Review Elephant & Co. India - Pune

The dishes were very good but many dishes listed on the menu were not available. The cocktail drinks were not up to the mark.Many had unnecessary coloured syrups added which spoilt the original cocktail recipe. The manager was very warm , hospitable and looked after us well. The staff too is courteous and very friendly with prompt services.

One of the best places to have gin based cocktails. Especially the one with elderflower called elderflower spritzer. The music was house disco. Attached snaps of the happy hour menu and weekly music agenda. It gets super crowded on weekends. A great place to unwind with good music, food and ambience. The place has a covered outdoor section and an indoor AC section.

Veg food range is limited. But decent enough for a few time visits. The food taste is awesome. Moreover, the ambience with live singing and the decor is superb

Amazing early dinner here at Elephant! Jay was such a kind and attentive server, and he is the reason we will be back (besides the food and drink being also divine!). He brought us chilled bottled water upon request (we're Americans trying to avoid tap water; the cocktails do come with ice but we decides it was worth it). Mixed drinks were phenomenal (the blonde penicillin won by far, but as a group of 4 we sampled quite a few and all were delicious!) We tried a great assortment of food - mushroom dim sum, corn and asparagus lumpia, prawn dumplings, and pizza (missionary!) Were all delicious!! The chicken Shwarma platter was good (moist chicken, spiced well, good yogurt sauce) but nothing special (the pickled veggies were a delight but beware the long thin pepper, it is NOT pickled and extremely spicy!! Haha). The winner of the evening was the mushroom crepes; as a large plate it was a good size to split among 4 diners but would be a nice filling meal for one. It was the star of the evening and we'll get it again!! Jay went above and beyond for us and our toddler; bringing us more chopsticks to keep our little one entertained, bringing fresh plates between courses, and going so far as to bring us a complementary dessert to finish off the meal. I believe it was the orange chocolate dessert, which I'd been eyeing and curious to try. Such a kind man! We will definitely be back soon, I want to try their espresso martini and a few more dishes!!

I went here to celebrate my birthday with my friends. It is such a lovely place that I always wanted to go to. The food was great the service they provided were excellent and lovely atmosphere. I Enjoyed my time here🥂

One of the best pubs in city The ambience is very hip and casual - tastefully done interiors; the food also is very sumptuous and VFM. Special kudos to attendant - Prakash who was very every smiling and courteous in his service.

Good place to hangout if you are ready to spend. The ambience is good whether you sit inside or outside. They make awesome signature cocktails. Food is good. Washrooms are neat and clean, but too small and narrow. The advantage out here is that it's kids and pets friendly. Prices are on the higher side, the charges for their standard 30ml pour is too much. They compulsorily charge you 10% service charge, whether you like their services or not. Overall the place can be visited once if you are in pune. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Of course it's the bar to be! It's home... Right from vibe to cocktails they've got just the right thing also if you become a regular be sure you'll be spoilt with their excellent staff who remember your drink and make sure you have the best ever bar experience. Elephant & Co. in Pune offers a delightful atmosphere with its colorful outdoor seating arrangement. The Water Chestnut Manchurian was absolutely delicious and left our taste buds wanting more. However, the cheese Garlic bread with thecha wasn't as appealing as it looked. It lacked the desired flavors and fell short of expectations. The mocktail was refreshing, but wished the quantity was more generous.

Elephant and co definitely deserves a loud and clear mention for the warm gesture that they have portrayed. To make up for the average food delivered last week (though we completely understand as they were offbeat items off the menu) elephant and co send us a parcel of 4 premixes (accompanied by a tonic water and ginger ale) along with pork chops, prawn curry rice and a Lebanese platter (all were complimentary, of course). Each and everything was amazing. Moreover, the portion sizes were way more than enough for two of us. Absolutely loved the gesture. For someone operating in the service industry, you guys definitely know how to mark up your game. Highly recommend the restaurant! Thank you elephant and co. much appreciated!

The ambience and crowd is really very pleasant. The place is situated on the busy roads of Kalyani Nagar. The food is good and music is amazing. The service was slow but may be the rush was so much that was the reason. I personally loved this place. Need to book the tables on weekends as it's overcrowded.

The ambience and theme of the place is pretty good, it’s a good place for student and working crowds. The sundried tomato pizza is really good!<br/>The lamb chops were not so good, weren’t well cooked and still chewy. <br/>The lemon berry ice tea is also mediocre and <br/>there are not many dessert options. But the vibe is great and it is very spacious and clean.

Came here on a Sunday evening and ordered for some alcohol with chicken nachos. After 2 rounds of drinks and 30 mins later when we enquired about our nachos we were told they don’t know who took the order and the order was never placed when it was made with the order for the alcohol.<br/>However, without creating a scene we ordered for a chicken spaghetti and the order arrived after another 20 and to our despair it was a veg spaghetti. The order was replaced after 25 more minutes. Not sure how this place has a 4.3 it was utterly disappointing

Bad service. Went on 25 Feb 2020. Ordered food. Wanted an accompaniment. It never came. The food became cold. The beer was all but finished and when I asked for the bil it appeared. Was given kalhua shots as an apology. Hey I didn't eat ?? Thanks for nothing. Didn't create a scene. Paid and left. Terrible service.

This place is Love.... every time I have come here it’s been an experience.. their food, cocktails, mocktails, house concoctions, music ambience or just the crowd. Feels warm being here. Has a feel good factor attached to it and I love it. The last time I visited it was a date night with my BFF and we not only talked to each other as the time flew by but we also tasted their in-house shots one after the other. Getting sloshed didn’t get better than that. Special thank you to the Bartender Sujan who helped us with the menu and understood our choice before serving us.. Excellent management and excellent staff , great service and vibe .the Dj had a lil attitude and was not taking requests after he said he does .a better Dj could make this place run a lot more smoother .he is playing music that only he is enjoying .we can do better than that .i still feel place deserves a 5 star because of the excellent hospitality by Saurabh and his staff

Their valet parking service parked my car in a No Parking area. I got parking ticket from Pune Traffic police. And when I contacted them to reimburse the fine amount, they just stopped responding. Beware of their valet parking service. Food was ok.

This place has been one of my fav since a very long time ,amazing ambience , lives up to the cocktail hype ,food tastes absolutely amazing ,the garlic lemon fish in their menu is my all time go to starters. Gets a little crowded over the weekend but the vibe remains amazing ,just last Saturday me and my girlfriend squeezed our way and perched ourselves beside the bar counter and had the best of times .The bartender Sujan was a absolute delight ,serving one after the other yummy cocktails and shots with a warm smile on his face ,we told him our preferences and boila it was there and better than we thought . Ladies even of u get drunk this place has something called the Eco Hero Shot which would ensure u reach home safe💓 This place gets better each year.May it continue to grow and maintain its quality ,cheer and warmth🤞💓

I've been a regular at ECo & a place I LOVED. Infact I recommended this place to a LOT of people till I booked a party here for a friend. The birthday girl simply made an inquiry about a Champagne which they kept chilled & ready WITHOUT ANYONE ORDERING FOR IT. They sent her the bill which she said she would look into & settle in a few days (the owner wasn't in town & told us he'd discuss it once back). But immediately they started harassing her & me by making a dozen calls, placing blame on everyone present. She finally said she doesn't want the restaurant to bear the cost so she PAID THE BILL IN FULL the very next day despit them being super nasty to her. NEVER in all my life have I EVER SEEN AN INCIDENT like thisnin any establishment in Pune. Absolutely shameful & inexcusable behavior by the whole staff. I hope more people call them out for this kind of sad behavior.

Visited almost every day for a month. Menu, ambience, music everything is so perfect. Service was awesome, especially Krishna is so accommodating and always stays busy serving so many customers yet he has a smile for each and every individual.

After a disappointing visit at High Spirits, we kept checking several pubs and bars to settle in a happening place and there were quite few since it was a Weekday. Thanks to our Uber Cab driver, we landed in Kalyani Nagar and this was the first place that we checked. And man it was a Rocking place. No place to sit but the owner Karan was too sweet to find one for us. And then came the best surprise - Complimentary Popcorn! Loved it.<br/>Had Pepper Crusted Grilled Fish and Mutton Sukka on Crispy Pita and loved both. The Fish was super nice, done perfect while Mutton Sukka on Pita was something new.<br/>One of the best bars in town!

Came here with a couple of friends and had a fantastic time! The service staff is great and though the service is a little slow, the food is worth the wait and the overall ambience and vibe makes the time fly past. I wish I had discovered this place sooner!

It's a good place to have brunch, a few drinks and hangout with friends. They have live music on Saturdays and often have happy hours as well. They have valet parking if you are concerned about car parking.<br/><br/>My favourite part is that they are pet friendly.<br/><br/>They have won a bunch of awards for their performance in the field.

Suraj has been waiting on me at Elephant for a while now. He is incredible. Looks out for all his customers. My experience here has been great thanks to him. There are a bunch of great places in the city. But this place has all been my favorite because I look forward to the cocktails and their efficient service. Good luck to Suraj on his journey here. RAJAN SHARMA was a very polite host for us for the evening. Even though it was extremely crowded, owing to the quality of enjoyment here , he seld seats for us. Can't ask for a better host. He was polite and courteous. Black mary gin we had here was pheonomenal. The loud music and atmosphere can never be underestimated.

Went to this place on a Saturday, the crowd is what makes it awesome. Service is good, cocktails are in large variety. The food is also nice, I had risotto, and it was very good. The valet service could have been better, they seem a bit lethargic. Inspite of all this I had a great evening.

Went there for dinner with some friends and must say, the place is beautiful. Loved the ambience and the entire look. The music definitely deserves a special mention, too good. The food is amazing, there’s something in the menu for everyone. Cottage cheese skewers and English fish and chips are a must try. Truly mouth watering. The servers are sweet and fun and the service is great. If you are looking for a very chill and young vibe, elephant and Co. Is the best for you. The place has a good ambience with really good food and cocktails 😊 the dosa waffles with korma and Calcutta Kathi rolls is my favourite. By the way, they also serve meads by moonshine meadery, coffee mead is my favourite. Do try it out. They give a bowl full of popcorn showered with love and piri piri. Yumm Yumm.. I ordered one Nagaland Chicken, I couldn't even survive one bite. It was tremendous hot, my mouth was burning for half an hour. There was no mark in the menu that the item is extremely hot. Generally North Eastern food is hot in taste but we can't tolerate that much.

Had a really SHOCKING experience at elephant today. Had come for the sunday brunch along with my wife and a friend. My wife had some reaction to the food/sangria and fell really sick and had to puke in the toilet. She did so cleanly without making any mess. Later the waiter comes with a bill of 500 for cleaning charges! Instead of asking if the customer is allright and trying to help out, putting a cleaning charge when no cleaning was required is ridiculous! After arguing the charges were dropped.. but asking itself was very poor customer service. Really was a downer!<br/><br/>Really shocked by this experience inspite of being a regular customer here!

It’s the second time I went here that I started liking this place. The outside seating has such charm. Go with your friends and sit and enjoy a long chat here with some good gigs from time to time. Will love more attractive offers on drinks

I entered the place at about 7:45pm till when it looked human. By about 9:30pm the place looked like someone suddenly threw a 100% discount sale!! This could be compliment for a few; however for me, I left by 10pm. <br/><br/>As for the drinks, the food & their hospitality- it’s top class! The owners (it seemed to me) were sincerely involved in making sure every guest was made comfortable. Personal attention to every concern is addressed on priority. My heartfelt wishes to these young entrepreneurs. <br/><br/>As for a recommendation, if crowd, noise & density intimidates you, find another place. If not, this is heaven!!

Everything was perfect. Great quantity and commendable service. For some good reasons, this place has a high waiting time. Undoubtedly, once settled inside will more than make up for your evening. Trying for 4 consecutive weekends, this time I finally got a place near bar and Soon this area was also full, had quite a nice time for around 2 hours , so that means to get a table, depends on the mood of the manager and their liking for you.<br/>Apart, the Atmosphere is spectacular and the vibes are Amazing. 5 stars for the place :)

My Chinese friend was visiting me so I decide to invite him for a drink at ELEPHANT & Co! Their guards were very rude and insulted us like we are criminal and asked us go away as STEGSS not allowed .. what a sad story and rude behavior.. shame on the management.!! They insulted Indian hospitality in front of a foreigner. if management reading this comments . Hope you change your attitude

Great friendly neighborhood pub with a really nice vibe. Good food (my fav is the Devils wrapped chicken) and delish cocktails(bloody mary, elephant sours, jasmine algers, sangrias) and good offers. Really polite and super helpful staff. Reallllllyyyy crowded on weekends so advance booking is a must, if you want a table.

Thursday night is cool .good place to hang out in Kalyani Nagar .good tap beer and sangria for 100 tiłl 10pm. Friday is over packed no place to even stand. Pizza here also good.unlimited pop corn with drinks.

One of the best hangout places in Kalyani nagar or May I say the only one! Good food good ambience, warm and welcoming staff even though there is not much space you will not go unnoticed and hence the service! Way to go ECo! It’s never late for a review!

The experience was one of a kind. Right from the ambiance to the service and finally the beer. <br/>The place is it a bit priced so wouldn’t recommend going all out. <br/>Apart from that, it’s definitely a place to visit if youre in town

Ambience is good but I find that items are not value for money. Very less quantity as compared to price. Also they charged extra 140 in-n-out bill under Extra Charges and didn't explained for what it stands. Apart from that they charged extra service charges too.<br/><br/>I am happy with food taste and services but these small things matters a lot. Not every customer coming there will ask justification of these extra charges. But if someone asks then they should explain it.<br/>

Very average service. Had to ask for cutlery, napkins etc. Food was average, asked for waterchestnut n brocolli starter, super spicy ( though it was not charged for in the end). Pizza was not good as well, I would say below average. Not recommended

We had booked a table for 5 & reached in time & the concerned person tells us dat our table is given away. When we asked him how can he do dat another gentleman in charge comes & tells us dat sorry we do not entertain stags. We were 1 couple & 3 stags. So my female friend asked him y didn't he ask us when v did a phone booking whether v have stags. So his answer was since last 3 years they have stopped giving entry to stags. I told him dat we were around 10 stags who got entry around 2 months back. To dis he had no reply. V told him dat he's spoilt our mood & a birthday. But he had no say after dat so we had no option but to leave & btw in front of us 4 stags entered & he tells us dat their girls are already inside.

I stay near to this place used to visit quite often.. one of the guys who handles name karan allows stag in weekdays and in weekends he dosent let us in i mean what kind of rules are these.. they take business from us when there are less customers and when they are full in weekends we have no respect at that time<br/>

Visited this place around a month ago with office friends. Went pretty early in the evening so got a place quickly. The ambience is casual and the vibe is chill with the music not too loud. One thing I liked was they serve unlimited popcorn with the drinks. They have special offers on the drinks as well according to the day. The service was fine. However the food was a huge let down.<br/><br/>1)Cottage Cheese Skewers : This was the only good thing among our orders. The paneer was coated with piri piri masala and served with some good salad. 4/5<br/><br/>2) Filipino Chicken Skewers : These were just terrible. The chicken was not cooked well and the bbq sauce was soo sweet and overpowering that it felt it was chicken coated in honey. Could not eat more than one piece. 0/5<br/><br/>3)Roasted veggies garlic Pizza : The pizza was not good as well. There was no flavour to it as there was no marinara sauce. Did not expect it to be so bland and tasteless. Although there was supposed to be no marinara sauce,they could have made it creamier with some more flavour.1/5<br/><br/>I have had some good food at the baner branch so I thought here I could expect the same. Alas the food was not a great experience. Would encourage them to improvise.

Nice place pre evening as feels spacious with really good music and decent food.<br/>Post 9 pm gets bit tightly crowded though.<br/>Variety of people and a lot of chit chatting all around. Staff is friendly.<br/><br/>Lemon fish and butter garlic prawns. Pretty good.. Drinks are also aptly priced, so no daylight robberies here which nowadays is pretty common at other resto-bars with 10 types of taxes.<br/><br/>Valet parking is a boon as the entrance road is rather narrow and full of traffic on weekends.<br/><br/>Overall - Cool place to kill time, regular visitor

Thought this place will be better than Banner, but it really sucks. We went there for project party and did a prior booking. They could have told us that they can't accommodate 20 people.<br/>We opted for package, the nonveg and veg starter was really really bad including there Pizza.<br/>Would never visit this place.
