they're careful henceforth.<br/><br/>Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience, especially in with desserts. I enjoyed the beverages and chef's special Salmon dish. Tien was my favourite until recently when they started serving literally stale food! I had ordered for breakfast combo in which they serve mashed potatoes.. although it's a side dish, atleast don't serve it stale!!!!! It had a pathetic taste! Then had ordered Mediterranean couscous salad with chicken a few days back.. my stomach got upset within half an hr after eating it.. Then today I ordered cheese and spinach stuffed chicken.. don't know where the problem was but my stomach got upset again.. N no, I hadn't eaten anything the whole day so please don't argue with me on that point! Looking at the way you reply to ur customers I don't expect any decent reply, but please look into ur quality standards n improve! -your disappointed regular customer

This place was on my bucket list for the longest, only because LBB Pune raved about it as a healthy, breakfast joint. It was a long drive from our place and we din't find it worth the hassle. If you stay anywhere close by, it could be justified to visit this place for a hearty breakfast or laid back brunch. Very limited options for vegetarians! Small place with a handful of tables.

Sorry Tien, but I think it didn't even deserve "TEEN". I found only one item properly edible which was Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Chicken. Tried a Salad and Sushi as well, and both of them were pretty pretty bad. And Sushi was one of the worst thing I've ever had here. Ambience was just OK with good crowd though.

Tien does serve great food but the amount is like really really less.they definitely need to work on it.<br/><br/>The iced tea is a bit different which is served over here. They do not use any powder but actually use 'tea'(chai patti+water) as the base and add flavour accordingly. Tien is a quaint little place located in Model Colony. It was introduced to me by a good friend as a place to get a healthy breakfast and I must say, the place does not dissappoint.<br/>Since I have only been to this place for breakfast, I will only review their breakfast menu for now and hopefully will review their lunch menu the next time I go there and try it.<br/>From the moment you enter the restaurant, the ambience gives you a cosy, relaxing feel. One thing that I really appreciate is that they always have a pitcher of fruit infused water for each table <br/>which is a delight. Their breakfast menu is not extensive but is definitely filling. I chose to opt for the Chicken,cheese and paprika stuffed omelette whic is made of 3 eggs and comes with a side of potato mash,<br/>4 mini chicken sausages and a slice of butrtered, toasted whole grain bread. The combo also includes a plater of fresh cut fruits which consists of banana, watermelon and apple (luckily the only fruits I eat :P).<br/>They also include a beverage in the combo with a wide variety of coffees,teas or juices. My friends tried the orange juice and freshly brewed lemon iced tea, both of which were fresh and had no preservatives or sugar<br/>making it a pretty healthy drink. I chose to enjoy my sunday and treated myself to their hot chocolate.The hot chocolate was pretty good but definitely does not make it into my top 10 list. <br/><br/>Our bill came out to be 340 per head including taxes and left our stomachs delighted and a smile on our face. <br/>I would definitly recommend Tien as a healthy breakfast option for people who are open to indulging themselves on a Sunday with their friends.
