The dine-in experience was not satisfactory as there was no staff to clean the benches despite having an all-in-one bucket. I hope KFC maintains its standards in dine-in as well.

Average KFC outlet in Pune central mall. Staff was good and attentive. I have ordered chicken roll. Taste was average and not up to the mark.
Ambiance is average and you will have place to sit and dine. Tables are not clean by the staff which we didn’t liked it.This place is little unhygienic.

Great! I used to visit the KFC in Kumar Pacific before this and I realized what I have been missing all along! This place is way too amazing when compared to the latter. The service is great too! Also, try out the CHIZZA! It's amazing!

No quick staff...no quick dilivery.. you will get cold chiken meal...which is not eatable....test is not upto the mark...tax included in price .. ambiance is good..crowded place .
The food was good for first time. I tried boneless chicken bucket and zinger burger. I would definitely eat the burger for a quick food between a break as it fills the stomach quite good. Anyways, would give a 3/5 overall experience. Hope this helped u.
Crazy place and great ambience.... The service was good.. Staff is well trained to assist the customer with their queries. The taste is not that as much as person expects from the brand but a must go once a month for the crazy experience

Wash room , toilet should be more clean , there was bad smell near wash basin. I found this is common problem in mostly all hotel and restaurants in Pune.

KFC or Mc'd should install a TV in the premises & install the TV in a tempered glass so that the frustration doesn't come out on the TV.
All time favourite juicy spicy chicken ..try new fries with popcorn ..it's yummy ..with full of masala and mayyonise on the top 😅😋😘
