Review Domino's Pizza - Pune

The taste was great, the ambiance is not that great Due to renovation work. I got a good offer, cooperative staff.

Good place to spend evening and for parties with good food mainly pizzas. Quality of food is good and order comes within 10 minutes. Indoor as well as outdoor seating is also there... but mostly outdoor seating at night is noisy because of vehicles of IT park which is next to it.

Domino's is long known for the pizzas they sell, and they are amazing. The outlet serves and delivers upto 1 a.m. in the night. This outlet has both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is extremely fast and the staff is very cooperative. This is one of the very few outlets which would help you satisfy your hunger at late night. The service is commendable.

This is the nearest Domino's from my office at Kalyani Nagar. Also it is the preferred one to have delicious pizza as the team lunch outing or to seleberate success parties. This place is comparatively small though designed very well with high chairs and also it has wheel chair entrace and kids table also.

We ordered 1 Loaded Veg Pizza 🍕 1 Veg Corn 🌽 Pizza 🍕 1 Garlic Bread🍞 They have a good variety of Pizza's- Veg, Non-Veg and I like both veg and Non- Veg pizzas, and Non-veg pizzas are Cloud 9 😋 The service is excellent though it may take 10-20 minutes, we will get fresh soft pizza and they give takeaway parcels. The service is courteous and reasonably fast. A wide spread of items made it enjoyable to everyone. The veggies on thin crust is a healthier option that will still allow you to get your pizza fix. Also, if you want to cut calories even further, ask for less cheese. The thin crust option is always healthier at Domino's, but I included the hand-tossed veggie and chicken pizza for variety. With the thicker crust and flavor from all the toppings, you'd think you're indulging. Domino’s have always been my favorite destination to taste pizzas. Just like always, this time too, they didn’t fail to impress me….what to say my love for this place is sooooo much and the combo Garlic Bread with Dip and Veg Corn Pizza here is the love forever i love it sooooo much ❤️❤️ Even the garlic bread and dip are different in taste. Pizzas were very very tasty, one more thing i must say please take coke with it and see the taste. Enough to eat directly. We enjoyed the pizza……… Quality 5/5 Seating-4.5/5 Service-4.5/5 Overall domino's is a nice place to order from and will always be a hit!!!! Good pizzas. I often go here with my office team for lunch. Everything is good but the service is slow. It's our only complaint everytime we come here.

Nice place to eat. Next to carnival cinemas. Serving is fast. Open for birthday celebrations. No Jio network available inside 😒

Cheese burst is just for name sake. There are so many pizza outlets coming out & Domino's is not keeping it upto the mark. The cheese quantity of the cheese burst is as if the chefs there get it from their own kitchens & as if they've paid for the pizza from their pockets. Super hopeless management

Ordered for a cheese burst pizza and this is the rubbish i recieved. Called the delivery person and asked her to check. She asked for a spoon and started checking.<br/>As i am that stupid to not know what a cheese burst is.<br/>Then she says ill call up the store manager but he obviously doesn't pick up.<br/>Even in 2020, they are pathetic with their service.

Nice cold pizzas. They have a numbering system for orders. Only they don't use it.. actually they do but off and on My order number never got displayed though the pizzas were lying on the rack for more than 5 minutes.. by the time I got it on the table they were warm to cold. Priority is given to delivery pizza orders.. the restaurant goers are kept waiting..

Very recently I ordered one non veg meal for two. It included one medium barbecue chicken pizza, one box of garlic breadsticks and one Pepsi. Let me tell you, it’s literally worth the price. The pizza was as always soft and tasted delicious. The garlic breadsticks were perfect. <br/>Dominos is my go to place and I love the vibe here. <br/><br/>Special tip: Order a cheesy dip with the garlic breadsticks. You will never forget the taste and it’ll leave you wanting for more ;)

For a very long time I was a fan of dominos and considered them to be the flag bearers of the qsr revolution in India . However , lately , their food has become absolutely horrendous. Even the cheese burst pizza which used to be such a massive craving killer , has become weird . I used to look forward to eating from dominos but no more. Their toppings have changed their cooking style has changed , their ingredients have changed but most of all their outlook towards the customer has changed. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread via Zomato yesterday for lunch and have never been harassed as much. They took 2.5 hours to deliver and it was absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. The number on Zomato is incorrect and Zomato support says they can’t do anything about it. Note to Zomato: don’t take the order if you don’t have any control over it. Anyway got through dominos directly and they kept playing passing the parcel for 2 hours. When I finally got the order in 2.5 hours, it was cold . Now I normally do not press for a refund , but this time I did, since the delay was absurd. However, there has been no revert on that either. I think it is best to order cod only from dominoes so they can’t take u for a ride everytime.<br/><br/>Lastly, it’s been a while, but it’s time to say goodbye to dominos, I am never again going to be ordering from dominos. This is the end of a 20 year long relationship.

You want a order in 1 HR you won't get it. Worst customer service. Don't order thinking it's 3am -will deliver swiftly they'll rather kill your hunger.

This is the worst pizza i ever had it was cold n was like piece of rubber....It took them more than a hour to deliver it to my place n when it arrived it was really disappointing. Ordered Aussie Barbecue Veg Pizza and African Peri Peri Chicken Pizza today. <br/>The Aussie Barbecue had Paneer which was definitely very old and expired. <br/>It was hard, rubbery and chewy. Discarded most pieces and fed to the dog. <br/>The BBQ sauce drizzled on top was okayish.<br/><br/>The African Peri Peri Chicken had small diced pieces of chicken, the peri peri sauce was good and the flavours were balanced. Liked this pizza.

The worst ever experience, had called for a delivery which came after 65mins. Upon asking for 30minsorfree I was told "aapko discount de denge" I had to firmly ask for my MONEY BACK. Only upon increasing my tonal volume was I promised a money back in a week. I was clear that I had placed an order online on thier website, Mr Manoj Kadam (Manager at Domino's) promised that since the payment was by my Paytm I will recieve the money back on the same. To my surprise after follow ups and random calls I was refunded "Dominos points" like why!!! Why would I make a mistake again of ordering from them again. I have written three emails and haven't heard back at all.<br/>The food was another level of pathetic.<br/>The cheeseburst did not have any sign of cheese. Literally my home made cheese toast has more cheese to it.<br/>Their so called chicken tikka with mint mayo was dry af, no signs of mayo or even the slightest taste of mayo, forget about mint mayo!<br/>And these people want me to accept points for the thousand bucks I spent behind these two ridiculous pizzas??<br/>I surely made a mistake of ordering dominos, I should have rather called it from German Bakery or baked and wired. Horrible service. Served paneer tikka but I ordered Indi chicken tikka. charged for cheese burst but the cheese was missing. On complaining they said either you eat this or we can cancel your order. I wasted my time here.

Not happy with the attitude of the staff. Loads of scope of improvement. I don't think I'll walk in here again. Not recommended at all. Didn't expect such staff behavior in this customer centric era and that's also in a locality like kalyani Nagar.

Highly unhygienic place...Tables are kept uncleared with all waste food lying on the tabke ...Arogant staff ....When complained to staff Shashikant no cooperation showed from his side...Quite disappointing experience !

I took a cheese margarita pizza and to my surprise it was very good and nice amount of cheese as they call it as I know it is kind of Vegetable oil they use instead of original cheese in domino's India. However it was nice and taste good. Currently restricting myself to 3 rating and will increase after I try their other varieties. Thanks.:)

Nice and hot but a lot of helapenos made the this Lil bit tangy. There is an issue related to the delivery for Akash Nagar. Area of responsibility needs to be decided for this place. Some times Kalyani Nagar Dominos refuses to take order for my place. Otherwise 4 Star.

I love the thin crust pizzas and when I'm hungry I go for the cheese burst, that's the all time favourite. I really love the soft crust, the cheese cream and the Margherita pull.

Visited it about 10 days back and ordered a golden corn regular worth ₹75 instead they placed cheese & corn worth ₹165. Staff doesn't tells u about offers available for customers like McDonald's.

very poor delivery. worst character of delivery boy. went to wrong address and was not even ready to ask nearby people and come to my address... finally we went to the place where he was standing and took our delivery. <br/><br/>it took 1hr for delivery, though the order outlet was 15mts from my place. Pizza was totally cold. but hass to take the order as the cash was paid initially. henceforth should be paid at time of delivery only.

We ordered fresh vegies 2 pizzas for medium size for the amount of 418. One pizza was perfect as per order, however the other one was like Margaretta. No vegitables were contained at all in pizza. Actually the second pizza was west of money. It was delivered lesser value piza and you have taken higher price of it.<br/>

The order was delivered in 50 mins.
