The ambience is good but you won't find peace as there is a lot of chatter coming from the people around which is obvious but there are separate sections for families and other groups. The taste is fair in the non-vegetarian items except for chicken skewers that we ordered. Value for money is fair enough in respect of the quantity served. Overall experience was nice!

Nice place if you are planning for dinner with friends or with family. The ambiance is also very good along with the food. We loved nonveg food in taste and quality, but the veg items are not that great. It's average for the veg menu, I can say. Plenty of parking place available for vehicles outside the restaurant. There is a separate kids play area in the restaurant, so you need not worry about kids. At the weekends because of heavy rush the service is slow. Overall, we enjoyed the time.

Food taste can be a bit better. I went with a lot of expectations after going through reviews. Ordered hot and sour soup 🍲 it was good. But I was disappointed with the taste of Kasturi Kabab, there is no flavour or taste in it. Dum Biriyani in which rice was good but the chicken piece was not good. It is my personal choice. 😅 I also order through Zomato for butter chicken 🍗 which is a worth-trying dish. Thank you .

Good Ambience. The restaurant is spacious and has a modern decor. Food was really really amazing 🍗🍲. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always willing to make recommendations. We have visited this place twice for dinner. A great place to allure each type of age group person of family, projector screen playing songs/cricket match, small playing area for kids and the BAR. But the magnificent thing is their food, quick services despite of house full crowd and no compromise on service, You'll need to wait to get table as this place is always crowded on all days of week. You may feel dishes are overpriced but they are worth the portions size served and quality as well.

Big Hotel in the residential area of the wakad!! Spacious, located near to Hinjewadi.. separate place for family.. huge seating area.. you can opt for close seating area with cozy effects.. they do have AC restaurants as well.. food is delicious and affordable.. I don’t drink, but my friend told me the rates are low compare to other restaurants nearby.. weekends usually busy.. I found they have limited parking.. but my friend said they have proper parking space.. overall a good experience .. they do have various branches in PMC and PCMC.. so you can enjoy to your nearest branch..

Pros : + They have on going offers on beer towers and beer pints. + Tried veg patiyala and Paneer Toofani - good. + They have cabana/tent options -10 people or more. Cons : Since the Wakad one is mostly outdoor seating , Atmosphere in the rainy i guess wouldnt be that plesant it's all covered Cabanas look beautiful though.

Honest review during Covid situation.<br/><br/>I visited there on 19th of Aug during the pandemic.<br/>First of all good thing is that tables are kept in a distance so that we keep safe distance from others and follow social distancing.<br/>But we had to tell the staff to clean the table with sanitizer. The worst part is he used the same cloth to clean the plates, from which he cleaned the table earlier. <br/>No complaint on the food but service was pathetic.<br/>I just want to tell others... Visit at your own risk and check what staff is doing and what he is using to clean your plates.

We aked to pack leftover food. It was surmai curry and more than half was remaining. We were shocked when we unpacked food at home. Quantity was half and fish was also removed from curry. That's worst experience we ever had.

Unplanned visit to this restaurant, and the initial vibe was really good. Punjabi theme, spacious and clean interior, looked amazing. Directed through a reception desk, we had a lot of table options to choose.<br/><br/>Burning candle light at the tables on the pool side, all adding perfection to the ambience factor. This place also has a dedicated kids play area, and cages where a different species if birds are kept.<br/><br/>We order Chicken Garlic in the starter, which was way spicy, though the chicken chunks were fresh. In the main course, Punjabi aloo kulcha and kadhai paneer was completely disappointing. Garlic Nan was just okay to have.<br/><br/>Service on the other hand was too slow. We waited for 20-25 minutes for the main course to be served.<br/><br/>Parking space is well-organized and spacious. Parking my four wheeler was totally hassle free.<br/><br/>Wouldn't recommend this place if you looking for good mood food.

In zomato we are unable to know menu and its description. So i asked personally bird valley on phone call about menu description. I asked them there is no chicken tikka masala option. There is murgh tikka so instead of telling description and listening manager asked to select murgh tikka and got wrong food which i never wanted.

The food was pathetic. After having the worst dinner in my life I ordered noodles for take away as had no option and next morning when I opened it ,noodles were raw and the chefs didn't even bothred to cook those.

Food is Average. Ambience is good, since open garden area is available. We went during Cricket World Cup. Crowd was Okay, But the food delivery was always late, but good. Would really recommend to try atleast once. Drinks are nicely chilled.

Food taste was very ordinary. Both veg and non veg. Captain tactically forces you to choose starter from Sangria menu card even though you are interested in regular menu. All 4 items ordered from Sangria menu was very very ordinary nothing special in it. Our dinner went worst when the main course took almost 40 Mins to come. When inquired with Captain that it has taken more than 30 mins...He angrily replied .."itna time bhi nahi hua hai..."...I don't understand why they have to put so much of seating capacity when they cannot serve food on time.

This is so far the coolest place I have visited in Wakad. Nice seating. Not noisy as when I went there these were not many people. They have 2 sections for family and groups. Family section is non smoking and group section is smoking zone. Nice food. Drinks at nominal cost. Must try this place once. Service is prompt. Ambience is nice. I had heard about this place from a friend who praised it for serving cheap beer. So, I had to check it out. The place has a standard drinks menu. The food was good, not spicy at all without being specifically told. The matka chicken which is their speciality was decent and the so was the tawa paneer. The service is fast and attentive despite having a huge rush of customers. The place is big and can accommodate a large number of guests. Had gone in the afternoon in the heat and was very disappointed with no arrangements for coolers and fans for guests to cool down. Had gone for a late lunch so there wasn't much rush and the place was quite empty. The staff was not attentive due to less rush and had ordered for 2 starters from which one came on time and they totally forgot about the second one which came after 40 mins.<br/>The food was great. the quantity was gooood. Had ordered for chicken Angara kebab and chicken chilly dry. wanted to have the biryani also but couldn't since the waiter said it would take another 20 mins to make it and it was getting unbearable sitting there because of the heat.<br/>I will go once again to this place to check with the service and try some more food items here.

I visited this restaurant on May Day which was a dry day here. Bird Valley has an extensive seating area with ample options for seating arrangement.. For starters we ordered Chicken Achari which was served over toasted breads with salad, and Paneer Malai Tikka. For mocktails we ordered Virgin Blueberry Mojito and Sweet Lime Soda. The starters were really tasty and beautifully presented. The mocktails were nice too.<br/>For main course we ordered Veg Pasta in white sauce, Butter Naan and Chicken Nawabi. The pasta was good. But we were utterly disappointed with Chicken Nawabi (which is supposed to be a chef's special item) and butter naan. The naan even if was made fresh and brought to us was hard and flaky. And the chicken was nothing special! The gravy and the chicken pieces were served separately. We were not at all impressed by the chicken.<br/>Also the restaurant management needs to work upon their decorum. All the staffs were running here and there and the place looked like complete mess up with the staffs shouting. These things if taken care will surely make this restaurant thrive! Cheers!

Tried their corn balls, cheese bullets, chicken kebab along with their complimentary peanut and corn masala.<br/>The best of the lot in the food section was their Lachha paratha and mutton keema. <br/>What I loved was their amazing bira jugs of 800 ml each. Wished I had those jugs at home...but their beer was chilled and the ambience overall was decent considering it was an ipl game setting night.<br/>Looking forward to better food tasting sessions here.

Place and food is very good. I liked the ambience and the food was very tasty. I ordered chicken crispy as starter and hawai chicken as the main course and both of them tasted great. The service was also very good. Ganesh was the one who served us very well and was very prompt at taking order and also his behaviour was very nice.

Been here twice . The Ambience is good , service is quick too ! Some of the starters are amazing . Paneer saate is lip smacking. In Main course they messed up mushroom tawa last time  . Apart from that everything about this place is good. They have variety of beers and price is reasonable . Definitely a must try place in Wakad .

Bird valley's lollipop chicken is my all time favourite. Though i never went to the restraunt and it's always a home delivery, bird valley never disappoints me when it comes to good lollipop chicken. Appreciated the packaging as well.

I had gone there on a weekend at the Wakad restaurant. <br/><br/>I felt like helping the waiters do their job and helping the cooks cook food. They were so busy and were not able to even look at us. We repeatedly were asking for food, water, etc. but no one heard us. When we got food, the waiters were in hurry to kick us out. He picked up a plate of food which my mom was eating, and took it away! When he realised his mistake, he apologized. We couldn't stop laughing. Very funny. If you want humour in life, go here once. We were group of 15 people went for dining out.100 % for ambience and service as well location but food taste not good. I used to be in most of restaurants nearby but these guys have to improve on food quality and taste to satisfy food lovers.<br/>Drink lover can prefer but food taste lovers check somewhere else.

I'm a regular customer of bird valley but this time the bird valley wakad's service disappointed me a lot. I was with my family members, they are pure vegetarian and spiritual.<br/><br/>We ordered the paneer banjara but the waiter served chicken banjara instead of paneer, later we got to know that it's chicken. When enquired, the captain to check, he took the plate and directly went to the kitchen.<br/><br/>After few minutes he came with some other dish, when we asked him about previous dish, he lied saying it was tofu paneer.<br/><br/>As we know how tofu paneer looks like we called the hotel manager, he apologized for the incident happened, but we cannot forget this as everyone lost the interest in food.

Bird valley is an experience. The food is average, service way too slow and ambience is alright. We were waiting for starters for half an hour after soup was finished. Too slow and no appropriate response we have received from the people working there. After 55 mins to be precise of having starters and soup we finally got main course and staff when asked about delay use to tell us that kids are running here and there and mistakenly our order has dropped down so we are preparing new one. Reasons for delay weren't even logical.<br/>

One of big place on Dutta Mandir road, with multiple options of party hall, gazebo, family section, bar and most importantly ample parking. Food is as usual. No signature items. But good place to spend time with family and friends. Overall good experience.

Nice place to visit. Pocket friendly. Taste is ok ok which needs improvement. At weekends lot of rush which atfects the service. Smoking area separate which is nice thing to have

I would say a 3.5-4 star. Good ambience , okay food , good service.<br/>Have been there multiple times and every time it's a good value for money.

Horrible experience. Worst of all that I have had so far. Veg maratha was so awful that it was left as served. Daal seemed like red chillies and few grains floating in yellow water with no taste. Jeera rice was bit better. But overall a horrible experience.

We went for dine in.. Ordered chicken tikka and butter chicken.. Chicken tikka was soft with nice masala, butter chicken was too sweet<br/><br/>Ambience was nice with good views of birdies.

This is the we visit after the Ind vs WI match. We have ordered the beer and other drinks. We clearly informed the waiter about the order as we have coupons from little app. So the waiter come up with the order and  once our first order is finished we informed him for the second one then after some time he come up with the issue that the drinks served were not come under this coupon and he delayed for the next order for almost 40 mins. Which was not our fault as we already shown our coupon to him then he sorted the issue from his side. and continued the order. The ambiance was very nice. Visited this place with office colleagues for a team lunch and had great time.<br/>Food was average. Cheese garlic bread is worth trying.<br/>Server was average too. Courteous staff. Very few options for desserts though. We ordered cassata Icecream and it was all melted and half empty and we had the waiter saying “ma’am aisa hi aata hai..” that too will full confidence 😒<br/>Overall it was an average experience. <br/>
