Hi I am Rtn Gulu Govind Jagat husband of Devika Gulu Jagat who has gone to a better world.This was our Rotary Club of Pune Horizon it was Dist Govnor visit to meet us all and our Ast Governour.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were treated to an array of delectable dishes that flawlessly catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes. The variety on the menu was impressive, providing a wealth of options that made choosing a challenge - albeit a pleasant one. What stood out above the culinary splendor was the service, with a special commendation owed to Shiva and his colleague . His attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth elevated the dining experience from enjoyable to memorable. The food was for lack of a better word "fabulous"! Mutton & Chicken both diahes were very well cooked and really tasty. Mocktails too were awesome!!!! A must visit just make sure that you use Google Maps as the place is on rooftop solar difficult to spot.

Having dinner at Mughal sarai is a different experience altogether. This restaurant is on the terrrace at the fifth floor. They have a big screen where you can enjoy T20 matches. The food served by them is delicious. You can enjoy mocktails and cocktails in the open sky. The furnitures placed are classy and comfortable. Must visit to enjoy the taste.

nice and authentic mughal style food. staff is very assistive, attentive and friendly. place is nice and elegant. nicely decorated, though can be improved. service is bit slow, might depends on the time you visit. haves indoor and outdoor sitting also, serves liquor too. open till 2am.

Alas! Cool Place. Great Service. Great Ambience & The best of all... Great Food. Very delicious Chicken Tandoori & Other Vegetarian meal. Try going with Zomato Gold through which you will get one on one off for maximum dishes here except some starters. Great location along with A/C separate hall & separate roof top space....both going on cool with FIFA Finals screening. I would recommend to have a booking prior visiting this place. Parking issues for those with 4 wheelers but can be managed some how.

Mughalsarai Bar & Restaurant is located near Jyoti crossing NIBM. Mughalsarai is a roof top restaurant with option to sit in dining or in open area. There is a pleasant ambience with music & beautiful decor. We visited Mughalsarai last week with my family and started with fruit punch & delicious honey chilli potatoes. Main course has a vast menu but we tried Butter chicken with cheese garlic non. Finally we ended with Brownie sizzler. Food quality & taste is awesome . It has a separate Bar menu with wide selection of drinks. The staff are courteous & prompt in service. They also provide valet parking for their customers. Functional operation from 12pm to late midnight. Good place for casual dining with wine & dine.

This place had tasty food , good ambiance the service was also good. The waiters know what they have in there menu which was the best part.

The place has amazing and delicious food. Especially their barbecue items and grilled items. So, I always have this particular dish called 'Chicken Corden Blue'. It tastes yummy and is made with perfection. Another recommendations that I want to suggest is - Chicken Grilled Steak and Herb Grilled Chicken. Such food items are superb in taste. These dishes are also made fresh, so they have fresh taste to it. Also, the staff is very polite and respectful. They make sure to take your feedback. (I am only mentioning about few staff members, and not all of them). The crowd is not that great always. The ambience is also very normal. Like every other restaurants. One thing they can take care of is the cleanliness.

My first experience was not satisfying at all. Place seemed good as the first impression but then the table was not clean at all...Your attendant was also your table cleaner which meant he was handling the food with same unhygienic hands 🤐.. if you expect a good rating then the service should be accordingly. I have been a regular delivery customer for Mughal Sarai . They have authentic North Indian flavours . The food (anything you order ) is absolutely delicious and fresh . The Palak Paneer, Dal, chicken curries , rotis , even Chinese and Italian are wonderful . The entire team of chefs are brilliant .

Simply great Mughlai food. Must try their khamiri roti and saffron chicken tikkas. Chicken seekh kababs are soft and succulent. Very attentive staff. The owner is very hands on and will help you select the best dishes keeping your tastes and requirements in mind

This joint offers beautiful ambience and delightful food.<br/>.<br/>We ordered the recommended menu - Dum ka Murgh, Nalli Nihari, Tandoori Roti, Butter Naan, & special Taaftan. The meat was Halal. .<br/>.<br/>The food was served alongside Pickled Onion & Raw Papaya Marmalade. The mains were extremely delicious but bonus points goes to Nalli Nihari & Taaftan. Mughal Sarai have turned out to be a great find for me in the Kondwa area and having the Gold benefit is just like icing on the cake. They have a great sitting area, comfortable and soothing ambience. Best part is what you are there for- food! One of the rare restaurant that serves you mutton( goat) in place of lamb. I have been here atleast 4-5 times, n till date none of the items have disappointed me. Great place to be for a family lunch or dinner. Added advantage is the Vallet parking facility, otherwise it would be a concern.

Mugal Sarai located on the terrace of a society where the passage stinks and reeks of urine it's sad just the approach to this restaurant puts u off completely,then you go here about the food ,which is very average infact some of the dishes are below average and absolutely tasteless ,then the service which is horrible since it's a restaurant catering to people ordering alcohol the people who come just to eat food are the lesser mortals ,who don't get good service and are asked for IDs when showing Zomato gold they don't believe the Zomato gold customer's for the membership ,make it a little embarrassing to go here again

Lovely restaurant, great service. I especially loved the non-veg appetizers and the Chicken Dishes. Service Team was exceptionally cordial. My only suggestion is that the Sunday buffet could have a slightly wider choice, although its not too limited either. Other than that, everything is outstanding.

We were searching for a place where we can have small family function and we came across a banquet hall offered by Mughal Sarai, They had managed our event very beautifully and most importantly food was served with prompt response even the guest numbers kept increasing, it was great experience for all of us right from arrangements and flexibility of the team, the team was led and managed by Alnaaz mam...I would recommend this place for such small events to all the readers.

Murg Begam Bahar and Romali Roti...this place is delicious. Order after order, so far I have atleast ordered more than 10 times the same dish and MY GOD, Subhan Alla you guys are the best!!! Found Cockroach in food, staff wasn’t willing to accept its cockroach, finally when I took images, they got into panic mode and accepted it... but they blamed the chef stating chef knows about it as food is cooked in kitchen under chef supervision

Thought it was a good place but was shocked at being served an undercooked chicken dish. After we obected they took it back saying they will replace it but to my horror they presented the same remaining dish claiming to have cooked it again. Absolutely bad management and customer relations. The manager was very rude. Staff was unprofessional. The funny part was, even the vallet got us the wrong car and we were waiting for 10 minutes for our car and after 10 minutes we asked him where is our car. He was unaware that he got the wrong car till we told him. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best places in Pune to have Kababs. And good thing is they serve good veg food also, which generally you won't find in non veg specialist restaurants.....

There are few areas in the restaurant where you get the feel of the ambience the restaurant have..it depends on what seating arrangement you choose.We had ordered Manchow and Hot n Sour soup which were ok.Then for starters we ordered honey chilli potato which was good.Lastly we ordered Dal Tadka and rumali roti along with paneer vegetable which were 3.5/5.<br/>

This is one huge restaurant in an unexpected place. Well the approach to the restaurant made us think twice about going there.. <br/>On a Sunday afternoon, seeing an almost empty place was a shock! We somehow got over it. Settled with a Virgin Mojito and fresh lime soda! Absolutely refreshing for the summer! For starters - Murgh ki Raseed. This was probably the best tandoor ever! Very well marinated and cooked to perfection! For main course - Murgh belgaum bahar and butter roti & Murgh Hyderabadi dum biryani with boondi raita. Very tasty and a sumptuous quantity.

We had ordered chicken tandoori, the quantity was good and it was yum. Then we had 2 chicken dishes in main course, food was really good. Amazing music.

This is a rooftop restaurant in Kondhwa that serves delicious mughlai food. It's a quiet place and you can have a relaxed dinner with your friends and family. Tables are nicely spaced apart allowing you to engage in conversations. The decor is pretty nice and simple.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, we started off with murgh yakni shorba. I had not tried this soup before and at first glance I thought I had made the wrong choice. But after tasting it, my mind changed. Definitely enjoyed the soup. For appetizers we had the mix chicken platter and all the kababs on the platter were tasty. It's always great when there are no disappointing items on a platter.<br/><br/>For the mains we had murgh lahori which was pretty decent. Maybe it could have been cooked a bit more. The breads were nice, cheese garlic naan was brilliant. It had cheese stuffed inside and it felt great while eating.<br/><br/>They also have a full bar counter where you could walk and place your orders. We tried out a few cocktails and all of those were good. Caipiroska was the standout.<br/><br/>Staff is pretty nice and service is decently paced. They had a live singer that night and he had awesome collection of songs.<br/><br/>Only con was that the restrooms are very dirty. You don't expect them to be this way in such a nice place.

Been to mughal sarai 2 times. Though the food is good, very disappointed with the service. Service is very very slow. We had been there for lunch and there was no rush. Restaurant was almost empty. But still the we had to ask 5 to 6 times if the order is ready. The attendants were just chitchatting and most of the times were on mobile. We had to request for water also many times.<br/>After 1st visit I was waiting for a while to write a review. But after today's visit and when faced with similar experience I wanted to let you know this and expect an improvement in the service

Different varieties on food, Non-Veg lovers must try. Restaurant is on roof top, need to use the lift to reach there.  Rest all is good. Enjoyed.

I am editing my previous review based on a recent experience on my second visit to the place.<br/><br/>It was a Wednesday evening and the place was nearly empty. We were 3 and wanted to sit somewhere in the middle, preferably on the podium away from the smoke.<br/><br/>I explicitly asked a staff if we can take the table meant for 6 as there are no smaller tables available where we wanted to sit. He acknowledged our request and we sat down. While we were looking at the menu, another staff member came and asked us to move to a smaller 3 seater table on the side, where even the light was not working and it was dark and dirty. I told the staff that I have already had a word with another staff member and he agreed they we can take this table. However, he ignored and insisted we move. He was rude and inconsiderate.<br/><br/>We got up and walked out. No one else bothered to stop us and ask why we were leaving and kept looking. Not something you'd expect unless the place is feeding people for free.<br/><br/>And the place was still nearly empty.

The place is ausom...ambience..and food too...quality and quantity...service is fast....also...the starters are...very nice....a must visit place with friends....

Great food, amazing location, super helpful and kind staff. Really enjoyed eating here, and highly recommend the place! I’ve only tried it for dinner, but yet to try it out for lunch.

I chanced to come across this restaurant on Zomato while looking for another restaurant offering similar cuisine. I read the reviews and checked the ambience and earmarked this place as one to come. And thus, my family and I came over on occasion of my wife’s birthday. To start off with, the restaurant is not very prominently located and if you aren’t really looking out for it, you wouldn’t know there’s such a good restaurant there. On alighting from the elevator, you’d find two sections: the open dining area and the AC restaurant. The ambience when you sit outside seems to be amazing, especially if you visit in the evening. <br/>We ordered murgh malai tikka and murgh angara for starters. Murgh angara is just too good. For main course, we ordered Lahori murgh and Murgh Peshawari Handi with butter and cheese chilli garlic naans. Coming to the chicken in a bit, the naan is so soft yet crunchy. A special mention for the cheese chilli garlic naan as I have grown so fond of it I’d recommend visiting this restaurant just to have this, if not other things. Speaking of the chicken, I preferred the Lahori murgh over the Peshawari handi, though both were very well cooked. The chicken was so tender and juicy it’d break off just with the naan. You wouldn’t need the fork to slice through. A special mention for the red gravy of the Lahori murgh which is so well prepared that the taste stays in your senses. <br/><br/>Overall, a very good restaurant and a must visit.

I have been to this place 3-4 times and every time my experience has been good. The food is very tasty and the ambience is also very good. Enjoyed their sunday brunch buffet a lot. Value for money

Visited this place by accident, while looking out for banquet hall. Tried the food n I really loved Dahi ke Sholay n Malai chicken tikka. Went multiple times to enjoy various muglai dishes. It has nice ambience n tasty food. It has nice music and rooftop setup. The staff is also quite friendly n courteous.

Awesome food. <br/>I particularly like tandoori chicken. Perfectly cooked and tender. <br/>Service staff is very courteous.<br/><br/>I also arranged for my daughter's birthday party at this place. The management was very supportive and took care of each of our needs.

Very nice place with amazing ambiance. You can go here and try North Indian food. Very tasty and delicious food available at least price. Just go and taste it out.

This restaurant is in Brahma estate.its bit difficult to locate as it's hidden.when we reached here I found the entrance lobby in ground floor near lift kinda shady.<br/><br/>Ambience-4<br/><br/>They have a really nice ambience. With indoor sitting as well as outdoor.<br/><br/>It looks really elegant and your dining expect gets really comfortable.<br/><br/>Food:-<br/>The bheja fry was too tomato-ey but the murg begum bahar was really good and <br/><br/>Not happy with the quality of biryanis as well.

Lovely roof top restaurant with great food and prompt service. Multiple seating options with outdoor n indoor seating. Was recommended this place by a foodie friend, its definitely worth a visit.

Nice ambience, great food, but the service was too slow.. we had to remind the staff again n again to bring our order. <br/>We had tandoori chicken, honey chilli potato , crispy veg. In main course we had butter chicken and in veg we had manchurian. Overall an okay experience to be persé.

I must say, it was really great to choose this place for my family dinner. It was a very important day in our family and some guests too. The ambiance inside was super calm, quite, and an ideal time for dinner. Loved the food, the service, the captains were respectful, and the food was delicious. Mughal Sarai is certainly on my list for my family dinners... once again, thanks a ton for making it a memorable one for my loved ones.

The Ambience and the vibes this place gives is really nice.<br/>The food was Really nice . Would totaly recommend this place for some kind of get together or family outing.<br/>The only thing which dissapointed the whole experience was the desert . The Shahi tukda was not so good . The bread in shahi tukda is not supposed to be Crunchy .<br/>Otherwise this place is so good for any kind of outing . Except if you're going to sit outside in winters , you better wear something warm.

They have an outdoor roof seating along with a smoking area seating and indoor seating.<br/>The staff is very courteous.<br/>The food was all good. The fish amritsari was good. Nicely spiced and the fish was fresh and succulent. They uses the rawas fish.<br/>The mushroom rara was good too with miced soya. The unique winner for me was the pickled papaya.

Mughal Sarai is located on the rooftop, which makes for a great ambience while dining. The food is also very good.<br/>It has a good 90s vibe with a singer.<br/>Overall must visit for a good meal with a view

This place had good service, ambiance is also quite good. They have Indoor as well as outdoor sittings.<br/><br/>I loved the food and had a very good time here.
