Review Baker Street - Pune

A regular cafe if you want to just take a break and have a quick snack or meetups, ambience is peaceful,team is polite and service is quick. I had tried their cappucino and latte ,had the expected regular flavours.The chocolate cake was not too much on the sweet side so it could be enjoyed if you don't prefer too chocolaty.

I went here for the fist time and I liked the experience. They have huge variety and whatever item we ordered turned out to be great. Ambience is good, it has pretty large space. Would surely like to visit again.

WoW. 221B Baker Street, just sitting here make you remember Sherlock Holmes. A great place, good food with a high quality, and very well maintained and decorated place. Once you visit here and takes cappuccino, you won't look for Starbucks or CCD for next days. Lunch and Brunch are amazing. Thanks.

Amazing place for desserts - specially "Applepie with vanilla ice cream". All the other things are good. No much queue and the crowd is always decent. Service is also very good. Good place to go with friends and special buddies :)

This is nice cozy place in the busy Amanora mall and one can relax after the hectic shopping session ☺☺..they have plenty of space to sit, inside as well as outside the cafe... interior is pretty well...food is good taste wise, they have variety of pastries and muffins, good variety of drinks and range of pastas, sandwichs, rolls, etc...sit back and relax ☺☺

Loved the place. Enough indoor and outdoor seating area. Perfect place for coffee or breakfast! I had cappuccino which was very good. Nice breakfast options they have.

Food tastes good like sandwiches, burger, pav bhaji. There isn't much variety in tea but the kulhadh vaali chai tastes good and fresh. Service is sometimes not really good u have to ask them multiple times to serve stuff like ketchup, water, sugar but in all a good place to hangout and chat with ur pals.

My go to place for breakfasts and brunches on weekends. Their cheese omelette breakfast platter does the job pretty well. PS, Amanora mall seems peaceful when you sitting on an outside table at 10 in the morning...

I visit this place frequently to unwind. The fair that they have to offer is limited, but is superior in quality. Staff is extremely courteous and they tend to give a patient hearing to our whims. I like the airy and peaceful ambience - most of the time when not heavily occupied/surrounded by patrons. I love coffee and my kid loves to indulge in the desserts that they offer. Few times I have ordered and picked the cakes that they showcase, never had any complaints. A big thanks to the staff for maintaining the aura of the place

Although I went Amanora many times, but it was the 1st time I visited Baker Street. I loved the place. It's in a perfect location with spacious area, well planned seating arrangements, comfortable seats, cosy environment and the thing I loved the most was the low noise level. You don't have to stand in a queue holding your bill/token to get your food or ask repeatedly for the order fulfillment. Your food is delivered to your table and they don't load up your table with all of your orders at once. Food arrives at your table one by one fresh and hot.. there's a nice assortment of veg and non-veg food and surprisingly Indian food like Vada, Pav bhaji etc are also included. There's salad in the menu for weight watchers and you can get sugar-free beverages too. I'm surely going to visit the place again.

I always like the seating arrangements they have done both inside and outside. Good place to hangout with friends. Coffee was satisfactory. I liked the hot chocolate though. It hit right on spot. Good pasties to go. The menu has good options.

This is probably just one cafe that has been here for a long time. The remaining have come and gone. I was here a couple of times only because there was no other cafe and the Starbucks was closed. That should tell you something about this place. There is no wifi , no power outlets not much of a cafe vibe so to say. The food is expensive and not worth the price. The bakery items and coffee is very good. Service is quick, people are polite , seats are comfortable but this place just does not hit the spot.

I have been coming here for over 2 years regularly. Each time I visit Amanora Mall, I make sure I come here to relax! All staff are hardworking and friendly. Especially Mahesh who is OUTSTANDING and ALWAYS running around both inside the main AC restaurant and outside in the Smoking Zone where I usually sit. All in all a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Tried this place for kullad chai and backed beans. Chai was good enough but backed beans was too much of tamato. It's like catchup added to make it and it was over done.<br/><br/>Seating : Really good interior<br/>Over all : 3.5 / 5 for overall<br/>

We checked on internet that the store was open at 9:30 am and when we reached there at 9:55 am they were still not serving the breakfast.. had a pathetic experience.. you should change your timing on the net. PS COFFEE IS NOT BREAKFAST

I am too excited when its the combination of cafe+bakery..you can hav breakfast of ur choice with coffee/tea or hot cocoa. Also you can try bakery magic.. it was awesome experience..!! A delightful experience on my daughter's Birthday Bash! Staff Mahesh and Rohit made the day memorable for all Kids. They were very enthusiastic and more importantly 'Kids friendly'! All kids and we too thoroughly enjoyed. I will strongly recommend this place to everyone.

We went to pick up cheesecakes from the cafe. Firstly the staff was lethargic. Inspite of telling them that our cab was arriving and they need to pack the cakes soon, they took their own sweet time. And then the server picked up the cakes with his BARE HANDS!!!!!!! Look at the pictures! What happened to basic hygiene????????

Nice place to chill with friends.<br/>Went there for hot chocolate on a rainy evening.<br/>Hot chocolate was creamy and delicious,with chocolate syrup on top.<br/>I am a big chocoholic so this tasted good.<br/>You can go there if you are in and around Amanora mall.

The only baker street bistro I've been to and yes, it's a good one. A nice menu to start with and a very friendly staff. It's not a huge restaurant like place, however it's a place where you can hangout with a cup of coffee or a beer.

Bad experience of this place. Had 2 walnut brownie and 1 chocolate doughnut.<br/>1. I took water and cashier gave me the glass of water with some very bad onion smell. It was pathetic.<br/>2. With our order..waiter didn't gave us tissue paper. And even the brownies were not up to the mark.

The staff does not even know what they are doing. I ordered burger and coffee. First,they got my order wrong, brought me a sandwich. When I told them I did not order a sandwich,they were a bit reluctant to accept that they got the order wrong. Finally they gave me a burger,but forgot that a coffee was also a part of the order(The texture of the bun was also not good). After 10 min when I went to remind them of it,they started looking in directions as neither the cashier nor the waiter remembered that coffee was also to be given. It took me another 5 min to request for a copy of my bill and some tissues. I don't think I am ever going there again.

Great food and they never have send anything that tastes bad. But the service is half hearted and their TV is on loud and the staff doesn't bother switching it off on request. Instead they're all watching cricket as if the customers don't matter.

If you are a coffee person,you should definately try coffees here at this outlet. They had lunch buffet on Sundays but now they don't serve it anymore. The restaurant offers you reddish soothing ambience with a decent staff and quick service. Going for mocktails would be a bad choice here but smoothies are amazingly good. This place brings a feel of relax to your mind. Ambience is great. Try the all American breakfast. It’s great and the peri peri chicken burger was unique n it taste really great. It’s pocket friendly and have good varieties of menu.

Situated at the ground floor at Amanora Town Centre, with best ambience and menu to choose from. They offer some really good coffees. They have large variety of pastry and coffee. Staff seems pretty busy around even if there are not much people in.<br/><br/>Cappuccino ☕ is my recommendation. Hot chocolate is also a good option. Veg patty is also good but I suggest to opt for something else instead of that. Red velvet pastry 🍰 is good but not best however, can try if you are going for dessert.<br/><br/>This place is one of the best for sweet music, coffee, drinks and chill out with friends and loved ones. I visited this place for the very first time and I had a very bad experience. We ordered burger and coffee as a combo and the service was damn disappointing. The burger was served within 10-15 mins but the coffee came when the burger was finished... Whopping 20 mins later!!! that too when the place was empty... Guys u are located at such a nice place... They have good breakfast options. I really love the omelletes and coffee here. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Do try the mango smoothie if you are here

Among the CCDs and Starbucks in and around Magarpatta this place is a underdog with some of the best coffees in locality and not just coffee but the cheese omelette and chicken sandwich also a mut try.

I had the pesto pasta. It was bland and they botched up the sauce.They also added huge pieces of onions in the pasta and overall I had a very mediocre experience. I'd recommend that you skip this place.<br/>

Nevertheless it was delicious and filling. It didn't necessitate the need for a lunch. Entered this place in search for some dessert options.<br/>Ordered walnut brownie with ice cream which was normal.. nothing special about the taste.<br/>ferrero rocher shake - it was pathetic , god knows what they had tried to serve . Not even near to ferrero rocher. Very bad

Baker Street is located on ground floor of West block in Ananora Mall. The place is spacious and has ample arrangement for both indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance is relaxing and elegant, and decor is pretty contemporary.<br/><br/>Coming to food, we ordered for garlic bread (without cheese) and chocolate truffle pastry. Garlic bread was good, crusty and crisp with thin layer of pesto sauce on top. Chocolate truffle pastry was rich and creamy on top but was dry at the base.<br/><br/>Our beverages were filter coffee and espresso (double shot). Espresso was good with nice layer of crema on top while filter coffee was average.<br/><br/>Staff was courteous and service was decent.

I have started my review even before they got my attention. Let me wave and smile at the staff; now they have my attention. The staff promptly comes over and I ask for a coffee and a burger. <br/>I love the decor, the place is spacious and beautiful pictures adore the walls & it seems quite busy for a Monday evening. They playing some lousy music which is creating kinda symphony with the Celine Dion’s ‘My Heart Would Go On’ which is coming from the other corner of the mall. <br/>My burger is here, it looks slightly dry but surprisingly it is made out of brown bread, love it. But, the coffee is missing. Let me remind them & now I wait for my coffee. Finally, it arrives and I see a beautiful heart drawn there; I would like to believe it is their way to say sorry for slightly careless service. I forgive them, after all it’s Monday Baby :).

Nice food, cozy interiors and relaxing aroma of coffee. Good variety of baked food and beverages. Brunch menu is worth a try. Staff is friendly and helps to satisfy taste buds.

Just had coffee here after a tiring walk in big Amanora mall and to our delight they prepare coffee really well. Hazelnut coffee and cappuccino both were really yummy and the staff was courteous.

Ambiance of the restro and food quality is good. But the prices are too high. Taste wise food isn’t that good. Also the menu seems to b minimum. Not much variety available. Overall it’s jus good for one time visit that is all I can suggest. I’m not much happy with the place had been twice.

I visited this cafe for Saturday dinner buffet. I tried the Bean Chicken Salad & Som Tom salad both of which were average in taste. Moving on to soup, Veg Manchow soup was really bland but there was a lot of variety in breads which I really loved. The chicken starter had a creamy taste with the meat not properly cooked. The desserts were decent with red velvet pastry & Halwa been my favourite among others.<br/><br/>The overall experience was disappointing as the service was slow & I expected much more variety in the mains.

I paid a quick visit prior to a movie on a Saturday afternoon. The outlet has both indoor and outdoor seating facility with a simple decor.<br/><br/>The Irish Iced Latte, which is different from the normally blended cold coffee, was a moderate way to begin. It was followed by Sunny Side Up served with toast and hash brown which was fairly nice. The Lemon Tart was absolutely brilliant and a perfect way to wrap up the meal.<br/><br/>The service however, although quick, was very careless as my coffee was spilled twice while serving and the eggs also came with a long strand of hair. I would like the guys there to just take their time and not rush things.

Food tastes bad, and the whole salad is filled with lettuce only, hardly any meat or other veggies are added.

We ordered a chicken Caesar salad and one pink sauce pasta with shredded chicken.<br/>The chicken was stale in both salad and pasta.<br/>They use the sausage type chicken so did not like the texture or taste.<br/>The pasta sauce was good , spaghetti cooked perfectly but the chicken cubes made everything look bad.<br/>Ice tea was okay.<br/>Not a very good experience at this place.

Been here many times. Love filter coffee here.. their sandwiches and omelette is good. Their blueberry & almond muffin and truffle pastry is quite good. Overall nice cafe with variety of options.

I have been here couple of times.<br/>Its very spacious, best cafe within Amanoa mall.<br/>I really like the coffee and sandwich combos.<br/>I tried the kullad chai once but it was full of Adrak flavour resulted into bitter taste, so would not recommend that.<br/>Recently they have added the Indian cuisine as well.<br/>It's very spacious so you can arrange small parties over here.<br/>This cafe has shared mall's AC , and malls AC gets started after 11AM , so it will be hot in there but yes you can seat outside as they have lovely outside seating.

I mean FFS there are 10 waitstaff standing around and they can’t get one order right? <br/>

I always visit this cafe whenever i go to amanora because their cappuccino is my favourite. This outlet is bigger than the phoenix one and it has open air as well as air conditioned seating. The service is good and so is their staff. Our permanent order is the cheese chilli toast and cappuccino and we tried their veg puff which was actually one of the best puffs I’ve had at a cafe cos at other places it always taste horrible. Will definitely continue going there.

This place is very close to my home. I used to visit it quite often. But now the coffee and the food is not that great. I have relished their omelettes, pasta, pizza and coffee. Recently the quality has not been that great. But I continue to order their cakes for birthday celebrations. Their pineapple and chocolate truffle cake is good.

Ordered a chicken ceaser salad and fresh lime soda.<br/><br/>The chef really used fresh ingredients be it the lettuce, anchovies, chicken bits etc.. The mayo and virgin olive oil blend bought a whole new tangy taste to the dish and complimented it too. My only regret it was not a traditional ceaser salad. The chef added corn to it though it was as fresh as the other ingredients it is not a ceaser salad. It had just 4 ingredients tossed in mayo and olive oil. The croutons, pomogranate seeds and cherry tomatoes were missing.<br/><br/>The fresh lime soda was more soda and less lime.

The place has to offer you a lot of options on the menu. Hard time choosing the right thing. The pizza and garlic bread was good. But when it comes to coffee and drinks one should simply pass on and not give it a try. The chocolate chip frappe was simply watery and wasn't even thick enough to call a frappe. same with the other drinks taken too much of ice and it had lost it's taste.<br/><br/>The ambiance is good Staff is really well mannered and they do Suggest you good options available on menu. But still being a bistro beverages should have been better.

A nice place with great ambience. They have some great combo options available. The veg supreme pizza was good but could be better. They garlic bread was delicious. The iced cappuccino was too watery and didn’t taste that good. <br/>The staff is polite and helps us in choosing the best.

Visited this place last week,we were at Amanora mall for shopping.The place looked decent,cozy and well lit.So we straight away went inside and occupied the cushy sofas.<br/><br/>We were really famished ,i feel it was the fancy today's special board placed just at the entrance that ensnared me ,'kulhad chai' was also there in the list.For me nothing can replace a good old cup of chai.<br/><br/>Well let me warn you ,this is not a place to have tea ,it had no taste at all,and one cup of tea costs around 95 bucks here.Even the local tapri walas in the vicinity sell great chai, their chai making is akin to artistry at just 7-10 bucks a glass.Tea is supposed to awaken you ,Tea should be enjoyable and not be something you do battle with.<br/><br/>Our food took forever to come out.The pasta didn't resemble Italian food at all ,it was too oily that we could barely eat it.<br/><br/>Overall it was a horrible experience and we are not coming back anytime soon!<br/><br/>Dear team I am sorry if you don't like my harsh honesty and I don't intend to hurt you in anyway but whatever I have written above is a genuine reflection of my experience at the place.

Nice cafe with decent food! Tried their pasta, white as well as pink sauce which was good , not amazing but pretty decent. Fries were crispy and the cappuccino was okay. The Choco Chip Cappuccino on the other hand was amazing! Loved it.

love the food at this place.Good quality and they always do justice to their dishes.We love their salads and pizzas ..Today we also tasted a corn spinach quiche and it was too good .Their desserts are not that great . Ambience is decent.

Baker Street<br/><br/>At Amanora town we were dead tired shopping around and completing our list. We were to catch a movie and hence did not have much time for a full fledged dinner. While just walking around, we passed by this café – Baker Street, whch looked cozy, comfortable and less crowded. We settled on the muddy brown coloured sofas and decided on our quick food menu as a Banana Smothie, a Oreo Cookie Thick Shake, a Coleslaw Sandwich and a Chicken Patty.<br/><br/>Each and every dish was perfect in their own way. Both the drinks were very good and filling. The cabbage and carrots in Coleslaw Sandwich were perfectly tossed in Mayonnaise and other ingredients and grilled in brown bread. It was Relished by all. The Chicken Patty was another amazing dish here. The out covering was crispy and well baked while the inner chicken filling had a very unique taste.<br/><br/>The staff here is ever smiling and friendly. Food menu is limited but is great and the place is a cool cozy area for a relaxed hangout or a quick eat.

this is of the best places in Pune to have a coffee and wind down for the evening. I came here to have a cold coffee but was impressed by the staff here convinced me to try the twisted caprese sandwich the red velvet which was freshly baked as well as the blueberry mousse. the food here is sublime and of great quality along with the ambience that gives you a feeling of a coffee place where you can come relax and not be disturbed at all. overall I had an amazing experience here the politeness of the staff and the quality and taste of the food is just perfect

We ordered chicken ceaser salad, black currant smoothie and Irish coffee. The drinks were amazing and upto the mark but the salad was not good. the chicken pieces were dry and that is what madr it tasteless. Had the chicken were juicy, the salad would have been amazing too. Good service and good music. Thank you.

Visited this place today. We had a cheese cake here, which was good. But the cold coffee we had, was as ordinary as any other cold coffee. In fact worse than that. But the service was the most ordinary thing that they offered! We requested for a glass of water, which didn't arrive till we left. I even went over to the counter and requested for a glass of water. Got reply that it would be sent to the table, which didn't happen ever. Certainly not a kind of service you expect from such a well known cafe.

Visited the place today, ordered 2 things and to my surprise both the things were horrible , a normal street vendor knows how to make better tea then then. The serving time for normal tea is 30 mins and that to we had to remind them about our order.<br/>The pastry served then is also stale.<br/>The worst place to be and staff also lives in their own world.<br/>Surely my last visit here.<br/>

This is a great place to spend hours doing what you love - sipping coffee and that too various kinds!! Also, reading, browsing, etc. This is a place within a mall and yet it gives you the look and feel of an outside sidewalk.<br/>The food and the coffee is undoubtedly the best! I usually order the Latte with a flavour or a cappuccino.<br/>The ambience, as mentioned, is great. Its a good place to hang out with friends and one can spend hours here!!<br/>The staff is cordial and serve immediately. Of course, you have to pay at the counter and it si self - service.

A good place to be to have snacks before or after you grab a ticket to watch a movie in the theater nearby.<br/><br/>The meal option both veg and non veg are good enough to make you last atleast couple of hours. The famous Kulhad Chai can make you relieve the old childhood days of train travel.<br/><br/>PS.: If you are going there do try the deserts. The display anyways is tempting enough to make you order one

Today was the first time I visited Baker Street. <br/>I ordered white sauce veg pasta only. Pasta was not properly boiled and sauce was not up to the mark. I was expecting something good.<br/>But I must say the ambiance is very nice and pleasant with the background music.<br/>Staffs and servicing are pretty fast.<br/>So my rating to this place:<br/>Food (pasta) : 3/5<br/>Service: 5/5<br/>Ambiance: 5/5<br/>Since food makes a place a good restaurant, overall I am giving a total of 3.5 stars to my experience.

I had ordered food online using Zomato and they mixed up veg with non veg. Not a good experience at all.<br/>Other than that the other veg dish was good.

The ambiance of the place is really nice, good music and helpful staff. The seating arrangement is good too, as you have an indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. I've tried their cakes and pastries which are always amazing. <br/>I tried their pasta and coffee this time, which was great as well. The non veg pasta was very filling and the quantity was great. The hazelnut cappuccino had a very good taste and smell. <br/>All in all, if you get tired of shopping in amanora this is the place to go, eat and chill.

I visited this palce on 1 jan 18, the cafe has good interior giving us the notion of Rich & class style interior but be that as it may its neither less in food as well .<br/><br/>Because i ordered only desert this time<br/><br/>1] Apple Pie<br/><br/>2] Chocolate brownie with ice cream along with hot chocolate syrup<br/><br/>I must say both of the dish was outstanding. pasta should be al-dan-te, but bakers you served it fully over cooked pasta. so pls improve your cooking. i didnt like that olives were not there. no olives no better pasta. no parmesan cheese and herbs garnished. bad

Very nice vegetarian pineapple cake. We ordered it for my son's birthday party. Everyone liked it. We also regularly order muffins. The banana muffin is my favorite.

Ordered breakfast platter with kulhad tea and veg sandwich with cappuccino. Kulhad tea was a bit spicy to my taste. Spinach corn sandwich could have been better. All veggie omelette and everything in platter was good including the cookie. Visited weekday noon and found service was prompt.

Arranged birthday party for my daughter at their place. Excellent service and happy faces all around. The veg supreme pizza and the french fries were just right for the kids.<br/>The efforts put in by them to make the kids happy, whether with the decoration or the games. Am glad I chose them.

When you shop a lot u feel hungry a lot, right ? <br/>Recently been to Amanora mall had spent good time but when it came to having something for dinner didn't knew which is better option. We were passing through this cafe and it looked a cozy place not much crowded . <br/><br/>Interior is nicely done. Has some sitting arrangements outside too. Which was a smoking zone to which i am not very comfortable. <br/>So we preferred sitting inside. <br/>There were many options nd also combo meals. <br/>We chose a combo for two which includes salad, pasta, a medium pizza, and two cappuccino.<br/>They offered options for pizza and pasta.. so the pasta was basil pesto and farm fresh veg pizza.<br/>To our pleasant surprise salad, pasta , pizza and coffee we're all really good. Salad was creamy, fresh lettuce was used, with good amount of olives and crsp croutons .<br/>Pasta was too good with garlic breads. And the pizza had good amount of toppings and cheese. It was baked to perfection.. coffee was refreshing.<br/>The quantity was enough for two adults and a kid.<br/>All in all a good experience for 750 rs

Located inside the West block ground floor of Amanora mall, this place is a famous joint for bakery and other snacks like sandwitch and burgers(both veg and non-veg). We had chicken tikka sandwitch, black forest and a cold coffeee which cost 418 rupees including tax. Nice interior, nice sitting arrangments, prompt service overall a nice experience.

This is the place with awesome ambience. I ordered Cappuccino here and they served it so well. All though it's well known cafe., But I really loved it.,will be here again.
