The service was exceptional, catering to a diverse crowd spanning various age groups. The snug seating and a charmingly 'grandma'ish ambiance add to the overall experience. I highly recommend a visit, and if you do, don't miss out on the Grandma Special Pizza and indulging in some delectable dark chocolate offerings.

Service is a bit poor as they often forget what did customer order but the staff is too polite. We tasted 3 different drinks so they were perfect. The atmosphere is enjoyable and you can come here for a date or with friends but mind it!!! It's a couples paradise... so avoid making too much noise......

Located in Koregaon park, this place has a very good atmosphere for friends and family. One of the places for Brunch. Seatings are good, with few cushioned swings. They have large options for Starters, and main courses and less for desert and soups. Food quantity is comparatively less, but the taste is really good. A must try is - freshly baked dough with ice cream. The price is high for the quantity, but okay for quality. Valet parking is available.

Ambience is great. Beautiful cafe. We tried hot chocolate with marshmallows and cookie crumble dough which were good. Hot chocolate was one the bests here.Aglio olio Spaaghetti was just fine, it was basic and will do. But hot chocolate and deserts are a must here.

For our meal, we ordered the Fire Cracker Chicken Burger, which was bursting with flavors and perfectly cooked. The Exotic Prawns Green Thai Curry was a taste sensation, transporting us to the streets of Thailand with each spoonful. And oh, the heavenly Ferrero Rocher Shake was the sweet treat we needed to complete our dining experience.
This place is an ideal spot for a date; the ambiance sets the perfect mood for a romantic evening. Whether you're looking for a delightful dining experience or a place to make memories, Grandmama's Cafe has it all.

This cafe in Koregaon Park is in a relatively quite ambiance which works well as it's great place to hangout with friends or a date night and in a rather busy area.
It is a nice place in terms of aesthetics. The staff is polite and prompt in service. The food was tasty and served quickly.

Pathetic experience. Though ambience is fantastic and elegant, but taste of food is just not upto the mark. We ordered two hot coffees, but they were not at all hot when served. The flavorings ordered in coffee were also missing, it didn't even match the standard of a normal regular flavor coffee.

I visited Pune for the first time and I really enjoyed the city vibe. On a Saturday evening we happened to stroll around kp which is a very calm area filled with lot of pubs and restaurants. <br/>On our way this cafe caught our eye( mainly coz of it's decor) and we decided to crash here to satisfy our hunger. <br/>We ordered for cheese fondue, macaroni cheese sticks and farm fresh pizza. <br/>We also ordered for nachos trash bin which was our favorite. <br/>Pizza was not that great although the crust was baked well.. It could have tasted better. <br/>We ended our long dinner chat with really delicious hazelnut hot chocolate. Trust me this was one of the best I have had till date. <br/>Overall I would say this place is really quite, cozy and comfortable.

My husband placed an order from veg section- All American burger. Once it arrived and While he was half way eating I pointed out the smell and texture looks weird. We checked Zomato app again and it was under veg section only. However not convinced we checked the restaurants main menu and turned out it’s a non veg BEEF burger. Being pure vegetarians we immediately threw it off. Nothing can compensate the emotional damage but would like to highlight manager called us to offer free burger / dessert ( like it would help )

Heard so much about it but somehow my experience was not that great. Though the ambience and the feel of place was great but the service was not initial we ordered lemon banta soda and the waiter served our drink with a floating fly in it. He didn't even bothered to check it before placing as it was clearly on display through transparent bottle then when asked to replace they did it but then the quantity of liquid was also reduced as if they have jz thrown the fly away and served the same drink again which really made me loae appetite. Still offering 3 star because of ambience, and the chocolate shake which was good but overall dining experience was disappointing

Good cafe in KP to have catch up with friends and definitely an Instagram worth location to have snaps with the vintage car at the entrance. As the seating options is totally outdoor and open it gets hot at the places where they don't have fan coverage.Coming on to the food the service time is quite nimble which is good but they lack options for vegan and vegetarian category thus just 3 star rating for that.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for past 2yrs and initially the waiters were very good and used to listen but after recent revamp and old waiters leaving plus the new menu , it just sucks.<br/><br/>The food quality has gone down to shit, cheese food like Mac n cheese or cheesy fries are just watered down curded milk, like literally it's water. The waiters are rude and non responsive. They just lost a regular client.

First of all a big shout out to the ambience of this place. It's such a warm, cozy place with equally warm bunch of people. All the dishes that we ordered the best was the Apple Pie in desert and the fish fingers as starters. The other dishes that we ordered also tasted authentic except for the massive chocolate blackout which was the only disappointment in the whole experience, it looked very fancy but taste was not upto the mark, which is the only reason I have rated this place 4 . The place is so tastefully decorated, you will surely feel very fresh after a visit. Altogether, a great experience.

Kala Khatta Goti Soda<br/>I loved the taste. The prominent Kala Khatta taste which was expected was perfectly tasted. This one's definitely recommended.<br/>2. The Bubblegum Icecream Float<br/>I liked the concept of letting the customer prepare their own float. The Bubblegum flavour was perfectly tasted.<br/>3. Kiwi Brain Freezer<br/>This one was a bit of unique to me, as I've never earlier tried this kind of a drink. Went here for a quick bite last night. I’m very grateful that the restaurant accommodated us at 11 PM - just in time for the last order. However, the experience wasn’t something that I expected. <br/>We ordered a mini potion of Mushroom cappuccino and Homestyle tomato soup. Both lacked seasoning. We also called for Mac & Cheese The Grandma way which also lacked taste. It was bland and a little runny in texture with zero hint of seasoning. All the food was really poorly prepared. Maybe because everyone just wanted to close the restaurant for the day. The worse was when the lights were shut off on us while we dined. <br/>The only highlight of our evening was the server - Ashok Kumar. He was very courteous and kind. Definitely a keep.

Recently had a chance to try out their new menu. As we entered, amazed by the ambiance. The vintage car at the entrance is very attractive. The ambiance is colorful and very good.<br/>In drinks, we tried ice cream soda along with brain freezer. Both drinks were good. <br/>In food, we tried Asian style pepper chicken. It was served in a small cycle. Taste was very good. Chicken was fresh. Not that spicy, bit oily as it was fried.<br/>We also tried butter garlic prawns. Prawns were served in a gravy and with garlic bread. Prawns were boiled.<br/>In the mains, we had grilled chicken breast. Taste was good. Chicken was fresh. Went well with mashed potato.<br/>At the end we tried their shake. We had caramel and pretzel shake. They present shakes very well. Taste was good.<br/>Overall, good place to hang out with some good food.

We went for a brunch and what a perfect ambience for a brunch. We ordered fries, hazelnut hotchocolate and a cottage cheese dish which i dont remember the name was. Hot chocolate was perfect. There are not many restaurants which can assure you great ambiance, great service and great food. Grandmama's is one of them. With such a pleasing ambiance, consistently great service and food, Grandmama's is fast climbing on my top favorite restaurants list.<br/><br/>Agreed the price is a bit steep on the menu but it is worth the overall experience.<br/><br/>While my regular order here are the Grandmama's Roast chicken leg and home-style grilled chicken, I also recommend Parmesan meat balls, which is a must if you love lamb/goat and the Parmesan crusted Mahi Mahi, which is basically Pomfret fish (mahi mahi) over a bed of brown rice and a creamy, cheesy gravy poured all around it.<br/><br/>But Aloha! You must try their new Thick Freak shakes. I tried the caramel and pretzel, which is a meal in itself and sufficient dessert for two. Talking about desserts, there is a whole different section for that as well and I pamper my loved ones with the chocolate ball, which just breaks in to crumbly delicious chocolate, when hot liquid chocolate is poured on it, revealing the oh-so-amazing chocolate brownie from within. A great choice if you are in a group or a pair.<br/><br/>Finally there are many drinks but if you like something fresh or for the kids, try the kala khatta. An upgrade from the street drink that you must try.<br/><br/>Needless, to say Grandmama's is a must visit and with its sure food and service it is an undisputed winner.<br/><br/>Cheers!

Super slow service. No dedicated waiter, seemed like every other table was getting service other than ours. Even the bill took forever to come, and was scratched out and handwritten! The food did taste very good. Peach Iced Tea, Greenapple Lemongrass Cooler, Grandmama's special pizza, all very nice tasting; although it was nothing special. Ambience is the only hype-worthy thing about the place!

This is one of my favourite places to visit with friends in Pune. Wonderful ambience. Good food. Good service. But they really need to do something about the fly situation in the outdoor seating area. It's unhygienic and irritating to eat and swat flies at the same time.

I went with a friend and we both are hardcore non vegetarian lovers. Ordered chicken grilled and grandmama's roasted chicken. I have had grilled chicken before once at phoenix outlet.<br/>We then had curly fries with cheese dip. Fries were perfect. Cheese was a little bitter.<br/>Grilled chicken is not tender. You need to put efforts to cut it. It was served with my favourite mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.<br/><br/>I felt that at both outlets the salt was a little too much in grilled chicken. Not sure about the roast one though.<br/>Ambiance is lively. Good interiors and both indoor and outdoor seating. Swings are my favourite.

Four-cheese pizza - Heaven for cheese lovers. You can see that cheese pull in the picture itself. The pizza was freshly baked and hot from the oven. Must try for people who enjoys alot of cheese on their pizza.<br/><br/>2. Falafel shwarma - This was something new. They gave us falafel in the form of a shwarma wrap and the flavours were amazing. After the first bite, there was a good pop of flavours in my mouth. The patty was crispy and hot. The peta bread could've been thinner.<br/>Overall, I would recommend it.<br/><br/>3. Blueberry cheesecake - It was not the best cheesecake we had. But decent enough to try it again. The filling was not to creamy and the texture was different than usual. Small blueberry pieces in the filling was a treat ❤<br/>I would suggest that you try another chocolate based desserts if you're here and not experiment with cheesecakes if you're trying it for the first time.<br/><br/>

I had the salmon stake <br/>The salmon was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth! It was served with fried rice which had some amazing flavours that danced on the pallet, the down side with the rice was that it was a bit too oily. The sauce was slightly sweet but went well with the entire dish, the sautéed vegetables were well cooked and complimented the dish well. The dish was to be served with grilled asparagus instead of the vegetables but I prefer having sautéed vegetables rather than having asparagus 😊 The service is slow but the food is worth waiting for 😊💃🏻 A happy customer 😊

After a long tiring day, I was served with an amazing Cold Coffee (without ice cream was my choice). Not a lot of people can mix coffee and milk in such precise proportions. <br/>We also ordered a hot Chocolate, and the best thing, it wasn’t too sweet. Lightly sweet and bitter.<br/><br/>The Italian Mama pizza was okay, the crust became too hard after one point of time.<br/><br/>Apart from that, lovely ambience and a cozy feel.<br/><br/>Cheers

Grandmama's is a super chic cafe in Koregaon Park, Pune. I really loved the decor they have here like the swing sets, funky wall prints and the cane furniture with plants all around.<br/>I came here to try the breakfast menu which I heard is really good. So I tried Eggs Benedict, Vanilla Pancakes, White Mocha milk shake and a Lemon Ice Tea.<br/><br/>The eggs benedict was well made - eggs were runny as expected and it came with a side of potato wedges and a salad.<br/>White Chocolate Mocha Shake had a sprinkling of white chocolate shavings over a large amount of whipped strawberry flavoured cream. The shake itself was huge in quantity and tasty but the strawberry whipped cream was unnecessary. Plain cream would have been nicer.<br/><br/>The lemon tea was just perfect. Nothing to be said about that.<br/>The vanilla pancakes were amazing, too - two fluffy, heavy pancakes with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, jam and a dollop of vanilla icecream. The only drawback was that the pancakes were already drenched in syrup, so if you don't like your pancakes oversweet, make sure to order with the syrup served separately.<br/><br/>Overall I felt that Grandma's breakfast buffet is pretty good value for money. I will visit again for their Limitless Sundowner offer which includes unlimited Kingfisher draught beer or sangrias for 500 plus tax.

Grandmamas cafe, a well known food joint from Mumbai has finally made its way into the streets of Pune. And yes they did make it good. The ambience is terrific. Perfect for all kinda outings ranging from family to bae. The must haves here are the hot beverages. We ordered. Marshmallow lover and Hazelnut Mocha! Both were deliciously smoking hot. The chicken croquettes were decent enough. But the breakfast here is a must try. We had ordered chilli omelette and it was just the right amount of sumptuous food. The concept of Quatra Formaigio is always appealing to me. Usually found in Pizza they serve here in Pasta as well. And yes, the Italian grand mama just blew our mind! Overall a great experience. A little heavy on budget but once a time splurge is possible!

Visited this place after seeing good ratings on Zomato. I had ordered chicken shwarma, and it was given to me after 45 mins. The waiter had forgotten to punch my order, human error, accepted. When the order came it was tasteless. Worst Shwarma I have ever had. When I took this to the waiter he just said ' that's how way make it'. Seriously. That's how they make it, tasteless. Had I knows that's how you freaking make it without any salt or masala I would have never wasted my money here. Please google and learn how to make shwarma. I'm sitting here in your cafe and thinking about Hitebar and JDs cafe.
