The name of TGIF has been changed to Fun Spice! Not sure why it's showing with the old name here. Fun Spice thave exciting offers like buy 2 get 1 on all food items, buy 1 get 1 on drinks menu. Food was delicious however, quantity wise, it's not sufficient is what I feel. The ambiance was good and it has indoor as well as outdoor sitting options. The staff is polite, prompt and service was quick. Overall experience was good and is worth visiting!

I had a fantastic dining experience at TGI Fridays in Seasons Mall! The ambiance was vibrant and inviting. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I especially enjoyed their signature cocktails and mouthwatering appetizers. The portions were generous, and the food was flavorful and well-prepared. It's a great place to unwind with friends or family, and I can't wait to visit again for another memorable meal!

Have visited TGIF before in my hometown Kolkata but this was the first time visiting the joint in Pune.. located on the 3rd floor of Seasons Mall, had a dineout voucher with 50% off on total bill. Otherwise this place is very pricey. A famous American Diner joint serving good American and Continental cuisine. Though personally I feel the price is more as compared to the quality and the place fall a bit short if compared to Chilli's which is my all time favorite American Diner.

Visited TGIF a couple of times on a Friday night ofc ;) They had a 50 percent discount available on all food menu items. The vibe is nice, gives you those Friday feels definitely. Food is average, not something to go for. A place just for hanging out with friends over a drink or two with average food. Went for the veg platter. It was pretty decent, the typical fried bar food. The pasta and pizza is below average and can be skipped. Mains are decent. The chicken was tender but lacked some sauce, the mash was good. They’re packed with customers on weekends so reservation is recommended. All in all TGIF is a drinks place with average food. It’s hyped and expensive and not worth it even with a 50 percent discount

Had been to this place as my friend had recommended but this place me as a disappointment. Available dineout offer. Staff not available had to keep waiting And waving out to call them. Ordered nachos which was totally dry asked for salsa with the nachos they gave me chopped tomato And onion. Retured the dish. The second dish ordered was good pork ribs well cooked And tasty. Third ordered was the Pizza which was dry again. Didn't have enough amount of cheese And pizza sauce. Had asked the waiter to remove the olives tomato from the pizza add bell peppers And extra corn the pizza come with tomatoes 5pieces of corn And filled with bell pepper. At the time of billing when the staff couldn't handle the issue of being falsely charged the manager (Vishnu) comes up to me and tells me if I have an issue I need to speak with dineout they can't help me if not I should leave after paying the bill And just walks away. The management should teach the staff how should speak and behave with the guest.

Been to TGIF Mumbai many times had similar expectations but was little disappointed. Pizza - was average you can get similar pizza for way less price. Chicken and shrimp - shrimp was good along with mashed potatoes and veggies but chicken was not up to mark it was little dry, when we are paying this amount we expect it to be perfect. Drinks : berries mocktail was good freshly prepared and rich in taste. Overall Rating : Food - 3/5 Ambience - 3.5/5 Drinks - 4/5 Price - 2/5 Service - 4/5 Thing that add most pain that they levied service charge of 12% without having informing.

TGI Fridays is a quite known place. The place is one of the best family restaurants and bar that serves great drinks, food and fun. The ambience is big and cozy. The place is the best for weekends and chill mood. Recommendations- We tried the following: Fried Mozzarella Sticks- This is the best dish . We recommend all cheese lovers to try this. Its served hot with a spicy and tangy salsa. Chipotle Pepper Chicken Pizza- The pizza is delicious. The flavour is spicy and tangy which makes it even more mouth -watering and tasty. (To add to the great taste , have a coke or a refreshing mocktail) Suggestions- The staff is friendly. The place offers a variety of dicsounts and is pocket friendly. The place is for all types of groups, including corporate meetings , etc.

Been here thrice now, taste wise for non chicken items they are great. However this last experience we ordered the ultimate Fridays tenderloin burger and for the second time, we found a bone in it which nearly cracked my husband's tooth. When we raised this to the server, he just said "sometimes it happens" and didn't really do much about it. By this time we were half way done with our meal so didn't ask for a replacement. The tenderloin nachos were really good. The first time we went they were great, this time, a bit too spicy but still really tasty and flavorful. The spicy chicken fingers was kind of tasteless and I felt a big waste. The only taste was in the sauce. The chicken had too much raw spice powder and no taste to it. Lastly... we went there for our very 1st anniversary as part of the offer, we get 50% off + complimentary cake. But they never gave us the cake. So overall a very disappointing experience with tgifridays!

The food here is amazing,you get a plenty of options to choose from and even if you're a health conscious person,they've got you covered. The cottage cheese steak and the fried chicken with cheese sauce was superb!! But the shrimp pizza and chicken sliders can improve a bit in terms of their taste. The ambience here is really good for a family date,a romantic dinner ,or even for a casual colleague hangout! You also get complimentary soft drinks on the dishes you order. Thank you.

It is one of the famous places in Pune - TGIF Fridays with a beautiful ambiance and great music. Food - Sizzling Cottage Cheese and Veg Fajita - Served for two. Marinated cottage cheese served with Vegetables and they customized it for me and served it with noodles. This was accompanied by warm tortillas and soar cream and Colby cheese. The taste was good and the presentation was same as the picture in the Menu. Super love - 1. Amazing and courteous staff 2. Great ambiance 3. Good food 4. Alluring Presentation 5. Disappointed with this particular outlet. Their berry juice is something I like to have, but blueberrys were not in their inventory. The mozzarella cheese sticks didn't have enough salt on the coat. I was told that the lamb burger isn't there, but when I insisted, it was then told it is available. And the burger was terrible, overcooked, chewy! This outlet certainly spoils the name of the other good TGIs in the city

#Pathetic food..#Erogent server #Novalue for money. Well I went for lunch at this restaurant, waiter was very casual. No connection with the guest. Well at the time of paying my bill I asked waiter to remove the service charge, suddenly he replied me sir I have told you that service charge is mandatory where as we had no discussion on the same. very politely I replied him dear I am also from hotel industry don't make me fool that service charge is mandatory or not. As per new rule of service charge it depends upon the customer. I did not enjoyed my meal here.waiter was very rude the moment I denied to pay for service charge. What I have heard about this place from my senior comes out different.

Nice place to visit on Sunday we had 1.Boneless spicy and sweet wings 2.Pepper Roasted Chicken 3.Fridays Tennessee chicken & Shrimp 4.Chipotle pepper chicken Pizza and for drinks we had Ultimate Coronarita.Spicy and sweet wings were excellent and rest were good but the pizza was bit bland in taste.But service was fast and staff were pretty courteous even though it was crowded.

They have a huge sitting space spread all over along with a cute little area at the bar. Along with the Ambiance, the place has some really delicious food to try and we ordered Basil Peach Cooler and Wings Sampler. Basil Peach Cooler (320 INR):- It is a fresh and cool concoction of basil, peach, elderflower flavour, fresh lemon and lime juice topped with soda. As much as I love the flavor of peachy, this was a much needed cooler to kick-start the day. Wings Sampler (1480 INR/1510 INR):- This is a combination of 24 slow cooked fried chicken wings which includes Chimichurri, Friday Tennessee Glaze, Spicy and Sweet and Original Red Hot Wings.The platter of Bone-In wings are for 1480 INR and that of Boneless wings are of 1510 INR and can easily serve 2-3 persons.

This is the first TGI Fridays outlet that opened up in Pune. Just like the one on SB road, this too has an amazing roof-top view. Tbh it's view is way better than the one on SB road. It's much more spacious and breezy. They have incredible offers running round the week. If you happen to visit this place during day time, their indoor seating is quite comfy! The music is loud and the food's just so good it keeps you indulged in itself!

I went there for dinner on a Sunday night. The place was relatively less crowded. The ambience was super awesome. Loved the aesthetics of the place. Ordered a couple of mocktails - strawberry funshake and triple berry shake - few of the best mocktails i ever had. Food was also splendid. The best part was Raza, the waiter who served us. He was super polite and cool. He was super helpful when it came to explaining the offers which were applicable on our orders. We had an amazing experience coupled with brilliant exceptional food. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this place out not just on Fridays, but on all days! A bug thumbs up guys!

It’s amazing how every time I go I tend to try something new and it turns out mind blowing. They have 1+1 offer on LIITs & chicken wings. Opted for chicken wings , red hot wings & the other one recommend by the server. But it was not that up to the mark. In beer also so many options were not available, opted for hoegarden draught ,which was super chilled & made the afternoon super chilled in that Sunny noon. Service was nice & prompt . Servers were pro active & attentive .

I just.wanted to go out and have a good time. TGIF had just opened up for the evening. They informed us that its dry day. We were not interested in drinking either but have something awesome. Ordered nachos and mango passion and tripple berry mocktails. It was an awesome evening spent there in quite environment with fulfilling food and drinks quantity and quality wise. The best part was we were not aware that we are eligible for discount on our HDFC card. The waiter ameneded the bill and gave the discount on his own. Love the honesty by staff.

Visited TGIF last week while shopping at Season's mall. We didn't have much time for a leisurely meal....a quick but satiating lunch was what was on our mind....and happy to say tgif didn't disappoint us at all. We ordered beer and a peach mocktail with veg platter for starters. The platter arrived in just over five minutes....and everything in it....from the crunchy onion rings to nachos to paneer skewer was piping hot, fresh and spiced just right. The dips....were fresh, tangy and awesome. For main course we went for pasta Alfredo .... exceptionally well made! The service was prompt, polite......just excellent, we were disturbed just enough to take and deliver our orders. No one hovered around intrudingly but yet appeared miraculously when we needed to replenish our drinks. The music is subtle, enough to make the ambience soothing yet allowing conversation. The cost is a bit high....but didn't mind that much as we really enjoyed our short time there. Definitely worth a visit!

Well I have been to a lot many TGIFs, and thought of catching some drinks and snacks while passing by this one in a mall. A disappointment, to say the least. The only thing good about this place was the presentation. Ordered their signature chicken wings that tasted stale and reheated. Even the cocktails ordered were below average. To top it all was the unfriendly and disinterested staff. Not recommended.

I was a customer of TGIF since 2003, this is one of the place we always would love to hangout. Off late I don’t see that passion towards customer service, quality of food and their menu has totally changed. I would strongly suggest people staying in and around Magarpatta not to visit the one in seasons mall.

We went here for a Friday team lunch in a group of 15 people. I had heard all good things about this place. But all 3 stars are only for ambiance. Day time buffet was pretty average. Chicken meatballs were very average. On name of Caesar salad they just had greens...served separately with mayonnaise. Pasta was cold. Garlic bread was so hard. Only thai curry and one barbeque chicken starter were good. Not recommended for buffet. But recommended for grabbing some drinks in some pretty impressive ambiance. And ot will dig a hole in your pocket. Be ready for that.

If you want an American feel restaurant u must visit this place. Wooden interiors in American style , good music, bar and good continental food is what you can expect. Lesser options for veggie lovers obviously since its more American driven. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. In an age of continual improvement i think the restaurant needs to come up with more vegetarian options in their menu.

Well TGIF is a well renowned food chain in American restaurants. The overall ambience of this place was really good. Although it was not much crowded on Tuesday night (Ambience 4/5 ). Coming to the service, staff was polite and prompt. (Service- 4/5). Coming to the food, Honestly I m not at all impressed by food. For vegetarians, hardly 10 dishes in menu. Fried Mozzarella sticks- This is the best item, infact the BEST mozzarella sticks I ever had. Every cheese lover should try this. 5/5 Garden Burger- Yes only veg burger in menu. A classic burger 🍔 with soya patty, lettuce and cheddar cheese was average in taste. 3/5 Pasta Puttanesca- Not as fancy as its name. Apparently mozzarella sticks with served diced tomatoes sauce/dip. And seems pasta was tossed in same sauce. 2.5/5 Drinks:- We tried Ultimate Virgin mojito and Original Friday’s lemonade. Both tasted pretty much except Virgin mojito was in fancier glass. But yea good coolers 3.5/5 The only feedback I would like to highlight, is to add more vegetarian options.

The food is quite good here ,more on the american and european variety of you like that kind of stuff which I do. The service and the staff is extremely helping and courteous too. The quantities are quite good too. I tried the beef burger with bacon which was delicious and juicy! The pasta in white sauce as amazing too! The kids chicken burger was kind of okay. The variety of non veg barbeque food here is quite great. One of the few places that serves pork chops which I love. Overall a great place to hangout with family /friends for an informal evening.

The service was really bad. The water had something floating in it. When asked that to be changed, one manager says 'just the glass is bit dirty'. I showed the floating stuff to him but he said he can't see. I asked for bringing the bill as I didn't want to order any more. I was pushed for more then 15 minutes by manager pleading to place order. We were pushed to ordered main course ... Non professional behaviour .. Customer spends thousands on food on these types of restaurants for good food and good experience.. but i thing its not worth any more. .

Recently been to TGIF as a part of our mini bar hopping routine. Place is huge and well maintained. Keeping up to its brand value everything was in its place. Won’t comment much on food as we tried only handful bar bites but they were fresh and amazing. Most of the items in the menu was not available which was disheartening. Charlie’s Report Card : Ambience 8/10 Service 6/10 Food presentation 6/10 Food taste 8/10 Value for money 5/10 After all a nice place to hang out with friends with some heavy bucks on your pocket as there are plenty of other options in the mall with pocket friendly rates.

Best restaurant in Seasons Mall, and one among very good options around the area. Food was no doubt very good, we had Tennessee Chicken burger with Bacon and Parmesan Chicken (both dishes were tasty with fresh ingredients used for the making). Bharat’s service was particularly good. Will definitely be visiting again.

Anyway, jokes apart, my first time at TGIF and I really love their choice of music, 10/10 for that.. good ambience, customer friendly staff and the happy hour menu is 👌🏻 My fav is ultimate coronarita cocktail , a combination of corona and margarita, try it and thank me later! Overpriced. It’s pricey in the US - it’s about the same price here. Most beers on menu not available - guys I know this is normal for other parts of India but I expect better from TGI Friday’s. Ordered a specific beer off menu - brought me the wrong one. Didn’t realize it until after I started drinking it - too late by then. Food was average - had better in Pune for half the price

TGI Friday's has a long way to go to catch up with the quality and service provided by their Namesake's in the US. I get each country has its own culinary taste and palate, but bad food is bad food anywhere in the world. There's no question the staff is very courteous and hospitable, no question there.I ordered the Nachos, they arrived with no guacamole(which nobody chose to mention wasn't available), Nachos Soggy and dry and dumped with a ton of lettuce. The staff did their best to accommodate us the best. they even took it off our bill. Next, we Got the Hangover Burger and The Pepper Chicken - The burger patty and bun stale and dry, The chicken dry again. At TGI Friday's the prices are pretty high as well, you can generally expect quality at that price but this was not the case at all. Truly Disappointed. Although the staff is amazing, NO Doubt!
