Review Mcdonald's - Pune

The theatre is very good, well maintained and clean. Watched a show 11.45 pm show , the chairs are very comfortable and recline fully. The theatre is not crowded and gives a nice movie watching experience. The sound quality is good, and it feels like a home theatre in itself. The only bad thing was that there are only 2 options for popcorn - 390 and 440. For someone who goes alone, it's as good as not even thinking about buying popcorn, in general all the food rates are exorbitant. The parking lanes are narrow and not recommended for SUVs. The security guard are rude to customer

Excellent movie experience. We watched in Insignia and it was great. Comfortable seating, good sound and good screen. Bathrooms are clean. Food is fine. They have proper chef based restaurant and one can just come for food too. It's been good place for movies since ages and continues to remian the same

One of the best and cheapest movie halls in Pune. Very clean and hygienic. The sound system and video quality is good.

The sound is good..but screen and the seating are old. You'll miss the crisp of watching in Inox due to the old screen. The seat comfort is just average and the food is too damn expensive for no reason. With that said you know where to go for better experience. This Inox is a very average experience for sure.

Overall nice experience. clean, well maintained and well arranged theatre. Comfy Seats nice sound system. Got to face some confusion with ticket... As there was issue with ticketing system... And multiple customer come to our seat asking as if that was their seat. Confusion was cleared and was well managed afterwards.

Wonderful screen, wonderfull sound, loved it totally, n clean too, only disadvantage i felt they dnt hv UPI QR code for parking, only cash or cards..🙆

I have been to Inox theater a few times, and I must say that it's a great experience all the time. The staff is friendly, the sound and picture quality is great, and the prices are reasonable. There is a good selection of snacks and drinks available, and the seats are comfortable. Definitely worth a visit if you're ever in the area.

Good theatre with security at entrance(gait). Parking is paid. Rs.10 for 2 wheeler, so keep the change if you are planning to go with vehicle. Theatre is neat and clean. Hot but expensive popcorns are available in variety of flavours along with some coke if you want.

Another average service and average quality outlet of McDonald's. At non-peak hours they may ready the meals on time but at peak if you are hungry better find another place or you may faint standing in queue - first to order then to take your meals.

Same standard across, but the queue for ordering gets huge as ppl are waiting for movie after reaching there early.<br/>Same taste and standard pricing. Service is acceptable. 👍

Pathetic customer care service for McDonalds in Pune. They cancelled my order because it was not possible to deliver it to my house. Ridiculous!

Good service and quality. Its location is the biggest advantage, fine snacks available right next to the 'expensive for no reason' theatre- food.

People eat here and come here very few times .. as this place is in inox .. <br/>I have always heard about the screen quality issues of the inox in 3D .. its not that good .. <br/>Many couples and friends group choose this theater ..  as its very close and in the center of the city .. <br/><br/>This place is near to my house and it is not open for breakfast . . :( <br/>I would have jogged here every day to have the pancakes :p <br/><br/>I like this place and they do serve with quality here .. <br/><br/>Inox bund garden feels like secret place for couples .. This place is perfect to go to after watching a movie. The service is a little slow but I like it here. Their staff is sweet and their food is yummm. The only problem is that they put too much of ice in the soft drinks which is kind of annoying. Other than that an amazing place to be at...

Another disappointing outlet. The seating is not good. The cleanliness is not good. Ambience not good. Service is ok. Food is ok too. If possible try avoiding this outlet.

One of the worst McD outlet I have been to, have been to this outlet couple of times solely due to was watching movie at Inox, its disappointing that a McD outlet at such a prime location is such a down turner.<br/><br/>Staff is slow, have good big sitting place but not very well lit or happening as compared to other outlets so that you feel having food there.<br/><br/>Had ordered McFloat which seems a simple order but machine was out of order yet staff took order for same, had to wait for 10 mins at risk of missing movie. Other best part to take experience down town was till machine was being made up and running he had already placed glass filled with coke which helped all the fizz to escape and taste was truly bad<br/><br/>I feel the McD outlets are losing its faith and excitement which I once felt

Visited by many mostly because of its location just beneath Inox. <br/>Won't comment on food as its same for every Mc'Donald and I have already reviewed on the taste in previous reviews.<br/>Well this outlet needs a renovation or a maintainence staff terribly.<br/>The furniture is shabby , old and broken.<br/>The overall feel of the outlet is not a very clean or hygienic one.<br/>Washrooms??they are in their worst condition. Fittings,dryer, latches not working properly or not working at all.<br/>Basic thing like even a toilet paper is missing.<br/>One thing I can't figure out - how can they charge more for the excuse of 'rounding off'? This was the most frustrating thing I found. Shameful :-|<br/>

This McDonald's has served me an uncooked McSpicy Chicken with the meat still raw inside it after waiting for 15 minutes post placing the order. After complaining to the manager, all he came up with was "sorry ma'am"! Extremely disappointed!!

Visit this place mostly when I for movie at INOX. I ordered Potato wrap for the first time at this place, it was good though not impressive. Nice place to munch fries if you are early for your show.

I have been to various McDonalds in Pune and Mumbai but this one is the slowest of all. Only reason I drop down here is that its close to my office.<br/><br/>The quality of burgers and fries is according to McDonalds standards. The ketchup as always is awesome. <br/><br/>Place is spacious with cleanliness maintained at high level. Even washrooms are clean.<br/><br/>The staff on counter is friendly and quick. The reason for them been slowest is the kitchen staff even the simple order of mc veggie took 25 mins.<br/><br/>I would suggest you to have burger at Burger cafe east street if you craving for good burger.

Recent experience has been very upsetting. The order arrived after 45 minutes and also had a wrong free burger from the coupon which I applied. Delivery boy did not bother to give the parcel to me even upon request but instead gave it to watchman n said watchman will deliver it to u inside. Food was moist, thumbs-up tasted iffy(probably spoilt), very disappointed by this. Probably won't be ordering anymore or visiting this McD ever.

Waste of time and money thought having a quickie snack with my frnds and ended up with one of my frnds mcaloo tikki in condition I couldn't even think of getting in such a brand of food chain .........Finally I had to get it replaced ..really made a bad impression on me.....

I'm not really a fan of FastFood Chains.. And lo Behold- this must be my 2-3rd burger in my entire lifetime! (That too Always coz no other choice left..) so went Sharad to try the much "advertised" McChicken Twist - lotta chicken I'd say- the patty (spiced and kinda crumbly bites ) with salami pieces in lettuce "flakes" (I like my lettuce Big) and tomatoes & "MAYO" (saviour) -ohh and do ask for the BBQ dip- that's my Favourite (anywhere!) - so not exactly my Favourite this was - the burger bread- lacked much taste ,the patty-no crunch, not spicy;so particularly not so exciting - but seriously- that's just My palate talking.. As I always say- "to each his Own" <br/>•The chicken Royale- honestly seemed pretty much the same only :p<br/>•McNuggets - again - these are My Only personal favs - whether India or USA - can never go Wrong with these.. Since childhood - Nuggets have been my Love! ;)

Where in only customers of McD' are visiting not like other outlets in the mall.. <br/><br/>I was waiting for my family to come for a movie they some how got late.... Fast food major share is taken by joints like mac d which are offering quick grab with decent ambiance to enjoy.<br/><br/>When I close the eyes at Inox n think of the quick bite mc-d is the place which comes to my mind instantly.. its quick stable quality n delight for 1st timers.. options like veg nonveg burger, wraps, rolls, cheese balls n shakes, icecream makes the lots of options n u feel never bore after coming many times. Good option for quick bite in vicinity.<br/><br/>Dont forget the softy with chocklet coating.... which is best of all.<br/><br/>Also the food is hygenic & value for money.

I've eaten here several times - thanks to INOX. There was a time when INOX was pretty much the only multiplex in Pune. I think after JM Road, this is the 2nd Mcd to open in Pune. <br/><br/>The good part is that its quite large and that helps during rush times. Mcd is known to grab excellent real estate and this is no different. As far as the food is concerned, I stick the to McVeggie or McSpicy Paneer. Remove the lettuce if you want your burger to taste even better. The shakes are excellent.

It's just yummilious. The best of all in the menu, my all time fav is the Veg Supreme Mcmuffin & Egg & Cheese Mcmuffin. Also the McSpicy Paneer Burger & Wrap. In Beverages its the Hot Chocolate, Cold Coffee & Cafe Mocha. In Desserts the McFlurry & Walnut Brownie with hot fudge.

And that is because when out with a group of friends and we get real confused, we usually head towards here. So, here goes -<br/><br/>Ambiance - 3/5 fairly well lit and neatly placed tables etc make it, although a stereotype, but also well suited for any one's taste. There's nothing much to like nor much to hate.<br/><br/>Service - 4.5/5 For all you dumb jacks who do not know how to rate the service of a fast food joint, here's a tip - measure it at the rate which they process any order and MC D i would say should top that list. They have fixed time frames to process any order and they stick to it. Now, if that's not fast food what is.<br/><br/>Food - 4/5 The regular standard stereotype yet good taste always gets the better of most of us. I love the Mc spicy chicken burger and the shake the fries thingy.<br/><br/>Cost- 3.5/5 Well. it is getting expensive now a days with all the new items in the menu and the increasing taxes but it wont burn a hole in your pocket.<br/><br/>Pros, <br/>All of it, good food, good service decent price and ambiance.<br/><br/>Cons,<br/>Gets too crowded, stereotype taste.<br/><br/>So Verdict, <br/>Go and Have a happy meal !!! :)

McDonalds in Bund Garden is one of the better McDonalds in the city.it is located in inox theatre.I feel the quality of this McDonalds has degraded over the years,the food quality is not as good and fresh as it used to be.My fries were soggy and my Maharaja Mac wasn't good at all.However I had the oreo flavoured McFlurry for desert which is a must try.The home delivery is fast.Over all I wasn't very happy.Rather go to Flags or Central Park which is near by after a movie.

I was very happy when I got to know that Inox had McDonalds in the ground floor. All my worries about food was gone.<br/>The day I went to Inox, this place was not at all crowded. Infact there were only a couple of people.<br/>I had McEgg, Mc Chicken and Mc Spicy Chicken. I tried Mc Spicy Chicken the first time. I wish I had tried it earlier, its been in the menu for so long. I'm definitely going to eat it next time too.

the new mc flurry with oreo and chocolate crunch, please dont try it waste of money and not worth at all!! in commercials they show full cup of dessert and when ul actually order one ul be shock to see only 1/4 th of the dessert served with no clue of oreo or choco crunch, ul hardly get to eat 4 spoons of that dessert!! plz stick to soft serve regular or large that the best option to go for dessert at mcdonals! the new mc chicken spicy is awesome i really loved it! go for everything but no for the new mc flurry!!
