Review Red Chilli's - Pune

Place is good and so the food. We ordered butter chicken garlic naan,cheese naan, chicken fried rice Gulab jamun. Trust me the food is a must try. Well done to the 👨‍🍳. Chef. Manish greet us well when we entered the restaurant premises.The service was well done by Sunil no matter how buzy is the restaurant he did come to our table and serve our food in regular intervel. But Jyoti was look was not so pleasing, my suggestion to her is to smile at her guest when they entered the restaurant. Though it's an A/c restaurant we have to ask to switch on the A/c for us. Note: they do not accept Dineout payment options. We even asked Jyoti to parcel our left food she took the bowl and kept aside, she did not bothered to pack for us, instead she was standing with the EDC machine to charge the card as if we were going to run away without paying. Overall our wonderful experience was completely ruined by Jyoti. Company should think twice before hiring staff like her

Liked It...will visit again given a possibility... Calm, relax and pleasent ambiance with option of outdoor or indoor sitting. Multi cuisine restaurant with lots of delicious options. Food is bit pricey but test is delicious and ambiance is nice. Do chek photos for more details. Staff of very helpful and polite. Service was quick and prompt. Ample sitting arrangement but arrangement some time feels bit congested when adjacent table is occupied. Chairs are comfortable and relaxing. I haven't had an opportunity to sit outside but it is very nicely maintained. Outside sitting is covered except one table at the turning... Food was well cooked and well presented...side dishes and starters were mouth watering. Deserts were also delicious and available in various options but bit pricey. Service was quick also. Even if name mentioned Chillies, food is of test as per order. COVID hygiene is maintained here... Enjoy your dining...Bon Appetite!!!

It is one of the oldest restaurant (Veg + Non Veg) in that locality.. It's just renovated a month ago... Its located in kharadi near industrial area... Ambiance is good... They have covered and uncovered (Covered in rainy season) sitting areas... Food quality and taste is great...One can get Delicious Indian, Chinese food here with lots of varieties in menus... Pocket friendly.. 'Murg Mussalam' is their speciality and I never found such taste anywhere... Staff is friendly and cooperative... Service is quick... Best place for group lunch or dinner...

Its one of the good restaurant if you looking for good tasty food in this lane. I tried several times. Recently we ordered Veg Kofta which was really tasty and can be recommended. Garlic Naan was also up to the mark along with my regular munchaw soup 🍲 😋. Ambience rating will low this time as AC was not working properly and even after telling no action , looks like its not maintained properly. Keep exploring ☺️

We have visited the place twice. The first experience was so good that it made us visit it a second time also. First time the food quality,fast, quantity everything, ambience, service, were very good. On second visit which was almost 2 months after the 1st visit most of the things changed. The food didn't taste that good. The service was too fast. I mean we just started with soup and starters were served and while we finished soup, main course was brought. It seemed they were in a hurry to send us off😊. Please don't spoil the taste of food. Other things are acceptable but yours is a good restaurant. Please maintain your regular standard.

Recently visited this place,we had lunch their, service was quick,they suggested to go for paneer peshawari,as its their speciality,so ordered paneer peshawari,it tasted really good, paneer has coating which was adding extra touch to the dish,i really like it,roti was also of good quality.<br/>Now coming to the things which i don't like,they serve mineral water compulsory, means if you don't want to hv ,still you must have to take it,its compulsion,which i found strange.<br/>Now next about billing part,they charged service charges without even consent of customers,which was again strange.<br/><br/>Overall Experience 👍👍👍<br/>Taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br/>Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Expensive and overrated place

Red chillies was a very good place to eat at a while ago, the food was worth the money, and their service too. Apparently, the management of this place has changed now, and since then the working of the staff has flipped, it's a little bit in coordinated, we got our food 40 minutes past of ordering. And the food quality too wasn't as good as it used to be. Take the critics positively:)

Today we went red chillies for a dinner. Food was not so bad or not so good . . We ordered chicken chatpata kebab in stater, in main course red chillies special fried rice, chicken in black beans sauce and butter garlic nun. We packed the rest of the chicken and rice for home. In chicken item there was 3 pieces left . When I came home and unpacked the chicken , I find only two pieces of chicken, one piece is missing. Do not do this kind of service. One piece chicken matter nahi karta, but service matter karte hai. I would like to give 3 stars but for that bad service I m giving 2 stars.

Went there with parents and in-laws and 3 kids. Food was below average. Paneer starter was chewy. Dal makhni was nothing close to black dal and some veg main course curry was also bad. Ordered Hakka noodles for kids and inspite of asking for “non spicy”, although it’s needless to say. But the dish came loaded with black pepper and kids refused to eat. Which otherwise is a safe bet with kids. <br/>Service was good. Food was bad<br/>Won’t recommend.

After renovation this was my first visit in this restaurant. I used to visit this place quite often. Now items are overpriced. Food quality and taste is not same like earlier. Staffs are newly hired.We ordered our favourite dhingri masala it was not of same taste however starters were better. Staff were polite but some arguments were going between kitchen staff and serving staff which we can here clearly.

The hara bhara kebab was a bit dry. The chicken dish was tasty and went well with the butter naan. This was the first time after they renewed. And I was surprised to see this place is taking charge of renovation from the customers by over hyping the prices in the menu. Each item in the menu is over priced too much. I have been a usual customer here. However I don't wish to go here again.

Food is good, staff is good, ambiance is also good. On weekends it’s crowded but on weekdays it’s less crowded.<br/>Also they give corporate discount :D<br/>So overall a nice place to go and eat. Try one of that green and red gravy dish (can’t recall the name but was something like subah sham), it’s really nice.

The best part about Red Chillies is the extremely polite and well behaved staff. I tend to ask a lot of questions while ordering and they were happy to answer. But the food can definitely use some improvement. The regular dishes like Daal or paneer preparations are good, but my experience with their cheese dishes wasn't good. Overall, it's an economical place that you can go to if you're around. But there's nothing very special that you need to be looking forward to.

The place is good to have punjabi food.. we ordered alloo tokri for starters and it was really very good.. boiled potatoes stuffed with cheese.. it is one of the best starters that they offer. For veg main course we ordered panner peshawari and that was delicious too.. panner pieces stuffed with smashed panner with thick red gravy.. <br/>the only thing that I didn’t like was the service was a bit slow and the mocktails are overpriced.

Lack of service. Took a lot of time to take the order Brought the food after 1 hour after giving the order. Food quality was also not good. Roti was half roasted. Very bad ....!!!!! After clearly mentioning numerous times to reduce the spiciness of the dish especially not adding any green chilly at all, knowing that they serve spicy food, we were served the dish with green chillies in it. They're reply to why it was spicy was that the chef forgot about the green chillies and tried to pass it off with a weak apology. My suggestion to new customers would be to write your own orders and probably talk to the chef yourself. Who knows you might have to cook your own meal!!!<br/>

It’s a good place for North Indian food which has a lot of options in the main course.It used to be a pure vegetarian restaurant before but now they’ve an expansive non-vegetarian menu as well!Do try their paneer Peshawari and their rice variety dishes as they’re really good! We visited this place for the lunch offered by a friend in his birthday party. They have both Indoor and Outdoor sitting arrangement. They have variety of items in both Veg and Non Veg. Quality of food is nice in a reasonable price. They don't have varieties in deserts though. They also have good staff with a quick service. We normally go out for lunch every friday. This Friday, we decided to try red chillies near by our office. We ordered peshawari paneer which was shown on Zomato as their favourite items. To be honest paneer wasn't fresh as I expected and as it should be. Egg curry was fine. Biryani was of average taste.

We visited this place for lunch. We ordered the chicken fried rice and chicken chilly. The quantity of the food was very good. The dressing was very detailed. The chicken chilly had large pieces of chicken and lots of vegetables. A must visit if your there.

A good place to go, I liked their food, ambiance as well as the food. Punjabi Dum Aloo and Angara chicken was good but their tandoor roti was little more crispy. Service was good as well.<br/>Go out with friends n family. They doesn't play any music else would have been more amazing.

See this Dal khichadi? This will be the absolute worse you'll ever have in your life. The amount of ginger in it is overwhelming, a 5 year old can manage to put together a better Dal and rice dish than the chef who cooked it. Never ordering from here again, calling it pathetic would be an insult to the word pathetic.

The place is having both in and out sitting arrangement. Also they serve quite reason able budget buffet. We been here for a team lunch and enjoy the food.<br/>The price is as I said reasonable only. Bit the variety they might work on. They dont have mutton or fish in nonveg. Also they didn't have much desert options. Only they had gulab jamun and ice cream in menu the time we visit.<br/>By hospital itt the place is good. 3.5/5. <br/>Overall its a good place to go for a small to mid group.

Went here once for Pav Bhaji. The ambience is nice. Service is OK-OK. I have had better Pav Bhaji than this place but it was not bad either. Would like to try other items from their menu. I will update the review once I do. You can surely try this place once

Worst service. Took 1 hr to get food and when asked for missing item, they denied that it was even ordered. On top of that, this guy in the restaurant told that if I need to complain, I have to go to counter and complain. As a customer, I am expected to go to counter. Never knew this. Additionally, this person tells that he is the manager and there is no one else whereas he was one of the steward serving food.

Ordered pav bhaji along with a pair of extra pav through swiggy. I didn't expected this much good taste from this restaurant. The bhaji was tender and buttery, pav was full of butter and it was served along with salad which was again a plus point. We ordered crispy paneer, veg crispy, CHilly paneer, Veg kolhapuri, dal fry and some breads.. Heard so much about the place but unfortunately none was worth. Although the preparation was served hot but all I could taste was chilly and rubber paneer. Service was good but not of any use as food was totally waste of money.

This is the place I gave my friends my birthday treat. The place and ambience are cool, the rates are a bit high. The service is also good. Can be visited again.

Chicken mughlai and veg handi. Non veg was good while veg really disappointed. Soup was good too. Chicken tandoori could improve in taste. Mushroom ghee roast was above average. Overall, not bread to try.

I have been to Red Chillies before and I would not say that the food is amazing but mediocre. This time I was a little disappointed. I ordered chicken fried rice which was too greasy and had lumps of salt in it. The fish tikka was tasty but had microscopic portions of fish. Please don't order any other cuisine except Indian here. Although they claim to have seafood specialities, it is better to stick to tried and tested chicken, paneer and other vegetarian dishes.

The dishes kept coming one after the other as I kept stuffing myself. The food tasted good and the quantity was value for money. If the shorba and fried rice helped me cure my hunger, the double sundee with fresh cut fruits, three scoops of ice-cream and nuts was a soother for the nerves after a hectic day. The service was exceptionally good as ordered were handled fairly well. They kept serving customers without a fuss, even though some arrived pas their closing time.<br/><br/>Revisit/Recommend: The price is a bit on the higher side but, the quality and quantity of the food makes up nicely for it. It has been a worthwhile visit for me, and I would definitely recommend for at least a one-time visit.

Horrible food staff and service. No options in mutton boneless in the main course. Veg tandoori platter lands up cold. Customer service orientation. Zilch.

We recently went to Red Chillies for a team lunch. <br/>The Good:<br/>The ambience is ok nothing out of the box here. <br/>The staff is friendly.<br/>The food is good taste and quantity wise.<br/><br/>The Bad:<br/>It takes a lot of time for the food to arrive. We spent a good 75 to 90 mins for our lunch. They need to look into this.<br/><br/>Verdict: Visit this restaurant only if you have plenty of time in your hands.

Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote ! Situated inside WTC complex in Kharadi ! Was having big expectation ! Not impressed with the ambience. They could have spent more. Food was ordinary. We ordered Dal Makhani and you know what, Makhan was MISSING !!

If you are a vegetarian this place is for you for tasty food(din't tried nonveg yet here so no idea ;)). Ambiance is nice, service is okay type but at the end food is good. Must visit once.

Red Chillies<br/> Kharadi   is not upto standards. the staff don't keep the place clean. when we went for late lunch it was so messy with food & trash spread on floor every where.  price what you pay is not worth it for how they maintain the place. its definitely not a fine dine. We ordered Chinese cuisine .Food is so so nothing great.portion of food is ok.

Place is good...ample seating arrangement both in and out..<br/>Coming to food.. I had Chicken handi that was ok.. along with butter-nan which were very good as expected..<br/>Price- quantity wise they are good as they have moderate pricing with good quantity.<br/>This is the first place I reviewed in this area.<br/>Not too good for 4 or 5,also not bad for 1 or 2... So gave it 3.5..

It's a decent place to visit. ....much better than other restaurants in area....I would suggest to have chicken platter for those who prefer non veg.....It's really very nice
